I've only just now realized that in character creator, when you click on an origin character, and then back to custom, you get a character of the same gender, race and class as origin one - because, well, it keeps all their settings and only switches the origin. And with most everyone it is not immediately apparent, because their designs are so different from anything you can get in character creator yourself. But for Wyll, who is the only one to have the same starting clothes as his class and whose starting design is deliberately chosen to be somewhat plain-looking, you get
