Bro- (gender neutrally 🤫)
Okay okay okay OKAY all jokes aside, I’m really distraught at the current state of acceptance both within and outside of the lgbtq+, HELL even the Mogai community is scaring me with its exclusionary vitriol in recent times.
I just don’t understand the absolute blood boiling hatred so many have towards harmless good faith identities that have existed throughout the entire history of the queer community, I mean, he/him and transmasc lesbians are RIGHT THERE. Bisexuals and Pansexuals have both existed RIGHT AMONG US for so long. We definitely didn’t have a term for a lot of things “back then” but labels like Lesboy and Turi/Veldigirl or Bi-Lesbian actually make a lot of sense when you sit down to understand the whole point of the movement.
How did we become so damn strict and immovable when it comes to personal identification? Isn’t our history explicitly about abolishing oppressive binaries, expectations, and societal norms? Since when was it about getting to a particular point with idk acronyms and “acceptable” labels before we could start eliminating everyone else and stop accepting growth and innovation. idk. I just can’t believe that within our own massively diverse spaces still so many have to hide their true selves in fear, in the community of self-expression and pride! It’s always a constant war amongst ourselves raging alongside the war against all of us from the conformant world. We should be standing together and sharing love and life stories to heal but no! It’s all about “MY life means that YOUR experience is invalid”. Don’t you think that’s why we had to start fighting for our rights in the first damn place? People thinking that others living differently and describing their DIFFERENT lives as god forbid DIFFERENT from their own is a reason to silence and attack said others is textbook. We need to stop internalising all this main character shit and realise that no one person can quite describe their life experience the same as the next. Yes, it’s all about relating and accepting, so why is there barely any of that here? You can blow up a Bi-lesbian’s DMs and tell them to kill themselves all you want, hell you can even spend all day everyday typing long winded personal attacks towards people with Xenogenders or who use Neopronouns. Just remember that it won’t change the fact that all of us collectively are Others to the world. We can’t we be Others as one and not as separate factions in a war?
Soon some of you will realise how stupid a lot of this discourse and exclusion shit is, and you’ll get tired of trying to apply strict brick walls to a community that was always about and always will be about breaking them. I love all you good faith identities out there no matter how “contradictory” you get perceived as. Literally everything in life is contradictory and no NOTHING is truly binary in the true scale of reality and life as we know it so why should we stall progress by kicking and screaming when times change.

Reminder that someone using pluralkit doesn't remove any possibility for you to use it, it's not a finite ressource
also reminder that the people who made it are pro-endo
another reminder:
Tumblr media
And finally: plural people don't need to publicly disclose their system to be valid, I can't believe it's coming to this, that people think they have any right to be the judge of if someone has a right to call themselves plural or not
they should have a right to keep their system private, their symptoms private, hell, their diagnosis or not private. (reminder that diagnosis is not only a privilege but also something that can possibly be a prejudice)

Blog Intro
Welcome to my blog!
My name is Starr/Starscream. I am a 19 year old studying literature. My pronouns are he/it and I’m transmasc. I fall under the aroace umbrella, considering myself to be fictoromantic/sexual, aegoromantic/sexual, and belluromantic/sexual.
This is my selfship blog, specifically OC/Self Insert x Canon! I don’t like to imagine myself in relationships, so I usually make an OC that ends up being an accidental self insert. I am a bit hesitant with sharing, but I do not mind if doubles interact with me as long as they are respectful of my ships.
My main selfships are with Spy and Heavy from Team Fortress 2, and I pair both of them with my Team Fortress 2 OC The Marauder! I’ll make her an intro eventually \^^’ Their ship names/tags are FistaCufflinks and Weight Class, and their poly ship name is Spoover, because I wasn’t never going to make a ship name better than Spoovy.
I also selfship with Scout’s Ma (House Wives, SpyMaRa is Custody Battle) and Sniper (Collateral Damage, SpyPerAuder is Sucker Punches). While I have F/Os from other media, they aren’t the main focus of this blog and likely will be mentioned sparingly if at all, but I do plan to make a cohesive list of all my ships eventually.
I dislike the following: SpyScout, SpyPauling, CheavyMedic, MediScout. The dynamics/implications of these ships all make me uncomfortable and I would rather not interact with people who engage in those ships. Additionally, while I don’t dislike HeavyMedic, if you are someone who believes Heavy should always be with Medic, or vice versa, I would prefer if you didn’t interact.

If u strip away the leftists buzzwords that so many lgbt exclusionists use its pretty horrible acc
Like imagine
The idea that trans men are somehow. More privileged and less oppressed than trans women. And the reason is that we get murdered less but r*ped more because we are perceived as cis women sometimes. But yea they'll dress it up in buzzwords so it doesn't sound as horrible
Or that asexual people can't be part of the lgbt community because they aren't "doing" anything? I'm trans and I don't rlly do much besides exist. I shouldn't have to protest either. "They don't face systemic oppression" They do in specific places but God try reasoning with someone treating oppression like a fun club to be in
The reason it looks like a "fun club" when exclus talk about discourse like this is because they'll have a fake chart of who is more oppressed than who based on Microlabels. Yea it gets that deep. Because the above groups of people can Also be very very diverse. So it's fun for these gatekeepers to start making fake diagrams about other people's experiences. I've had so many moments where I wanted to rip my hair out, hearing how gnc nonbinary people are somehow "privileged"
The worst part is that these people won't look through the lens of bigotry. It's about what you look like and whether or not you're pushing cisheteronormative bigoted ideals. A bigot doesn't stop beating up on someone because they're not the "right" kind of gay or trans
Even if you try being a conservative trans or gay person it blows up in your face. Look at buck angels comments. It's full of people calling him a deluded tr*nny. So if you really wanna go into the discourse of being a "true lgbt" it is truly pointless
There's no point in trying to appeal to the conservative narrative when it automatically kicks you out, even if your wording is """woke"""

How would being a transmed factor in to irl activism? Like are there specifically transmed/exclus advocacy/lobbying groups? I'd imagine that if there were, there'd be friction between them and wider trans/lgbt groups, but I'm curious about your take on this.
Transmedicalism is an activism group. But the truth is, most activists don't know about lgbt discourse, or care. So there is no friction there.

Ultimate Vocabulary I Use on the Blog List!
Some of these terms are used more than others.
Mspec Lesbian - any lesbian who is attracted to more than one gender. Many, many experiences fall under this. See my explanation list for more details! Mspec lesbians may identify just as an mspec lesbian, or with other specific mspec labels such as bi, pan, poly (the orientation not polyam), omni, abro, neptunic, trixen, etc.
Lunian - Another word for an mspec lesbian
Exclusive Lesbian - A lesbian who is not attracted to men in at least one form of attraction, while attracted to other genders in that same form of attraction. This is not an exclusion*ist* lesbian, nor does it mean one isn't an mspec lesbian. Also called a Sea Lesbian as per my recent coining
Exclus Lesbian - Exclusionist lesbian
Nonexclusive Lesbian - A lesbian who is attracted to men, but still calls themselves a lesbian. Also called a Moon Lesbian as per my recent coining.
Mono lesbian - A lesbian who is only attracted to one gender (which is almost always women)
Exclus: An exclusionist, particularly an mspec lesbian exclusionist since it's a themed blog
Multilesbophobia - Discrimination and hate against mspec lesbians, for being mspec and a lesbian at the same time
Luniaphobia - Synonymous with multilesbophobia, shorter to say but might confuse people unfamiliar with the term "lunian."
New Moon Springtide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - an mspec lesbian who uses the split attraction model. Their romantic orientation is either an mspec identity, or lesbian, and their sexual orientation is the other. For example, a bisexual lesbiromantic or a lesbisexual panromantic.
First Quarter Neaptide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - An mspec lesbian who identifies as such because they are mspec, but their attraction towards women, or those who fall under modern lesbian attraction, is much greater than their attraction to other genders, or than their attraction to men. This can be more frequency or stronger attraction. Such a person may feel they are directly between mspec and a lesbian. For example a bisexual who feels more deeply in love when they're with a woman than with anybody else.
Waxing Gibbous Springtide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - an mspec lesbian who uses the split attraction model, where they are either mspec or a lesbian sexually and/or romantically, but experience strong tertiary attraction of the other. Originally, it was just strong mspec tertiary attraction, but then I remembered it should be both ways. For example, an asexual, panromantic lesbiaesthetic person, or a lesbirose omniplatonic person.
Full Moon Springtide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - An mspec lesbian who identifies as such because they are attracted to more than one gender that fits under modern exclusive usage of lesbian. For example, they're polysexual for women, outherine identities, androgynous identities, and neutral identities, but never solely man-aligned people.
Waning Gibbous Neaptide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - Someone who is sure that they are attracted to women, and may or may not be sure that they're attracted to elsegender people, but is not certain if they are attracted to men or not. This is different from feeling in between mspec and a lesbian, because it is characterized by a distinct uncertainty in your attraction. Is it romantic/sexual or is it tertiary attraction? Is it even real? Is it comphet? Am I imagining it?
Third Quarter Neaptide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - An mspec person who identifies as a lesbian as an act of reclamation of the historical, nonexclusive meaning of the word "lesbian." Because lesbian separatism which changed the meaning was a TERF led movement, many people feel like it's only right to reclaim their place.
Ecliptic (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - An mspec lesbian who is also aspec, and their unique aspec experience with attraction was influential or the entire reason they identify with both labels. This includes orchidspec and cupiospec reasons. For example, a cupio-asexual lesbiromantic who isn't attracted to men at all, but would find themselves sex favorable for a person of any gender, or a grayrose person who's only ever been sexually or romantically attracted to women, but feels they could be hypothetically attracted to men, and feels very strong platonic attraction towards men (which they feel more often or more weakly than romantic or sexual attraction.)
Midtide (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - an mspec lesbian who has a different, unique experience from these microlabels. I'm not able to account for everyone even if I try to think of more possibilities.
Tidalphasic (lunian, mspec/bi/pan/etc lesbian) - An mspec lesbian who's reason for identifying as an mspec lesbian changes. For example an abrosexual who overall identifies with midtide or with first quarter neaptide, when they're not attracted to men identifies with full moon springtide, and when they are attracted to men identifies as third quarter neaptide.
I will add more eventually

i can't put into words how comforting it is that you support non-traumagenic systems. a lot of "big names" don't- this is a breath of fresh air /pos
signed, a traumagenic system that agrees with you
I'm so obsessed with the implication I'm a big name here because I am literally just a little guy ahidofhghgiohdfg anyway thank you and I'm glad that you're able to feel safe here more than anything I just want this place to be a safe space for systems because god knows there's so few of those still
But yeah not only do I support non-traumagenic systems I consider myself one of them. I'm not lying when I say I'm traumagenic (I don't actually like using genic labels but we DO have childhood trauma. We don't know or care if that's what caused the system to exist though. How the fuck would we even know what exactly happened to make us plural when we were five lmao) and honestly in terms of trauma and dissociation there's plenty about our system that fits medical models perfectly. We could (if we ever could get a fucking therapist that believes in systems at all lmfao) get diagnosed with either DID or OSDD extremely easily because we experience literally every symptom except switching (which we experienced as a child but then our system changed to making hosts permafrontstuck til they go dormant to cope with the switching issue)
But we just don't, personally, want to define our system by our disorder and we know one thousand percent that our autism had something to do with it and if we had to pick a genic label that we actually do like and resonate with it'd be neurogenic because plurality IS our neurotype. Our brain is plural. We Physically Cannot Exist as not-plural our brain would not function. In addition to this many of us have past lives and spiritual beliefs all tied up in our systemhood (and why wouldn't they be, considering spiritual and religious beliefs reflect ones life and being plural is at the center of ours. Nothing in our life is separate from our plurality because plurality is us and we are plurality.)
But honestly, I think what really made us resonate with non-traumagenic systems so much is that we had this side of the community chosen for us regardless of our feelings. When we tried to stay with the exclusive side of the community the fact that we had fictives, used pluralkit while cofronting, and mentioned an inworld was too much for the singlet that abused us under the guise of friendship and was for some goddamn reason allowed to lead any syscourse discussions in our friendgroup and he fakeclaimed us multiple times. We were legitimately seriously traumatized by the shit that happened to us as a result and to this day are scared that we're being stalked, in fact the reason we made this blog in the first place was because we couldn't use tumblr anywhere we'd be found out after changing our names but missed the ND community and wanted to post about our autism again.
Like honest to god when exclusionists say the word endo or non-traumagenic they're not even just talking about actually non-traumatized systems (and it still wouldn't be okay if they were, of course) they're including literally anyone they disagree with. No one actually honest to god cared about the fact I had fictives or co-conned or an in world. One of the systems (who was no doubt pressured into/asked to help fakeclaim us by said singlet lmao) who fakeclaimed us for being in co-con and using pk literally regularly talked about being in co-con with their alter on multiple occasions before this. There were fictives in the friendgroup accepted simply because they were characters that the singlet liked and they were trendy enough. I honestly think what pissed the sinlget off enough to fakeclaim me had nothing to do with systems too, it's just that this was the perfect way to lash out and I think all syscourse is like that. It has Never Been About Protecting Traumagenic Systems. It's always been about tearing everyone, Including Us, down until only the ones that let singlets abuse them remain and it's honestly disgusting.

is it okay to follow if I have problems with the bi-lesbian carrd and certain ideas that some versions of bi-lesbianism are built upon (one which inherently throws nonbinary lesbians and lesbians who date nonbinary people under the bus) but not like hate all bi-lesbians? I ask because I have those exact issues with it
mate if u have 'problems' with an entire sexuality because of some exorsexist people and a fucking carrd of all things then i dont want u around. unconditional acceptance or nothing at all.

If a person doesn't count ace/aro people as part of the LGBTQ+ community, chances are they also don't like queer being reclaimed and still tag it as "q slur" when the post is being made by a queer person. Like there's just a weird niche of exclusionists that just get particularly pissy about things that they have no reason to be pissy about.
Anyways drop those fucks and don't trust them because they're essentially the truscum of the queer community

"I have no clue how to word a reply to this post but honestly,,, I can't tell if it's just the villianization of detransitioning or just Everything about this post that kinda turns my brain into a train wreck" - Anonymous
okay. this is a doozy. im not gonna link the actual post (which was linked in the ask) bc I don't want to possibly be blamed for any potential hate that could get sent, but here's a screenshot.
Tumblr media
so the implication here is that you have trans men going from believing that being trans is a medical disorder, to believing that trans men face unique oppression, to being transmisogynistic, to believing that misogyny is the basis of all oppression and only sex is real, to detransitioning to become a full TERF.
now, I can see some logic here: the fear is that focus on transandrophobia (which is believed to entail "transfems oppress us") will lead to an "AMAB vs AFAB" view, which in turn leads to bio-essentialism and "penis bad vagina good". Which is a real thing, viewing issues as "AMAB vs AFAB" IS a TERF talking point that should be called out as such when it is seen.
But my problem with that is
 1. The dominant idea in the transandrophobia discussion is that transfems do not oppress us, do not have power over us, are not the main problem, and that solidarity with transfems is mandatory for trans liberation. While some people may fall into AMAB vs AFAB rhetoric, in my opinion that comes from a lack of understanding in transandrophobia and transmisogyny, and is not the prevailing opinion of most "TMRAs".
 2. This "pipeline" assumes that transmeds are where most "TMRAs" are coming from, and I... don't think that's true? Transmedicalism seems to be pretty universally rejected by everyone involved in the discussion. Many of us are genderqueer and nonbinary ourselves, many of us have unconventional transition goals, things that transmeds are opposed to. Transmeds are a group that is largely transmasc and discuss transness, yes, but I think we're just being grouped together because we are both "harmful transmasc groups". I don't think there's an actual ideological connection.
 3. Does this pipeline... exist? Like, we know the exclus to TERF pipeline exists, we've seen it in action or heard TERFs and ex-TERFs say it exists. But in terms of transmascs going from talking about transandrophobia to detransitioning to be TERFs, I have neither seen nor heard of that, and I question if this discussion has even been big enough for long enough for a substantial amount of detransitioned TERFs to have come from it?
now, having explained my issues with this "pipeline", I'm gonna say that this feels extremely fucked up. I've said before how the focus on transmascs who discuss our oppression as being TERFs-in-the-waiting feels like we are being seen as inherently AFAB. The idea that we will revert to our biological loyalty, that we can't be invested in ourselves and our experiences without that being reduce down to "AFAB separatism" and the like. I can't imagine being a TERF sympathizer after I've been suicide baited and harassed and swarmed by TERFs who call me a misogynist and a troon and that I should commit suicide for saying that trans men's voices on "women's" issues matter. Obviously this person disagrees with transandrophobia so it's not surprising that they've connected two groups that are widely-accepted as transphobic (transmeds and TERFs) to transandrophobia to make it seem inherently damaging and de-legitimize it's discussion.
