everything you said makes a lot of sense of course, but if I may put on my Devil's Advocate wig once more: they are idiot babies. yes, this whole thing would be WILD and a pile of red flags if they were adults, but they aren't. they're 16/17 and everything is new and wild and fucking scary. god knows I made my fair share of incredibly moronic mistakes at that age, and I definitely commend you if that wasn't the case for you but I guess I've decided to channel a much messier reality into this story.

I love your Littlest Wayne AU! I've binge read pretty much everything twice by now. Poor Bruce.
