You heard that? That’s the collective sign of every Batfamily member sighing in disappointment and collective glare towards Bruce. Like father like child, of all genes to be inherit you inherited his taste (ಠ_ಠ). Getting entangled with a villain is not something new in the Batfamily because they are either related to one (Cassandra, Stephanie, Damian) or romantically involved with one (Bruce with Talia, Poison Ivy, Catwoman and sometimes Harley. Dick with Catwoman II. And Jason with… you know what let’s not talk about Talia and Jason. That one is weird on all levels). 

If you’re romantically involved with someone who does not know Batman’s real identity then it’s not much of a problem. The family is just going to visit said enemy and scar them for the rest of their mortal life. It will be so bad they will just quit being a villain and leave Gotham all together. If you’re romantically involved with someone who knows Batman’s real identity, then it will be a chaotic event. Bruce is already fighting villains and now he’s fighting his blood pressure too. 

Riddler would be so smug about it. He would rub it in every Batfamily member’s face and would constantly drop your name in fights like ‘How would they react if you hurt me?’ or ‘Oh they will be mad if I come back bruised!’. Riddler would be so insufferable like the madman he is. If you’re dating Harvey Dent, you’re technically dating two persons (in most media depictions, Harvey is the same age as Bruce so let’s go with that one). His incorruptible part is basically filling every space that Bruce neglected to fill. He’ll teach you about legals and laws, tell you stories about their days and he protects you from those who dare to come close. His corrupted part, Two face, is kind of mean. He will never miss the chance to remind you of the potential parental issues you have. 

Headcanon that Harley will make it her mini mission to keep you away from Joker because let’s face it, Joker will not love you. He will only use you and break you like how he did to Harley. 

Honestly, it doesn’t matter if the relationship you have is good or bad. To the family it’s a parasite that needs to be terminated immediately before it grows. You’re grounded. You’re not allowed to go out alone. If you don’t live in the estate anymore, you will just randomly find your apartment sold to someone else and you’ll be taken back to the estate. No metahumans in Gotham rule but Damian already has the permission from Bruce to have the Titans stay for a while as reinforcements. Even Jason is patrolling more and everyday now he will make a report to the estate. 

During those days they were full on babying you to the point of infantilization. They’ll give you ‘the talk’ especially if you’re in a friends with benefits relationship with a villain and sometimes they’ll go so far into showing you every other person they had been with. They are not above poisoning the relationship too. They’ll show you expertly doctored photos showing their ‘infidelity’. Guilt trip you into reading old cases and gaslight you. You’re not in love with them, you were just manipulated into thinking that you are. 

But of course, what is a Wayne if not stubborn? Month of being grounded and being in heavy watch and you’re done. You already have their shifts memorized down to who checks on you at night. After hours once you’re certain that everyone is now asleep or busy on their patrols (or finished checking your room), you start acting out the plan of running away. You passed each security detail without triggering them, passed every room without alerting anyone, and passed Titus without waking him up. However before you can even reached the doorknob, you heard Dick and Jason behind you:

“Looks like someone took lessons from Catwoman” 

“You know we saw your lover today. We were going to let them go but I guess no one’s picking you up anymore” 

The next time you wake up, you are greeted by the fresh warm breeze and the sound of water hitting the shore. As you descended down the stairs, news about a villain going missing was on the headlines along with the date on the screen saying ‘Thursday’. It has been three days since you got caught by Jason and Dick and Tim just entered the door carrying take outs from Mad Yak cafe. You’re in Happy Harbor, far away from Gotham and your lover is missing. Was the no kill rule violated? You can only pray it’s not.

I was so looking forward to brighten this particular scene, it's the darkest yet and it's such a beautiful one it's a pity to miss even one detail

have you ever seen jen with a bigger smile? and she's quiet as usual, it's almost like more than the ride she's enjoying how much fun her friends are having. especially lilia, those two have been forming a bond that is equal parts bickering and a growing respect

I'm just glad alice had this moment of pure unadulterated joy before it came all crashing down

agatha is very, very quiet. despite never letting herself feel anything freely, she takes a moment to close her eyes and enjoy the beauty of it all

she looks back at rio, so sensual and confident

how can kathryn hahn convey so much with so little time? her breath catches at her sight. and then worry and fear take hold and she gives the tiniest shake of her head, as if she's forbidding herself to entertain any kind of thought about rio. she looks away. the blood moon behind her spells disaster

meanwhile billy is that kid who has the time of his life hanging out with the teachers during a field trip

I want to personally thank aubrey plaza for every acting choice she made as rio, but ESPECIALLY for this witchy laugh

(I just brightened the salem seven witch vomiting bees and it's actually pretty impressive! but I don't want to trigger any insect haters around here) (I love insects though so please talk to me about spiders if you want)

they couldn't get a good look at the cabin before rushing in and I couldn't either until now, do we know if it's something from Agatha's past? did she use to live there?

I'm salty that alice had to die in these stupid clothes

So. I think this trial is the most fucked up and humiliating yet. Billy knew nothing about jen except superficial facts, so he put her in a scenario that matched her work aesthetic, more of a personal insult than a wake up call (compare it with the broom lilia just made for her: roots and flowers, something that speaks about jen's work, beliefs and traditions.)

Alice's trial was entirely based on lorna, we know billy is a big fan so he ran with that concept creating something that really shook alice, and not in a good way. she was forced to sit in her dead mom's house and wear her clothes for god's sake. she took it as the Road wanting to teach her a lesson, when it was just a teenager with the grace and subtlety of a newborn puppy.

Now, agatha. billy doesn't know a thing about her because she's private to the point of paranoia. he has gathered that there's something in her past about a dead child and that's probably what makes her grumpy, so he... tried to make her talk to nicky. with a fuking oujia board. Despite having had his share of shock and trauma billy inevitably has a kid's point of view re: death, and even more so because he's functionally immortal. death is something that happens to other people, or far far away in the future. he thinks he's giving agatha much needed therapy, when he actually put a grown woman in child's clothes and made her relive her traumas for everyone to see.

btw I'm not in any way saying that the trials are bad writing. they are brilliant writing. they're just tragic and fucked up behind the funny exterior, just like agatha herself. sorry for the rant.

I mean I wouldn't be opposed to that. we could put billy back in a closet for a little while and get down and dirty with it. and ooh there's a little leaf on rio's shirt, I hadn't noticed it!

agatha is irrevocably, eternally linked with death in all its forms

looks like rio is playing along and setting the scene, but she's also doing something more subtle that only agatha understands: she's provoking her, and it's becoming more personal and hurtful. she's testing and punishing more than she used to. she is growing angrier.

agatha wants to tell rio to fuck off but knows she deserves it. agatha is NOT happy to be in this trial for reasons that go beyond what everyone present (except rio) assumes, but she'll bite the inside of her cheeks until they bleed before she shows any of it

the way he says it with a straight face too (again, NO PUN INTENDED. forgive me joe, I would never)

oh great alice has only thirty minutes to live

everyone looks worried and on their guard, rio has her whole knife out, playing along. agatha is STILL trying to look cool and casual, it's painful to watch. girl is panicking, hard

meanwhile billy is always bringing a whole different energy, he's playing and having fun! think back to the second episode when they met lilia and then jen and alice for the first time. billy had no clue about the tension, the fear and hate between them and agatha. right now he's still more excited than scared. he's about to have a rude awakening.

Salo -

- I think he was like most people from piltover and was like "UHM, what is this dirty little dirt baby doing near me why are they coughing are they diseased?"

- I think the beginning of him taking you in would be like, he decides you probably shouldn't be in the road coughing and essentially on the verge of perishment.

- So he takes you to the nearest doctors office and is like fully prepared to just, disappear.

- That was until the doctor looks at him and says "Oh, councilor Salo, I didn't know you had a child?"

- After that he just, accepted his fate as a father.

- At first I don't think he would be that warm and comforting, but it's just generally an adjustment period.

- He learns to take care of you through long amounts of trial and error, and eventually you both form a decent connection.

- It wasn't exactly father and child, but more so friendly roommates

- That was until you finally got your diagnosis.

- Before now he was kinda just your dad in theory, sure he fed you and helped you when you cried and comforted you through long nights when you couldn't breathe but that was completely and totally just because he had to.

- But something inside of him just feels so sad for you when the doctor first straps your mask onto your face.

-After that your relationship changes for the better.

-You both seem to bond and become more close in a way that he wasn't exactly expecting.

-He becomes more vigilant about what you eat and what you're doing and making sure that you don't break your mask.

- Eventually, he feels more like your dad in a real sense, not just on metaphorical paper.

Vander (Pre ep3) -

- At first he wasn't exactly going to become fatherly figure to you.

- I mean after all he has 4 other children he has to look after and you surely have parents somewhere.

- It took one week for the powder and the others to get used to you being there, and 2 weeks for Vander to realize no one was coming for you.

- After that Vander decided that it was better to just take you under his wing and care for you.

- First thing he did after deciding that was getting into contact with the best doctor in Zaun to try and figure out why you were coughing so much.

- The next thing he did was try not to cry when they forced the mask onto you so that you could breathe.

- After that though, things went significantly well.

- You bonded more closely with Powder than anyone, mainly because of the feeling of being both the youngest and the least helpful.

- Even when they did take you on missions, you'd get out of breath, or get your mask broken.

- Vander learned very fast that he should learn how to fix it.

- But after that, everything was good, and you had a family for as long as that could last.

Jayce -

- Of most of the people in Piltover, I think he would be the one of the most inclined to help you.

- I feel like he would pretty consistently take walks out, and that's where he would find you.

- He would find you sitting against a wall coughing so hard it was sure to have been heard at least a mile away.

- He would definitely panic and try to talk to you and figure out what happened, and then realize that verbal communication is the least effective communication for him to have picked.

-So instead he picks you up and rushes you to the nearest doctors office.

- With the way that he's so panicked and treating you so kindly, the doctors just assume that he's your father.

- After the doctors explain to him what your illness is he immediately thinks of Victor.

- At first, his reason behind taking care of you was that he was just making sure you were okay before he looks for your real parents.

- But eventually, he just gets so used to you being around that he kinda just forgets that he should be looking for them, and instead just leans into the fatherly role.

- It took a lot of sleepless nights and a lot of conversations with Mel to figure out how to take care of a child and how to progress with your illness.

- And after all of it, he officially files for adoption of you.

- And he's the best dad you could ever ask for

Victor -

- Objectively, I think he would be the best out of all of them.

- He likely found you before he went to Piltover, and he took care of you almost immediately.

- He knows how it feels to be different from other kids your age, what it's like to be made just, wrong.

-He cares for you, and eventually he moves you both to Piltover.

-It was an extremely risky decision for him to have made, but it was for you to get a good doctor, and for him to get a good job.

- After you receive your mask and your diagnosis, he becomes more protective.

- He cleans your mask once a day to make sure it doesn't build up gunk and becomes more dangerous to your lungs.

- He also becomes more vigilant on what you're doing and if that can cause your mask to break.

- After he eventually receives his diagnosis, he decides that after his time is up that he's going to give you to Jayce.

- But before that time comes, he's gonna love you like you're his own.

A darling that always says "Goodbye." when she leaves to go somewhere even for 5 minutes in the 'we'll never see each other' way. If she is ever asked why, she goes "Who knows, I might die in that time, I gotta say my goodbyes, just in case". I feel like this lil habit of mine might give some of the yanderes anxiety. (I'm Italian so I say the equivalent "Addio" that is strictly used in the occurrence where you are sure you'll never ever see someone again, but I never understood if 'Goodbye' in English has the same strict meaning or not despite being the direct translation 😅)

I had this exact same fear as a child and I used to cry over it a lot and then I got diagnosed with OCD so maybe be on the lookout for that one, friend. Also Goodbye is kind of a formal version of the word, it is mostly shortened to just "Bye", and it can mean anything from "I will not see you for several years and I will miss you so much" to "I'm running to the grocery store".

Atalanta would be concerned and probably direct Noelle to look into your background trying to find a reason for this. She's gonna try to have an awkward conversation about why you feel this way. She might make you go to therapy.

Vivien probably does the same, he's got weird issues about people leaving him before he has a chance to say goodbye. Wonder why?

Noelle's got her own issues, who is she to deny your idiosyncrasies. She will let you say bye-bye as many times as you need to to feel secure.

Chemical Reaction (Chapt 3)

TW: Child abuse and death of a child.

With time, Felicia’s belly grew. Against everyone’s wishes, she continued to work in the mines. However, once she hit her second term, Connol was able to convince her to stay home if he were to take her shift too. Since he was working a double shift at the mines to make ends meet as well as prepare for a baby, her friends pitched in and took turns watching over her. Vander would help her forget about morning sickness by cracking a few jokes, she could rant and confide to Ophelia anytime she needed, while Benzo would have Ekko make her strange yet useful contraptions for gifts, even Anton would watch her when Vander needed to tend to his bar.

The Last Drop skyrocketed in popularity faster than a Yordle could devour a cake! This meant Vander wasn’t able to contribute as much as he had initially wanted to, but when Felicia was at the bar he made sure she was supplied with fluffy pillows and a quiet table off to the side. When the time came, Felicia went into labor in the basement of The Last Drop. Not the most ideal place for a baby, but hospitals weren’t exactly common in the Undercity. Once Vander heard that she went into labor, he closed the bar and ran down the stairs. She was surrounded by the familiar faces that helped her through her pregnancy. That night, anyone walking by the bar could tell you that the screams of a woman emitted from the bar. Ophelia sprinted through the streets of the Undercity, with one mission in mind: find Connol, tell him that it is time. His late shift couldn’t have come at a worst time. But he knew when he turned to see Ophelia out of breath face in the mines that the baby was being born.

The baby was delivered safely, even sporting a pink tuft of hair on the top of her small head. Felicia was enthralled with the baby, maternal instincts kicking in just like her friends said they would. Little violet was spoiled by her parents and their friends, well as spoiled as a kid from the fissures could be. Everyone pitched in when they could but as close as everyone was, they slowly grew apart as time went on.

A year after the baby was born Benzo opened a business deeper into the Undercity, Silco continued to pour himself into his plans for a New Zaun and Vander was preoccupied with his bar as well as helping Silco. Ophelia had almost completely lost contact with Vander due to a famine starting to creep its way into her camp. She had more kids that were plucked off the streets, more mouths to feed. Dart, the young woman in charge, started to take the older children out to find food, anything sufficed. Thankfully, as quick as the food shortage came, it passed. There was still a scarcity of food but no one had to eat half a slice of moldy bread for the meal of their entire day.

It was a dreary day that Ophelia opened the sheet metal door to Felicia, she had a four year old Violet holding a bunny plush with her. “Felicia!” Ophelia gasped, beckoning the pair in. “Oh have I missed you both,” Ophelia opened her arms towards the toddler who sported a pink bob. Violet jumped into her arms enthusiastically, still holding the bunny toy. The two friends continued to catch up while Violet played with children of the camp her age. “What’s this?” Felicia groaned at the odd tasting water. “I thought you had a water filter?”

Ophelia giggled, taking a sip of the herbal concoction. “It’s tea. Silco introduced me to it, I believe he found a bag at Benzo’s.” Ophelia’s sharp eyes fell upon her friend sitting across from her, eyeing the tea. “It’s from Piltover.” That made Felicia put the cup on the barrel that served as a table next to her. “Don’t need to tell me twice,” She leaned in. “You’re not turning Pilt…are ya?”

Ophelia held up a hand. “Nonsense. Simply trying out a recommendation from a friend.” She took another sip as silence overcame them. Felicia’s eyes were fixed on her daughter playing with the children across the room. “Friend, huh? How is Silco anyways?”

Humming into her tea, Ophelia paused. “Busy, as usual. Him and I will be investigating Piltover’s sewers soon.” Her Vastayan ears flicked, waiting for a response from her friend. Felicia snickered. “What?” Ophelia looked at her friend curiously. “Nothing, nothing, just…” She giggled before giving her friend a look. “You two ‘been getting real friendly.”

Face turning red, Ophelia set her cup down. Just as she was about to retort, Felicia interrupted. “Good for you. I’ve been rooting for you two weirdos.” She picked her cup up, mimicked a toast before taking a sip. “Ew! I forgot! Bleh!”

After catching up Felicia made Ophelia promise that she’d attend a monthly get-together as she was starting to feel a bit lonely. Of course Ophelia agreed, she needed a distraction from undermining Topside as well as keeping the camp a float.

2 years flew by, life staying the same. Except the fissures got progressively worse. The group kept their word on the monthly meetings despite it being difficult with everyone’s new schedules. Everyone wanted to do this for her, for Felicia. Felicia fell pregnant again. “Another girl.” She broke the news to Vander, Silco and Ophelia with a weak smile at one of their get-togethers. Ophelia knew she was nervous but not as nervous as she was with Vi. Even though she was nervous, the expecting mother knew that her friends had her side. - The baby had no complications. Except for scaring everyone in the room half to death. She didn’t cry, not one bit. But once Felicia held her newborn, she melted. “Hello, Powder.” She whispered, her tear stained face nuzzling the baby.

Powder proved to be a handful, she loved to rough house with Vander. Anytime Felicia came to visit her old friends with 4 year-old Powder and 10 year-old Violet, Powder would sprint across the room just to jump on Vander’s back. Violet, on the other hand, enjoyed rivaling him in, a very much fixed, boxing match. But she learned to hit harder the older she had gotten.

After a busy day, Ophelia and Silco entered the Last Drop. Vander beamed from across the bar at the sight of his friends. “Welcome back- oh woah what's that smell?” Any patrons around the pair quickly escaped to the opposite side of the bar, clutching their noses. “Sorry, Van,” Ophelia sniffed herself and made a face. “Silco and I just got back from Topside's sewers.”

“Okay…” He flipped his hand towel over his broad shoulder, eyebrows furrowed. “But why do you two have to go mucking about here while smelling like that?” Vander’s nose scrunched at the smell now taking over his bar. Ophelia and Silco exchanged smirks before walking to the counter, a customer sitting next to where they stood scooted to the farther side of the bar. “It appears I left my notes here. Have you seen them?” Silco’s head tilted, completely ignoring the stench wreaking off himself. “Yeah, yeah. Your book is right under the counter. I’ll grab it. Just stay away from the cushions, that stuff is expensive to get cleaned.” Ophelia giggled.

The Vastayan’s senses were triggered. ‘Watching.’ All of a sudden she felt someone next to her watching. Listening to her instincts, she looked over her shoulder to see Silco’s form beside her. She could of sworn his seafoam green eyes glanced away from her own just as she turned. The notebook slammed on the counter they were leaning on. “Here, I beg you please leave before my customers do.” He begged.

Suddenly, the front door to the bar swung open with a bang as someone backed in through the doorway with a crate-loaded dolly. “Well would you look at who it is,” Vander rounded the counter, arms open enthusiastically. “Anton, my friend! I was starting to worry something happened to you.”

Anton, an older fellow with short blonde hair gave a tired smile. “No, no, just had an increase in sales from the other establishments I sell my stock too.” He hoisted the dolly into the bar with one last pull, careful to not jostle the crates. “I’d love to deliver these to you more often but I just don’t have the time.” He took off the cap he was wearing and itched his neck. Vander gave his old friend a pat on the back. “Please, you already give me a generous discount. Consider yourself forgiven.” He whispered that last part to Anton. Vander’s friend took a clipboard that sat atop the crates.

While he had his friend sign off the alcohol delivery, Ophelia felt a tug on her sleeve. Once Silco got her attention he tipped his head towards the basement. Nodding at her friend, they waved Vander goodbye and, at the relief of the customers, disappeared into the basement. Ophelia felt like the increase in time with Silco was a consequence of Vander becoming quiet. He’d stew behind the bar, quietly making drinks while mulling over something in his head. Anytime he’d overhear a patron talking about Piltover he’d snap and dive into a heated rant about how they oppress us .

Ophelia watched from her perch upon jagged rocks as the children of her camp played in the water below. They had begged her for the past few weeks about allowing them to go to the beach in the fissures. Well, the piece of land filled with scarp rocks and hard sand was as close as they were going to get to a beach. She only agreed if she chaperoned them. The day was hot, humidity practically causing anyone outside to bake. Ophelia almost thought it was her about to suffer from a heatstroke when she heard shouting from behind. She quickly splashed water onto herself to cool her temperature before turning to investigate the noise. An enforcer marched across the sand to the children playing. It was a random search. "Sir," Ophelia ran as fast as she could to the scene, watching her children becoming tense from fear. "Sir! Is there a problem?" She finally caught up to him. "This is just part of my job. I am looking for a young fugitive," He held up a wanted poster of someone she's never seen before. "And these children fit the description."

He moved to advance on the children when Ophelia grabbed his arm. "Please, leave them be! They don't look anything like the poster." She tried to remain calm but her heart was racing. He yanked his arm from her grasp, causing her to stumble. "Don't touch me!" The officer growled at her.

"Leave her alone."

Ophelia and the now aggravated enforcer snapped their heads to a frightened girl. Ophelia's heart sank when she saw a shiv in her shakey hands. "Allie-go back to the others." Was what Ophelia wanted to say, but the officer was faster.

Allie was on the ground under the enforcer's weight. "No!" Ophelia screamed, she ran and tried to claw the officer off of her but he was too strong. "She's a child! She's a child!" She sobbed but the enforcer turned, throwing Ophelia off his armor. When she recovered Allie was gone, suffocated from his weight. Seeing the horrified look on Ophelia's face, the officer growled. "It's just protocol." He stepped over the girl's body. "She had a weapon." He started to walk towards Ophelia with a pair of handcuffs now dangling in his hands. "You'll need to come with me." She didn't listen, just stood in place frozen. Her eyes glued to the child she knew for the past few months. Allie had a sister, she loved bugs, she had dreams, she was protective even though she was 7. Cold metal clicked against her skin, but it was only a few seconds that they had been hooked around her wrists when the enforcer's body flew across the sand and fell against a rock. His body covered in blue feathers. They stuck out of him like knives.

Other trenchers watched in horror as Ophelia fell to the ground. Wanting nothing to do with the violence, people ran.

The beach cleared out fast as blood soaked the sand around the enforcer's body.

got my grades back for my courses last semester and most of it was to be expected, mostly A's, maybe an A-, etc. but i honestly can't get over the fact that my independent study (the buddy cole documentary) was for some reason given a B. like sure getting a B isn't bad per se, I usually get at least one B every semester and i honestly don't really care about what my exact gpa is as long as i can graduate, but come on. this school put me through months of psychological torment over this project and didn't even have the nerve to give me a B+??? i'm still coping with the self-doubt they forced on me and this bullshit is not helping!!

pspsppsspps can i know a bit of backstory for ur oc sora? like to expand the description on ur toyhouse? and i hope this isnt weird to say but she always stuck out for me bc i had this oc when i was younger who's name is sora and had similar hair style and color. everytime i see ur sora im like woagh. same hat.

i love toyhouse for allowing me to catch up on my own ocs like a daily paper very cool anyway-

sora was one of my first real human ocs! she was originally a kind of edgy-for-a-young-teen-created-character type chara & ive kinda had to rebuild her in ways over the years & im still not handling her quite right but that said.

sora's back story is heavily dependent on her ability. she's far from a prodigy with it, she's like. most average case of learning she had an ability ever, except for the ability itself. what i have written for her ability i dont think holds up anymore; i think she also has the potential to positively affect people's mental states as well. thing is she has effectively no practice with it & it tends activate when she's scared or angry so it messes with people's heads terribly & thats all she knows of it. she doesnt want to hurt anyone she just happens to be really good at accidentally giving people like. major depression in mere moments. which she hates. so she hides.

she's (accidentally) lead to multiple people in her home town getting themselves into accidents with injuries or killed. didn't take her too long to put together the incidents were related to her ability, & with relatives occasionally joking that she curses people, she felt really guilty & ended up running away. that kind of started a trend of going somewhere, causing problems on accident, getting upset, going somewhere else for a while until she managed to grow her bangs out long enough to cover her eye which seemed to mostly solve her problem. she knows she doesnt have any real control over it & that scares her so she gets really upset if even the wind pushes her hair out of place. there's never any concrete evidence she's behind any of the incidents, but weird abilities are all over this world so even if she's not being held responsible in publications & whatnot, the witnesses & locals aren't completely unaware of the situation. so like i said she went new places where she wouldnt have that reputation.

she made friends with roselii at her current town & roselii's suggested on a few occasions to practice with her ability so she's more comfortable with it, but the thing is she needs another person to do that, and she's not the type to use strangers for an experiment, & there's no way she'd ever risk hurting roselii so she always declines. theres like. ability sparring in this world where strangers fight each other with their abilities, BUT she only leaves town if she's moving to a different one & in the event she crosses paths with someone else she'll lie & say she doesnt have an ability & otherwise try & get out of it.

she's pretty comfortable where she is now, but she still has the mindset where she's prepared to up & leave at the smallest reason.

so the issue with having a turbulent relationship with someone is that when things are good and you’re in sync it’s like you’re one person and you love the same things and do things together but when things are bad those same things become unbearable and you no longer have access to things you love because to love them is to love that person and you don’t want to so you pretend they don’t exist and in doing so deny yourself another thing that makes you happy
