God, I'm (yet again) exhausted. What a show. I will say, flaws and all, it's still one of the best animated series I've watched. Ever. No, I don't think it deserves the vitriol it's getting on social media.

I have a LOT of emotions right now. I don't think I'm even thinking straight after watching through everything once. It definitely needs to be re-watched multiple times. No, I'm not offering any kind of insights or anything like that. I think I'm just too emotional seeing my favorite show end.

I really wanna thank the writers, directors, artists, animators, producers, and everyone else who worked on this show for this work of art. It was beautiful, and it's why I love making gifs of this show.

And just because this show has ended, doesn't mean I'll stop making things. There's two whole seasons to work with now. I hope I can have enough free time to post regularly. I still need to make some 8k wallpapers and a ton of gifs haha.

I'll take a break and sleep for now. I'll see what I can make when I wake up tomorrow. I have so many things I want to do, but I also feel like crap and I too, have a life LMAO.

Oh, and I'm still looking forward to the next stories that they tell us! Runeterra truly has amazing lore. Excited to see what's next!

people who are like "oh no they ruined Caitlyn she is on the bad side now" am I the only one glad that Caitlyn's character took this turn? She was the face of the enforcers to the viewers for such a long time. She was kind, compassionate and diligent, the perfect "good cop".

But that's not a fair representation of the enforcers now, is it.

Vi and Powder were orphaned by enforcers. Kind? No.

When in order to survive, they snuck into Piltover to steal goods to sell them, it was enforcers's job to catch and punish these kids, no questions about what kinda life drove these children to do that asked. Compassionate? No.

When Vi got kidnapped arrested. She was put in prison for 6+ years, I doubt there was ever a due court process to determine whether this child was really guilty and deserved imprisonment or not. Diligent? No.

i do a light chuckle once i remember hofmann and semmelweis are friends but then i remember semmelweis and marcus' suitcase interaction where they talk about her and i am once again inconsolable about this old woman's death

i’m so glad that arcane is more resistant to right wing infection because it so explicit in its representation. the main plot is intricately tied to a relationship between two sisters, the biggest romantic relationship is a lesbian one, the characters that drive the story forward are majority women, the main antagonist is a black woman not written stereotypically, the disability rep isn’t through karmic punishment, isha’s non-verbal, lest is trans. like we’re winning!

Elephants are my favorite plushies and I collect them so the majority of the pile is just elephants with names that all start with E LMAO

at first she'd be a total hater. it's sevika, she's gotta keep up her tough girl act. i'm picturing it like: you guys are making out and you invite her to your room to take things a little farther (wink wink.) she's eagerly following behind you as you guide her to your room, hands fondling you wherever she can reach, distracting you to the point where it takes you two or three tries to open your door.

you manage to swing open the door eventually, dragging her to your bed, only for her to pause halfway through your room. you turn around to see what's got her frozen, and see her eyeing the plushie corner. you huff.

"don't be rude." you say, already knowing your girlfriend's cooking up some kind of half hearted tease. she turns to you with a raised eyebrow and a smirk.

"those your friends?" she asks. you scoff.

"as a matter of fact, yes. not like you'd know anything about having friends." you spit back. she rolls her eyes and chuckles, but leaves it at that, much more interested in you than your plushies at the moment.

it doesn't mean that's the last you'll hear about it tho.

sometimes she'll stop in the middle of sex to look over her shoulder at the pile of plushies. "it's like they're watching us. fucking perverts."

sometimes to piss you off she'll plop herself down right in the middle of the pile. "you're squishing them!" you complain. she just rolls her eyes and pulls you down to join her for cuddles in the surprisingly soft pile of animals.

after enough time together, she knows all the names for your elephants-- but she refuses to use the proper names.

"quit sitting on top of eileen!"

"eggo is fine. she's a comfy cushion."

or

"babe can you pass me ellis?"

"here's edgar." she'd say, passing you the correct plushy.

she just does it to get a rise out of you.

she won't admit it out loud, but you can tell she thinks the pile is cute. you've caught her straightening out a plushy that's fallen over a few times. on the rare occasion that she's sleeping in your bed without you beside her, she'll use your biggest plushie to cuddle with. you have a picture of it on your phone you're saving in case you ever need to blackmail her.

Just finished watching Arcane s2

literally the thing I kept saying throguhout the entire finale was “Okay I may not like this character (for killing off some of my other favorites) but I don’t want them to die.”

AND THEN EVERYONE JUST FUCKING DIED

FIRST AMBESSA DIED (She was like the biggest example of what I kept saying, I didn’t like that she started that war with Viktor and Warwick but also I got sad, also Mel using magic was cool I KNEW i liked her for a reason

JAYCE DEFEATED VIKTOR WITH THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP THEN GOT THANOS SNAPPED AFTER

AND THEN THE FUCKING JINX SACRIFICE??!?? I like sat there in silence for like a good 2 minutes after that I WANTED HER TO KISS AND MAKEUP WITH EKKO AFTER EPISODE 7 CMON

(Also I was kinda neutral on timebomb, thought it was cute but episode 7 just made me so giggly and kickign my feet I had to and in the universe where Powders happy and none of her other friends died (except Vi of course) I AM A FULL BLOWN TIMEBOMB STAN)

OOOOOoooooooo~ Let's see who comes to mind first 🤔cause doing them ALL would bring on the most intense migraine oh my gosh LOL

Naib: -I think he would be an ex-enforcer who now is more of a fighter in Zaun and does detective work//vigilante work. Kind of like an attempt to try and make amends to clean his hands of innocent blood on his hands.

Frederick: -Definitely an inventor in Piltover. But his process, music and instruments that he has created are a bit unorthodox. This makes him a bit of a niche artist and then to top it off once he started getting more well known, something happened (likely a set up) that caused his career to come crashing down and he is now viewed as this exile to be shunned by the upper crust of Piltover society. Now, whenever on the rare occasion that he leaves his apartment, he is found wearing a mask he refuses to remove while in public, and people around him are not sure what to make of that.

Melly: -Was originally from Zaun but her expertise and notes on entomology and creatures were so coveted that she was brought up to Piltover to work with other great minds in the same field. She was pleased until she found all the politics, mistreatment and experimentation, and other such things that were happening behind the scenes that made her want to tear it all down. ( "oh weird, where did your husband go?" Melly: "Got word that he must have died on his research trip, strange" 🕷️) She is gonna tear that department down doooown and then reshape it, but this will take time and careful moves.

Luca: -Was an inventor but thrown in the Stillwater Hold after being accused of murdering his mentor. He ends up escaping though with help from outside and is in hiding and aims to get his research and such BACK. He is going to make it everyone else's problem that all this happened to him and how he was thrown in solitude (for WAY too long) and treated poorly in Stillwater. (except to those he deems as allies, of course) Luca gonna be a PROBLEM in this au lol

Viktor Headcanons!!!

- He's 29-32 when the show takes place

- his favorite color is auburn, but he's not opposed to maroon either

- he doesn't sleep; I know that's canon, but I feel like I have to reiterate

- he's the type to chug a Red Bull at 2:00 a.m. and say shit like: "Alright I'm jazzed!"

- he has a tiny crush on Jayce. So tiny even he doesn't know.

- he's scared of doctors (mainly because the doctors in The Undercity are actual demons)

- he hit Jayce with his cane once because Jayce made fun of his accent

- speaking of, he'll talk to himself in his first language. Sometimes he'll switch mid conversation and not realize

- his favorite food is macarons

- he doesn't mind if someone asks about his limp as long as they're polite.

- if they keep nagging him about it, or are super rude though, then he kinda gets pissed

- genuinely really liked Sky, just didn't know how to admit it

- either that or he was clueless. Take your pick.

- Terrifyed of the hexcore but in the sense that he needs to find out more about it. Sort of like a sick fascination

- he is the king of overworking- has been since he was 12

- he's a little (very) touch-starved. Jayce gave him a hug once and he stood in the same spot for three minutes afterwords

- he had really good parents, just they died from the same lung disease that he has in the show

- likes hot showers. The closer to boiling, the better

- I feel like he's not a cat or a dog person y'know?

- he likes the winter holiday season. The snow and the lights and the joy is really heartwarming to him
