#i genuinely like both a lot

People talk a lot about Nolan North's version of Wade in comparison to Ryan's - because they are the two with audible diction I'm assuming, and I like both, but for different reasons.

Nolan makes his Wade sound more overtly unstable; he keeps more of the twang of the comics (though his voice also isn't rough), it always modulates in intensity, like a much milder version of the joker. It's a lot of fun to listen to imo.

Ryan goes in an entirely different direction. His Deadpool voice (not Wade, because he does them differently) is deliberately light, airy and friendly. He does Canadian Customer Service Voice and not only is it funny, it makes for a perfect contrast to his insane antics and catches both viewer and characters off guard when he flips on a coin and starts going ballistic.

His Wade, unlike Nolan, who seems to keep his voice pretty similar whether Wade is in or out of the suit, is much darker. A little deeper, but mostly darker in the sense that when the mask is off, Wade is fucking miserable. He's nearly always angry or emotionally challenged when out of the suit, both before, during and after weapon x. Ryan's maskless Wade is a hurting boy, utterly done with the world and/or lashing out and you can hear it in his delivery.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

i feel like people are sleeping on the occam's razor situation of how buckwild it is to outright accuse a guy of being a clone of your friend even if you DO have a lot of circumstantial evidence. there's other options is what im saying. they could just be like. a guy. that's a sensible deduction. you should explore that deduction. ignore my shirt that reads I <3 RED HERRINGS.

i still think odile has the correct theory on lock but she's smart enough to know it needs like... a real smoking gun to be able to bring it up without sounding insane.

ok im VERY intrigued by the amount of power jinx seems to be holding in zaun in s2. the murals. the statue(? looks like her to me at least). sevika holding her gun AND getting an arm upgrade that from the looks of it jinx definitely built? everyone with the "jinx is zauns princess bc of silco" theory how does it feel to be right

some think he's just a guy that's a bit of a weirdo, others' think he's an escaped government experiment meant to be the next all might because why does he have both super strength and bigass explosions like isn't that a little greedy.

For a second, the explosions throw todoroki off and he's convinced his dad was part of whatever weird program grew the guy in a lab

My controversial opinion about Hob Gadling is that I believe he’s absolutely the sort of guy that “puts things behind him”, and tries to wash his hands clean of the things he feels icky about. This is implied pretty well in the show, with him blithely moving from soldiering and robbery to printing, from slaving to… whatever it was he was doing in the 19th century instead. That being said, this is not at all the same as actively trying to atone, or even making a concerted effort to be a better person, and I really wish fandom could tell the difference!

Will never get over how Starscream and Skyfire's relationship is always doomed. There's never an iteration of them where they both stay on the same side at the end. They always end up being against each other, tearing each other apart (whether intentionally or not). They always end up losing each other, be it by a snowstorm, by the war, or by death itself. They never receive a happy ending together, one if not both of them is doomed to suffer.

Skyfire is doomed to be an Autobot, by forces out of his control. Starscream is doomed to be an Decepticon, by his own self destructive tendencies. They are both doomed, because of who they are. They always try to save the other, in their own way. But it never works. They are doomed to fail, whether they stay together or not.

headcanon that the reason sophie still has eyelashes to pull on the regular is that grady and edaline worked something out with the dizznees to get a tasteless formula to help eyelash growth specifically to put drops of in her bottles of youth. because there’s no way her ptsd-induced trichotillomania (oversimplified definition for those who aren’t familiar: hair pulling disorder) is gonna die down during the war, so they’re trying to make sure she doesn’t move from eyelashes to eyebrows or her Hair hair by giving her More Eyelashes

Anyways I'm going to be honest I'm always going to have some sympathy for when people knee jerk "well not all homeschooling is bad" because like, to be fair, a lot of people base their anti-homeschooling position not on anything real (like the rampant abuse & neglect it can facilitate) but on the fact that they think that having any life experience that isn't 100% Normal will make you a freak forever and they hate interacting with freaks.
