just thinking about how canonically, orym thinks that dorian doesn't reciprocate romantic feelings towards him and is really shy about his love for dorian. even though: -exu: prime, dorian was practically crushing hard on orym and was very distraught in their first argument (about the circlet)), not to mention dorian was usually always checking up on orym and on orym's side when nobody else was/didn't want to hear him out. and offered HIMSELF to join orym and fearne with traveling. -in the early eps of c3 dorian was nonstop thinking about orym and constantly checking in on him whenever he could, healing and comforting, and making sure that everyone respected orym as a 'leader'. i mean bro was actually calling himself a coward sometimes when he couldn't get to orym/help orym in those fights. dorian was PLAYED AS TUNNEL VISIONED FOR ORYM. (quite frankly, still is) AND was said to have 'ran away from something important to him'. the sending stone message back??? the tone robbie decided to have??? -recent c3 eps when he was on orym's side during the laudna ordeal, and even asked ORYM what HE wanted to do/if laudna could be trusted. staring ''deeply'' into orym's eyes when he put him down from the reunion hug. literally told orym to his face during the rain scene outside the tavern that "i've thought about you every step of the way." -- telling orym EVERYTHING he needed to hear; about not being everyone's protector, and that he wasn't leaving/going anywhere, that he HAS SOMEONE to lean on too. constantly was healing and [or at least trying to]saving orym... and only silently loathed when credit went to ashton instead. bought orym an expensive armor because idk he thought orym's eyes were cute, not to mention thinking about how his opinion on the gods correlated to orym's story as-well (meaning he was still thinking of orym and orym's opinion during that) as we got from the cooldown of ep102... and THEN WHEN THIS NEW ARGUMENT HAPPENED IN e103??? he said,,, absolutely nothing back. because he doesn't like conflict,, yes, but he especially doesn't like conflict with orym. yeah no its totally one-sided guys.

I woke up this morning still thinking about Fadel waking up in Style's bed.

I wonder what was running through Fadel's head as he turned to look at Style, eyes still squinting against the too-bright morning light, the unfamiliar comfort of the shape of Style's name on his lips for the very first time. I wonder if he was too sleepy to process how strange it was that he didn't really mind being pinned down by the weight of Style's thigh thrown over his hips; that the sensation was grounding and reassuring rather than being confining or suffocating. I wonder if the thought crossed his mind that he wouldn't mind waking up like this again, wouldn't mind letting someone into his space, wouldn't mind giving someone the bared vulnerability of lying naked and unprotected with all the implications of unwavering trust that has -- not if it was with him.

I wonder if Fadel registered the way his heartbeat is steady and calm despite the strange surroundings and unfamiliar bed, because something in him has already labelled the person lying next to him as safe.

I wonder if Fadel even understood that this, right here, in all its quiet and unacknowledged stillness, was the moment he fell in love?

Atsushi being very very confused about casual affection. It's got me in a chokehold, like y'all don't understand.

Atsushi doesn't understand why Kunikida pats him on the shoulder when he does his report to the best of his ability. Atsushi doesn't understand why Dazai pats his head and sometimes plays with his hair (mostly when he's bored and avoiding Kunikida). Atsushi doesn't understand why Kyouka leans against him sometimes when they're at the apartment. Atsushi doesn't understand why Kenji just HUGS him out of the blue. Atsushi doesn't understand why the Tanizakis bump against him while they walk from place to place. Atsushi doesn't understand (kinda) why Ranpo insists on holding hands when they go to a crime scene. Atsushi doesn't understand why Yosano squeezes his shoulder. Atsushi doesn't understand why President Fukuzawa gives him food and pats his hand.

Atsushi doesn't understand these things, he doesn't understand. His skin gets prickly and his breath sometimes gets quick because of all the skinship, but he likes it, but he doesn't, but he does–

I disagree that the daddy kink convo should've been replaced with a heartfelt meaningful conversation about their mutual issues with their fathers because as much as you complain that the relationship isn't developed for Buck, it isn't developed for Tommy either, and it would be a disservice to the reserved guy that Lou says that Tommy is to make him immediately open up to someone without showing the proper progression and storyline leading up to that

the kink convo worked for both characters (both are just dawgs i guess), it was very mutual, and i still don't understand the perspective that Tommy's comment came out of nowhere, i run based off of the assumption that all flirty buck convos are... flirty...????

I understand why people want this, because the acknowledgement of Buck's parental issues comes with a burning desire to have a genuine conversation about it, but something that fits his character should not come at the cost of another character.

A scene should fit to everyone involved, and at most, it should've been a kind of... maybe a conversation of buck going 'yeahh... i got issues with my dad, that's why Bobby means so much to me, he's kinda like the dad i never had.' and Tommy's response being 'Yeah, i see that... my dad sucked but i had Gerrard who sucked too, so... yeah... he's the dad i already did have lol.'

this conversation should happen eventually, but when it actually has meaning. At a point where Tommy is actually going to be willing to open up a little more (since we kinda see that he is a little bit more reserved with Buck still in this season), and maybe it's in favour of servicing Buck as a character, or Tommy, or BOTH. But you cannot put a character on the line bc you pearl clutch over the fact that your 'baby' pretty boy fucks severely.
