“you know, you’re not hard to love at all,” seokmin says, and you glance up at him, his arms tightening around you ever so slightly as the two of you lay in bed together.

you hum, his heart beating steadily by your ear as you snuggle in closer but he pulls away from you, a grin on his face when you make grabby hands at his chest.

“i’ll love you in this life,” seokmin grabs your hands gently, kissing both of your palms with ease.

“the next life,” he cups your face and places a peck on your cheek before continuing to the other one, seokmin’s lips leaving gentle reassurances on your face. “and the one after that.”

he narrows his eyes, pulling back to see your reaction and placing a small kiss on the corner of your mouth, even as it’s stretched wide with a grin. “you’ll always be the biggest reason i smile, even in all those lives.”

lastly, seokmin places his lips on your forehead, a comforting warmth on your temple before he ruffles your hair fondly, his hand falling to cup your cheek against the pillow again. “i swear on all my baseball jerseys.”

you scoff, reaching up to mess up his hair and cupping his jaw after.

“your baseball jerseys are worth the high honour of loving me?” you say as a joke but the tenderness in seokmin’s eyes make you falter.

“they’re nothing if you’re not there to wear them,” he says, pulling you into his chest once more with a yawn.

you pat the arm encircled around you gently as his eyes flutter open and closed before he finally nuzzles closer to your face, a soft smile still on his lips.

#my art #not sure if i wanna tag these... hrm #i wonder if alt text shows up in search results.... shudders #well anyway. i wanna ramble about these!!#for willy mafton: i've been working on designing more of the human cast. mainly all the big name important ones #it's been a slow process + a little challenging but i like getting the chance to practice drawing faces! :]#in regards to His design specifically.. it's very much based off of his movie apperance #but with a reference to that Classic sprite thrown in #bc i thought making him a little cartoony and inhuman would fit him :] but idk im not an expert on his character or anything #about the rabbit lady: i forgot how i had that idea initially but it ended up looking so fucking cool tbh #im always a fan of making her design less of a feminine eye candy type of design and more of a Spooky Murderer type >:3c #it also gave me the idea to try making some similar designs for the glams...#but if i do that im not gonna be giving them that vintage rubber mask look... since they're meant to be super flashy and high tech looking #so i was thinking they could have faces with more of a silicone texture.. and that have a style based more off of their in game art work :]#so they'd be like giant dolls with weird moving faces rather than having a vintage animatronic look #also that van in the bottom middle is 100% a homage to a specific user i wont be mentioning but iykyk HFJZJFJF #ANYWAY the 🌞🌜 stuff: dont be weird about it please HFJZJG #im aware that these tags are very easy to ignore but like. genuinely pls dont be weird about them #dont romanticize it. its not meant to be ''y/ndere'' or anything like that #its actually a bit personal to me so like... interpret it as you like but be aware its not meant to be a happy or positive thing #anyway i think thats all i have to say... i've been trying to branch out a tiny bit regarding the things i draw #it's always nice to challenge yourself even if its tough... especially if its tough!!#i mainly draw just for my own sake but i hope ppl see something they like here #these tags got so fucking long oops... i'll stop now JFKZJFKSJGKSJG

It's only happened twice so far but you know. Maybe the beginning of a pattern idk #when I say Near-centric I mean. More “parallel lines don't cross except for when they do” vibes from earlier in the series where they don't #communicate so you don't get to see both sides -> so it feels necessary to make the Other POV happen given the nature of the series #nothing particularly surprising tbh. I don’t get why people feel like the Duolingo owl is threatening, if I ever feel like he is I just get mad at him. I could fight an owl. I don’t know if I’d win, but I don’t think I’d lose (two things that can apparently coexist). I think I’d survive at least and that’s not really winning but also not losing.

I’m not going to pay for Babbel yet #Babbel has Icelandic lessons too I think and that is my final boss tbh #I’ve been going from easiest for English speakers to hardest as my plan #and it turns out that I forgot how much some of my issues affect learning new languages #last time I learned another language it was Spanish and I’m not fluent but I’ve had classes and been around it for so long #that i kinda forgot what it’s like to start from scratch #I didn’t start trying to learn Norwegian until I was 26 #or was it my 27th birthday? I could check my streak #I was like ‘psh. it will be harder with my disabilities. but I should be able to read. my top priority with this language’#and then I realized I had been somehow adapting to the other two languages since childhood and forgot how much I had to work around #I mean. I knew I was worse at language arts in school than I was in literature and writing. but still #I also already knew I was worse at making new sentences in other languages than I was figuring out ones that someone else made #but I thought that was just because I hadn’t used Spanish much for several years now #every time I try to re-learn Spanish it just ends up with me being able to figure out what someone said to me but not how to answer #if i brushed up on it again i could probably have a conversation with someone who understood English but better spoke Spanish #someone with the same problem as me but reversed language wise #please don’t take this as me saying I could currently have an entire conversation with someone speaking Spanish #I’m better than someone who never learned it and didn’t encounter it’s use a lot. but I really don’t think I could have a real conversation #not at the moment at least #I have been meaning to brush up on Spanish again too. there are at least real classes in my area for it and not just an app #the last time there were Norwegian classes around here my dad was in college and old people still spoke it #no one around here speaks it anymore
