This whole "banning" stunt was just for publicity, Trump wants to increase his popularity especially in the younger (dare I say more progressive) generation. In case anyone hasn't heard, during Trump's inauguration speech, he claims that only "2 genders: male and female" will be FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED.
