Liam is, at first, completely horrified, right? like, oh, dear heavens, he just punched someone! that's not very holy of him! ...but also, Theo is a demon... surely he's just... acting within his angelic duties... to thwart demon wiles... yeah...?

and Theo cannot decide whether to laugh his ass off because he just got an angel to punch someone or start panicking that maybe he's pushed Liam too far and he'll be discoperated or smth. which ofc he won't be bc Liam (as much as he loath to admit it) does not hate Theo, but they are not at the stage in which Theo is certain of that!!

but once Theo gets him back it (dreadfully, in Liam's opinion, and cruelly giddily in Theo's) becomes a Thing.

#oh yeah that's right Liam threw the first punch #Theo talked big game but never actually put his hands on the angel for fear of being smited(? smut? smitten.)#Liam? Liam tried very very hard to talk no game and then came out swinging (literally)#and Theo was absolutely overjoyed to take advantage of that #they both have caused their fair share of bloody noses #only one has to hide it and the other gets to revel in tempting an angel to such a petty violence #at first it starts off as Theo egging Liam into fights so he can sock the stupid angel #but when Liam starts getting attention from Upstairs after a few centuries of this back and forth they've got going on #Theo quickly tries to spin it into something positive for the both of them (thinking of 6x16. you are too. we all are)#forces him to realize he in fact does not want to lose his only... whatever Liam is to him #I think Liam would warm up to Theo first even if he will not say it #Liam fell first Theo fell harder blah blah blah such and such and the likes #being creative is exhausting sheeesh can someone make my au for me LOL #anyways this was another exercise in “I wanted to draw this but the drawing was refusing to happen so here it is in words instead”#thiam #theo raeken #liam dunbar #teen wolf #good omens #so sorry go people but I need to find this later and it IS a go crossover au so... Saw a post abt the Sonic movies that was like "plz filter negativity posts better" which is GOOD AND TRUE you should be doing that. Ok. But then they kept going to imply that the criticisms of the Sonic movies are all entirely Personal and Ignorable and not like. Usually abt the horrific copaganda, misogynistic writing, and Paramount's disgusting zionism.... Guys a lot of ppls problem w the Knuckles show wasn't JUST a bastardization of Knuckles' character or thinking Wade was annoying or whatever, but like was focused on the grotesque Zionist message from that one episode 😭😭😭 you can enjoy something and still recognize that it has intrinsic and huge glaring flaws and talk abt them. I think actually you Should be speaking up abt the misogyny, zionism and propaganda the SCU supports and discusses, ESPECIALLY if you like the movies! Its important to be able to recognize these things in media and admit that even media you personally enjoy can be deeply problematic, instead of hiding it away and pretending those HUGE FLAWS aren't issues actually....

Things that sillily make me happy: the fact that in the official Buffy chess set they released, Buffy and Angel are queen and king chess pieces.

And, I mean, it just makes sense that they would do this, of course. As it looks like this set was based on early season two, as Spike and Drusilla are the king and queen pieces for black.

But Buffy and Angel being king and queen pieces works so well, since they're paired together, of course. And equal to each other... and a battle couple. And more than anything, this is great because the queen's the most powerful piece on the board and Buffy's the most powerful character in the series, of course. And her being more powerful than Angel just tracks. Because she canonically is. And this makes me think of the many times where she saved him and he was the damsel.

Anyway...

#buffy the vampire slayer #bangel #i was looking at this set on ebay again. in thinking about christmas gifts for people #also i found out that there are three buffy board games. four if you you want to count that the unmatched buffy set that doesn't fully coun #but meh #i had thought there were three when i was browsing lately but now i know for sure. there's also an ats one. so if you want to count that #and not see angel as its own thing there are actually four #still bummed. though. that the ats expansion of the one buffy game got canceled on account of covid:( it sounded so cool #i'm also not counting the buffy chess set as a game: i'm meaning board games here. if you want to count the buffy chess set then #there's even more #basically (not counting the chess set) it looks like there was this one buffy game and then that game did a spinoff angel game #then after that (i think) there was a legendary version of buffy (legendary is a game series oc)#then after that there was a new buffy game that got an expansion set and then was going to have one more expansion set in the form of ats #but covid sadly ruined that plan:(#and then there's a game called 'unmatched' and there's a set you can get of that that adds buffy characters to the game. but the game itsel #isn't a buffy game #though don't quote me on this... (because i have not played the game) if you only have the buffy unmatched set perhaps it would just be a #buffy game. but it's not set out to be a buffy game or anything like that #i do know two people who have played the buffy unmatched set and really enjoyed it #me myself i've played the third buffy game i listed here (the one with one expansion and was supposed to have an angel one) and it was fun:

it’s the last Sunday before Sunday’s banner ends so i suppose it’s about time for me to finally boot up HSR and pull him home… wish me luck

actually i think one of the things in outsiders that really fucked me up was one of owen's turns of phrase

when magic tricks him and goes into the maze alone, only surviving because he figures out what happened quick enough to follow & rescue her, he tells her that he's never going to stop coming after her (to make sure she's safe, to protect her)

and then after owen's gotten his memories back, he tells apo that he's never going to stop coming after him (to hunt him down, to kill him)

#i am never going to be normal about phrases being repeated with a different meaning #and i think this one especially fucks me up because it really hammers home the difference between owen at his core #(wanting to keep people safe. living to protect. loving his friends so so much hed do anything to keep them alive & happy)#and the person he became as a result of the trauma he experienced and the actions he took and life he led because if it #i think the real tragedy of this character lies in that we see who he couldve been!!! he was Good and he loved so much & tried so hard #but he lost his support system (mostly apo but also rasbi + graecie) and just. never quite learned to trust/rely on the others #because he believed what angel said- he can't show them weakness. theyre counting on him so he has to stay strong for them no matter what #i fully believe that if things had been different he could have overcome his past after remembering. if that support system had been built #i think he wouldve had a chance at least.#and thats the tragedy. he was so caught up in being their rock that they didnt know how to love him and he didnt know how to let them #after apo and angel he didnt let anyone in enough that they couldve changed his mind #so of course no one could save him. he would never have let them #anyway this smp fucked me up real bad. i think it did something to my brain pathways i think theyre realigned #pat.txt
