sun / moon with a twist has gotta be one of the best tropes bc at first glance it seems very clear who’s the sun and who’s the moon but as you look closer you start discovering the intricacies of their juxtaposition and the lines of who shines on who begin to blur,, is the ship even good if it doesn’t leave you analyzing their entire relationship and behavior around each other

Just a lot of fluff. I wanted to write them kissing.

Comment: This one is more about actions than joking words. 'I'm kissing you, and if you take offense I'm pulling a 'no homo' '.

Someone overhears House's "confession" to Stacy in "The Mistake", and the rumors get a little out of hand.

Comment: Stories diverges from the initial prompt from now on. House jokes about being with Wilson. Everyone believes he was being serious. It changes stuff.

Summary:

House “pranks” Wilson by stealing all of his clothes and leaving him with only a skimpy maid outfit, Wilson tries to fight back.

Set in the beginning of the series when Wilson gets divorced and House lets him sleep on his couch but not without a bombardment of pranks.

Comment: House really played himself with that one. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Rec notes: 10k. Hilson getting together. House keeps having vivid Hilson dreams and runs a DDX on himself (one of my fav tropes). He's so repressed about his feelings for Wilson :)))

He Won't Tell You That He Loves You by hellshandbasket Creator's summary: “Finish it out,” he grits between clenched teeth. “Go on. Ask it.” Nolan shifts in his seat. “Are or are you not attracted, at the very least, to Wilson?” House knocks his forehead against his cane. “I don’t know. Maybe.” In which Nolan pulls at the Wilson thread, and House can't stop it all from unraveling. Repression is a hell of a drug. Rec notes: 25k. Hilson getting together. Repressed!House (not) dealing with his big gay crush realisation, Wilson is more observant than people think (quote: “You are the stupidest fucking person I’ve ever met,” Wilson declares. “You’re a moron, you know that? I don’t even know how you get through the day. An idiot.”)

Polygraphing by DarnGoshit Creator's summary: Greg is in a room full of liars and he knows what his Power is before he hits junior high. Or: Everyone is born with a supernatural abilities. House's is knowing when someone lies. Rec notes: 5.4k. Pre-Hilson. (Mostly background Hilson) House is the last one to know he's in love with Wilson, and is desperately trying to find out if Wilson feels the same (but he won't ever just ask, of course not)

Here are the activities I’ve planned so far:

Gift exchange. Final check-in on 11/9! Please reach out if you need an extension, or if there’s a chance you won’t finish by 11/16. Find the full schedule and details here. Here is the ao3 collection, which you can post to any time up until 11/16, and will go live on the big day.

Prompt Claim. There will be a list of prompts, posted to this tumblr page, with a signup form. 300 words for fics. Each one will be claimable by one writer/artist/etc. Get your engines running with a short fanwork!

Drabble-Doodle Dogpile. One prompt per day leading up to the anniversary (11/10-11/16). 100 words for fics. The prompts will be posted on this Tumblr account. Dogpile on each prompt! Enjoy your friends’ versions. Let’s revel in different interpretations.
