My understanding of Jason Todd's age;

Jason dies when he's 15, 4 months before his 16th birthday. He is dead for any number of time; it doesn't count towards his age.

He's resurrected; he is in a coma for 1 year, then catatonic for another. He is then put into a Lazarus Pit. (These 2 years are practically useless, as he doesn't remember them and they contribute very little to the story. They could be condensed to 2 months and it would change basically nothing.)

He trains for about a year. You can then give him 1-12 months of prep and planning time before his debut as the Red Hood, and the story of UT(R)H, at which point he would be mentally 16-17, physically 18-19, and it would be (--) years after his birth.

meditatively. the unfortunate part of being a "chuuya is set up to succeed mori as the PM's next leader" truther (-> i can and will justify this if asked, but it's not the point rn) is that the #feminist alternative i've often seen people offer as successor is kouyou — i don't think it's a placement that suits her? i think she's content in her current position, and i think she'd be opposed to being set into serving the organization-above-herself in the way that's integral to mori's philosophy re:leadership.

however. However. i do think the reasons that i believe she wouldn't naturally fall into place as the pm's leader make it so much more interesting to explore in fic as a hypothetical what-of.

like. sit down and think with me about 200k words of a kouyou longfic where there's been an incident with a high kill-count and mori's dead and chuuya's... incapacitated somehow? believed to be dead? actually dead? and kouyou is left as the highest-ranked PM member standing. the weird horrible friction of: it's not a position that suits her and it's not the position she wants, but she's the one whose shoulders it's fallen on, and she's the one grappling and wrestling with the burden/responsibility/power in the aftermath. longfic because i think it is a slow, begrudging acclimation, and that it's half-accidental when she shapes herself into a philosophy influenced-by-but-not-the-same as mori's.

(for context the satsujinki is the murder time trio's stage 3 in their fight. it's not canon to something new or horrortale or dusttale BUT it is canon to the person who made the murder time trio boss fight (TOUKEN KAMUI I LOVE YOU SO MUCH) ,,,, sooo........ (i am very aware that the satsujinki only ever forms in the very rare instance that the trio are about to lose and their souls are already exposed. and theres also almost zero information on the satsujinki like ever. so i'm just ditching everything and going with the idea that the mtt can fuse together and have a fusion. because that's sillier :3))

do they just like do it at random times?? if the trio's ever struggling in battle do they ever just nod heads at each other and fuse like a signal that "we need to pull out the big guns". or is it like something REALLY personal and touchy that they only do for special occasions (i'd assume literally BECOMING ONE PERSON is a pretty sensitive topic esp for the insane freaks that are the murder time three,,,,,) do they need to do a steven universe fusion dance for it? what WOULD a fusion dance between the mtt look like??? is the satsujinki like their estranged child that they refer to only in vague sentences? can the murder time trio communicate to each other in one head when fused together. does the appearance of the satsujinki change if it's killer absorbing dust and horror's souls and not dust absorbing killer and horror's?? what about if its horror instead of dust. do the trio have control over each of the pairs of arms???? who gets control of the main body. do they pilot the satsujinki like a mecha suit??? does the satsujinki have feelings??? does it have literally every issue the mtt has? can it hear phantom paps and ser killer's hallucinations??? does it HURT? can the satsujinki function to do anything except kill. how would it even WORK how much lv would it have?? is the satsujinki a IT??? ive been calling it an it this entire time because what IS IT.

if you have a fusion together is that the ultimate form of a relationship. mttpoly is so real they became one person. isn't that kinda intimate. being the same existence,,,, they all started out as sans (the same guy) and now they're fused together as the satsujinki (them all as the same guy). this is a strange concept that i think is hilariously funny and needs elaborating on

Had some lady call us at lunch who was in a huff right out of the gate like "we called you guys THREE TIMES yesterday, and nobody ever answered or called us back!!!!!!!!! We even left a message!!!"

I look back in the phone's call log and. They called one time. Did indeed leave a message. And then didn't answer me when I called them back. Lol

I told her I called and left a message back and she was just like. "Oh. Well that was my husband and he's at work so he probably just didn't get it."

Almost like... sometimes that happens... sometimes people (even businesses) can't always catch every single call coming in right away.... huh, weird how that only works one way, isn't it? 😏

I still haven't recovered from Sydney actually oh my god. I went a little um. Crazy. On the snapshots. And I started trying to figure out which pose to do with who and if I should do something special with yooh because she's my ult bias but ultimately I was like well but I love them all. Hearts for everyone. So the first six were in Melbourne and genuinely every single one of them was magical and I don't regret a single bit of that money because I'm first of all so happy I got to thank all of them in person but also I'm going to treasure those pics forever but then Sydney was like. The Big one. You know. AND SHE PRANKED ME.

I need to sleep but adult same age mobrei is haunting me again... Reigen applies to Minori’s company in a desperate bid to escape his current job, and by some miracle, actually lands the job. It's much higher class than he's ever had to deal with, but he adapts and survives, as he always has. Maybe... Mob’s and Reigen’s first meeting is by complete chance, out of the office as Reigen smokes a cigarette all by himself in the night. He's having second thoughts, maybe this isn't what he actually wants, he should just quit while he's ahead and use up the money he's saved from both jobs to find something else- maybe even his own office. Reigen can't stop thinking and that's when Mob wanders into his line of sight and his life, snuffing out the cigarette still dangling from his lips with a curious look.

Reigen doesn't realize just who Mob is and ends up talking to Mob for a good long while, the both of them slowly easing into each other the entire time. Mob says that he should give the job more time, to come in the next day, that he's sure he'll find something worth it for him. Reigen doesn't even know it's the end for him already as Mob watches him go, his eyes focusing on his every movement.

Reigen comes in the next day to Minori introducing him to Kageyama Shigeo, the oldest son of the infamous Kageyama family. Mob is already smitten and is absolutely Terrifying looking as he just stands so damn tall over Reigen’s questioning, slight uneased form. Reigen can't even meet Mob's eyes and he thinks that it's so very cute and endearing. Reigen is practically a little piece of sunlight, and Mob decides to keep him close because his kindness, wit, expressiveness, and goodness alone is more than enough to burn the embers of possessiveness alive in his chest. Reigen’s sure he's already made a fool of himself already and that Mob is just being a smug asshole by stringing him along until he finally fires him. Why else does Mob ask for his presence so often? From meetings to everyday work, Reigen is always called at least once or twice per day.

Mob just is so fascinated and endeared by Reigen... and wants to keep him so close and all to himself ^-^ and Reigen is so overwhelmed because this is so much attention that he's never had before. Not only that, but it's Kageyama Shigeo, how can he not be anything but a ridiculous fool around him? It doesn't help that Reigen truly cannot tell if what Mob is thinking, but he always listens whenever Mob calls for him once again...
