I'm just trying to work on my write up for an art project. Why are my hands shaking and my heart beating fast and I'm a bit out of breath and anxious

Sure it's very very overdue and I have like four other projects due soon and two tests but that's unrelated

Update: it's been like 15/30 minutes and hasn't stopped. Is this an anxiety attack? Do they last that long? I mean my anxiety levels are only a little higher than normal, just the physical symptoms are a lot worse than normal. I took my ADHD meds for the first time in quite a while. Maybe that's it?

Second update: this started at like 10:30 or so, it is now 1:00. Still happening. The breathing and shaking and stuff comes and goes. Shaking hands are worse now for some reason. Not sure if this is an anxiety thing or not, but I am still anxious but that might not be the cause
