I gained so much weight lately.. i swear these jeans fit me just fine a few months ago , my stomach was almost totally flat when empty , but now i can't even zip them up properly due to my swollen middle

I've had less time to eat normally lately, so i was often ordering a ton of junk food when i got home from work in the evening, and stuffed myself to the brim before going to sleep. I think it's finally catching up to me... Doesn't help that I'm just as gassy as always, if not more, so it adds even more to my new gut

But i noticed my capacity has increased a lot, too, and my belly can stretch a lot more now... So on another hand, maybe this isnt that bad..

Heading home right now and I'm really hungry 🥲
