The Emily Wilde books by Heather Fawcett live rent free in my mind! 💕

The characters and world are fascinating! I love a series that's not afraid to contrast its dark setting with lighthearted character dynamics. Also, it's a crime there's not more fanart of Ariadne and Rose, they were a fantastic supporting cast ✨️

Most of the doodles here are from the second book but I loved them both and I'm hyped for the third installment! 🌿

A bunch of sketches for the protag!kairi au! These are ideas and sketches that have been sitting on my computer that I’ve finally gotten an opportunity to clean up :) Tarzan is an interesting first world in KH and in terms of the AU I think perhaps Kairi could relate to Tarzan in someways. And I still like the idea that Kairi would still be working on the lucky charm or something happens to it that she needs to use materials from other worlds to fix/finish it. The others are more brainstorming for Riku and now Sora. I just can’t see Sora sitting doing nothing after he wakes up and so I think he would pester Leon into teaching him or, if he’s stuck in Traverse Town after the crew goes to Hollow Bastion, he’d take it upon himself to learn something about gummi ships and travel! He’d want to do as much as he can to help Kairi and save Riku! So, some sketches of him hanging out at the accessory shop and with Geppetto :)

GOD. it's good?? like at first when I heard about this AU I wasn't very interested & didn't really get the point #(for me personally I mean. bc I was like 'okay I don't get the idea of lawlight as brothers')#but after that I saw your posts more and also read other fics from you. and your writing your other fics are awesome #plus we also talked more and became friends; you're very nice and your takes are really good #so eventually I checked the series out and WOW. holy shit???? I almost regret not reading it sooner because jesus christ it answered my #initial question & way more. like RIGHT I get it now. it's actually so perfect as a setup all of it. I was greatly impressed #and all characters and relationships are so compelling and well-written and everything. aside from lawlight I especially LOVE your misa #and yagamane. and just. holy shit one of the things that compelled me the most was the family setup of the yagamis #L the bastard son and disgrace of the family... Light. his property. who doesn't want to be. perfect child. could've been a perfect family.#and yet. so he tries to kill L. over and over again. because he could've been perfect could've been normal could've been clean could've--#... if not for L's existence. GOD. and the mind games!! it's so compelling and excellent like idk how to put it #my initial disinterest was caused by 'idk how lawlight would be half-brothers like how would it even work' but as I read I was like. Happy new year Tumblr, it shouldn't be surprising my first drawing of 2025 is Scar NDDKDKD- I've been missing drawing him okay okay.

Is this a safe space? Yes? Good, here are my TPTM ocs. Centipede Girl (girl with antennae) and Sanitized Girl (girl with pigtails) they are girlfriends and mentally ill. Centipede has a dissociative disorder and has a lot of identity issues and amnesia, Sanitized has severe health anxiety and is afraid people are trying to infect her with parasites and germs. They both need therapy.
