This was not how you imagined your wedding day.
Eloping wasn’t necessarily a big deal for Mandalorian’s, however, it was a big deal for Mandalorian royalty. Typically, the ruler would announce a colourful festival filled with vibrance and happiness to celebrate the occasion, and the entire planet would be in joy. There would be no conflict; just smiles and laughter and love. But ever since the Imperials took over, you honestly didn’t think you’d ever see the day of a marriage. You remembered when you were a little girl, dreaming of the dresses you’d wear on your special day. You weren’t very particular about Mandalorian gowns, although your mother, the Duchess, donned some beautiful ones. You preferred the seamstry of Nabooian dresses, even consulting with one particular handmaiden of an old queen who would send you materials to create your own garments with.
Part of you wished it had been different, but you understood that this marriage wasn’t going to be like any other. It was a marriage to protect you, to keep you safe. Marriage was typically a celebration of love, two people committing to one another for life. And Din didn’t love you, did he?
You contemplated it for a few moments but shrugged it off. Sure, he’d shown you a strange level of kindness and protection over the past few days, and he acted like he’d known you forever, but no, of course he didn’t love you. He was simply just doing his duty as a Mandalorian to protect the Mandalo’r. Only, you weren’t exactly the Mandalo’r. He still didn’t know the truth about you. You were marrying this man, and honestly? Your life as he knew it was a lie.
But Maker, you were so afraid. If he learned who you really were, he’d never protect you. He’d have no reason to. And you had to put yourself first. You had to escape Moff Gideon’s pursuit and restore Mandalore to its former glory. You couldn’t afford distraction. And Din… was probably more of a distraction than you’d care to admit.
You combed your fingers through your hair, attempting to make yourself look somewhat presentable for the ceremony. Taking a few sourberries, you squished them between your fingers and applied the pink paste it had created to your lips, adding a little colour to your face. You weren’t as glammed up as you’d like to be, but it was certainly better than you could’ve expected, given your lack of resources.
To your surprise, Grogu came waddling in, holding a bunch of pink Sachi blossom flowers. He presented them to you with the most adorable smile on his face, his small teeth poking out from the corners of his lips. Babbling away, he crawled into your lap and nuzzled his green face into your tunic.
“Din… got me these?” You asked in disbelief, unable to even imagine the Mandalorian going out of his way to pick them for you. Grogu explained that they were wildflowers which grew around Nevarro, and Din chose these ones because, well, they were pink. Your favourite colour.
He was so thoughtful.
Grogu explained to you that Din and the Armorer were ready and waiting for you by the altar, in the depths of the covert. This was it. You were about to swear your life away to this man.
Din was nervous too. He rocked backwards and forwards on his heels, the knot in his throat tightening considerably as he waited for you. The Armorer, as his mentor, did her very best to comfort him and assure him he was doing the right thing. Marrying the Mandalo’r would come with so much duty, and Din just didn’t believe he was good enough for you.
He reminded himself to push his feelings to one side. You were marrying him for your own safety. Not because you loved him. When Din heard your footsteps enter the room, his heart began to slam against his chest. He turned to face you, and was completely blown away. Suddenly, he was looking at you in a completely different light. You looked like a real-life angel. He didn’t know what it was… perhaps the way the amber candlelight basked you in the most perfect glow, your blush lips, or the way you held the flowers he’d picked especially for you, tight against your chest. Part of him thought that maybe you wouldn’t show. You were a runaway princess, afterall.
Grogu led the way as you slowly walked down the short aisle, trying your hardest to relish the moment. You offered Din a small smile of reassurance by the time you reached the altar, so he knew that you were still okay with this.
The ceremony began with the Armorer bestowing a beaded necklace, decorated with Din’s clan emblem; the Mudhorn, in sparkling silver beskar. She placed it around your neck, and explained the meaning of the Mudhorn signet. She then turned to Din, and told him that his clan of two was now officially, by Creed, a clan of three.
As the ceremony progressed, you couldn’t help but wonder how something so wrong felt so right. You imagined your body to be rife with nerves. After all, you were marrying into your rival clan to a man who you’d only known for mere days. But you weren’t afraid and for the first time in a long time, you didn’t want to run. You were happy, here with him. You were happy to be uniting with a man like Din.
“Have you prepared vows?” The Armorer asked, taking a step backwards and ushering for you and Din to break your distance with one another. Din slid his mustard coloured gloves from his hand and stuffed them into his utility belt. You thought, for a split second, that you saw his hands shaking, but nevertheless, he held them out for you to hold. And so you did. They were warm and calloused, the pads of his thick fingers slightly rough.
Your own fingers interlocked with his and just for once, you wished that you could see him-- see the face under that damned helmet off his.
“No,” Din said, not tearing his gaze from you. “We were going to do the traditional Mando’a vows.”
“Very well,” The Armorer replied. “Whenever you wish.”
Din swallowed thickly and squeezed your hand again.
“Mhi solus tome, mhi solus dar'tome, mhi me'dinui an, mhi ba'juri verde.” (“We are one when together, we are one when parted, we will share all, we will raise warriors.”)
Raise warriors. You looked down at Grogu who’s dark eyes were wide with curiosity as he witnessed the ceremony. After you repeated the vows, you and Din exchanged beskar rings.
“I’m glad I met you, Din.” you told the Mandalorian quietly.
Din’s heart blossomed in his chest at your revelation. You hadn’t even realised that you’d been holding it in for so long. So long that ‘like’ was beginning to feel like an understatement.
“I now pronounce you husband and wife,” The Armorer declared. “I shall leave you both in peace for the night.”
She bowed down to both you and Din before whisking Grogu away and leaving the room.
“So… I’m a prince now?” Din asked cautiously.
Your lips curled into a smile that he’d grown to adore so much. “Yeah, something like that.” you laughed. If he remained married to you after you reclaimed the Mandalorian throne, you’d be queen and well, he’d be king. Your smile quickly fell from your lips when you realised how foolish it was for you to think he’d remain married to you even after this was all over.
“I can’t believe we’re married,” you revealed quietly, your voice shaky. Din muttered something that sounded like agreement but what he said wasn’t exactly clear. You turned away from him, feeling shame well in your stomach. “But, it’s for the best, right? And I mean, we can always separate once this is all over.”
You felt Din place his hand on your shoulder and squeeze it gently. His touch was like magic. Sure, you felt safe when he was near… but when he touched you? That was like a whole new unfamiliar sensation. You turned around to face him, and he brought both of his hands up to his beskar helmet.
He was going to take it off.
He was going to reveal himself to you.
Although you didn’t necessarily agree with the ways of the Watch, you knew that unmasking himself would be a huge deal for Din. It was only in marriage, could a Mandalorian reveal themselves to another living person. And even though your marriage to Din was extremely unconventional, he still felt the need to take off his helmet. You didn’t understand why he was voluntarily going to take off his helmet, because he certainly didn’t have too. You didn’t understand why he trusted you so much when, of course, you’d been lying to him.
The shame you were feeling flooded your entire body and became over-bearing. You didn’t think you could take it anymore… living like this with your husband and pretending to be someone you weren’t.
“No!” You blurted out, moving your hands to his helmet and stopping him from taking it off. Din stiffened up when you raised your voice in that panic tone. You noticed his change in demeanor and took a deep breath, making a conscious effort to calm down so you wouldn’t worry him. “No… I can’t let you do that.” you said.
Din was puzzled as he tried to search for answers in the expression on your face… but you weren’t exactly easy to read.
“You-- you don’t want to see my face?”
Was he hurt? Offended? You shook your head quickly, your eyes going wide. “No, I mean yes-- I mean… I want to see your face. I’ve thought about it a lot. Believe me.”
“You’ve thought about seeing my face a lot?” Din quizzed curiously, a teasing lilt to his voice as he tilted his head.
You scrunched up your nose and began to nervously pick at your fingernails. “Yeah, uhm-- I just… I know how important the sanctity of an unmasking is to your culture. It’s a trust exercise, is it not? To do with your loved one?”
“To do with your partner,” Din corrected. “And we, by Mandalorian Code, are now partners. A Clan of Three.”
Kriff, he was right. He was always right.
Your stomach was twisted in knots, realising that this man married you to protect you. He trusted you enough to show you his face. The same face he’d kept hidden from the rest of the world for the past thirty or so years.
He was wrong to trust you. You couldn’t let him do this, no matter how much you wanted to.
“Din,” you looked away from him, trying to avoid choking up. “I haven’t… I haven’t been completely honest with you.”
Din stood and stared at you in complete silence before proceeding. “What are you talking about?”
Why was this so hard? You wanted to scream, or curse out loud. It shouldn’t have been this hard. It’s not like you loved him. Right?
“I’m not who I say I am.” you explained, your voice shaky.
You wished now more than ever you could see his face under that damn helmet, and get some kind of judgement of how he looked. You could feel your lips trembling as tears pricked the corners of your eyes. Maker, you felt sick to your core.
“I don’t understand…” Din said wearily, his voice completely modulated and monotone.
You had to do it. Just come clean.
You had to tell him the truth.
He deserved the truth.
“Din,” you sighed, exasperated and looking at him completely helplessly. “I’m not the Mandalo’r.”

[OM!] All Demon Brothers + Undateables as Babysitters (Part 1)
Scenario: For the sake of the exchange program (probably), the entire cast is now in charge of taking care of kids ranging from infants to pre-K children at a daycare with you. Headcanons on what type of babysitter they would be + whatever cute shenanigans that may occur
Note: Baby fever!! Inspiration is the entirety of Gakuen Babysitter/School Babysitter. It is literally the cutest anime I have ever watched in my life and I highly recommend it if you want a cute feels-good, slice of life!! Some of the kids I may have based off of them, but you don’t need to watch it to understand this! :))
why do i always make my headcanons so long
Part 1 has the 7 Demon Brothers
[Part 2] has all five Undateables
--
Lucifer
This was probably Diavolo’s idea so he has no choice but to go along with it, much to his dismay
He already thought humans were fragile, and now they were going to take care of the smaller, younger ones?
His face scares 90% of the kids on his first day as a babysitter, which kind of hinders his job because every time he tries to help them clean up or change diapers, the kids start crying
The other 10% who are not intimidated by him claim him to be the Big Bad and play fight with him all the time, and considering his attitude, he’s a pretty perfect villain in their make-belief play so he’s won their hearts IMMEDIATELY
Generally a pretty strict baby-sitter who is listened to without having to repeat himself; his power and authority is unyielding (and also he’s just plain scary even if he doesn’t mean to be, and lowkey he likes the power he has because the kids remind him of Mammon sometimes)
It’s honestly a big debate whether he should just give up and ask for help or power through, but if he’s just babysitting with you, pleads with you to please help him because he’s so lost and why do they scream so loud and not that he would ever admit to it, but he is a tiny bit hurt that he can’t seem to have the kids trust him
Once he’s told that he should smile more and speak more gently, he implements it with mixed results (at first), but it’s a significant improvement from the first few days
During a moment of rest, he’s sighing when a baby crawls up to him and sits in his lap without warning, and he’s a goner
Literally has the hardest time trying to train his face not to look so pleased or happy, but his smile is so soft (and he will not hesitate to kill any of his brothers that see him like that, but for you and the undateables, he’ll just be embarrassed)
Loves infants and how trusting they are of him despite how scary his face may seem sometimes-- the epitome of unconditional love and he’s just… very tender
Probably ends up being the respected babysitter who’s super cool to all the kids but slightly unapproachable (unless you’re a babyyyy) but eventually climbs the ranks in terms of babysitters because he vouches for them if they do need him
Mammon
The kids have decided that he is the biggest kid on the playground and now to assert dominance, they must beat him up
Which is what they do-- or as much as they can with their tiny fists and miniscule strength and the fact that Mammon is a literal demon
You just stare at Mammon as he cries on the ground, whining at how the kids ganged up on him and you’re just like…. They’re literally <4 years old.
Despite that part, Mammon gets along with all the kids really well!!
He talks to them as normal and calls them ‘brats’ but they all know he’s soft for them so they kind of take advantage of that? But only a little bit because they don’t like seeing Mammon cry either
You forget who comfort the other more at this point, the kids or Mammon
Mammon is the best person to call for if the kids want to play around because he’s pretty animated himself and goes along with whatever the kids want to do
You might have to reign them in a little yourself, because you’re not quite sure Mammon really knows what’s actually dangerous for them
“Mammon, please only carry one kid at a time please, you’re scaring me”
“Huh? You know I can carry all four of them on my head--”
“Please”
Suuuper popular with the kids even though he kept complaining about them to anyone who would listen that he had to look over these tiny humans
But the moment any of the kids ask for his help or do something cute, he’s the FIRST one to go and help because ‘you need the GREAT Mammon’s help? Guess you can’t help it after all…” and he just likes the fact that he feels reliable to these kids
He might… actually save money to buy these kids Christmas gifts?? Will maybe cry if they bring little Valentine's Day candies (that their parents probably told them to give but shhh let him dream)
Leviathan
May or may not be hyperventilating as he hypes himself up to go into the daycare and meet the kids
He tried to brush it off to his brothers that they’re just kids and he doesn’t care if they like him or not because it doesn’t matter to him because he’s just an otaku-- but my god he hopes they like him
Little does he know, the fact he lets them play on his game consoles (whether or not they actually know how to play) wins them over immediately and breaks the ice
They find him super interesting to talk to and he ends up a pretty popular babysitter because he talks to them like adults (yes, even to the babies)
Catch him giving a bottle to a baby while talking to them in baby-voice (that he adopts not on purpose) about his favorite TSL season
One of the biggest reasons why the kids love him is because he really listens to them even though their rants and blabbing doesn’t always make sense
When he does talk about his interests (or it slips out, as it does), the kids are genuinely interested in what he has to say and that’s when his mission to convert all of these kids to watching anime and reading manga started
“Reading manga is going to help them develop reading comprehension!!”
Probably brings his entire stash of (kid-friendly) manga-- probably the magical girl anime with Ruri-chan-- and has the kids dig in
It does have some negative repercussions because kids aren’t exactly good at handling precious material, so things do rip and break and Levi had to excuse himself to go outside and mourn his lost
But the fire of his mission burns brighter than the sadness over what he has lost (besides, he would never bring limited edition/1st edition things outside his room so these things are replaceable)
If Halloween rolls around, the kids will exclaim that they want to be [insert character] from TSL or another anime and Levi may shed tears of happiness right there and then
Will make it his side quest to make costumes for ALL the kids-- especially if they can’t afford their own and will encourage them to be whatever they want to be!!!
He’s literally leading an army of newly-created weebs/otakus that look up to him in the daycare and the power he has over these kids is so formidable some of his brothers are actually a little jealous HAHA
Satan
Acts casual about the whole thing and is actually casual about it
He hasn’t necessarily spent much time with kids, but he figures he’d be able to do it-- and he’d be right; considering how natural he is with people in general, I doubt kids would be much different, especially if he talks to them like adults and respects their opinions
Is definitely the type of babysitter some of the kids end up having a little baby crush on, considering how charming and prince-like he can be with his gentle tone of voice
Not that he’s perfect-- some kids are just brats and he does get angry at them but he only needed to snap once before the troublemakers all learned not to mess with him
Despite that, he would most likely be the ones to keep an eye on the troublemakers, because it may be a sign of a troubled home (not always, but… well, he would know best, wouldn’t he?) and he’d want to reach out to them if he can help them in any way
What he loves to do with the kids-- and you can probably guess-- is have Story Time!!
The kids are so excited to circle around him before naptime and listen to him read storybooks, doing voice overs and dramatic/animated readings; the kids are so intently listening and giggling at the funny parts
At first, he attempted to bring all his books over to the daycare, but he had to put some back when you tell him these kids are literally three and probably don’t have the reading comprehension required to read Quantum Physics-- so he provides picture books instead; anything he procured from the human world
Really encourages the kids to try their best to read and, if he has the time of day, tries to teach them basic things like the alphabet, how to spell out each words etc (you may call him…. Sensei)
Adores their imagination too because he knows adults could hardly compare at times and he encourages them to make up their own stories and he’d help them write it down
Uses a lot of tactic like these to encourage their education and their development-- he loves books and the impact they’ve made on him and he wants these kids to be able to experience the same things
Asmodeus
A little hesitant at first because kids can be super cute and great for pictures but… they can also be super gross and kind of mean; and he’s seen both ends of the spectrum so he’s not really sure what to expect
Then one of the kid compliments his hair clip shyly and shows their own similar hairclip and he’s sold because obviously they have the cutest kids in the world
Hair undone? He’s there
You wanna try out painting nails? Oh hun, he’s got you-- free make-overs for EVERYONE-- except maybe the infants, he doesn’t wanna ruin the natural baby smell and softness they have going for them
He wants to encourage ALL the kids to express themselves so he sometimes brings old clothes he doesn’t wear anymore so they have a fashion show/runways
ALWAYS encourages the kid to wear what they want because gender norms who???
If ANY and I mean ANY parent comes up to him and talk about him letting them wear non-gender conforming clothes he WILL go off on them because they are LITERALLY KIDS-- let them express themselves and have fun
Kinda grossed out by snot and diapers tho so you’re gonna have to help him with that; and since the universe knows that he hates getting dirty, he’s probably the brother most likely to get peed on while changing a diaper
You have to force him back into the daycare after that incident because he refuses to come out of the bathroom after changing into clean clothes
But he is so captivating that the kids usually don’t cause trouble when he’s around, and also similarly to Levi, he talks and listens to them blabber while he’s doing their hair so it’s always pretty soothing
Probably ends up in charge of the creativity hour and cooing over everyone’s art project, encouraging them to sprinkle as much glitter as they want, use as many colors as they want-- as long as it makes them happy!
Beelzebub
Considering he’s the sweetest and physically the strongest, he’s actually pretty concerned about hurting them, and asks you to help him adjust to this new role so that the kids will be okay (you know he’ll be fine, but if saying yes to helping him will make him feel better, you say it)
Beel keeps to himself as a babysitter for the first few-- oh idk-- hours before some of the kids figure out how STRONG he is and he’s the best thing since sliced bread
The kids start to literally hang from him, testing how strong he really is, and are all delighted that he can hold all of them in and from his arms; he’s a little worried he’ll drop them, but since the kids are so excited about it, decides to lift them only a little high just to please them
Happily, he eventually gets used to knowing how to deal with them, and it helps that the kids are so polite to him
He’s the ultimate Big Brother figure to them, much to his surprise since he’s used to being the younger brother, and it makes him really soft inside that these kids actually look up to him and rely on him
During free play, he has definitely carried at least six kids on his back when they play horsey and not break a sweat and throws the babies up in the air playfully (and carefully) and let them pretend they were flying
He’s their protector, making sure that they’re playing safely, even though he went a little too ham on the protection, grabbing a kid by the scruff of his collar because he was running and beel was afraid of him falling and scraping his knees
“It’s okay Beel, they can handle it--”
“Are you sure?? But they’re so tiny and fragile--”
Changes diapers pretty handily after the first time; has definitely tried the baby formula and ate the entire bottle by accident before feeding a baby
Makes sure the kids are nice to each other, especially siblings, and that they eat; you tell the kids that if they eat their vegetables they’ll grow as strong as Beel, and that’s the FASTEST you’ve ever seen picky kids eat them in your LIFE
Belphegor
“Alright, nap time, everyone!”
“Belphie, they just arrived;;;”
Honestly just thought this entire thing was a hassle because kids in general take a lot of work and he just doesn’t want to put that sort of effort into something he didn’t sign up for
But since you’re there, he may as well try to be proficient enough to be well-liked enough to not cause a fuss and be able to babysit with you
He’s the type of babysitter who converses with the kids and pretends he doesn’t know something so the kid tries to teach him-- and honestly this give the kid a chance to be confident in their skills and also lets Belphie not do as much work to keep the conversation alive so win-win
As you can probably guess, is definitely in charge of enforcing nap time… by napping with the kids-- gotta learn by example right?
There are probably mats that the kids lie on but whenever Belphie lies in the middle of them, they all end up rolling and curling near his side; when he wakes up he’s always surrounded by a sea of kids and he’s so confused and he can’t move unless you wake up the kids for him
The most efficient babysitter out of all of them because efficiency means less effort and time taken to change a diaper, clean up a spill, or wipe a kid’s nose
Doesn’t understand why the kids keep wanting to interact with him but he’ll always indulge them in the end regardless of his nonchalant attitude
He actually finds a lot of them endearing when they talk about the things they like to do and about their daily life because it’s always interesting to learn about their perspective on things
When it’s creativity hour, the kids like asking him to doodle something on their paper (it can be a small chibi or caricature or just some animal) and it always makes them super happy; you watch him crack a smile as he sees the kids try to copy his drawing right next to it
If any of them are interested in stars, will gently show them the constellations in books and watch as they fascinate over them as he did before

Moment | Jafar
"It all began with a lamp and a fantasy..."
The Arabian palace was humungous. It could take atleast 200 guests to stay in. The architecture was out of this world; one of a kind. The food was magnificent. The chefs worked day and night and could make anything you wanted them to at any time. The soldiers were the best of the best. They could stop anyone who tried to come in and intrude. Except for Aladdin, he was the smartest streetrat ever.
After the hoodlum created himself a fiasco by taking the magic lamp and turning himself into a prince to lure Jasmine, Jafar had to do some things that people wouldn't be proud of. Things like taking the lamp and locking Jasmine and her father away. And hypnosising the entire palace staff to do whatever he says. And make a wish turning him into the most powerful man on earth at large.
Jafar had the extravagant palace all to himself. No queen by his side or anyone to talk to. Here he was thinking about his next move. He was tired of being second best.
"I'm the king of the world and yet I'm still bored," Jafar admits to himself.
Ever since he became the most powerful man on earth it's been lonely at the top. He has no one to speak to but his parrot and the genie. Not even the servants and staff he orders around because they're trapped in the sunken place. Jafar had some pleasure with Jasmine and multiple other women but nothing excited him the way that he wanted.
He had all of the money, sex, and power that he could ever wish for.
Jafar wanted someone who could read his mind inside and out. Someone who could help him take away all of his pain and let out all of his emotions into.
"You can always use another wish to fulfill your fantasies, " the blue mystical giant says.
"What should I do?" Jafar asks knowing the genie's rules.
"I can't tell you want to do. How about you make a wish. You know the words to say."
Genie wouldn't say it out loud with Jafar being his master but he missed Aladdin. He never had a friend like him. Yes, he wanted to become a prince but it was because of his love for Jasmine. He wasn't like the other master's that he had. Jafar was the worst one yet. So typical at that.
The Genie has three rules: he cannot kill anyone, he cannot make people fall in love with each other, and he cannot revive the dead.
The unwritten and unsaid rule was making your wish as specific as possible. You can only have three wishes and you don't want to waste it.
Jafar grabbed the golden lamp putting his palm against it back and forth.
"I want a melanin goddess that can give me an experience of a lifetime wear it'll be a moment but feel like eternity." He continued to rub the lamp as he thought. "Something that no one else has ever experience."
He finally let go of the magical lamp then the magic began to happen.
"Yes, master. Your wish is my command." The God-like blue Genie then folded his shackled arms creating this magical brown storm with beautiful golden specks. The wind damn near blew everything away. It was so strong and powerful.
Jafar got excited to see what would happen next. He held on the the edge of his throne as he watched his wish manifest slowly.
There were colors and different hues of browns and reds swishing around in a tornado along with sparkles. Then it ceased out of nowhere. The Genie was back in the lonely lamp where he belonged. The sidekick parrot of his flew off somewhere.
"My name is Victoria and I am here for fulfill all of your fantasies," the goddess says before him.
"She's perfect, " Jafar says in awe of her. "Gorgeous brown skin, amazing body, and that sweet sultry tone." He smirks as he gets up from his throne.
He admires her in the brown lingerie accessoried with gold jewels.
"I got a feeling that you brought me to you.." she smirked at him as she walks up the stairs to the throne. They were now inches apart from eachother.
Jafar licked his lips as he gazed into her deep brown eyes that started to turn gold. She then kissed his lips caressing his beard as he felt on her body. The world they were now in began to change into this abstract gold and red one.
His fantasy was now coming to life. The goddess was very much real. He could touch her, feel her, and he felt even more powerful.
"I wanna get inside of you," Jafar says in a lustful tone as his hands wander her body.
"You do?" The goddess says in a low sweet voice teasing him.
"I do," Jafar whispers tugging her body to his shirtless body. The goddess felt on his built physique admiring his toned muscles.
"This is your moment," she whispers back to him.
Before he knew it he was in this beautiful bedroom with brown silk sheets and golden decor.
Jafar was laid down in the bed in awe of the melanin goddess with his brown skin glistening. His abs flexed as he breathed in nervousness. There were just enough chest hairs on his body.
She then crawled her way onto the bed teasingly slow. He watched her in excitement biting his bottom lip.
"Tell me how bad you want me," Victoria says as she sits on his lap with her hands trailing his physique. He liked how her nails we done in brown and gold. Everything about her was sexy.
"I want you so bad," Jafar breathes out trailing his hand up and down her body once again.
He looked into her deep brown eyes once again watching them turn golden before she kissed him.
The room was turning into red sand. The walls were dropping right before them. There was nothing left instead of the bed.
Jafar kissed on the Victoria's neck inhaling her shea butter sent as he unveiled her robe. He hugged her body closed to his worship her like the goddess she was. He was feigning for her badly. He didn't want this to end.
His lips trailed down her cleavage as he unclipped her bra. Jafar felt a satisfaction in hearing her moan from his teasing pecks. He continued to worship her body by massaging the fall of her back.
Jafar was desperately in love with her. If he didn't want to save his last wish for something else, he would make Victoria his wife. But that's the price that he has to pay.
It's like Victoria's body was calling his name. It was saying 'I want you inside me' the more and more they went further.
The goddess stuck her tongue down his throat pinning Jafar's arms against the bed.
Usually in bed, Jafar would be the alpha but this was different. Victoria then rose up ready to ride his magic carpet. With her hands trailing down his upper body, she rose up with a smirk. Jafar so was in love that he didn't notice that she was in cuffs.
"Victoria..." Jafar moaned out softly.
The goddess thrusted her body onto his satisfying him. Jafar let out a grunt in amusement. He let himself become mesmerized by her. He let the golden specks on her eyes and the soft cries on her voice take all control of her.
Jafar loved how she let out moans as she took him in.
"Pussy so good..." he moaned out.
The goddess let out her last moan yelling his name to the fullest. She fucked his so good that he could cry Jafar hit his climax letting out his last husky grunt.
"I'm gonna—I'm gonna cum..." he breathed as he nutted in her.
Victoria then gave him one last kiss grabbing his soft beard with her hand then letting go. She smirked sliding out of him and put the rest of her lingerie on.
She then walked away leaving Jafar in the cuffs as the bed disappeared.
"Hey, where are you going?" He asked her. Victoria turned back around and smirked at him charmingly. "And why am I in cuffs?" He added.
Victoria laughed silently to herself. "Moments over." She said before strutting away in the red sand as Jafar sank deeply in it.
"Wait..." he cried out. "We can't be done yet." He fell deeper and deeper into the dark whole.
Before Jafar knew it, he was back in his lonely Palace. He already began to miss the melanin goddess.
The Genie laughed to himself in his tiny living space.
"He didn't day what kind of goddess. Gotta be more specific than that!" He cracked up.
Victoria was a jaguar melanin goddess. One that kept many men sinking into the floor after she was done with them leaving them wanting more. It was her specialty.

Phantom X Peach (again)
Me: "Alright, let's get right back into my current project!"
[sees posts of Phantom and Princess Peach]
My Brain:
Me: *defeated sigh* *clicks Create New Post*
Welp, here we are again! Another Phantom X Peach story! I can't help myself, I absolutely adore this ship. 💜
Since the last story was hurt/comfort themed, I figured I'd continue this trope by switching the roles! Both Princess Peach and Phantom have their bad days, and this time it's poor Phantom.😔
For @salamifuposey, @kindpopstar, @strawbunniiee and everyone else who wants to read it!
[Content Includes: Themes of Depression and Anxiety and Suggestive Flirting (no smut!)]
---
It was a slow day at the Mushroom Kingdom. Nothing special was happening. At least there were no surprise kidnappings from Bowser or any other signs of danger. Princess Peach, not wanting to sit around all day, decided to take a walk outside. She ensured the people within her castle that she will be safe and will be only admiring the land. Of course, this was partially true. She will be safe, but not while within her own kingdom. Instead, Peach followed the path that led all the way to Spooky Trails. When she arrived at Phantom's theater, she was greeted by a familiar face.
The red-haired woman at the masquerade. The peasant woman from that very night.
---
Peach: "Hello?"
[The red-haired woman notices Peach, gives her a warm smile, and waves.]
????: "Good afternoon, your highness. I wasn't expecting you to come over. My name is Salome. I didn't get to properly introduce myself to you last time we met."
Peach: "It's nice to meet you, Salome." *bows* "May I ask if Phantom is inside?"
Salome: "Yes, he is. In fact, I'm so glad you came! Our master has become terribly upset all of a sudden."
Peach: "Oh no! What happened to him? Is he alright?"
Salome: "I'm not exactly sure. He has had these moments before, but almost none of us know exactly how to completely help him out. Our master was last seen entering into his boudoir. He didn't say a word to any of us. I don't believe he is physically ill, but it is some sort of sickness. Perhaps you can help him? No, wait - I shouldn't do that to a guest, especially one that's royalty."
Peach: "No. No need to apologize. If Phantom is distressed, then I'll do my best to help him feel better."
Salome: "Ah, you're so kind, Princess. Just like how he describes you."
[Salome invites Peach into the theater, entering down into the underground lair where Phantom and his theater troupe reside. Once again, Peach is inside the large and luxurious hallways of the lair, this time going down to Phantom's Boudoir. The door to this room is just as massive as the Ballroom entrance. Salome knocks.]
Phantom: *from behind the door* "Leave me be!"
Salome: "Master, is there something wrong?"
Phantom: "I'll be fine... I just need some peace and quiet."
[Peach approaches the door and knocks gently.]
Peach: "Phantom? It's me. Salome told me what happened... are you sure you're okay?"
Phantom: "Princess?"
[A moment of silence.]
Phantom: "Salome, if you don't mind, would you kindly let the Princess in? I want to see her in private."
Salome: "Yes, Master."
[Salome pushes the door just slightly, so that Peach can enter the Boudoir. The door closes behind and Peach is inside the room. The Boudoir is just as beautiful as the rest of the lair. Lavish decorations fill the walls, from portraits to curtains to ornamental decals. A multitude of candles light the darkness, all of them leading up to a massive pile of pillows and blankets. There lying in this pile is Phantom, his head placed in between his crossed arms. His cobalt blue coat and red vest are gone. The only thing he’s wearing is his ivory poet blouse, slightly unbuttoned, revealing his shoulder and upper chest. Peach couldn’t help but stare. She has never seen Phantom without his coat and vest before. As she approaches him, Phantom lifts his head to look at his guest, revealing his weary, tear-stained eyes. Peach stops. She recognizes those red eyes from the first night they reunited.]
Phantom: “Ah, my love... Do forgive my appearance. I should have freshened up a bit before you came in.” *softly chuckles*
Peach: “Phantom, what’s wrong?”
[Phantom slowly rises from his position. Peach walks up to him, reaching out for his cheek.]
Peach: “Have you been crying?”
Phantom: *takes a deep breath* “Oh, just a little bit, that’s all...”
[Peach awaits his answer. Phantom looks into her eyes, taking another deep breath.]
Phantom: “... I had another breakdown. I was outside before you came here, to get some fresh air. This place gets stuffy once you’ve spent many days inside. I thought maybe I could venture outside Spooky Trails for inspiration. But instead, I found... memories.”
Peach: “Memories?”
Phantom: “Reminders, more like it. They mock me, even after all this time. They appear in my mind every now and then, but... this time was worse than before.”
Peach: “Tell me about them.”
[Lifting her arms up, inviting Phantom to come into her arms, Peach gives him a pitiful expression. Phantom slowly crawls, wrapping his arms around her and placing his head onto her lap.]
Phantom: “These memories... they remind me of my loneliness. My strangeness. How I was - is - met with rejection by my fellow Rabbids. When I was outside, I found a few Rabbids playing, mindlessly causing havoc as usual. I could do the same, but in the end, I found such activities to be senseless. I find no real purpose doing those things. But, as I was watching them, I could not help but yearn for such a connection. Yes, I have my theater troupe, but...”
[Phantom pauses. He looks up at Peach.]
Phantom: “Oh, I don’t believe I’ve told you about them.”
Peach: “What about them?”
Phantom: “They are not real, exactly. I made them.”
Peach: “Wait... you made these people?”
Phantom: “Yes. Along with making masterpieces, I study magic on the side. Since the... battle years ago, I discovered that I have more powers than I initially thought. I guess it makes sense, considering that I am not only part Rabbid, I am also part Boo.”
Peach: “Hmmm... Boos do have many magical abilities, but it varies from each individual Boo. I learned about them when I was a little girl. I agree, it does make sense.”
Phantom: “Dolores, Stefan, Natasha and Ophelia, Salome... all of them are not real. They’re actually mannequins - puppets controlled by my magic.”
Peach: “So my eyes weren’t deceiving me back then! I was going to ask you after that masquerade performance, but... well...” *blushes*
Phantom: *lifts one eyebrow* “Hehe... but you were overwhelmed?” *caresses her cheek down to her chin* “With passion?”
[Peach’s face becomes even redder. Phantom softly laughs at her bashfulness.]
Phantom: “You are so precious! Ah... I could just kiss you!”
[Suddenly, Peach is pulled into Phantom’s embrace, her lips being locked into his. She melts, sinking deeper into his kiss. Then Phantom rolls over, landing on top of her. He finally stops, taking a moment for both of them to catch their breath.]
Phantom: “My apologizes... I... got carried away.”
Peach: “I see you’re feeling much better.”
Phantom: “I am.”
Peach: “Phantom...” *holding his face close to her* “You are not alone. You may be different, but I would not say you’re ‘strange.’ ‘Unique’ would be a better term. Others may not understand you, but I do. I understand you, even if there’s plenty of things I haven’t learned about you yet, Like your magic. In fact, if they give you a chance, I believe you would be accepted outside Spooky Trails.”
Phantom: “....”
Peach: “What you call ‘strangeness’ is what I call ‘wonderful.’ Amazing... Alluring... Beguiling... Captivating... Enchanting.”
Phantom: “Ah, Princess! Now you’re making me blush! That is supposed to be my job!”
[Peach laughs, a huge smile across her face.]
Peach: “Don’t you know? I hold magic abilities as well! I can make even the most powerful gentlemen fall to their knees.”
Phantom: “Oh?”
Peach: “Yes, and I just did.”
Phantom: “Well, how can I disagree? How can I be so powerful when you make me so weak?”
[They lock themselves into a passionate kiss again.]

[Ludus]
Niragi Suguru × Reader
So... here we go!!! I'm so exciteddd!! Because Y/N does get to slap him this time-
Warnings: swearing, mentions of past abuse/trauma. I think that's about it.
Eros, sexual or erotic love. Can be the love you share with a partner. Lust.
Philia, platonic love. The love you share with friends.
Storge, natural love. The love you share with your family.
Philautia, love of self.
Pragma, long standing love. The love of a married couple.
Agápe, unconditional or Devine love.
Ludus, childish or playful love/flirting.
You were the cupid of Ludus. Anytime a young person needed your help in finding a love that was playful, you helped. The person could be young, or just young at heart. Whatever it was, you helped fulfil their love lives.
"(Y/N)! Someone's saying something about love next to candy, it might be a job for you!" You heard Stroge's voice call for you. Your eyes lit up. You hadn't had a job in so long. You rushed over, holding the edges of your pink dress so you didn't trip over the wisps of clouds.
The clouds in front of all of you transformed into a screen. There was a boy with dark raven colored hair, glasses, and dark eyes. Blood covered his hands and face, as well as a few bruises. "Oh my! Why, this is new..." Philia exclaimed. ''This is probably... the w-weirdest thing I've done... but I r-really wish she loved me," you heard him say. "He's sad! I wanna go, please? I haven't had one in 2,000 years, pleaseeee?" You begged, clasping your hands together. They all looked at each other before looking back. "Lady Aphrodite, what do you think?" Eros asked with a smile. The woman in question smiled gracefully, before nodding her head. "Yes! I promise I'll do my best!" You giggled, before touching the scene in the cloud. Warmth spread throughout your body, the heat being pleasant as if you were walking under the sun, and then, you felt cold. The sudden difference made you shiver. Where was this kid anyways?
"W-what the hell!" The boy exclaimed, backing away. His back hit the wall, and you pouted. "Come on now! You summoned me," you said. "Y-youre... you... I did what?" He stuttered. "You said you wished she loved you back and there's candy somewhere, so I got sent down here,'' you chirped, lifting the edges of your white dress, getting close to him. "I died didn't I? They finally killed me?" He said, slapping the side of his face. He began to pinch at his skin, wincing when he pinched at one of the bruises. "Am I dreaming? I've got to be. They knocked me out, I'm dreaming. No way. There's no way this is real," he muttered to himself. Then you grabbed his hands to stop his actions. The way your hands felt, warm and soft, couldn't have been something out of a dream. This was real. "Oh my god oh no... what did grandma always say? Don't mess with the spirits and devines. Don't do it. And what did I do? I messed with the devines, and here I am," he whispered. His eyes were wide, looking you up and down quickly. "I'm not gonna hurt you, you know. I'm here here to help!" You said, placing a hand on his cheek. You used your magic to heal up the bruises, cuts, and other things. He felt a slight warming sensation spread lightly. "There. All fixed up," you said, patting his head.
"So... let's start over. Hiya, my names (Y/N), cupid of Ludus!" You introduced. It was about an hour later, and he had finally come to terms with it. "Niragi Suguru... um, explain what the cupid thing is?" He questioned. You nodded. "There's seven of us in total! Each represents one of the words the Greeks used for love. Ludus is childish or playful love and flirting," you explained. You looked towards his clothes, a school uniform covered in dust, blood and dirt, and back down to your clothes, a long, white, flowy dress with loose sleeves. It was the kind that reminded you of your home in your past life.. You frowned, snapping your fingers. "Much better," you sighed. You had changed into a pink hoodie with a white pleated skirt. A pair of white platform boots with silver buckles completed the outfit. You had also cleaned up his clothes, and he looked shocked yet again. "Oh, and my lucky charm! Niragi, meet Squishy! He's my bun bun!" You giggled, waving around the white stuffed bunny. He cracked a smile, and pet it. "So... how old are you?" He asked, quickly adding, "If you don't mind me asking, of course."
You thought for a moment on how you should answer. "Well... I look around your age. I can make myself look whatever age I want, but technically speaking... I'm as old as Aphrodite. About a 500 years younger then her... so... about 5,000 years old? Does that answer it?" You responded. He nodded. "So... you're immortal? What like lead... to you being created?" He asked. You snuggled into him, being cold. He jumped at the contact. "It's cold... and if you wanna know, I'm gonna stay here," you said, holding onto him even him more. "O-okay..." he stuttered. "All of us cupids were mortals once. All of us died in ways that were... horrific for some, and also trauma. The gods took pitty or interest in us, and decided to save us," you explained, playing with the buttons on his uniform, unbuttoning and buttoning them back up.
"What a-are you doing?" He asked, grabbing your hands. You smiled, "Need to fidget with something." He was confused, but let you be. "Alright. Can you tell me a bit more about the cupids? Or just... yourself?" He questioned.
"Well there's 7 of us. Each of us has a lucky item, a color and food that can be used to summon us, we work with the gods and goddesses of love from every religion... hmmm, what else? Oh, my past is kinda dark. I was a princess! So, with that, my parents wanted me to be perfect. But, I couldn't, so punishments were required if I messed up. The man I was betrothed to was disgusting... Oh, and if you're wondering, my parents killed me. You know how royal families are. Crazy. So, now I'm here. Does that answer your question?" You responded. He blinked while nodding. "That was a lot. I'm sorry you went through that," he said, sympathy evident in his tone. You frowned, your hands playing with his hair. He leaned into your touch, a content sigh leaving his lips. "Yay! I made you happy! Right? Did I?" You questioned, sitting on his lap. He nodded, looking up at you. "You're cute. I'm not sure why you need my help getting a girl," you pouted, fingers weaving into his dark hair. He blushed slightly at your words. Cute? No one called him cute. He never assumed he was cute. Why did you think that?
"I didn't know I summoned you, so... yeah," he answered. "Well, now I'm here until she falls in love with you, with my help of course," you said. He cracked a smile, nodding. "I have to get home, so... let's go," he said, trying to push you off him softly. You shook your head, nuzzling into his chest. 'I thought she was supposed to help her fall in love with me, not make me fall for her!' He was having an internal panic at the moment. You finally got off of him, and floated besides him. "Let's go then."
"So no one else can see or hear you?" He questioned. You two were currently in his room. You nodded, before looking out the window into the street below. "We're so high up! Wow!" You exclaimed. He laughed, "Don't you live in the sky?" You pouted at his laughter. "And? I think it looks pretty outside right now," you said. It was raining outside, the droplets hitting the glass with a satisfying sound. "I prefer rain to sun. I don't get rain or cloudy days up there," you said, floating over to his bed. He was laying back, looking up at the ceiling, so you decided to float right above him. "So, what's this girl's name?" You asked. He blushed. "Asami Anzu," he responded. "Pretty! I bet she's pretty too! Is she pretty? Tell me about her," you rambled, giggling in excitement. He had never had anyone to talk to about anything, and here you were. So, of course he spent the next few hours talking to you about her.
"Aww! I wish someone would talk about me like that!" You said. He was so obviously in love with this girl, and it made your heart melt. He was so pure with his feelings. "Other guys that I've helped usually only want the girl to be childish so they can take care of her. I'm so glad you have genuine affection towards her," you said, sitting on the edge of his bed. He blushed, looking away. "What? Is there something wrong?" You questioned. "U-um, your s-ski- your skirt," he stuttered. You were confused, looking down, seeing it had risen up, and you laughed, smoothing it down. "You're silly. It's just skin," you said, crawling up to him. "Well I- I just... I assumed it was... improper for me to see that," he said. "Oh, you wouldn't survive a day up there... you would constantly be apologizing," you giggled, patting his head. You could feel him relax, and smiled. "You remind me of a dog! You like head pats, and are easily excited," you teased. "A-am not!" He defended, grabbing your hands. You pushed against him, trying to get your hands away. You laughed as he pushed back. It turned into both of you trying to push each other over. The once quiet room was filled with laughter and random bouts of banter.
You finally pushed him over, pining his hands above him. "I win~!" You bragged with a smile. He laughed, letting you celebrate your small victory. You looked down at him. "Is this what Eros talked about?" You questioned out loud to yourself. You weren't completely innocent, and would use minor curse words, or understood certain things, but never really understood it. You knew what it was, it just didn't interest you, or you didn't care about it. "What did she talk about?" He questioned. You stayed the same, looking down at him, keeping his hands in yours. "Well... I think you look pretty where you are," you stated confused. He blushed at your words, finally taking notice of the not - so - innocent position you were in. "You mean like... under you?" He questioned, his wrists squirming to get away from your grip. You let him go, nodding. "That's um... that's nice," he said, looking away. Although you didn't understand his reaction, you blushed at how he phrased it. "See! You're blushing too!" He said. You wanted to tease him? He'd find something to tease you back.
"Suguru, why is there a cupid in your room?"
You turned slowly to the door, noticing an elderly woman standing at the door frame. He stuttered, sitting up. "And moreover, why were you to like... that," she said, gesturing to the two of you.
"He summoned me."
"He did what?!"
"I-i didn't do it on purpose! It was an accident I swear!"
"It was an accident. But I'm stuck here now."
The woman sighed. Then it hit you. "Wait, how can you see me?!" You shouted, floating behind Niragi and grabbing his shoulders. You hid behind him, peeking out slightly. ''I've been around for a while. And I've dealt with cupids before. Say, how's Pragma?" The lady questioned. Your eyes lit up. "You know Pragma?" You questioned. She nodded. "She's doing well," you answered. The lady stayed talking with both of you for a bit longer, before saying she was off.
"Who was that?" You asked. You hadn't asked her who she was, just enjoyed her stories. "My grandmother... I forgot she was going to come over and drop something off while mom was at work, " he answered. You hummed, floating around his room. You heard his bed shift, and the clicking of buttons. "What's that?" You asked, pointing at what he was holding in his hands. "It's a game system. Haven't you... oh. Sky, right," he responded. You sat besides him, watching him expertly click away at the buttons. "You're so good at that!" You complimented after he was done with the level. "Do you want to learn how?"
"Ah! Nonono!" You giggled, seeing as Niragi was passing you. He was still better than you, but you had learned a bit. "Ah, shit!" He cursed, clicking harder at buttons. Another thing you'd noticed about him was when he got mad at the game, he'd curse a lot. Your character passed the finish line, finishing in first. "Yay! I finally beat you!" You cheered, jumping up and down. "I let you win anyways. I didn't want you to be sad," he joked. "Noooo, I beat you fair and square~!" You chirped, sitting back down. "Did I make you happy again?" "Yeah. You did, (Y/N). You did."
Over the course of the next few weeks, you helped him talk to the girl. Your magic was there to get her interested, and let her fall in love on her own. Not to make her fall in love. Of course, Niragi asked about it.
"Ok, listen here! You need to man up and go talk to her! I did my thing, worked my magic, now all you have to do is talk to her!" You repremanded. "Can't you just make her fall in love with your magic, I don't want to embarrass myself," he muttered. You shook your head. "No! If I do, it can become obsessive and I- I can't let that happen again..." you whispered. "Again?''
"Forget I said that! Go talk to her!"
Usually you floated around, watching her to see her interests and watching over Niragi, making sure to heal him after he mysteriously got hurt. He would never tell you how, and it made you mad, seeing it was the same excuse every time. "I tripped down the stairs, I'm fine," he said. "Mhm. I know your eyesight is bad, but not that bad. You can't expect me to believe all your bullshit can you?" You asked, wiping away the blood. His eyes widened, staring in shock. "What?" You questioned. "You just... you cursed. That's the first time I've heard you swear," he said. You smiled sheepishly. It was a learned behavior from him, hearing him swear at his games, or under his breath. "I-is it ok if I do?" You asked, suddenly worried you'd made him mad. He nodded, "Of course it's ok. I mean, I do it, it would be kinda rude of me to say you can't."
One day, while floating around, listening to the girl, you heard her say something about Niragi. "I mean, don't you think it's weird that he's always by himself? If no one ever talks to him, what's wrong with him?" She said. Her friends nodded. "And next, Sheji told me that all he does is stand as a target when they push him around. Who wants a guy that can't even defend himself?" She added. You huffed. How could she sound like an angel while acting like a devil? This wasn't fair to Niragi, she didn't even know him that well. You floated around her, watching to see if anything would happen. Nothing, as expected. Well, until you touched her. You knew her friends couldn't see you, but now she could. "You're kind of a bitch, you know. You're going to be one of the girls that regrets not dating him when he's older. Did you know Niragi is super smart? Like, top of his class smart. You should get to know people before going off what you think because honestly it's a shitty thing to do, and it doesn't make you pretty at all. I can't believe a guy as cute as him likes you," you spat, defending him. It didn't even cross your mind that calling him cute might be wrong, because in your eyes, it wasn't. Her eyes widened as she stared at you. You were floating, your legs crossed in midair as you held on to your bunny stuffie. "Y-youre floating," she stuttered. You smirked as her friends stared at her like she was crazy. No one else could see you. "Yeah, and? Stop acting so dumb," you insulted. Of course, you wanted Niragi to end up with the girl he liked, but she was too rude. "Anzu, what are you talking about?" One of her friends questioned. "Can't you see her? She's floating, right there!" She exclaimed. You got closer, your eyes gleaming with mischief. "Play nice Anzu. I'm always around to protect those I love," you said, smiling, before skipping away. You heard her talking rapidly about you to her friends, but it was no use because they couldn't see you.
"(Y/N), what happened with Anzu-San? Why did you say those things to her? I thought no one else could see you?" He questioned. "Well first, she's a bitch, and was being rude and talking about you. I said those things cause it was only fair. And It's my special item's magic. I told you Bun-Bun was necessary," you explained, holding onto Niragi's sleeve. He sighed, "Well, now you're stuck with me for a while aren't you?" "Yep. Until you find another person you love that will love you back," you stated. He nodded, not really being as hurt as he thought he would be. In fact, he was relieved. You sensed this, and smiled brightly towards him. "Before you ask, yes, this made me happy. Thank you for helping me, and making sure I'm happy (Y/N)."
That was basically how you got stuck on Earth with him for the next 9 years. He had never found anyone he liked, so you stayed.
"Do you have to work late every day?" You whined. He thought you looked like a kicked puppy all sad and mopey that he had to leave. "I'm sorry?" He questioned, grabbing his keys. "Can I go with you then?" You asked. He sighed, "Only if you promise to not get bored and start bothering me." You nodded excitedly, following him out.
His office was rather messy, not like his room. "Why is your office messy and your room isn't?" You questioned. "I spend countless hours in my office, and like...3-5 hours in my room?" He responded, signing into his computers, looking through a folder on his desk. You pouted, sitting in the corner. You did like the small space, however. You could curl up into a tiny ball, so you did, falling asleep rather quickly
"Niragi? Is it okay if I float around your office and stuff?" You asked a while later after you woke up, being a bit bored. "I told you like... forever ago that you can call me by my first name. You're stuck with me for a while," he said. You shook your head. "It's just... then I would... nevermind," you answered. He chuckled, watching you float around, picking up papers. "You don't have to clean my office for me, you know?" He stated. You nodded, still picking things up. "I'm aware. But, it's for me, not you. If your office is clean, then I don't have to deal with mess when I come with you," you said. "Ok, that's an insult," he joked. He stood up from his chair, walking to one of his shelves, pulling another file down. "It's what I like to call organized chaos. My files may not be in alphabetical order, but I do know where each one is. For example, the left shelf on that wall, second row, 3 files down is the file for a client's idea. The one next to it has to do with the business side of things of that same client," he said, pointing to the shelves while reading through another one. You floated over, going exactly where he said. He was right. "Wowww! You're so smart!" You giggled, putting the folders back exactly as they were. "I'm well aware sweetheart," he sighed.
He walked back to his desk, watching as you floated towards him. Your face was right in front of his, smiling. He really loved that. You'd been with him for the past nine years, of course he'd grown attached to you. There was never anyone he found as attractive as you, but he'd never said anything. One time, he had asked, and you told him that cupids weren't allowed to fall in love, or else they'd die a devine death. So, as selfish as it might have been, he told himself he'd never fall in love, and that he'd keep you with him. You never seemed to mind, seeing as you hadn't had a job in years before him. A small part of you had also grown attached to him. You didn't want to admit it either, but the feelings you got around him were different than the feelings you felt around the other cupids.
You two were broken from your staring contest by the sounds of fireworks outside the window. He was confused, going over to the window, raising the blind. "It's nighttime already? Niragi, is there a celebration today I didn't remember?" You asked holding onto his arm. "No... not that I know of. It was probably some idio-" he started, before the lights turned off. You shrieked, letting go of him, seeing as it was completely dark. Not even the lights from the city of Tokyo shined in through the window.
"Niragi? Where are you? I can't see a damn thing! Niragi?" You called out, your hands groping for something in the dark. "Niragi? Hey, this isn't funny! Niragi! Suguru, please answer I don't like the dark!" You cried, desperate to find him, even if it meant using his first name. Gods how you hated the dark. It reminded you of your past. Having to be locked up in the darkest part of the dungeons, no light as random noises echoed through the halls. The rats and bugs crawling on you. You hated it so much. "Suguru! W-where are you!" You called out once more. You heard the door open, and a light flash through.
"Hey, sorry, I left to go find a flashlight. I didn't see anyone in the building though. Whole city is blacked out though," he said. You rushed over to him, hugging him tightly. "D-dont leave me alone in the dark again! You stupid jerk!" You whimpered against him, your hand gripping onto his shirt tightly. He cursed himself, remembering you didn't like the dark. A fitting fear, considering what you were. "I'm sorry, it slipped my mind. Let's go see if we can find anyone, or any clues as to what's happening."
That turned into finding the beach. Of course, after multiple games, you were more than happy he was finally somewhere safe. After so much, you were happy he was ok.
You lay in his bed, waiting for him to come back. "I wonder... no one's ever... none of the cupids have tried falling in love... so... how do we know we can't do that?" You questioned out loud, holding the sleeves of his shirt. You liked wearing it, seeing as it had a pretty pattern. Most of the times you'd switch the color though. Instead, you'd always make the intersecting lines pink while the rest stayed black, or vice versa. That, or you'd make it black and red. It was fun.
"I'm back, and alive surprisingly," you heard a vouch snap you out of your thoughts. You sat up, tripping out of bed to say hello. "I'm so glad you're ok! I was worried you know," you said, checking him over for any wounds he might have recieved. There was none. "Diamonds game?" You questioned. He nodded, laying back on his bed. You crawled besides him, slapping the side of his face. "Ow! What the hell was that for!?" He yelled, looking at you like you just murdered his family. You smiled sweetly, "That was for what you said to that girl yesterday. We respect women you asshat." He rubbed his face, a red mark appearing where you hit him. He looked down, nodding. "That was a solid slap though," he whispered. "I'm not hugging you till you apologize to that girl," you said. He nodded, walking off. He didn't know why he listened to you. Frankly, he could do whatever he wanted to, but somehow the thought of you not holding him again mad him sick.
When he came back after a while, you smiled. "Good job!" You praised. He lay next to you, as you curled up besides him. "Hey... (Y/N)... have you ever wanted to date one of the people you've been helping?" He asked, looking away. You blushed, looking away. "Maybe... why?" You answered. "Because... isn't it dumb that the gods can date and fuck around with humans, but you can't?" He said. You thought for a second before nodding. "Then do you want to be the first to test out your mortality?" He questioned, turning to you. Your eyes widened with fear. This was something that you thought about, of course, but never had the guts to do. "B-but what if it's true? Then I die forever!" You exclaimed, hiding under the blankets.
"(Y/N), who in the heavens told you that?" A voice asked. You recognized that voice. It was the voice of Venus. You quickly took the blanket off your head, kneeling down to her on the bed. Niragi stared between the two of you, not sure what to do. You smiled at Venus quickly, before pushing him down besides you. "L-lady Venus. It's an honor to see you again," you said. "Silly girl. You don't have to bow to me. Now, back to what I was saying. Who told you ladies that?" She asked again, fixing her hair. "Z-zues did my lady," you answered. She tutted, "That Zues. Always messing with my cupids. It is allowed, but you have two options. Either you become a mortal being with him, or he become an immortal being with you. Your choice," she said, giving you a smile. You glanced over at Niragi. He still had these games to complete. You could have him forever. And you'd never have to worry about him finding someone and you having to leave. He leaned into you, whispering in your ear, "Do what makes you happy. Not me. You've always helped me, pick yourself for once."
It was so uncharacteristically sweet of him to say something like that. In the borderlands, at least. "Wanna have him forever and ever and ever!" You giggled childishly, throwing your arms around his neck. Venus laughed, "Oh my sweet child. I'll do so after you leave this place. My magic isn't working here, it was a struggle to see you. So live. Live for as long as you can," were her final words before leaving, rose petals left behind. You laughed, holding his face in your hands, your forehead resting on his.
"Did I make you happy?"
"You always do (Y/N), you always do."
Ok, that took a while. Especially when I wanted to get the Last Boss chapter done before Niragi's, but I finished this one first, so this one is getting published first. I was writing both at the same time, and this one just got done faster
And I forgot to this last night, I'm so sorry!

Starting Over: Chapter 53
Laying together in our bed, the sunlight creating an almost magical glow around us, Bucky traced patterns on my flat bare abdomen while I massaged his scalp with my fingernails. I knew my smile was a reflection of his - soft and sweet, rested even though we’d hardly napped - being together was relaxing.
“When do you think you’ll start showing?” He didn’t raise his voice above a tone one would use in a library, yet I could hear the excitement laced through each word - it was tangible and I loved that he was so happy.
I considered what he was asking, but honestly I had no clue. Parenthood wasn’t really something I’d yearned for before, and while Mom had been a nurse, I was more interested in taking photos and putting one foot in front of the other than paying attention to the women around me who were glowing with the new lives they were bringing into the world. “I think it depends -”
Propping his chin up so he could see me, he raised an eyebrow and asked, “on what?”
My eyes went to the top of my head, searching for the best way to explain what little I did know. “The size of the mother, for one.” I was fairly certain that the tinier the vessel, the faster the passenger would be noticeable. “The father’s genetics might have a say in how big the baby is, so our little bean might end up making me HUGE pretty quick.” He chuckled and dropped a kiss below my belly button.
“Are you saying I’m thick, Brooke?” Bucky’s hands were framing my abdomen and I grinned down at him. “Is that a GOOD thing?” One eyebrow arched and I laughed.
“I’m carrying your mini soldier, Buck,” my fingers slid through his hair and I bit my lip when his eyes closed in contentment from the contact. “I’d say everything about you is a GOOD THING.”
Humming, his lips quirked into a soft smile and he crawled lightly up the bed so he could kiss me. Rolling onto his side so we could lay face to face, he traced my face with the ghostlike touch of his fingertips. “I never thought I’d hear anyone say that everything about me was good - ever.” He was squinting, as if thinking pretty damn far back and I wanted to smack something. “Steve wasn’t the only Brooklyn boy who could get into trouble, Brooke.” His smile was meant to relax me, but it only half worked. Bucky had been shunted to the sideline for a very long time, then his time as the Winter Soldier was held over his head - it was bullshit. “You are bearing a very strong resemblance to -”
“If Steve Rogers could carry your baby, then holy shit, Buck, Captain America was truly a scientific wonder.” That did it, it broke the tense bubble I’d created - not without some reason, but we had happier things to focus on. “You wish you could tell him,” I could see it as clearly as Connie had when I’d been wrestling with Bryn’s damn car seat in the Mustang. Cupping his cheek, I sighed. “I wish you could too.”
“I just can’t get this image out of my head,” his smile was growing and it was contagious. “Him meeting you and knowing without a doubt that the two of you were on the same damn page - to keep my ass on my toes. And to remind me,” his smile was still there, but it was just a little dimmer. “To remind me that I deserve it. You, the baby, this life.” He shook his head, breaking the vision and coming back to me. “Steve and you would be a pretty scary duo, Brooke, but I really do wish I could have it.”
“Me too,” and I did. I wanted Bucky to have everything. Every single thing that he wanted, because he more than earned it.
After a warm bath, shared of course, we sat down and planned a dinner for Connie and Joey. Bryn would be happy with just hanging out with her favorite live-action Disney prince, so I knew that on that particular part we were fine.
“You don’t want to make that baked pasta -” my eyes went wide and I shook my head. “What?”
“You’re from Brooklyn, Buck. You’ve met Joey AMORUSO.” It seemed to hit him like a brick. “Yeah, I’m NOT fixing an Italian meal for an Italian. Sorry, I’d rather not live through the live critique of my sauce and why I should have made the mozzarella from scratch, but thank you for that offer.” He grinned and I rolled my eyes. “We could order in -”
“Doll,” he gave me a look that I swear made me wonder if he was channelling my mother. “You can’t invite people over for something like this and give them -”
“Food from somewhere not homemade,” I sighed. “Yeah, I know, Mom.” He grinned. “Let me guess, that’s a Brooklyn mother thing?” He nodded. “Good to know that some shit is just naturally ingrained in the locale.”
We settled on a roast and the Sunday type sides that both of us knew from our vastly different, yet strangely the same youths. While he made the call to Connie to set the date, making our excuses for the evening - thank you little bean for being a great excuse for being “indisposed” for immediate visits - we did order in for our evening. And I ended up having a cup of Wong’s tea before it arrived, just in case.
The bag had a helpful set of instructions, just in case a novice might not know how to brew real tea. Luckily my mom had gone through a weird bagless tea stage in life, so I had some things on hand. I was sniffing the contents when Bucky came into the kitchen after hanging up from Connie.
“Well?” He was staring at me with my nose in the bag and I shrugged. “That’s not very helpful, Brooke.”
“It’s kind of an earthy smell.” I sniffed again. “Not unpleasant, but -” I sighed. “How’d Connie take the news that dinner would be in a couple days instead of this evening?”
The tea kettle was on the stove and I was waiting for it to start screaming to let me know it was hot enough, but we had some time. While Bucky assured me that my best friend was more than willing to wait for dinner to be sure I was able to actually eat it, I got down the rest of my tea necessities. He’d also ordered dinner while he was at it, because Bucky Barnes is a man of action, thank you very much.
The kettle howled and I took a deep breath. “Here goes nothing.” Hot water, tea leaves in the tea infuser, and into the cup to seep until the water turned a murky brownish grey. No sugar, that was part of the instructions, no milk either. Just water and tea leaves. Once the coloring was right, I pulled the infuser free and steadied myself. Bucky stood beside me and gave me a grin. “I really hope this doesn’t taste like shit.” A tentative sip, and I tried to place the flavor. Nothing. Another sip, still nothing familiar came to mind. So I took another sip, and another, and another. The cup was empty and I was still trying to decide what it tasted like.
“How do you feel?” Bucky asked, taking the cup from me, and dumping the infuser so he could rinse both out.
I considered his question, focusing on my stomach and the urge to vomit that had me rushing to the toilet before. “I feel alright, I think.” I was still trying to figure out what the flavor of the tea was - it didn’t linger, which meant I couldn’t really remember what it tasted like. Damn it. “I guess we’ll find out once I eat, right?”
Bucky picked a local diner that had less spicy food. We sat in the kitchen and I felt like he was watching me like he might watch a bomb waiting to see if they cut the right wires to diffuse it. Fair, since I felt like a bomb that had wires cut, but didn’t know if they were the right ones to keep from exploding.
Dinner finished, we put away the leftovers and suddenly we were left with loose ends. It struck me that Bucky and I had never - not once since we’d been together - actually just had down time. And if we did - it was filled with UP time.
“Come here,” he’d taken the chair that I had immediately begun thinking of as his from the first time he sat in it and he was holding his arms open. When I got close enough for him to reach, he pulled me onto his lap and held me, pressing his face into my neck and just breathing the very scent of me in. “Want to watch a movie?”
“Sure,” I murmured, wondering what film Bucky would pick and then laughing when he hit the remote that he’d grabbed before I was perched on his lap. “Beauty and the Beast?”
“Connie might have mentioned you like it,” he was smiling at me and I bit my lip. “Our ‘mini soldier’ as you called them, could just as easily be a ‘tiny doll’, sweetheart.” Nodding, I let my head settle into the crook of his shoulder. “Not that there’s a damn thing wrong with either watching fairy tales come to life,” I giggled, thinking I’d hate to be anyone who tried to debate the issue with my baby’s daddy.
Bucky held me while we watched our first movie together - my favorite Disney movie. Which we followed up with something I thought he might like - the first in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Isn’t that what relationships were, after all? Sharing? Plus, while the tea was helping with one problem, I wasn’t in a rush to take on the homework that Strange had given me. So if I could put it off for as long as possible -

Day 12 - Monsterfucking
Day 12 - Monsterfucking - Cherryberry
“Oh no.” Blue looked over at his boyfriend Red, currently panting from magical exhaustion but still forcing himself onward. He had to stop the encroaching feral creatures from the forest, Blue and Red agreeing to hold the line here until the others could fend off the main threat.
Blue could feel his limit too, but held back from pushing too hard or he’d...change.
All the skelebros had discovered back in their own universes that upon pushing too hard, pulling more than they had, they’d transform into gaster beasts, large skeleton creatures with wide hinged heads and long bony tails that left their bodies uncontrollable. They couldn’t turn back until their magic ran out again. Which considering they had to trap the beast so it couldn’t hurt people, it took DAYS.
Since the convergence, it had happened to all of them at least once. Besides Red.
Red put in as much effort as the others, quite frequently in fact, but he never turned. Red often dealt with gaster beasts the best as well. He credited his brother making for a wily monster, difficult to trap even out of his mind. Blue, meanwhile, was pretty bad at catching them, so the prospect of facing Red that way was terrifying.
Red’s strength was waning, the shift crawling up his bones. The creatures diverted over to Blue.
“Fuck!” Red reached out for him, but the transformation had started and he was powerless to stop it. Blue sent out a few waves of bones to keep them in check, but there were too many, Blue couldn’t summon the energy, and if they both lost it, this area would be decimated. Blue stumbled back into a tree.
“AHHH!” Blue covered his face and prayed, hiding his face behind his arms when he saw the horde leap at him.
“GRRRRRRAAAARRRRR!” A tail whipped the creatures back. The red beast pounced on the attackers, swiping with his claws, creating dust wherever he stomped. After a good frontal assault, the creatures retreated into the trees. Then the giant head swivelled around.
Blue froze under the gaze. It still had Red’s eyes. He wasn’t prepared for that.
“I love you, even if you kill me.” Blue didn’t bother to block, just hyperventilating as Red’s giant face creeped closer and closer. Red’s breath puffed into his face before he stopped, Blue kicking at the dirt to get as close to the tree as possible, finally turning his head and closing his eyes. Then he felt a lick across his skull.
Blue finally took in Red’s beastly body. It looked relaxed, casual. It dropped it’s head in Blue’s lap. It’s throat let out a low gravelly hum, eyes looking up at Blue’s face.
Blue hesitantly laid a hand on Red’s blaster skull, gently running a hand over all the scars that had elongated during the transformation. Red finished curling around him, his purring shaking Blue’s legs in little clattering sounds. Blue’s body almost crumpled as the fear left him. The adrenaline from his almost death, to thinking his boyfriend would eat him, to having a lap beast really took it out of a guy.
“So, are you in control or is it just the fact I’m your boyfriend?”
Red eyes stared up at him, then tapped his tail on Blue’s face, sliding up his chin, a move Red did often with his hands when he had them.
“All you then.” Blue kissed Red’s nose. “Thanks for not eating me. No one would have suspected a thing.” He chuckled, Red huffing something similar to a laugh. Another lick, to his arm this time. “Gross!” Blue laughed though, dropping his arm in the snow.
Red picked up his head, facing into the woods.
“What?” Blue stood up again when Red crouched down, moving into a pouncing position. Blue stood behind the curl of Red’s body. He peered into the darkness, snowy shadows as far as the eye could see, until he heard the crunch of snow.
“Red!” Blue fell on Red’s back when he whipped back. He clutched onto his hoodie, holding on for dear life while Red swiped at the intruders. Blue went to slide off, stopping at the sound from the trees.
THUMP
THUMP
THUMP
Why was something that big living here? A giant wolf rabbit hybrid stepped out the trees, all long sharp teeth and claws, but unusually fast. And it was looking straight at them.
Red growled and rolled his haunches. Blue laid forward on his back, securing himself quickly.
“Ready.”
Blue hend on tightly as Red skirted its legs. He snapped and bit at the thighs, earning a solid side swipe for the damage. Red barely managed to stop his body from crushing Blue. He sent a few sharp bones towards the eyes. The beast screeched.
It clawed at its face. It backed up into more claws, Red attacking wherever it left open, until it finally started to retreat. They needed to follow; if it went to the town square, it’d dust someone. Red bounded after it, hot on its heels until, in its pain and confusion, walked straight off a cliff.
“Oh no!” Blue clutched onto the Red for dear life.
Red managed to catch his claws in the monster, riding it down the steep snowy hill. He jumped off just before it hit the ground.
They tumbled off to the side, followed by a wave of dust.
Blue coughed, finally releasing his hold, fingers aching from how hard he’d forced them to hold on. When he finally stood up from the snow, he took a good look around.
They’d fallen off the edge of Snowdin. Steep rock faces stood between them and civilization. He looked over at Red, who’d made himself at home under a tree, unable to do much on his own. The red eyes followed Blue as he walked around the clearing they found themselves in, looking around for a climbable wall from here.
Nothing. Not a single way out, well, not for Blue. What did he have to work with?
“I can’t shortcut. I need you to get us out of this. You can’t change back until you’re out of magic.” Blue stated the facts, Red rolling his giant eyes, waiting for Blue to get to the point. “You can’t do direct magic in that form like the rest of us, I’m guessing.”
Red gave him an unimpressed look from where he curled underneath the tree.
“So we have to run you out of magic, preferably quickly, before the feral beasts of the forest go eat the town.”
Blue paced around. What would burn a lot of magic unintentionally?
Well, he knew one thing. But...they were outside, and Red was...a gaster beast…
But they also didn’t have enormous amounts of time. A day would make a huge difference in how their siblings fared against the threat. And it could be worse, it could be not his boyfriend he was stuck with.
Blue’s face got real bright, but he did lift his shaking nervous hands to his neckerchief. Red’s head looked over. He started to his feet when Blue dropped the blue cloth in the snow, dropping off his gloves. Blue pulled his shirt over his head, tossing it off to the side. Red’s snout bumped against his chest after he kicked off the boots.
“Don’t make me explain…”Blue got to his pants, stopping and rubbing over Red’s nose. “Though I guess I’d have to help you undress too.”
Red backed up, sitting on his hind legs, tilting his head to try and tell Blue he didn’t get it, but Blue just dropped his pants, avoiding eye contact, folding the clothes and putting them to the side. Red growled when Blue went to get his pants off. They got cold much slower than most monsters, but that didn’t mean Red wanted to have a cold ass if he could help it.
“Red, I really need you to let me take off your pants.”
Red grumbled in complaint, but let Blue do as he pleased. He didn’t sit after they were off. Blue folded them too. He didn’t want them to be ruined, they’d need them when Red shortcut them out of this mess.
“You do know what I’m trying to do, right?”
Red shook his massive head. Blue looked away shyly.
“I know we’ve never purposely burned magic this way, but usually you think of this kind of thing before me.” Blue hesitantly dropped his boxers, still not meeting Red’s face. “If you don’t get it by now, I’m not convinced you’re actually Red at all-ahhhhhh.” He felt a wet tongue across his sternum.
Red was nosing all up on him now.
“That’s more like you. Hah, mweeeeeeeh.” Red’s tongue was longer like this, going from licking at his chest to licking inside his ribcage and pelvis. It was haphazard. Red had very little control, unable to do much more than stimulate broadly.
Blue took a peek over at Red’s body. No ecto yet.
“I really hope this works, or you’ll never let me live this down.” Blue got down on his knees. He ran his fingers over the front of his pelvis, catching all the bumps and curves. Red kept nuzzling and licking, careful to not disturb Blue’s arm.
“What would you say to me right now?” Blue closed his eyes. It was hard to get in the mood, naked in the snow and nervous, so he had to work himself up. Red was always so confident in the bedroom. Blue was confident everywhere else.
“Look at you working yourself up for me.” He could almost hear Red whispering it in his ear. “Gunna summon me something tasty?”
Blue panted as his fingers worked his sensitive pelvic crests, other hand working his tailbone at the same time. He moaned and opened his eyes. Red’s ectobody had finally appeared, sporting a longer and thicker member than he was used to. Blue blushed hard at the thoughts of what was to come. His own ectobody summoned under his hands, but Red’s head pushed him.
Blue fell onto his hands and knees, Red’s thick tongue working its way into him immediately.
“Reeeeeed! AAAAAAAH, so forceful mmmmmmm.” Blue wiggled his hips in time with the sloppy licks Red ate him out with. He usually covered his mouth when he got this loud, but there was no one but the forest to hear him.
“J-just gotta have you every w-way I can sweetheart. Come on my t-t-tongue?” Blue stuttered out what he thought his boyfriend would say. Red rumbled approvingly.
Blue reached a hand between his legs, and with a few skilled strokes, he whined out a release.
Red’s tongue didn’t leave him though. Blue huffed through the overstimulation until Red was satisfied, snout finally backing up from Blue’s shaky thighs. Blue only relaxed for as long as it took Red to line up with his thoroughly prepped magic.
“Red…”He felt a giant claw near his body move a little closer in acknowledgement. “The whole point of this is to burn as much magic as possible so…” Blue moved onto his elbows, pressing himself just slightly back on the tip. Blue hummed with Red’s growl, feeling Red’s body position itself for the storm to come.
“Don’t stop until you can’t go anymore.”
That first slide shook Blue to the marrow. Even as wet and stretched as he was, it was girthier than a tongue and feeling Red’s whole body move with the motion rocked Blue’s smaller body. Red’s control could snap right in the middle of this, but hopefully he’d be having enough fun to not kill the source of said fun.
“MMMMMMMM.” Red’s thrust slammed into the back of his pussy, Blue’s position the only thing keeping him in place.
Red’s pace gradually picked up, Blue focusing on the rhythm of it, gradually building up to rocking back at the right points to feel the limits of his body stretch deeper. His moans got louder and louder. The imaginary voice in his head supplied Red’s commentary.
“That’s it baby! Let me hear how much you enjoy hav-Ahhhh-having me in your p-pussy!” His boyfriend had a filthy mouth, but Blue had let him do a lot with that mouth of his, and now Blue needed to hear him, it just wasn’t the same without his deep gravelly voice leading him through. Blue’s knees dug deeper into the snow. “Such a tight c-c-c-” -Blue had to fight to say it- “cunt you’ve made for me.”
Red’s growls shook his body. Red started pounding into him so fast, Blue screamed for it, body on fire and pushed over the edge. Once he felt the shudder of Red’s cock inside him, he stroked himself once and was gone.
Blue spasmed and moaned, riding the wave. Red briefly pulled out, letting out the excess magic Blue had inside his little body.
He almost stopped shaking before the tongue was in him again.
“R-r-r-red…”Blue whined desperately. His overstimulated body protested but couldn’t stop his oversized boyfriend. The tongue cleaned him out completely, before he felt Red gearing up to mount him again.
“AHHHHHH!” Red filled him in one go, already stretched open and wet.
Blue’s nerve endings burned, pleasure singed with discomfort in every bone in his body. Red kept pushing in and out, desperately taking Blue’s magic for all it could physically take. And as overwhelmed as he felt, Blue had been the one to tell Red not to stop until Red physically couldn’t continue.
Red was filling him again. His body stretched and ached, Blue squeaking out a happy sigh when Red pulled out after a few minutes of slow fucking through the pleasure.
And then the damn tongue again.
Blue’s eyes pricked with tears. He’d never been so physically pushed to his mental limit. His vision felt fuzzy, and he felt like if he moved from this spot, he’d pass out. His traitorous mouth let out moans while he cried out his feelings. There was that cock again.
Everything blurred together. Thrusting and licking, alternating for what could’ve been days but was definitely at least a few hours, nothing but overstimulation and being completely helpless to stop it. His mind had left him quite a few cycles ago, in a haze while his body took and took and took. Somewhere deep inside him, something broke, and when he felt that sinfully long tongue again, he leaned his hips back into it.
“God Red, get it all the way inside me!” He felt deranged, sounded worse. His mind had given up on stopping it, deciding to ride the wave, no, tsunami as it engulfed him as best it could.
The tongue responded vigorously. Red’s snout dug into the cheeks of his ectobody, Blue drooling messily as his head laid in his arms above the snow. Blue keened at it twisting and turning against his sensitive walls.
“More, more, more! Ruin my body, don’t stop until you can’t go anymore.”
Red didn’t do a gentle first thrust, immediately pounding into Blue’s body while he cried out for more. Blue’s soul was on fire. Every sensation in his whole body, every thought, was converging on a single moment, and when Red hit that brutal speed crescendo right before his release, Blue touched his over sensitive pussy.
“FUCK!” All of senses exploded, his mind slipped briefly into a serene peace, the eye of the storm, and with one ultimate burst of pleasure, his mind and body blipped off.
----
“I’m surprised he got this exhausted without transforming.” Blue’s mind came to slowly, fluttering awake to a familiar ceiling. This was his room. His entire body ached, bringing back the memory of what put him into this state to begin with.
“Me too. He scared the hell outta me.” That was Red’s voice. Blue’s hand reached out for it without thinking. He felt Red’s hand take his instantly. “Blue?”
“I think so.” Blue chuckled, then coughed. Everything hurt.
“Thank goodness. We were worried sick.” He could hear his brother, but opening his eyes again seemed like a hassle. “Red and you vanished, but Red got you both back after a day. He’d been keeping you safe in the forest while you were unconscious.” So that’s what they were going with.
“Sorry for missing out on the fighting.” Blue hummed at Red gently rubbing his hand.
“Red came back just in time honestly. With his help, we got everything under control at the last moment. It all worked out.” His bro pat his head, but Blue winced. It still ached. “Sorry.”
“It’s all good Papy. I’ll be okay with a bit more rest. I’ll take a page from you and Red and be a lazybones for a while.”
“Good.” Swap stood up, cracking his back. “Now that you’ve woken up at least once, I can go back to business. I’ll leave you with Red until you go back to sleep.” He smiled at Blue. “Don’t push it. Go back to bed. Love ya bro.”
“Love you too Papy.” Swap walked out, and Red let out a breath Blue hadn’t noticed he was holding.
“Why were you so nervous?” Blue smiled at him fondly. Red blushed for once.
“Blue, you were out for two days. I thought I put you in a coma, I at the very least hurt you pretty badly.” Red hunched in on himself. “So much for self control.” Blue squeezed the hand that held his.
“I didn’t exactly help. Not to mention, that’s never happened to anyone else, so now we know what’ll happen.” Blue gently tugged Red’s arm, scooting back a little. Red obliged his hurt boyfriend and climbed in.
“Doesn’t make it okay.” Red gently leaned their foreheads together. “Hurting you isn’t something I should ever do.” Blue clanked his mouth. The ache in his pelvis brought back memories to make him blush.
“I...liked it…”Blue averted his eyes, but they were so close that he could still see the look on Red’s face.
“You...liked it?” He looked confused, then surprised.
“Yeah.” Blue looked back at him, cheeks glowing. “I wouldn’t mind...doing that again...on purpose…”He could barely get the words out. His mind flashed to him begging for Red to have sex with him as a gaster beast, and he glowed brighter. Red laughed, eyes getting half lidded and his voice dropping down to that deep tone that set him off so much.
“Just gotta have you every way I can sweetheart.” Then he stuck out his tongue with a smirk, laughing while Blue buried his face right into Red’s jacket. Blue felt two arms pull him close. “You do a pretty good impression of me.”
“I hate you.” Blue pouted, not moving away from Red at all.
“Well I love you.” Red hummed into the little kiss he got in exchange.

Pairing: Loki Laufeyson &/x fem!gifted!reader Content: A roller coaster of emotions and feels. A/N: So my psychiatrist recommended/ordered for me to take 2 weeks of sick leave because I’m a stressed out mess...that’s not going to stop me from writing, of course. Au contraire, without work I’ll have more time for that! Ask or reblog for tag ;)
23. Misery Machine
... Reader ...
What the ever-living FUCK? The bubble of happiness bursts, the pop loud in your mind but blown away by the cold storm raging before you in the shape of a raven-haired god with the colour of blood in his eyes. Memories of faces smiling during the feast come and go in a blur and leave you none the wiser as to what Loki’s problem is.
“Uh...yeah? It was okay,” you try carefully, “think I’m getting closer to Sif and the trio to accept me.”
“You don’t say?” Sarcasm is probably the default state for the god, you decide there and then. “Practically crawling onto their laps.”
Staring dumbfounded at him, each snarled accusation is a whiplash driving you closer to desperation as up and down cease to make any sense. Unsure whether to laugh, cry, or scream back at him, you just stand stock still. Loki, on the other hand, has taken to stalking around the room as he denounces the Asgardian ways – feasts, pretend friendships, nothing goes free – before ultimately turning to you again on an unseen wave of icy coldness radiating from the bluing skin.
“I’m surprised you didn’t have my dear brother rescue you,” he hisses, “or went with Fandral for comfort...he’d be more than willing to oblige.”
“Wait...what?”
Oh yeah, the fallen prince’s eyes are swallowed by red, leaving only a pinprick of black from the pupil. “You heard me.”
Sure did, smurf. “This’s ‘bout them? Are you...? D’you think I’m desperate enough to dick it down with Fandral or have Thor sweep me away like I’m some maiden in distress?”
Now you’re the one getting into his personal space. Though you’re far from as imposing compared to a god with ruby eyes and frosty skin, his raven hair cascading to his shoulders in ways fit for an anime character, you still manage to push him back a few steps before he digs his heels in.
“Tell me honestly, the idea doesn’t tempt you, mortal?”
“Hell yeah, it tempts me! But, y’know what? I can’t! If I go back home to hide and some day Thanos shows up...how’d you think that’d make me feel? Or if you take your dumb-ass on some quest to find the fucker only to get killed? No, that ain’t happening ‘cause I’ma stick through with this. That’s what this mortal’ll do: do things right.”
You can barely see him because tears (which you refuse to let fall) are blurring your vision. By some miracle, you manage to find the door and march down the dim hallway without bashing face first into something but by the time you turn the first corner, your cheeks are wet.
GAAARGH! He’s such an...an...UGH! Haven’t you already proven yourself? Sure, he might just see you as a mortal, as he keeps pointing out, but how many mortals does he know that would’ve been able to handle the mess he’s thrown at you? Admittedly, it might be your self-diagnosed Stockholm Syndrome speaking when you feel you deserve more respect from Loki. Not that he has to “like me” like me...just...
Wiping salt water and probably snot from your face, you look around for somewhere to be alone with your thoughts and spot a double door which could lead to a balcony or terrace only to find it blocked by a blond figure.
“Lady [Y/N]?” You’ve only spoken with Thor once, but no one else has a voice like that, a voice you don’t want to hear right now. “Please, tell me what troubles you.”
Why bother? It’s so easy to follow along as he cups your elbow with one of the huge hands and escorts you onto what does indeed turn out to be a balcony.
Any other person would gasp at the view of the golden-roofed city below, stretching towards the ocean and the infinity of space just beyond. You, a sarcastic thought jeers in your mind, you’re busy sniffling and holding back tears because of some silly spat – and there’s no way you can tell that truth to the man beside you.
“I know...I’m a stranger to you and you have no reason to trust me with your worries,” Thor begins softly, “yet I do feel responsible for your fate. Your chance of happiness. What my brother di-”
“Enough!” The exclamation startles him, blue eyes reconsidering the woman before him. Oops. “I’m...I’m sorry, your highness,” you try to recover while your heart beats in your ears. “Forgive me. You have no obligations on my behalf, your brother’s actions are not yours to atone for.”
The dazzling smile is pretty even if it’s barely hiding a pain beneath. “Kind words, but clearly it torments you.”
“No.” Oh, that’s actually true. “No, what pains me is what I’ve learned since. Thor...you’ve been to Earth. You’ve seen us humans...and you know we’re hopelessly unprepared for what’s to come!”
“Even if Loki would be foolish enough to attack once more, Midgard is not defenceless. You know this.”
The Avengers. Thor had stopped Loki and his Chitauri (as you later found out the aliens were called) invasion. It hadn’t exactly been pretty which is something a lot of politicians are still pointing out – or were before you suddenly found yourself at the mercy of the guy who’d plotted the attack. It feels like years ago.
“Not...” How can I say this right? “Not Loki. Thor, please believe me, he’s not the real problem.”
“Any threat at all...your realm is under my protection.” At least his brows have the decency to furrow, almost hiding the pristine blue.
“He came for the Tesseract...but he already had a Scepter with magical abilities. Where did he get that? Who helped him – or who did he help?”
Obviously, the older brother isn’t as dimwitted as Loki claims because you can see tiny lights go on and off as he connects some of the dots – eyes gazing through your skull and into a different infinity than the one beyond the borders of Asgard and finding the murky areas where there isn’t enough information to illuminate the unknown.
When the crown prince does focus on you, a new worry tightens the muscles of his jaw. “If the Tesseract was all he wanted, why not leave?”
“Who wanted the Tesseract, really? And was that all?”
“Then why the invasion? A smoke screen?”
You shrug (even if it’s hard with Thor’s heavy hands resting on your shoulders) because what else can you do? And silence falls again as each option and its implications are weighed carefully.
“What makes you certain of this?”
Loki might be the God of Lies, Mischief, and whatnot...but looking up into his brother’s face there’s no way he wouldn’t sniff out the smallest inkling of deceit.
“I don’t know anything for sure,” you sigh, “I was...shown some bits and pieces. Been trying to make sense of it.”
“A vision.”
Weeeeell... “If that’s what you’d call it. I’m just scared of what might happen.”
Later, you’d think back of it as a pretty decent hug, but in the moment you are more concerned with continuously breathing as Thor pulls you into a crushing embrace.
“Get some rest, little one,” he smiles tiredly after pulling back, “you have my word I’ll look into this matter.”
... Loki ...
He hears her return to the suite, mainly due to the subdued curses as she struggles to undress. Then the few candles he had left alight are snuffed before [Y/N] settles into bed with a sigh. The single candle in the servant’s tiny room creates sharp borders between shadows and illuminated areas unless Loki exhales particularly hard. I’m not sighing.
Since the woman had stormed out of the quarters, the Jotun has tried to calm himself down and ignore the screaming in his marrow as guilt eats through the bones. Eventually, he succumbed and went to bed only to lie and stare up into the ceiling. A thin blade slips between his fingers in repeated somersaults until he grabs the knife by the handle only to redo the whole thing.
Counting his breaths, he reaches well into the hundreds before daring to step into the suite. The slanted moonbeams illuminate patches on the floor and bed, glistening on the silken covers shaped like a woman. He does his best to ignore it, he really does. Moving silently, Loki picks up the scattered layers of the dress to straighten them out and hang them on the other side of the screen. In the cold light, it is difficult to ascertain the colour of the fabric but he remembers it clearly from when he saw her across the room during the feast where he had been expected to assist – a task perfectly suited to get him closer to the servant and listen to their gossip, of course. He has to shake himself from the tainted memories before continuing the silent duties.
Once, not too long ago, these were details he didn’t bother with. The work of lowly servants, there was no need for a prince to worry about picking up after himself unless he chose to, and while Loki was (and is) meticulous he had certainly never expected to be the one doing this for others. Beneath me! Grumbling within, he still lingers to let the delicate ribbon from [Y/N]’s hair slither between his fingers.
It’s a welcome diversion to imagine how it would be to untie the bow and set her locks free. Or to be the one slipping the straps of the dress off her shoulders and watch it hang on for dear life by her bosom. To gently tug at it, bearing the nipples for me to admire. He can see it in his mind. What Loki doesn’t notice are the eyes watching him.

Kingdoms ch. 75
The room held only Harry, Wade, Peter, and Mary Jane. It was small, just barely large enough for all of them to sit in it with a space just big enough for a single (small) person on the floor between them. The walls were made of thick stone, and there were no windows. There were vents (they would have died else), but Peter assured the others that the patrolling spidlings were more than capable of keeping any eavesdroppers (mainly Miles, as he was the only one they knew that crawled around the air vents on a regular basis) away.
Peter put something odd in the space; it looked like an orange crystal with a shiny black base of some kind that had odd, white protrusions. “This,” Peter said as he fiddled with the protrusions, “is a communication device. It was given to us by Tony, one of—of King Steve’s advisers.”
“How does it—?”
Wade held up a scarred palm. “Don’t finish that sentence,” he advised. “It’s a long winded, insanely complicated explanation that only Peter understands and almost made my ears bleed when he spent the next six hours trying to explain it in a way I could understand.”
“It was only four,” muttered Peter as he sat back. The crystal bloomed into life—to reveal a startlingly clear image of a person.
Not just any person—Tony. “Peter,” he said warmly. “We found out why you almost died,” he added.
“Always good to know,” muttered Wade. He still hadn’t quite forgiven the alpha for how, after working in his lab, Peter had almost died.
Tony, as much as possible, ignored Wade. “Remember when we were trying to use magic as an insulation? Somehow that activated the core crystal—”
“The what?” asked Harry. Both he and MJ looked utterly confused as Wade looked resigned.
“—and it decided that, instead of trying to create an insulation barrier, you were trying to turn it into a seed and it tapped into your power—”
“It did what?” demanded Mary Jane. Peter felt certain that if there had been any more light in the room he would have been able to see the blood draining from her face.
“—and tried to rewrite itself based on your directives.”
Wade reached out and pulled Peter close to him, instincts demanding he keep the omega, his mate, close and protected, as he glared at the crystal. “You put,” he began furiously, “a core crystal in a suit? And then let someone—who knows nothing about them—tamper with magic around it?” His body trembled in a low growl.
Peter looked up at his mate and carefully reached up so that one of his arms was around Wade’s shoulder. It was an uncomfortable position to say the least, but he could see that Wade needed the support. Wade looked at him, gently moved the hand, kissed the palm, and pulled Peter into his lap. Peter turned back to the crystal. “What’s a core crystal?”
Tony sighed. “Most crystals,” he said in lecture mode, “are—for lack of a better term—empty. They have no powers, no elements, no imprints. Follow?”
“I do,” agreed Peter as he shifted slightly against Wade.
Wade wrapped both arms around Peter and continued to glare at the crystal. “Go on,” he growled.
“Core crystals are different. They have intelligence—but no personality. No directive, if you will. They are also oddly—eager, I guess would be the right term to use here—to get a directive.” Tony sighed and scratched through his mustache absently.
“What directive does it think I gave it?” asked Peter with morbid curiosity. Sure the thing had almost killed him—but in an odd way he wanted to know. It almost felt like the thing was part of him now, and he wanted to know what was going on with it.
“It seems to think you want a spider bot army,” Tony said.
There was a deep rumble in Wade’s chest, enough to be felt, but not heard. It grew until suddenly the man burst out laughing as the others stared at him.
“It’s not funny,” Tony insisted as Wade laughed harder.
“What makes you think its directive is to make a—a spider bot army?” asked Peter confused.
“It’s building bots in the shape of spiders,” Tony explained. “Not sure why—and I can’t catch it to stop it. And that’s not the worst part.”
“What is?”
“Pepper seems to have adopted three of them.”

Irresistible
Re-post
Pairing: Jensen Ackles x Reader
Summary: It’s Jensen’s birthday and you’ve got a little something for him. Little did you know that he’s giving you a little something, too.
WC: 0.8k
Warnings: Smut (beard kink, oral)
You woke up with a smile on your face, because you knew what day it is. It’s a special day for him but you actually don’t know who’s more giddy. Frankly, you didn’t care because you loved spoiling him and you were determined to make today as special as you possibly could. Getting out of bed as soft and gentle as your movements allowed, you tiptoed your way out of the bedroom, picking up your bathrobe while you pass and put it on before closing the door carefully, not wanting to wake him up. Not yet.
Once out, you prepared coffee. You cringed at the loud noise the machine was making but it never woke him up before so you hoped, that today would be no difference. You pulled out the cupcakes you’d hidden in the depths of your fridge because you didn’t want him to see them. Placing everything on a tray, you stuck a candle in one of the cakes and lit it before making your way back to your room.
You were softly singing Happy Birthday as you pushed open the heavy door to find a sleepy Jensen in the still warm bed that you left just moments before.
You watch as he slowly opens his eyes, and, immediately, his plum lips, almost covered by his thick beard, curved into a smile. A smile you loved so much. He had a couple of weeks off and you could always tell by his facial hair how long he didn’t have to work. You didn’t mind the scruff that he usually has when he’s working, but what you loved most was the full beard, there’s no denying. It scratched less than the scruff, and you loved to thread your fingers through it, loved how the soft and thick hair felt underneath your palm, and most of all, like right now? You’d love to ride that beautiful face that came attached to the beard. But it was his birthday so that would have to wait.
“Happy Birthday, baby,” you whisper softly, placing the tray of steaming coffee and cupcakes on the free space on his side of the night stand before taking the cake with the candle in it and sitting next to him on the little space he created for you.
You held out the surprise, and Jensen sleepily grinned before he blew out the candle. He then fisted his hand in your bathrobe and pulled you in for a kiss. The beard tickling your cheek and chin.
“What did you wish for?” you asked as you parted with a smirk.
“Can’t tell,” he winked at you cheekily and removed the candle from the cupcake.
Jensen broke the cupcake in two halfs and fed you a piece before he stuffed the other one into his own mouth. You giggled as he missed his mark a little, red icing visible at the corner of his lips, some smeared in his beard.
Oh god, his beard. The worst was that Jensen knew exactly what his beard did to you. He knew that the beard was your weakness, your kryptonite, and sometimes you thought he did things deliberately. Like right then.
“What?” he asked as if he didn’t know what was going on but oh he knows, alright.
“You have something in your beard,” you replied, playing along, as you wiped your finger across his lips to the corner and licked at the icing that you caught with your finger. You pushed it into your mouth and sucked at it.
Two can play at that game.
“I think you didn’t get all of it,” he then says, a smirk widening on his face and his eye grew a shade darker, “Here,” He pointed to the place where he felt icing on his beard, and you lowered your head, sticking your tongue out to lick at the rest of the icing, “And here,” He said again, pointing at his lips, and, seriously, how could you say no to that? You began to kiss him, and he parted his lips so easily for you to be able to lick into his mouth. The taste was so wonderful and sweet.
Jensen’s big hands were cradling your face, pulling you closer and onto him so that you were straddling him. You could feel his bulge straining against your ass, which made you moan softly into the kiss.
You panted hard when you broke the kiss and let your forehead rest against his. “How about breakfast?” You just asked out of courtesy because you were not really hungry. Not after the hot kiss that left you all hot and bothered.
“Mmh… yeah, I’m pretty hungry.” He let out a throaty chuckle before twisting around and flopping over with you still in his arms so that he was on top of you. His feet already kicking at the smooth sheets, moving them down past both your legs as he kissed you again.
He mouthed his way down your throat, the soft beard tickling your sensitive skin making you writhe with anticipation. His thick and capable fingers unknotted the fluffy bathrobe you were wearing on his way down, until his big and broad shoulders were slotted in between your luscious thighs and then he smiled up at you.
“Jensen,” his name escaped your lips in a soft whimper and he shushed you before he placed a gentle kiss on the center of your damp panties and made it damper by the second.
His warm tongue flattened against your damp spot, making it wet before he sucked the fabric into his mouth with a cheeky grin. “My favorite kind of breakfast,” he mumbled, his fingers slipping under the panties, pushing them to the side, his knuckles brushing against your wetness.
“Babe, so fucking wet.” He looked up at you, his eyes full of hunger and held your gaze as he lowered his mouth to your core.
Jensen began to lick and kiss your pussy as if it was the best fucking meal he ever had, slurping and humming at the taste and sending electric currents throughout your body. His beard tickling your sensitive thighs as he went lower and when he began to suck in your nub and pushed his finger into you while he rubbed his beard against your inner thighs, you were a goner.
“Shit…” you shrieked louder than you wanted to. Your hands frantically searching for something to hold on to and found his head, fingers pulling at his soft, short hair as your nails dug into his skull. That didn’t stop him, though. Instead the pain he felt urged him on.
You couldn’t help but sit up a little and ground into his face, moving your hips and circling them, pushing your pussy deeper into his sexy beard and sweet lips. Jensen’s hands were wrapped around your thighs, holding himself steady as you ground down on his face, his nose brushing against the sensitive hill of your pussy.
He added another finger to the mix as best he could while you were still gyrating on his face, curving them up just right on the inside of you, hitting your sweet spot every time you pushed your hips against his pretty face. When he sucked and lapped at your bud some more, you felt the pressure building up in the depths of your stomach. Your toes began to curl and your legs started to tremble as your walls closed around his fingers.
“That’s it. Come for me, baby,” Jensen paused to whisper encouraging words before he dove back in, head first, his wet and warm tongue working magic on your clit.
“Nnngg… ah shit, Jensen!” You came as his name rolled off your tongue, your thighs squeezing around his head, locking him in and your still convulsing pussy holding his thick fingers captive.
Jensen looked up at you, his face still buried in your pussy. He chuckled and tried to breathe. You started to giggle as you released him from his prison. “Aw, it’s your birthday, not mine.”
He smirked as he crawled back up, his beard wet from your juice and his nose and chin shiny. “Oh, don’t worry, the day’s not over yet.”

Thursday Thoughts: “Cats” Is Not Bad
My dad was in a community theatre production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cats years ago. One night, he came home from rehearsal still wearing his makeup – fur, whiskers, the whole shebang, all created with face paint. He quietly entered the house, and my siblings and I watched as he crept around the edge of the room, his eyes wide and his head tilted to the side in a feline sort of way. I was entranced. While of course I knew it was Dad, in that moment, he was a cat.
And then he looked me in the eye, and said “MEW!” in a goofy, high-pitched voice. We all laughed, the spell broken.
Years before that, my family attended a showing of Cats at a different community theatre. During intermission, while the audience milled about the theatre, several of the ensemble cast remained onstage – as cats. They sat at the edge of the stage and stared at us, still and silent and unblinking. They crawled up the aisles, brushing up against people’s legs. One came right up to my brother, who was holding his program out lazily, and WHACKED the paper with a paw, startling him. Another even jumped up onto my dad’s lap and lay there, purring, while my siblings and I gleefully pet the “kitty.”
For me, this is the magic of Cats. It taps right into the suspension of disbelief at the heart of all theatre. Cats allows you to forget for a couple hours that the people before you are human. For the duration of the show, they are cats. Cats who sing, dance, and wear ballet shoes, yes, but cats nonetheless.
My biggest issue with the 2019 movie adaptation of Cats is that it does not allow the viewer to forget that the performers are human.
I mean, they have human toes, for crying out loud! Human toes! And human hands, and faces! My eyes kept snapping to these details, latching onto them instead of the beautiful music. The wonderful makeup that transformed my father into Old Deuteronomy is nowhere to be found.
At the same time, all these not-cats have CGI ears and tails, twitching and twisting in uncanny ways that don’t go at all with the otherwise-human body. It’s as though the filmmakers couldn’t decide whether to go for realism or fantasy and ended up stuck somewhere in the middle, trying to do two things at once with a discomforting result.
This uncomfortable “two things at once” feeling permeates the film.
The film doesn’t seem to have a firm stance on what size objects are in this cat-run world. In stage productions of this show, the stage is covered with larger-than-life pizza boxes and boots to establish that the characters are actually cat-sized. But in the film, Mr. Mistoffelees in quick succession picks up a slightly larger-than-life hand of playing cards, a much larger-than-life red die, a pencil that is pretty much normal-sized, and a fork that is larger than the pencil but somehow not as large as the die. It’s like the film is trying to show a world in which cats are cat-sized in one moment and human-sized the next – two things at once – resulting in confusion.
And then there’s the matter of the cats’ clothing. Some of the cats wear clothes while others do not. This is, of course, a carry-over from the stage version, in which some cats wear fur-patterned leotards, while others have clothing items which symbolize the kind of fur the cat has. However, the film takes some bizarre twists on cat-clothing.
For example, in the stage production, Jennyanydots begins her number in a shabby coat which she later drops to reveal a fun, frilly, colorful layer of fur. In the film, we meet Rebel Wilson’s Jennyanydots as a cat with realistic orange-and-white fur – which she suddenly unzips down her front mid-number to show that she is wearing clothing on her real body underneath.
The film is trying to have it both ways – Jennyanydots is a real cat with real fur, but also a fake cat with fake fur, and more questions are raised than answered.
Bustopher Jones has always been a cat in a top hat and tuxedo, evocative of a cat with tuxedo-pattern fur. James Corden as Bustopher Jones starts out in a top hat and tuxedo. Then he takes off the tuxedo to reveal tuxedo-pattern fur.
Once again, the film is trying to do two things at once – clothing to emulate cat fur, and cat fur to emulate clothing. The result, however, is leaving the viewer with the impression that a grown man has just stripped naked in front of them in a PG-rated movie.
If you put animated animals in clothing, then the animals can become naked. Disney’s Zootopia recognized this to hilarious effect, but Cats does not seem to.
Idris Elba as Macavity looks excellent in his beat-up hat and coat, which give the theatrical impression of a creepy scarred-up cat. But this illusion is abruptly discarded when Elba, too, strips down naked. I ended up watching that scene through my fingers, as I had put my hands over my eyes.
It struck me early in the film that they could have – should have, even – completely owned the fact that these were cats.
Unlike stage theatre, which depends on practical effects and clever costumes, film presents the unique opportunity to go all the way into fantasy.
They could have completely animated the cats – four-legged and meowing! This would have avoided the nudity problem and rescued all the film’s animals, mice and cockroaches included, from the uncanny valley. Instead of doing two things at once, the film could have done one thing wholeheartedly, the one thing that film can do but theatre cannot.
And this is where 2019’s Cats is excellent: when it takes full advantage of the film medium.
Films are not grounded in a single location or time. The camera can jump-cut to anywhere! This is used to great effect in “Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer,” following the troublesome cats as they jump around the bedroom, dining room, and staircase, sowing chaos. Throughout the film, we move beyond the junkyard and are able to see the alley of trash cans that Bustopher Jones eats from (rather than the clubs themselves as the song implies – hilarious!) and the barge that Growltiger commands. I downright love how “The Ad-Dressing of Cats” is set around the Trafalgar Square lions – an appropriately grandiose setting. And the very best musical sequence in the film is “Skimbleshanks: The Railway Cat,” which transforms Skimble’s tap-dance into the rhythm of a train, seamlessly transitioning the scene from the theatre hall to the train tracks.
Cats as a film also devotes time to character development in a way that the opera-esque stage show never has. Sure, you can research the backstories of all the cats if you want to, but the casual viewer never learns anything beyond what’s said in song. With just a bit of dialogue, Cats transforms Mr. Mistofelees from a cocky deus ex machina to an endearingly clumsy magician who finally, on this night, gets his first big break.
Another transformed character is Victoria. While originally a dancing role with no solo singing part, Victoria is reimagined as a newcomer to the Jellicle Ball, there to ask questions and be sung to. She is, in other words, the audience surrogate, a necessary figure in film. While Cats the stage musical addresses the audience directly throughout the show, fourth-wall breaks are something that a stage show can get away with more often than a film can.
A critique I’ve heard repeatedly about the film is how Judi Dench suddenly sings directly to the camera in the final number. For me, this was not a detriment. “The Ad-Dressing of Cats” is and has always been a song sung directly to the audience!
However, I can see why someone who was expecting a traditional film would be bothered by this. The film put a lot of effort into removing the other fourth-wall breaks by having the songs originally sung to the audience be sung to Victoria instead, so the sudden return to a device that works better on stage than in film is a bit jarring as, once again, Cats tries to do two things at once – to be both a film and a stage show.
I’ve been a fan of this musical for a long time. But given how many people were vehemently calling this a bad film, I didn’t expect to enjoy it.
But I did enjoy it. I enjoyed Cats.
The music is just as entertaining as ever. The singing and dancing is just as good as you would expect it to be given how much star power they packed into the cast. What’s more, watching this movie made me think of all the great experiences I had with the stage production, watching my father from the wings as he sang “The Moments of Happiness” and having staring contests with the still-in-character performers as a child.
When I critique a creative work, I think less about terms like “good” and “bad” than I think about the effect the work had on me. As I made clear in the first half of this review, a lot of the design choices in this film made me uncomfortable and took me out of the magic. At the same time, a lot of this film felt like coming home.
Cats is a weird and beautiful musical. It’s about cats who sing, dance, and address the audience directly. None of these qualities are inherently bad – far from it! Together they create one of the longest-running shows ever on Broadway.
Could the film have been better? Yes, I believe so. If it completely owned the fact that it is a film about talking cats, and if it focused more on doing one thing well than it tried to do two things at once, then Cats could have been an excellent film.
But Cats is not bad. It really isn’t. And this is this, and that is that, and that’s how you address a cat.

Everlasting Spirit (Ch. 3)
Get some rest.
Tony wanted to punch them in the face. They wanted him to rest while his wife was god knows where going through who knows what? All because he snapped at Diana when she was asking where her mother was…
Fuck. He was an asshole. His daughter was just as scared as everyone else and went to her father for some kind of reassurance and he almost yelled at her. Told her if he knew where Stephen was, then he would probably be home by now. Tony instantly felt guilty afterwards, but before he could apologize, Rhodey shoved him toward the stairs and told him to lay down. Tony was no stranger to being up for days on end, but it had only been a little over twenty four hours and he was on edge. That's what happened when he was endlessly stressing about getting his spouse home safely.
Now, an hour after the incident, Tony continued to toss back and forth in bed. It was all wrong. Valerie wasn't in her crib since she was currently being taken care of by the team, Stephen wasn't next to him to fill some of the empty space of their bed...hell...he even got used to having Athena sleeping at the foot of their bed. She was currently with Diana and comforting her since Tony made her cry.
Tony groans and rubs his face when he rolls onto his back to look up at the ceiling. The room was too empty. He was so used to hearing Stephen breathing softly next to him, that the silence was grating on his nerves even more. There was no way he would be able to sleep like this. So he sits up before getting out of bed and he blearily shuffles out of the master bedroom and looks over the railing into the living room below. Some of the Avengers sat around with tablets to go through security footage over and over, and it was unnervingly quiet. They were all tired, but they were just as devoted to finding Stephen as Tony was.
They still got some sleep though. Steve had a point when he said that looking through footage or out on the streets while exhausted could easily make them miss something vital, so they rested when it got to be too much. He also said that Stephen would have lectured them and there were no arguments. Only Quill and Tony ignored Steve's logic.
Tony for obvious reasons, but Quill because he was committed to finding the sorcerer with his Gaze by any means necessary. He hadn't stopped searching since the captain gave him his assignment, and he was actually starting to wear a hole in the carpet from all the pacing he was doing. Not even Scott could coerce the god to take a nap so the thief stayed up in the penthouse on the couches while Quill continued his search. Cassie kept Diana company in her room, Wanda and Natasha took turns with the baby and when the witch wasn't babysitting she was cooking or out on the streets, and everyone else continued with what Steve and Rhodey assigned them to do.
The Avengers rarely left the penthouse. They all just crashed somewhere in the living room.
Right now, Quill was still pacing and searching with his Gaze, Natasha and Scott were dozing on the couches, Wanda was cooking while keeping an eye on Valerie in her high chair...and Diana was coloring in one of her books with her brothers and Cassie. Even from upstairs, Tony could see that she was still upset and it made his heart drop into his stomach. He was the reason for it and he needed to fix it.
Tony walks down the stairs and into the living room, internally cringing when Diana looks up at him before immediately looking back down at her book. With a deep breath, the engineer sits at the coffee table with the kids (and a soft groan; he was getting too old for this) and slowly reaches over to run his fingers through his older daughter's hair.
"I'm sorry I yelled at you piccola. That wasn't fair to you and you didn't deserve it."
Diana drops her crayon and looks up at her father. "I forgive you...Uncle Rhodey just said you were tired and scared. Is that true?"
Tony sighs. "Yes."
"Did you get some sleep?" Rhodey asks when he walks into the living room and the engineer looks over at him.
"I tried. I couldn't." Tony admits and sighs when Diana moves over to him and crawls into his lap to hug him. "I can't lose him again Platypus."
"We're not going to stop looking."
Tony looks from Rhodey over to Quill and watches the celestial pace and grumble to himself as he runs his fingers through his hair. He could tell the endless focusing was wearing on the god. Every once in a while he would either rub the back of his neck or rub the side of his head with the palm of his hand (Quill must have formed a killer headache), he was visibly exhausted based on his body language, and he even growled at anyone that suggested he take a break for a few minutes.
"Me and Dad already tried." Cassie says from the other side of the table.
"He kind of did what you did to Dia." Peter says and Tony cringes before whispering another apology to the little girl in his lap and kissing the top of her head.
"Don't piss him off. I can't handle an angry god right now. Especially if there's a chance that Scott can't--"
Quill suddenly halts in his tracks and inhales sharply, and when Tony saw the perturbed look on his face, he wasn't sure whether to be worried or hopeful. What did he see? It had to be Stephen, but did he really want an answer to his question? Tony didn't like the look on his face.
"I see him." Quill finally manages to croak out.
Everyone, including the ones who had been dozing, immediately direct their attention to the celestial. "Do you know where he is?" Steve asks and Quill remains quiet for a few moments.
"Not really...but I know how to get there."
=============
It hurt to breathe.
Orion beat him, cut him, electrocuted him...any form of torture that would hurt him without killing him or starting a slow death. He was bruised and hurting and it was difficult to keep his head up in the new position he found himself in. With his wrists bound above his head in chains hanging from the ceiling. Surprisingly the torture he went through was similar to the many deaths he experienced with Dormammu, but the only difference was that the pain never went away. He couldn't heal himself with his magic, but no matter how much pain he was in, he refused to break like his captor wanted him to.
The more pained noises he held back, the angrier Orion got. He was getting frustrated that Stephen hadn't broken as quickly as he possibly wanted him to, and the sorcerer continued to sass him. Not the greatest idea on his part, but it helped keep Stephen sane.
Stephen manages to bite back most of another pained groan when leather harshly meets the skin of his back again, and ignores the warmth running down his back. He lost count of the lashings he received in the last ten minutes. Maybe ten minutes? He used to be the protector of the Time Stone, but now time meant nothing to him. He didn't even know how long he had been here.
He never gave up hope that his family was looking for him though.
"I have to hand it to you." Orion says after finally lowering his current weapon of choice (something Stephen didn't bother identifying). "You're tough. I can tell you still have hope that the Avengers will find you."
"They will." Stephen rasps. "...and they won't show you any more mercy than you've shown me. I can't even promise you'll come out of this alive."
His captor harrumphs. "I can't promise that for you either. Even if they do manage to find us, you'll be long dead."
"I wouldn't count on it." Another voice says.
It was music to Stephen's ears. Orion looked around the room in confusion when he saw no one else in the vicinity, and that's when Scott grew to normal size, grabbed the man's arm, and threw him over his shoulder. If he weren't hurting so much, Stephen would have smirked at the look of surprise Orion had on his face when Scott seemingly came out of nowhere. Everything else happened far too quickly for the doctor to process after that. He remembered the door being kicked off its hinges by Steve and Bucky, and then suddenly Tony was in front of him. His husband's armor crawls back into its housing unit as he grabs Stephen as gently and carefully as possible (no doubt that he asked Friday where it was safe to do so), and someone else released him from his bindings.
Stephen barely had the strength to drape his arms over Tony's shoulders when more pain followed his release. That was when he finally let a pained whimper escape.
"I got you." Tony whispers soothingly into his ear. "We found you baby."
"My cubs…" Stephen croaks out miserably.
"All at home and safe. They want their mom."
Comforting warmth suddenly envelops him and Stephen shudders when his pain begins to slowly ebb away. Only one other person had the magical ability to heal and the sorcerer had never been so glad for Quill as he was now. He was thankful for all of them. Stephen only truly let his guard down when Bucky dragged Orion out of the room with Steve following and giving the man the nastiest glare the doctor had ever seen on him. He honestly wasn't sure what was going to happen to Orion now and couldn't find it in him to care.
"You have no idea how badly I want to follow them and give him the same treatment--" Tony starts until Stephen tightens his hold on him a little more.
"Tony...please." Stephen whispers. "Just hold me."
He did. Once he and Scott stopped Quill from healing Stephen any more (the celestial was already exhausted from his search; healing just drained him even more), and made sure Quill wasn't in danger of passing out, they helped Stephen to the waiting Quinjet outside. Sam had found his sling ring in another room, but Stephen was too exhausted to create a portal to the tower and instead trusted Clint to fly them back home safely.
Tony only stopped holding him for the period of time it took to get Stephen settled in the medbay and for Bruce to make sure he wasnt in any danger from the torture he sustained. If he had been, Quill had taken care of it, so now the sorcerer was just sore and a little bit injured. The moment he was bandaged and put on painkillers, Tony got on the bed and held Stephen against his chest as tightly as possible without hurting him.
"Please don't let the kids see me like this." Stephen pleads and Tony shushes him as he gently pets his hair.
"No matter how badly they want to see you, they won't come until you're ready." The engineer promises. "Try to get some sleep tesoro."
"Don't leave."
"Wouldn't dream of it. I'll be right here when you wake up."
Stephen let himself truly relax then. His husband's smell of coffee and motor oil soothing him into sleep, and again when he had a nightmare. He dreamed he was back in the cold room with concrete walls and being tortured in some way or another, and then woke struggling in Tony's embrace. It took Stephen a couple of minutes to remember where he was and sobbed out an apology when he calmed down. His husband only hushed him again and mumbled softly in Italian to help the doctor relax again, and pet his hair until Stephen fell asleep again.
As far as Stephen was aware, Tony never left his side until the sorcerer woke up properly. Only then did he leave to use the bathroom and physically check on their kids. Steve was the one that sat in a chair next to his bed to keep him company until Tony came back.
"How long have I been asleep?" Stephen asked quietly, gaining the captain's attention from the movie on the tv.
"A while. That's good though." Steve answers.
"What happened to...him?"
A dark look very briefly crosses the captain's face. "We took care of him."
Stephen decided he didn't want to know that badly. Not with the look Steve had. It was enough to tell him that Orion wouldn't be threatening him or anyone else anymore.
"Thank you." Stephen mumbles.
"No one hurts Mom and gets away with it." Steve replies with a smirk and the sorcerer snorts softly.
"The kids?"
"They're waiting for you to let them come see you. Right now they're happy knowing you're home safe, but we can all tell they're getting antsy."
"Just a little longer."
Steve smiles softly. "I think they can manage that."
"Have you met my children?"
The captain grins and gently pats Stephen's blanket covered leg as he returns his attention to his movie.
"Get some rest Mama Bear."

I saw your prompts are open and I had to jump in! I love your writings for our boys, esp the fluff it makes me so soft when they’re soft💚 maybe something where they have kids and go SUPER HARD for Halloween and have really intricate family costumes that they work on, like all year and it’s just fluffy and everyone loves each other and is happy 🥺 you’re such a wonderful writer!! Thank you!!
Before we begin, I’d like to say a few things:
Firstly, thank you for requesting this. I had no idea how badly I needed to write this. It made my heart so happy to create this, and I sincerely hope it doesn’t disappoint. 🖤
Secondly, I know this one kind of goes off on some tangents, but I did my best to keep it on prompt as well as I could, but there was so much I needed to include, and so much I didn’t.
Third, let me know what we think of Riley? I kind of really loved writing her into a story with Billy and Steve, and am thinking of exploring her character more in the future. Feedback, please?
Fourth(isn’t this getting ridiculous?), I was chopping down a tree in my front yard when I got this, and literally s t o p p e d to start it. I did have to go back and finish the job, and it’s really okay, the tree was dead, but I’ve been working on this most of the night, and that’s how excited I was for this prompt.
Fifth(seriously, get on with it), I chose Hocus Pocus 150% for a real fucking reason. That movie is everything to me, and -fun fact- I’m actually named after a character in that movie! 😉 (No, my name is not Winifred)
Last(omg, rly?), if you would like a song rec for the story, I highly recommend Crystal by Stevie Nicks. It’s where I got the title, and honestly, it’s kind of the unofficial theme I’ve assigned to the Harringrove ship as a whole. If you’ve seen the movie Practical Magic, you’ll recognize it.
Now, shall we begin?
Like The Love That Had Finally Found Me
October 29, 1993 - Hawkins, IN
“Steve, you’re going to rip the fabric!” Nancy was nearly screaming at him from across the kitchen, coffee in one hand, spoon stirring in the other. “Do you want milk or half and half?” He was only somewhat listening to her by now, but he answered around the pins in his mouth, fingers working to sew the orange and yellow fringe onto the black velvet scarf.
“Uhm…” He finally tore his eyes away and looked up at the brunette girl standing in his kitchen. “Milk, please.” She nodded and poured the hot coffee into the rainbow mug that read ‘#1 Dad’. She wasn’t sure if Riley had picked it out for Steve or Billy, but either way, it made her smile to herself.
“You’re almost done. It’s going to look great,” she set the steaming cup down in front of him at the kitchen table. “unless you oversew and tear a hole in it.” Her hand came to gently rest on his. Her clear blue eyes shining up at him, he finally faltered, snipping the thread with his scissors and setting down the scarf.
He breathed a sigh that wore as tired as he felt. The last three and a half months had been absolute mayhem for him and Billy, causing the entire end of summer and beginning of fall to feel like a never ending shift. He regretted nothing.
Back in July, when Billy took their daughter to see Hocus Pocus for their regular Sunday Dad-Riley Movie Night, she came home starry eyed and as enthusiastic as a firework.
‘Daddy, that was the best movie ever! You have to come with Dad and I, to see it again next weekend! I want to be Dani Dennison for Halloween! And you can be Max, and Dad can be Billy the Zombie! That’s already his name. Did you know I’m the same age as Dani? She’s eight too! Can we get a black cat to be Binx? Please, Daddy, pleeeeease?!’
From that moment forward, Hocus Pocus had become Steve’s life. Billy was working full-time at the auto shop, so Steve had more free time to concentrate on the task at hand. And concentrate, oh he fucking did.
Steve Harrington’s life had become so much more than he had ever imagined. Eight years may be a long time to some, but for him, it was the fastest moving period of time he had ever lived for. One year after the Starcourt ‘burning’, Billy had officially recovered from his near-fatal injuries, and spontaneously confessed his feelings to Steve. It was an angry, awkward, embarrassing time for them, that led to almost a month of denial and avoidance from both Steve and Billy. In that three-week-five-day period, Billy had grown to understand that Steve needed time, and had not actually rejected him. It was a process, that Billy later decided was worth the wait.
The following six months led to the ultimate change, which was Billy finally leaving Neil Hargrove’s house and moving in with Chief Hopper as his ‘adopted’ son. Billy was almost nineteen, so they didn’t bother with the paperwork, but Hopper did bother to get to know Billy, work to understand him, and finally comfort him enough to make him feel at home.
Billy then found himself with two younger sisters, and when Hopper and Joyce married three months later, a younger brother, and a brother his own age. Steve was grateful he got to witness the change in Billy; the growth. He found himself falling for Billy harder every day, resistance dissolving a little each time he saw his toothy, devious grin.
Two years after the disaster, Steve confessed his feelings to Billy, all fast-talking and nerves frayed. Told him that he had never felt this way for anyone, let alone a boy. Told him he had been scared and weak and apologized about three hundred times for making him wait. Billy forgave him with a kiss, an embrace, and a promise that things would be different.
Billy kept his promise.
Six months later, Steve experienced tragedy in the form of his younger brother, Troy Harrington, and his wife, Angela, being fatally injured in a car accident. The loss was trying on Steve, Billy having to hold him too many nights while he sobbed and shook, asking him questions he just could answer like why? And how? And who the fuck let this happen? It took time, it took work, and it took strength to pull out of the dark place Steve had crawled into, but he managed.
Two months later, Steve was approached by Marlena Andowski, Social Services Case Worker handling case number 22496A, Riley Harrington. Riley was two years and seven months old when her parents passed, leaving her an orphan and sleeping at her Uncle’s Steve’s every night. Marlena had asked Steve if he would consider adopting Riley, and Steve said yes with no hesitation, signing paperwork, showing paystubs and rent receipts, taking drug tests, and toddler-proofing his small apartment for the long haul ahead.
It took about one day for Billy to fall head over heels in love with Riley, and only seven months for her to call him Daddy for the first time. Billy didn’t know how to feel at first, until her little hands tugged on his shirt and pointed to the pink stuffed frog at the grocery store, repeating herself, ‘Please, Daddy! Can I get the Frog?’ Steve knew when they walked in the door, stuffed toy clutched in tiny arms, glittery red nail polish on Billy’s fingers, that they were a family.
And then, almost five years later, Steve found himself sitting in the kitchen of the home Billy and him purchased, less than forty-eight hours before Halloween, sewing the last of his daughter’s costume together so that everything was just right.
Steve drank from his coffee mug hungrily, with still so much to do and a very long night ahead, when Riley came barreling into the living room, Nancy and Jonathan’s daughter Madison, in tow.
“Daddy?” Steve looked at her, eyes tired.
“What’s up, sweetheart?” Her smile was sweet, beaming bright as the sun.
“Can Maddie sleep over? We want to watch Jurassic Park, she hasn’t seen it yet.” He raised an eyebrow at her.
“Did Maddie ask her mother if that’s okay?” He eyed the small, light-brown haired girl standing behind Riley, who was turned toward Nancy.
“Mama, can I-“ Nancy put up a hand to stop her.
“Do you have homework this weekend?” Both girls shook their heads in unison. She smirked and looked to Steve. “It’s fine with me if it is with you.” He turned his gaze back to his own little girl, smiling now.
“Okay, Jurassic Park is in mine and your Dad’s room, be careful taking it out of the VCR.” The girls squealed and made a dash for the hallway when Steve called out. “Riles!” She turned her head to him, stopped in her tracks. “Lights out at eleven!” She grinned wide.
“Midnight?” He narrowed his stare and pursed his lips.
“Eleven-thirty, final offer.” She nodded her head and she was gone.
*
Billy opened the door with a loud thump. He really needed to fix the latch. Steve watched from the couch where he had The X-Files reruns playing, taking a break from his Halloween-related chores. Steve still had to finish cleaning the house, put up the decorations, and make the food for the party they were throwing in two days’ time, all while working mornings at Family Video; the back office work that came with owning a business. He did most of it from home, but he had to go in sometimes, if only to remind the teenagers he hired that they can’t make out in the workplace.
“Hey babe.” Billy’s voice was gruff, filled with exhaustion. Steve smiled at him, eyes watching Billy toe off his boots and pull his jacket off, hanging it on the rack near the door. “How’d the day go?” Keys and wallet dropped on the hall table, Billy made his way over to the kitchen.
“As to be expected.” Binx was purring softly in his lap, Steve’s hand idly stroking sleek, black fur. “Riley got her math test back, aced it, of course.” Billy snorted while he washed the grease from his hands.
“She better have. We studied for weeks for that damn test.” Steve turned the volume down on the television and picked up the cat laying in his lap, gently placing him aside on the cushions. He padded through the dining room and into the kitchen, moving for the fridge to grab a beer. He took a long pull and sighed on the exhale while setting another down on the counter next to Billy.
“We had spaghetti for dinner because it’s Friday.” Riley always wanted pasta on Fridays. Billy dried his hands on a dish towel before grabbing his beer. Steve noted his hair was pulled back in a ponytail. “And I got her costume finished.” The last words came out triumphantly.
Billy nodded his head. “Right on. I’m excited to see it.” His gray t-shirt was oil-stained and dirty. The rugged look made Steve want to bounce up and down a little. He took another drink from his bottle.
“Mm, and Maddie’s sleeping over.” Billy looked at Steve, a smirk on his face. His feet moved him toward Steve until his face was close enough to touch.
“Ah, I see.” He set his beer down on the island, hands coming to run up and down Steve’s arms. “So, we won’t be seeing much of her tonight, then?” His eyes were dark.
It had been weeks since they had enough time alone to get their hands on each other, and Steve was so hungry. The smallest things were turning him on about Billy, to a point where he couldn’t watch him lick an ice cream cone without excusing himself. It was complete mania, and the thought of having him alone made Steve’s breathing cut short.
“I guess so.” His voice was low, eyes glancing over to the clock on the stove. Nine-thirty. He had two and a half hours before the girls had to be asleep. If they quietly excused themselves, maybe, just maybe, they could…
“Dad!” Their bodies pulled apart instantly, Riley’s voice filling their heads and clearing the thoughts they were both falling into.
“Hey, baby!” Billy stepped around Steve, arms opening for Riley to plunge into. He wrapped them around her in a bear-hug, bending down to meet her small frame. “How’s my girl?”
“Good! I got an A on my test!” He beamed at her, all teeth and pride.
“I heard! Great job, man!” He high-fived her. The moment made Steve’s heart tear in just a few places. Billy’s eyes were fixed on their daughter, chocolate brown hair falling down her back, pale skin, enormous brown eyes that always seemed to sparkle, purple striped pajamas and pink slippers.
“Hi Uncle Billy!” Maddie stood next to Riley, arms opened for a hug.
“Hey, kid, how you doin’?” He wrapped her in a hug as well, although, not as tight and protective. Those hugs were only for Riley.
“Great! I lost my last baby tooth yesterday!” She smiled as big as she could, showing a gap on the bottom row of her teeth. Billy leaned back, his face feigning something like disbelief.
“Nice! Did you put it under your pillow?” Her jaw dropped, eyes going wide.
“I FORGOT!” Riley was appalled as well, grabbing Madison’s hand.
“C’mon, you can put it under mine! The tooth fairy comes to my house too. Let’s go!” And they were running toward her room, Riley turning back to them for only a second. “Goodnight Dad! Goodnight Daddy! Love you!” Billy smiled after her.
“Love you too!” He echoed. Steve walked toward the hallway.
“Remember, you have to be asleep for the tooth fairy to come!” Steve called toward her door. When he saw it shut, he shrugged. “Well, Nancy’s going to owe me five bucks tomorrow.”
*
Midnight finally came, and Steve untangled himself from where he laid next to Billy on the couch. Steve pressed a kiss to the back of his hand and looked up into his eyes.
“I’m going to go check on the girls.” He stood and watched as Billy stretched out, shirt coming up to expose his stomach, a thin trail of hair leading down to his waistband. Steve could feel his mouth water before he tore himself away, making for the white door with the big green R painted on it. He pushed into the room and chuckled silently to himself when he saw the girls, arms everywhere and hair splayed over the pillows, Binx snoozing softly next to Riley’s head. He reached under Madison’s pillow, slipping the tooth out and sliding a five-dollar bill in its place. He snuck out of the room, leaving the door cracked just enough to allow Binx out if needed, and headed to the kitchen to put the tooth in a plastic bag.
While he was sneaking the baggie into his backpack sitting on the dining room table, he felt arms wrap around his middle. Billy’s voice was air rushing past his ear, making goosebumps rise on the back of his neck and a fire light in his belly.
“The girls asleep?” Steve smirked and turned his body toward Billy, lips coming to rest against his jawline.
“Like the dead.” Billy hummed in appreciation of the soft kisses Steve was leaving near his windpipe, hands reaching down to grab his ass, lifting him up, onto the wooden table. His face bent down, mouth finding Steve’s, hot and desperate. Steve’s arms were reaching the blonde hair, now falling loose over his shoulders. Billy’s hands were making work at the hem of Steve’s shirt, lifting it up over his head.
A hand came down to Billy’s chest, firmly stopping him from pulling at the waistband of Steve’s sweats.
“Let’s not do this here.” Billy nodded, panting. His fingers trailed down Steve’s chest, nails dragging against hot, needy skin.
“I need a shower.” Steve’s eyes were falling closed, the feeling of Billy’s hands making him crumble slowly. “Want to wash my hair?”
“Fuck yeah, I do.”

October 30, 1993 - Hawkins, IN
“Daddy, do you know where my Pacers sweater is?” Steve was standing at the stove, eggs sizzling in the pan, coffee brewing in the pot next to him. He was still only kind of awake, but Riley was frantically digging through the laundry basket on the table, bright-eyed and bushy tailed.
“I’m not sure, Riles. Did you check your closet?” He said around a yawn.
“And my drawers. It’s not here!”
“Maybe you left it in your Dad’s car?” She snapped and pointed at Steve.
“I did!” And she was running for the door. Always on the go, that one.
Steve heard the heavy footfall in the hallway that signaled Billy was awake. He mixed the cup of coffee quickly and held it out to his side, not even glancing when Billy slipped it out of his hand.
“Morning, sunshine.” Billy grunted to Steve in response, drinking the coffee before it was cool enough, not caring all the same. “How many eggs you want?”
“Three.” Steve looked at him then, waking a little more, only to admire him. Billy had no shirt on, sweats hanging low around his waist. His curls were everywhere, eyes barely open.
Riley strode toward them then, navy blue hoodie in hand, reaching for Billy.
“Here’s your keys dad.” She dropped them in his hand. Billy raised an eyebrow at Steve, who shrugged in response. “I’ll see you guys later!” Billy put a hand out in front of her.
“Where’s the fire, girl?” She wore a frustrated grimace.
“Nancy is here to pick up me and Maddie, I got to go!” She stood on her tiptoes and Billy bent his head down for her to place a small kiss on his cheek, then jogging over to Steve to do the same. “Bye, Daddy.”
When the front door shut, Billy looked to Steve.
“Where is our daughter going at nine in the morning on a Saturday?” Steve chuckled, plating the eggs.
“They’re going to El and Mike’s to help set up for the shower.” Billy scoffed as he moved over to the table.
“Who has a baby shower the day before Halloween?” He began devouring his eggs once Steve placed them in front of him. Steve paced himself slower, savoring the hot coffee in his hands.
“If they wait any longer they may not be able to have one before she pops.” Billy rolled his eyes and downed the rest of his coffee.
“Are we expected to attend?” His voice sounded of disdain. As domesticated as Billy was, baby showers weren’t really his forte.
“Nah, I don’t think so.” The blonde leaned against the kitchen counter, eyebrows wiggling at Steve.
“I’ve got you alone all day?” Steve laughed, walking over to the coffee pot to get another mug full.
“Jesus, didn’t you get enough of me last night?” Billy pressed his bare chest to Steve’s back, moving hair from his face, startling him.
“Never enough of you, pretty boy.”
*
Steve was feeling groggy, his day finally over, legs heavy as lead when he walked through the front door. He dropped his keys next to Billy’s, eyes scanning the living room for anyone. All he found was Binx, sitting on the back of the couch, pink tongue licking his paw.
“Hey buddy.” Steve reached over and picked up the cat, looking down into his yellow eyes. “Where is everyone?”
The house was dark, still as stone. The Halloween decorations him and Billy set up earlier in the day loomed, giving it an eerie atmosphere. Steve brushed it off and headed for the hallway, Binx in his arms. As he approached his bedroom, he heard the faint sounds of the television playing.
When he walked in, he could have dropped to his knees, smile spreading across his face. Riley and Billy laid on the bed, curled up together, sleeping soundly with small snores escaping. Billy’s arms were locked firmly around the small girl who had her hands tangled in his shirt, gripping it tightly. The blankets were haphazardly thrown around them, making a warm nest of quilt and pillows. The end of The Addams Family was playing on the television, credits starting to roll.
Steve heard a small meow from his hands, and he deposited Binx on the foot of the bed. He curled up, kneading the sheet gently with his claws by Billy’s feet.
After a few minutes to change, brush his teeth, and rinse the very long day off of his face, Steve crawled into bed next to them. He threw an arm over Riley, eliciting a louder snore out of Billy, feeling his breath on his own face. He tucked his daughter’s head under his chin, and shut his eyes.
Finding sleep wasn’t always easy for Steve, so he spent a lot of nights laying in bed searching for it, tossing and turning in the process.
But not tonight. Tonight, Steve faded into his dreams quickly to the smell of bubblegum shampoo and cherry Coke.
*
October 31, 1993 - Hawkins, IN
The house was buzzing with excitement, kids running around, people mingling in various rooms. Steve was looking for the extra plastic cups he bought from Melvald’s yesterday and where the fuck did he put them? The irritation was swelling, the people around him making his anxiety kick up. He huffed out a breath.
“You okay?” He turned to see Robin, prom dress on, red paint covering most of her body. He nodded his head and went back to his task, opening cabinets and drawers.
“Yeah, I just,” He slammed another cupboard, scratching his head under his sunglasses in frustration. “I can’t find the goddamn cups!” Robin took a step toward him, hand falling on his shoulder.
“Hey, take a breath.” He obeyed, finally taking a moment to appreciate her costume. He raised a brow.
“Carrie?” She smiled, putting her arms out and spinning slowly for full-effect.
“You like?” He nodded his head, snorting a laugh. “And who are you?” He looked down at his costume, which was easy to put together, given he dressed nearly the same way in high school.
“Max Dennison from Hocus Pocus.” She nodded in realization.
“And Riley is Dani?” He pointed at her.
“Bingo. Made the costume myself”
“Don’t they sell that costume at the store?”
He shrugged. “Yeah, but Riley said it was all wrong.”
She smiled and looked to the living room where Billy was standing, drink in hand while talking to Joyce, pieces of fake, rotting flesh on his gray painted face, dark, mussed up wig on his head. She raised an eyebrow.
“And Billy is…” She trailed off.
“Billy the Zombie.” Steve said matter-of-factly. She chuckled and looked back at him.
“Love it.” Her eyes glanced to Gina, her girlfriend of three years now, fondness in her eyes. “You know, we did pretty good, Harrington. After everything that happened at Starcourt, I really wasn’t sure, but,” She looked back at him. “I’m proud of us.” He beamed, reaching an arm around her shoulders.
“Me too, Robs.”
*
“Riley! Riley! Riley!” Everyone in the house was chanting, Nancy avidly staring at her wristwatch.
“Ten more seconds!”
“C’mon Riles! You got this!” Billy was cheering from the side of the bucket where Riley’s head was submerged, pulling apples out with her teeth and hoisting them into the bowl next to it. Steve counted eight so far, and for only having one minute, he was thoroughly impressed.
“Time!” Nancy called out and Riley’s head popped up, one last apple in her mouth, and the house roared in excitement. Steve grabbed her by the shoulders.
“You did it! You beat Hopper!” Jim was standing behind him, towel around his neck and fake disappointment on his face.
“She must have cheated.” Billy clapped him on the shoulder and laughed.
“Don’t be a sore loser, Dad. It’s not easy, beating an eight year old at bobbing for apples.”
Steve laughed and helped Riley dry her face. Her grin was 1000 watts of sugar, and her hair was dripping onto her dress.
“Daddy, did I do a good job?” He rubbed her hair between the soft towel.
“You were great, baby. I’m so proud!” She lunged at him, arms wrapping his neck in a grip that would strangle him if she wasn’t so small. Her voice was quiet in his ear.
“Thank you so much, Daddy. This is the best Halloween ever.” He squeezed her, shutting his eyes and feeling the lump forming in his throat. He pulled her back and looked at her, face bright and eyes lit with everything he never knew he needed in his life.
“Thank you, Riles. For everything.”

Being stuck in the castle for his whole life, there were several ways Corrin learned to pass the long, long time he often had on his hands. If asked, he could tell you how many stones and the various types that were used to construct the great fortress, how often people come and go, and what times of year they were most likely to eat certain dishes. Food, however, was usually the high point of staying within the halls of the Northern Fortress. Being a part of the royal family, and only visited by the others – practically never by Garon himself – no one really told him no or questioned why the prince would eat maybe a little too much or at odd times of day.
The servants at the fortress were, in general, rather kind. Corrin got to know those closest to him, such as Jacob and Lilith, as well as the maids, Flora and Felicia. It was one of the sister maids, however, that the young prince ended up becoming closest with. She was almost desperate to please – which, given how clumsy she could be at her job, wasn’t very farfetched. When the other staff grew too frustrated with her spilling tea, breaking plates or messing up laundry, it was Corrin who often asked her to spend time with him. Many retainers though he may have, they had plenty of other duties to attend to considering he never left the fortress, and so he was still often left on his own. Felicia was good company; she was lively and genuine, and even if she wasn’t a good cook, she was determined to make sure Corrin enjoyed their time together.
So, while King Garon desired for Corrin to become a strong, battle-worthy asset, he ended up spending more time eating meals with his favorite maid instead of training.
At first, it started out simply enough. They’d have long talks and tea with sandwiches or cakes of varying kinds. Corrin got to learn more about Felicia herself, as well as her family and her people. She quickly became a friend to him, and then, more than a friend as they continued to bond. Their meals stretched out longer and longer as they talked in more depth or simply spent time together in a comfortable silence. Seeing how Corrin seemed to enjoy all the different foods that the kitchen staff could create, Felicia would bring more and more to choose from as time went on. Their meals could extend for several hours at a time, with the two of them eating and drinking in utter excess.
Now, no longer dedicating the time he used to to training, and eating so much, it was starting to show up very clearly on him. Corrin started to notice that his armor no longer fit as it should, and so stopped using it entirely – telling himself that he’d get it refitted, but never actually getting around to it. He switched over to wearing looser, more comfortable clothing, but even those only lasted so long as his weight continued to climb.
What started off as simply his face filling out a little, or perhaps a bit of softness around his middle, soon graduated to not being able to get pants on or popping a button off of a shirt. One such occurrence happened while he was sharing dinner with his visiting siblings. He’d been laughing at a story Elise was recounting about her retainers, when the pressure of his too tight shirt suddenly let up around the apex of his belly, the shiny button pinging off a few dishes before spinning onto the table in plain sight. There was a deathly silence afterward, everyone at the table surprised by the suddenness and secondhand embarrassment of it all, until Leo snickered from behind his hand.
“Well, nice to not be the one having clothing issues for once,” he chuckled, not entirely in a derisive manner, but neither was it lighthearted ribbing. “I might be a bit forgetful when it comes to checking if my shirts are in proper order, but at least I fit into mine!”
Camilla and Xander were quick to try and chastise their younger brother, but the words had been put out there on top of what had happened, and Corrin couldn’t help going red in the face. He wanted nothing more than to disappear into his quarters, but there was still food left on the table, and he didn’t want to waste the time he had with his siblings, as it was few and far between that they visited. He fidgeted in his seat afterwards, trying not to let his eyes dart down to the soft, pale flesh that was poking out of the space left behind from his burst button. It all but oozed out of his confining clothes, no matter how much he attempted to suck in his stomach as conversation was sharply turned away to something noncommittal.
—
Later that night, Corrin had been changing into his night clothes when there was the sound of something skidding across the floor before a loud bang from his door that made him jump – his plump belly and round tits bouncing with the sudden motion. Felicia peeked her head in sheepishly not too long after, cheeks flushed and a tremble in her body that Corrin could see from where he was standing. Giving her a quizzical look, he asked her what she needed – it was rather late, after all, and he still held his nightshirt in a chubby hand, everything above the waist bare to the cool of the night air.
“I just–! I wanted to, um–! Y-You know, this went a lot better in my head…,” she stammered, fidgeting and fussing, her eyes seeming to dart up to his face, before dropping down to his gut, and then repeating the whole process as she prattled on nervously. Taking a deep breath – and, perhaps, holding it a bit too long, as her pink cheeks went a darker scarlet – before practically shouting out, “I saw you bust your button off at dinner, and I couldn’t look away while watching you eat and eat even after, and–” She devolved into a bit of a rushed mess after that, but what Corrin did hear made him blush and had his heart beating excited-nervous in his chest.
“So, you…don’t think it’s a bad thing? The way I eat like a spoiled pig?” Corrin prodded, testing. He’d been sweet on Felicia for a while now, but was she really being serious here? Liking that he stuffed his face until he literally burst out of his clothes?
“We…Well, you’re a prince, right?” the maid pointed out, seeming to gain a little bit of confidence after getting everything out in the open and not immediately being rejected. “Royalty should do whatever they feel like, eat whatever they like and however much of it that they want to. A prince should show off his luxury to others…Should look like he enjoys every bit of excess that passes his lips.” Her tone is short and breathy, face still a bright red, but no longer out of nervousness or fear.
Corrin closed the distance between them, almost crowding Felicia in by the door with is chubby figure. “If you’re a part of that excess, I can’t think of a better way to live. After all, eating with you has been one of the best things in my life. Eating for you can only be better, right?” Boldly spoken, a smirk on his cherubic face as he thought about it. Thought about all the meals Felicia and he would share, every luxury they could enjoy together – unrestrained and uncaring for what others thought. If they wanted to mock or be disgusted, they’d make sure that envy and jealousy over their gluttonous decadence was quick to overtake any other feeling.
Felicia was all too happy to do her part. She made sure that Corrin ate only the largest, most lavish meals all day long. If his arms got tired of the mechanical action of raising a spoon or fork or glass to his lips, she cheerfully took over; whispering sweet nothings and light teasing in his ears as she hand-fed him. She got a front row seat to how Corrin grew and expanded day after day, month after month. He either spent his time in bed, or set up at the great dining table – no matter where he was, he always had a full mouth and a hungry belly. A belly which had grown exponentially at Felicia’s devoted attention. The staff were constantly trying to keep up with the prince’s appetite and waistline – more food being made, and clothes continuously being adjusted.
Corrin’s thighs and hips squished out between the seat of his chair and the arms, love handles and belly pressing down on the arms from above. The thick, heavy wood of the chair creaked and groaned; it wouldn’t last much longer, and would need to be replaced just like the ones that had come before it. His lap was completely obscured, and if not for the way his seat forced his fat legs together, Corrin’s monster gut would be forcing them apart – begging for more room to expand. It was a thing of beauty, quite honestly; pale and quivering as he demolished whatever was set before him, it was long past the point of ever seeming to get full. Throughout meals, Felicia would rub and squeeze that behemoth of a belly, kneading the plush fat with one hand and filling it up to the brim with food with the other hand. Shirts could only contain it for so long, and rarely did they last through an entire meal, so it was often on display to some degree as the day wore on.
With every meal made, Felicia added a bit of Ice Tribe magic to it – living in such a cold area, they had long ago harnessed magic to help themselves survive; often, this came in the form of adding fat reserves to the body to make it through freezing winters that never seemed to have an end. For her, it was easy enough to double or triple the amount of calories any one meal contained. She could slow down Corrin’s metabolism to a crawl, making the weight pile on that much faster. It worked such wonders on her love, and it warmed her heart to see her tribe’s skills being used to make someone she cared for so much so large and happy in his ever increasing size.
Of course, with all this food around, Corrin wasn’t the only one to put on weight. Before, the two of them had always shared meals together, and the sheer amount of rich food had shown up on Felicia as well. Certainly not to the same degree as her beloved prince, but she’d developed quite the lovely, slightly exaggerated hourglass figure; all soft curves around her widened hips, and overflowing breasts that Corrin would often lazily but lovingly grab and tease when she leaned over to press a forkful of food to his lips.
No matter what others in Garon’s court thought or said about the steadily growing royal, Corrin and Felicia were completely and utterly in love with each other and the lifestyle of indulgence – both food and affection – that they’d jumped into together.

Unwritten CCS Fic 1
I’ve been kind of itching to share the fanfic ideas that I had over 10 years ago and never wrote. They still have a place in my heart, and if I can ever get the time and motivation, maybe I’ll write them. There were a lot of unwritten or partially written fics, and I’m going to share one with you today!
FUTURE CHILDREN
This one kind of fits under the ‘future children’ trope, but I hope you enjoy it nonethless.
The rest is under the cut due to length
This fic was never officially given a title, but Sakura and Syaoran at the age of 16 are met with a strange situation in which their future children arrive in the present day seeking their help. It seems that in the future, demons have begun to conquer the world, especially since they just captured the future versions of Sakura and Syaoran, the only ones strong enough to take them on.
Ryu, a young boy of about 7, is the oldest of their children and looks much like Syaoran, only with Sakura’s green eyes. He was given the name meaning ‘Dragon’ because on the day he was born, when Syaoran held him for the first time, the boy’s little hands reached up and clung ever so slightly to the dragon pattern on his father’s robes. He has incredible magic for his age, but this makes him a bit cocky. He feels entitled to everything but respects his parents above all else, especially his father who has taught him everything he knows. However, upon meeting the Syaoran of the past, he is unimpressed and feels he is much less ‘cool’ and cannot possibly be his father. Sakura, however, is rather unchanged in the future, and Ryu still maintains his respect and love for her.
Kohana, a young girl of about 5, is their second and youngest child. Her name, meaning ‘Little Flower’ was given to her because when wanting to give her the name of a flower, they could not decide which one to associate her with and instead called her ‘Little Flower’ so she might be associated with all of them. She is a very quiet little girl and hardly speaks, but she is kind hearted just like her mother. As far as they can tell, she does not have any magic, which was a surprise for everyone considering who her parents were. Despite this, she was loved just the same and is protected fiercely by her older brother, but is found to be a bit odd when she talks to her imaginary friend so often...
The two children stay in Syaoran’s apartment as he lives alone and won’t have to try and make any explanations about them. Sakura visits often and gets along well with both of the children. It’s tough with Ryu being so disrespectful at times to Syaoran, but Kohana is always helpful with soothing the anger from either of them. The children explain that their mother, Sakura, sent them to the past using the RETURN card, right before they were captured, and Ryu believes it to be his fault that the demon’s got them. He was tricked and was used to lure his parents into a trap, and the anger that he currently feels stems from these feelings of guilt.
Eventually, the demon’s managed to open a gate to the past to try and obtain the children, or better yet, kill the past versions of the parents who caused them so much trouble before. Ryu finds out and recklessly tries to fight them alone to avenge/save his parents. However, just as he is about to be hit and possibly killed by a spell, Syaoran appears and grabs him tight, taking the full impact of the spell. He is badly wounded, and for the first time, Ryu sees him as his father and sheds tears.
Fortunately, Sakura arrives just in time to fight off and send them back to their master, who is very displeased at this news. The past versions in their eyes should be easier to kill and this must simply be a fluke. They will be back again to ensure they are never a problem again...
Sakura, Kohana, and Ryu tend to Syaoran’s wounds, but Ryu is mostly sulking in the other room, still feeling guilt about what happened both here and in the future. He felt as if he were only causing trouble to those around him, but Sakura explains to him that even though they will not officially be their parents for quite a while, there will always be a natural bond that draws them to protect them, no matter the cost. Ryu is overwhelmed by this and sobs into his mother’s lap while Kohana holds her father’s hand as he rests.
Syaoran slowly wakes up and finds Kohana whispering to her imaginary friend again. He asks her this time, in his half awake state, what the name of her imaginary friend is, and she tells him “Clow.” Syaoran bolts up at this and nearly reopens his wounds, but it is soon realized that this entire time, she was speaking with the ghost of Clow Reed. Her magic, although hidden nearly all of the time, is actually incredibly strong, and she shows them in small displays that she is able to perform nearly every spell in the Li clan library. Ryu is shocked and thought that she simply liked to read a lot, and when asked why she never showed her magic to anyone, she simply replied “It’s embarrassing.” However, there was a second reason as well, which was that it was incredibly important to Ryu to be the next Li clan leader, and she did not want to distract the Elders from him, who was far more worthy of the position than she was. “Once they know you have magic, they stop seeing you.” She also says that Clow told her “strength in magic isn’t everything and that it’s what you do with it that makes a difference. It should be used to bring happiness to others.” This resonates with Ryu, and his opinion has begun to change on the idea of ‘strength’.
A few days pass, allowing Syaoran to heal a bit, but the demons do not allow much time for rest and begin their attack again, this time going after civilians to lure them out. Despite pleading from Sakura for Syaoran to rest, he insists that he cannot leave her to fight alone nor can he stand by while the demons are wreaking havoc. The two of them fight the demon minions and defeat them, which stirs their Master to come and fight them himself.
Already exhausted from the fight before, it seems as though they don’t have enough magic left to take on the master, and they are being beaten quite easily. They can barely stand now, and it seems as though the demons might win, but just when it seems hope is lost, Kohana and Ryu step in and say “I’m sure everything will be all right”. This was always their mother’s invincible spell that brought her so much strength. The two children recall the memory and Ryu had thought it was silly that simple words could do so much, but Sakura in the future explained to them that words are a unique and special power that only humans have. Words alone can change the future, and they can be both harmful and helpful depending on how they’re used. Sakura says that this ‘spell’ of hers always made the impossible seem possible and brought her courage, and everything indeed always turned out all right in the end.
Sakura in the present starts to feel her strength returning, and Syaoran follows suit. The two are now more determined than ever and pool their magic together in attempt to create a spell large enough to seal the demon away forever. The children help as well, giving as much as they can. The demon master is not pleased with this, however every time he tries to stop them, Kero and Yue absolutely won’t let him pass. As badly as they are hit by the magic, they keep standing back up and fighting. When asked why they continue to rise, they say “Because I believe in those two…”
The spell is finally complete, and Tomoeda is enveloped in a bright light. The demon master screams as he is sealed away forever, and they all collapse onto the ground in exhaustion, unable to move a muscle. Syaoran and Sakura awake later, and it appears that they have been asleep for several days. Their wounds are mostly healed now, and they have a few bandages remaining. Touya and the Guardians had been caring for them, and the children had woken about a day after the fight.
The children thank them for everything that they have done, but Sakura and Syaoran state that without them, they might not have been able to make it. They realize that their parents must be worried sick about them and they try to determine how to get them back to the future safely. Sakura thinks hard and soon determines that the RETURN card is what got them here, and it should in turn be able to ‘return’ them to the future.
They rest for a few days and arrange to go to the Tsukimine Shrine, since the tree there is old and will help to amplify the magic so it can work successfully. They arrive, and both Kohana and Ryu become emotional about leaving. They miss their parents in the future, naturally, but they had come to be good friends with the Sakura and Syaoran of the past. They embrace and tell each other that they will meet again someday and that this is not goodbye forever.
The children are sent back to the future, and Sakura and Syaoran do find themselves feeling a bit empty now that they’re gone. But they realize they still have each other and that the future looks bright.
Flash forward to the future where Sakura and Syaoran have given birth to Kohana, and Syaoran enters the room with toddler Ryu in his arms. They sit on the edge of the bed and Ryu crawls curiously to his mother and newborn baby sister. This future of theirs is perfect and untouched by the demons, and the parents tell the children how fortunate they are to have them in their lives and that they have the children to thank for this happiness that they have now. The children are obviously too young to understand, but Sakura and Syaoran smile at each other and mention that “Maybe one day they’ll tell them the story.”
