This is based off my au but I like to imagine Bi-Han regaining his humanity, taking orders from no one, but still looks like Noob, so everyone’s convinced he’s still like Noob. And he just uses this to troll people. Like:

Frost on her first mission to Outworld, standing in the middle of a crowed street and turns around to see Noob staring at her and she just- pauses.

Then he takes a step forward, causing her to take a step back. They do this a couple times and then he starts sprinting at her. Cue the most terrifying chase of her life because Noob’s know to have extreme prejudice against the Lin Kuei and has tried to murder his own brother several times.

Just before he grabs her, he just teleports away, leaving her shaken and anxious as all hell.

Bi-Han, returning to his temporary hide out with a shit eating grin: Did you see that?

Sareena: What? You nearly giving that poor girl a heart attack?

Havik, perking up: Did you have fun?

Bi-Han, side stepping her to look at him: Absolutely.

Sareena: Well, I’m glad you’re happy, but if you ignore me again I’ll cut off what’s left of your nose.

Athena: What if we played Sudoku?

Athena (frowning): You know what, fine. Let's do this.

(Several hours later in immortal time, Zeus walks into the room.)

Zeus (excited): Ooh! A fighting game. I want in.

(Athena sends Ares a look.)

Athena: It's not that fun, Dad.

Zeus: Aw, I bet it's great! I can't believe Ares is actually doing pretty well. I'll play against him.

Ares (ghostly pale): Huh?

(The next game, he and Zeus are on the sofa. The screen shows that Zeus wins.)

Zeus (eyeing him): That's the 3rd time in a row. I feel like you're going easy on me.

Ares (nervously): What? No, of course not.

Zeus (warningly): Ares, I want to really play. You were beating Athena. Give me a challenge.

Ares: A-are you sure?

Zeus: Yes.

Athena (mouthing from behind Zeus): Don't do it.

Zeus (eyes narrowing): Ares, that's an order.

(The next game begins with Ares shaking. It ends with the screen telling Zeus that he lost.)

Zeus (lightning sparkling on him):...

(the most they could do was leave purple and reddish marks along your beautiful neck, while liu kang's experienced and bold lips traced a path, and your face took on undesired shades of scarlet.) your lips part in fervent lamentation, breathless.

ㅤㅤㅤbi-han was, by nature, a conqueror and consequently, a born leader. a dominator in various aspects, and in the romantic realm, this particularity wouldn't easily alter. honoring the element he proudly manipulated, bi-han had frigid lips, like a morning after an intense snowstorm. his hands, firm and calloused by years of battles and victories, established a rule at the base of your neck, keeping you under the grandmaster's longing, shaping you to fulfill his needs and desires. it was a selfish dance in which you never had the chance to be victorious, but teasing him to the limit was as satisfying as winning a battle. he exploded, and you loved paying the price. (kissing him was like feeding a voracious, wild creature that had no basic knowledge of emotions. the beast, however, calmed when tasting the flavor of your lips, biting them until he felt the sweet taste of your life essence flowing crimson between his lips.)

ㅤㅤㅤhanzo is an uncontrollable romantic, and his soul is as warm as the affections he displays in the comfort of the space he now calls home in your relationship. kissing him is an open invitation to be consumed by hungry flames, much like his emotional yearning. his hands rest on your face, fingers gliding in a long, gentle caress, savoring every reaction you show: the flushed face and trembling hands are signals for him to continue. with your consent, he does. you are led to a dark precipice with kisses planted at the base of your neck, discreetly directed towards your chest. hanzo, experienced and considerably older, knows what he's doing, aware of the buttons to press to make you dance with madness.

tw/cw: possible ooc, I’ve been watching mk11 intros and binging the story lol, reader here is by technically, a young adult/ just pushing adulthood in immortal? years (that’s why Raiden and Kitana will refer to them as child) so all intros are strictly platonic, not proofread so may have spelling mistakes!

Character list (part 1): Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Kitana, Jade, Raiden. (Most of these characters are the pre time merged ones, basically non revenant, and no dark Raiden)

Reader’s background: Reader is Liu Kang’s adopted child, a young one he found between Netherealm and Earthrealm. Kung Lao absolutely adored Liu Kang’s child, his very own nibling. As did almost everyone else when they met you.

It is revealed in Mkx, reader was the spawn of Shinnok, made to take his place should he ever perish. Raiden, who was now so obsessed with Earthrealm’s safety, even if it means attacking and shunning all those he deemed a threat, he banished reader from Earthrealm, demanding all those who ally with him to kill reader upon sight.

Now, in Mk11 after the time merger, reader can’t bring themselves to trust anyone. Not after being betrayed, left behind, and hunted. Living in an abandoned mansion, alone, in the dark.

Liu Kang- Your father. A man who loves you to pieces.

I'm so trained to "first line" meaning "first physical line and/or up until the first full stop" I got really confused. but. @calypsid put an idea in my head and now it won't *stop*, soooo.

She wakes, knowing. It burns in her chest like a brand, images seared into her mind. A man, a gun, a pair of shattered sunglasses. Lights, cameras, blood. So much blood. She has to find him, or all she'll do is dream of him, the images dancing through her head. But if she's dreaming of him—others are, too. And they'll be forced to come together. She won't mind seeing Liu Kang again. And Jax, well—he's not quite in her back pocket, but close enough. Dinner and drinks in a couple of weeks, catching up on six months apart, enjoying the solitude before they start running together again, maybe. And then there's Kano. He's used his immortality for other things. He runs a criminal empire the likes of which the world has never seen. It would make people quake if they understood the sheer scope of it, but mortal minds are frangible things. They break so easily when confronted with something that's had centuries to dig its tendrils into everything. Centuries of targeted manipulation and rot that has only accelerated in pace as civilization has made it so much easier to corrupt, enslave, kill. He's taken their curse and used it as a gift in the pursuit of his own selfish pleasures.

For this I decided to post the first paragraph of a Locked Tomb WIP im working on with the lovely @d0c-help-us-all !!

The spit and crackle of the amp reverberated through Gideon, grounding her in place. She angled her Gibson so that the pickups were in the direct path of the sound, and the response was instant. A high beading building hum of discordant noise, a thrumming current of feedback which was hers alone to control. She flexed the neck of her guitar, bending the mahogany wood back while keeping one hand on the body to steady it. The feedback responded in kind, its pitch rising and falling in turn, layering upon itself to blanket the room in a wall of sound.
