The door flew open and Hope ran in, yelling "Riddikulus!" as she went. The Boggart disappeared with a Crack! and Hope scooped four-year-old Remus into a tight hug.

"Just remember, Remus. It's not real," she murmured into the crying child's ear. "It's just a Boggart. Your biggest fears won't ever come true....Just say riddikulus and it'll all be gone."

Remus took in a shuddering breath and muttered, "Riddikulus," and meeting his mother's grin with a watery smile.

"R-r-riddik-kulus," Remus murmured brokenly over and over through choked-off sobs, kneeling in front of the huge Veil in the now-empty room.

But it was no use.

His mother was wrong.

His greatest fear had come true, and Sirius was gone.

She goes through so much and I put so much of my own struggles into her. My struggles with accepting myself. Loving myself. With abandonment and loneliness. And yet she withstood it all. Daffodil stand before it all just like many characters who I admired before her.

Edward Elric, Ryoji Mochizuki, Clear, Pwyll (another old OC of mine) these characters means the fucking world to me. They encompass a lot of me. It's why I accept Pwyll and Clear as names for myself. But Daffodil...she just rises above them all. And its hard to explain without ruining the entirety of the Story I plan to write for her. Libraria is me screaming out my pain on the fucking page and I'm terrified of it. But I love it.

I don't think anyone could understand just how much of a comfort this tiny fucking dumb child is for me. The hardesta days become trivial when I believe in her. And even if this sounds crazy or stupid or whatever the fuck. I do genuinely hope people can find joy and love in her like I do. And I do hope that everyone has a person (fictional or otherwise) that can just push them forward like Daffy does for me.

I am sorry for this crazy ramble. I am listening to Double from the Milgram projects over and over again cause it slaps and it makes me think of myself and Daffy. And my relationship with my work and just her. And genuinely I don't know if I needed this but I think this has awakened something new in me. I think Double has risen to one of my favorite songs of all time. And for that thank you Milgram project for that.

I need to stop rambling now. But if you've read me crazy emotional ramblings. I'm sorry and thank you. And remember....please be kind to everyone. You never know if that was the last thing that person needed to make it through the day.
