Princess Hippe & Kipinätär the thief catching duo

These two force thieves to return their ill-gotten goods after pursuing them with uncanny accuracy. The name Kipinätär (literal translation "Sparkess" like lady spark) comes from her fur, softly crackling with tiny sparks, and unruly temper which few others besides Hippe can control.
