*Weiss Schnee was enjoying her beauty sleep...which was about to be ended by Ruby & Yang*

Ruby: *facing her Scroll, hushed tone* "What's up, peeps! It's your girl Ruby, and we're gonna wake up Weiss. She's having her 'beauty sleep', and we'll wake up this lazy, entitled princess." *turns to Yang* "Let's go wake her up." *lifts up Crescent Rose and switches it to scythe mode*

Yang: "Yeah, on 'Go'." *uncocking Ember Celica*

Ruby: *gets into position* "3...2...1..."

*Ruby & Yang kicks down the dorm door, the latter's hair igniting*

Yang: "GOOO!!" *opens fire on Weiss' books* "WEISSCREAM!!

Ruby: "WEISS!!" *slices a portrait of Winter in two*

Weiss: *wakes up abruptly* "Wha--AAAAAHHH!!"

Ruby: "WAKE UP!!" *twirls her scythe, decapitating the small statue of Nicholas Schnee*

Weiss: *horrified* "WHAT?! BROTHERS!!" *ducks to avoid gunfire from Yang's gauntlets* "STOP!!"

Yang: "GET HER LAMP!" *punches the object*

Weiss: "GIRLS!! STOP IT, YOU BRUTES!!"

Ruby: "FUDGE THIS HEAD-STATUE!!" *slices the bust of Klein in two*

Weiss: *enraged* "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!"

It was late in the evening and Teams RWBY, JNPR, Oscar, Sun and Neptune were having a wonderful time. They all crowded around the table as Weiss and Blake were head to head in a chess match. Both of them glared at each other fiercely. It was sudden death. Weiss grabbed her piece and made her move. Blake's eyes shrank as she sat there helpless. It was all over.

Weiss: *smirks* Checkmate.

Blake: *sighs and smiles* You win again, Weiss. Good game.

Ruby, Pyrrha, Nora, Whitley and Neptune all cheered while Jaune, Ren, Sun, Yang and Oscar all groaned.

Yang: *looks at her watch* Aw man. Girls, we gotta get going. Ozpin has a new mission for us tomorrow.

Ruby: Oh right! I almost forgot about that. Let's get going.

Jaune: Huh? But it's a blizzars out there! You're not gonna make it all the way back to Vale.

Weiss: Psssh, I've been through worse. This is a mild inconvenience in Atlas.

Meanwhile, much to Ruby's surprise and delight, Penny has shown up to the dance. The only problem is her security detail which won't let anyone too close to her.

So, I don't know if this fic has much of a plot. It was really just me having fun imagining how Yang spent her time at the Beacon Dance. And also feeding my Nuts and Dolts heart by having them dance.

The plan was to have this be primarily a Bumbleby fic, but most of that kind of fell through as I was writing. I guess it doesn't help that I attempted to make this canon compliment, which means Blake's busy with Sun for most of the night. But, I made sure she had some time with her other favorite blonde. So what this fic ended up being was a superficial, but hopefully fun, exploration of Yang embracing her more butch side. Which is the main reason I'm tagging it for butch yang week.

Be forewarned, I didn't get a beta to edit this. It's just supposed to be for fun anyway
