I can’t believe that Carlos said that science is neat abd then immediately called Cecil neat. Science means more to him than life itself and Cecil is occupying the same part of his heart.

Ya'll I finally got around to playing the full HSR quest with Hoolay and Jiaoqiu is blind now? Permanently?

(Sidenote: my man Den Heng being a BADASS facing the other Vidyadhara and basically going: "you thought I was under the Alliance? SIKE!" before CHUCKING HIS SPEAR DIRECTLY INTO THE CHEST OF THAT VIDYADHARA AND LAUNCHING HIM INTO THE WALL.)

I kid you not that whole time I was scared he was going to die. I legit almost cried and apparently somewhere near the alchemy commission you can find a report on his true injuries in more detail? (Not sure if that's true though). I'm planning on looking for it later.

I'm so glad I pulled him when I did, though. He really put his own LIFE on the line. That cutscene, seeing his wounds and hearing him say he drank POISON damn near made me lose it. 😭

I love this man Hoyo don't kill him! I understand you tortured him and put him on death's door, so don't do anything else to him. Hasn't he been through enough?!

(EDIT: I found the report on his wounds and dear God, HOW DID THIS MAN SURVIVE? It's a freaking miracle he's alive and the only seemingly true permanent thing is his loss of eyesight!)
