Sometimes, hours before i have an episode i'll experience symptoms of my neurological condition but during that time i'm so out of it i can't realize it's a warning sign.

It happens rarely but one time i completely blew up at my sister for no reason, about two hours later i had an episode and afterwards went wtf why did i do that?

Other times, like today, i'll feel stressed. Unusual amounts of severe acute stress. Without any discernable cause.

My episodes of paranoia and hallucinations are getting fewer but when i do have them they're oftentimes a warning sign.

Today i had been so out of it beforehand, to the point i wasn't able to notice i was out of it in the first place. I was barely aware of my body slumping and my eyes rolling back and spasming. Barely noticed i couldn't hold a thought for longer than two words. I hadn't noticed i was painfully cold and that i was hungry.

This lack of awareness hasn't happened like that before and it's a whole new thing i have to worry about now. Because potentially not being able to call for help, because i might not realize i need it, would be so dangerous.
