I watched a lot of films in November and these are some of my thoughts. I've been hearing Pump It Up in my head ever since Sue.

Similarities between two of my favorite feline couples of animation: Puss in Boots x Kitty and Diego x Shira

1. Both males started out as assassins of sorts that are sent to handle specific targets.

Puss is sent by King Harold to do away with Shrek.

Diego is sent by Soto to bring the baby, Manny, and Sid to the pack for a good meal.

2. They both change their ways when meeting two other characters who end up becoming his best friends.

3. Both females are also skilled fighters who are initially working for the bad guy.

For Kitty, she was hired by Humpty Dumpty.

Shira is part of a pirate crew led by Captain Gut.

4. They also both change their ways because of the male feline convincing them that they could be better than what was expected of them.

The best part about this scene from Ice Age Collision Course is that Peaches has proved to be more than capable of taking care of crises and healing. After all, she spent all of her life around this herd and especially Eddie, Crash and Sid, who, despite being her uncles, need babysitting the most. She’s used to dealing with all this bullcrap and is willing to put an end to it.

Sorry, Ellie, but you shouldn’t have underestimated your daughter.
