"Oh, it's just a phase-"
No, i fear it is not. I collect obsessions like notches on a belt. Like tattoos on skin, except they're tattooed onto my heart. Over time, and as new interests enter my life, i focus my attention on the latest, but the feeling literally never goes away. Even if the year is 2050 and you mention that one band I discovered in 2018, I will still offer up my kidney for them because of the fangirl in me.
Thank you for listening to my TedTalk <3

Unstoppable villain, meet immovable agent of friendship!
I was wondering in what circumstances Charlie would just OFFER her soul to Al.
And he would short circuit as all his manipulation plans become unnecessary.
Cause Charlie cares about her friends and if they need help she won’t hesitate.

Duke: So why don’t you want to fight with Bruce, then?

I feel like many people have a fundamental misconception of what unreliable narrator means. It's simply a narrative vehicle not a character flaw or a sign that the character is a bad person. There are also many different types of unreliable narrators in fiction. Being an unreliable narrator doesn't necessarily mean that the character is 'wrong', it definitely doesn't mean that they're wrong about everything even if some aspects in their story are inaccurate, and only some unreliable narrators actively and consciously lie. Stories that have unreliable narrators also tend to deal with perception and memory and they often don't even have one objective truth, just different versions. It reflects real life where we know human memory is highly unreliable and vague and people can interpret same events very differently

"i was born in the wrong generation" I wasn't. i love existing at the same time as fan culture. i love knowing I can make a post saying "character a wears big ass pants and is obsessed with character b's thighs" and fifty percent of people are gonna agree with me while the other half call me a dumb bitch because of it. it's great.
