#hankcon #detroit become human #my art #hank anderson #connor detroit #this can be read either way #i initially started this out while i was sad and i drew connor #i think that if connor were to confess first he would get rejected at the beginning by hank deflecting it awkwardly #but then i was okay while drawing and somehow it ended up kind of sweet if you look at it from another angle #so that hank is the one confessing here #but also connor is going absolutely rigid in a very soft way #i like that intepretation because you cant see connors face so you dont know what hes thinking aside from what you can take from his body #language #its either a happy piece or a sad piece if you want it so!#i like to think it gets awkward at first but then they make up later #they both have a lot to sort out about themselves! but they bring out the better in each other #and in my timeline they are intertwined enough that theyre inseperable #thats enough ramblings for now love and peace 🤞🤞

Which is still on the table btw. I've put thought into it.#Speaking of putting thought into things...I have put two full asses of effort into this. So I'm gonna talk about it in the tags.#I mapped all the major sects to hallownest clans and drew *way* more than just the characters shown here #More pertinently not shown are the Nies - Who are beetles!#The mantis clan has a lot of crossover with the Nies given the lore but I Love Mantis Wangji and you cant take him away from me.#wwx was a moth solely for his ties to Baoshen sanren (nearly forgotten sect & nearly forgotten clan)#but (HOLLOW KNIGHT SPOILERS) the ties to her radiance and the infection made for some very fun parallels #YLLZ moth 100% is puppeting husks around #JGS is a pale king expy becuase...you know....lots of children...#it also gives me a great excuse to explain wwx's soul taking mxy's body.#Still have lots and lots to say but I'm already running late! Ever since the very first time I read Still in Dark, the detail of Zayne being covered in scars from fighting wanderers/abominations has sat so heavy on my heart. Because you know that poor man hasn't been getting any professional medical help. Much like Xavier, he's just riding those injuries out, only unlike Xav, he's not blessed with a body that heals itself with relative ease.

This particular 'moment' is from a fic I'm still formatting in my head, that will hopefully see the light of day soon. His expression is a reflection of your own when you realize just how much he's been through. Our poor little meow meow 😩

My desire to bring this man into my arms and shield him from everything overwhelms me sometimes, and today I sat consumed with the desire to do just that, so instead of doing all my other obligations I did... this. Lol.

zomg... the girls! Sketched out! And a few characters I never showed designs for! haha! I keep thinking about the beach, so this is their swimwear.

I hope to make a full fledged drawing for all of them soon~ then the guys~~

Some newbies are: Aura (blue!) Katya (Gold!) and more of Verra (Green!) We'll eventually see more about them as I draw more things and doodles.

#Because I realized I never drew the girls as much as I did the guys #I used to exclusively draw women until I figured out how to draw men... I then awoke drawing nudethaniel and speedo vincent #so we're reeling it back a little #Ryoko Kui said she draws her oc's outfits in modern times to see how the different characters would dress. I thought about it- it definitel #says a lot about your character!#Monica is REALLY tall. And muscular! with a strong ability! no wonder she's taken down armies! She doesn't care to swim much but will use #a rashguard to swim in.#Sera is copying her style a bit but thankfully owns an actual wetsuit. Feels like home considering how her aerodynamic armor is designed #Sonia is sonia. She seductively asks Vincent to help her put sunscreen on... Only to be met with an albinoid man's journey to sun poisoning #He eventually gets greased in sunscreen and aloe vera after what feels like hours of nagging him. (it was forty five minutes.) Sorry Sonia.#Some things cannot be changed. When he did eventually look at her body he laughed at her ass being out rather than think anything naughty.#Not girl Summer. Vincent did end up helping her with the sunscreen though. “Lmao you can't do this yourself or something?” ruined the magic #Karin tailored her swimwear. She bedazzles her arms with accessories <3 Her nail polish can detect drugs <3 & cyanide caps in her earring <#Poor Katya is a supermodel but is way too thin... Strohl doesn't say it.. But he's worried. She makes way too much money to want to quit.#Verra is in rabbit mode because her summon LOVES to swim and hey who is she to halt its fun?#Aura is pretty modest and prefers to meditate in the water or by the shore away from all of the roughhousing. Nate and Strohl join at time #They kind of freak out when she starts floating though. Or invoking the elementals of the seas. The guys are both areligious. Awkward.#Especially when the waves start to get a little rowdy minutes later. Strohl is torn between considering religion and asking for a tutorial.#ark_systema

How long have you been drawing, and was there any specific piece(s) of media that greatly influenced your style?

these were probably the biggest influences off the top of my head from when i was little tiny til my mid teens i’d say. they’re all still pretty visible in my art today too!

when i was old enough to hold a crayon my grandma set me up with a box of them and let me scribble all over the wall in our hallway and that trend pretty much continued my whole formative life. she would buy me sketchbooks, pens, colored pencils, my first tablet, etc. and now i’m a fulltime artist as a profession so! :-)

#midna hit me like a truck man idk irrevocably created the person i am today #i like took one look at her and hit puberty #isaiah’s original body type was literally just hers 💀#her red ringed irises her yellow scelera that shade of cyan #her proportions her tooth her body type #the way she pulls on wolf links ear like 💀💀💀#lo starte twilight princess a couple weeks back and i was mortified sitting next to him bc he just kept going #oh THATS why you lik xyz #oh haha she just abc is that why you’re into that #AWFUL. god i love midna #anyway 99% of what i drew until age ten was from pokemon manuals and magazines #the other 1% was young link lol #then i started to get into more stuff like invader sim and gorillaz and it all spirals from there #karkat artists have done so much for my art style tho i looooved highjinkx and emily hu w my whole soul
