FULL BODY HOME HIIT WORKOUT - Whoever said you couldn’t get a good workout in at home was lying. This workout is TOUGH! If you don’t have kettle bells you could modify slightly with Dumbbells (but it does work better with kettle bells). And of course; you can totally do it in the gym. In fact if you have to train in the gyms peak hours and you literally have one square meter of space, this is the perfect workout. I was thinking about filming this bad boy for YouTube so we could do it together but the thought of having to speak while executing these moves makes me want to curl into the foetal position and cry myself to sleep. Anyway give it a go if you dare and we can compare notes: A1. Staggered stance deadlift (right) A2. Alternating Bent Over Row to Kettle Bell Push Up A3. Staggered Stance Deadlift (left) A4. Alternating Bent Over Row to Kettle Bell Push Up (yep, again) A5. Alternating SA Squat Clean to OH Press Repeat 10 of each for 5 rounds - time yourself and then try to beat that time the next time you hit up that workout.
