haven’t drawn oncie in a while. This is a plan sketch thingy for my art assignment, we’re making some health and safety booklet and we were told that we could draw whatever, so i’m making mine onceler themed (obv)

have 2 years left of high school so i’ve decided to include the onceler or sneak him in to all of my assignments from now on. It’ll be fun :3

Tonight I learned that my 20 yr old partner has never played chess and doesn't know how to play chess. This is mind boggling to me. They claim its not weird for people to not know anything about chess so I. I need to see. Please.

Okay so, I made a mistake in not elaborating the meaning of the options. You do not have to be good or know what you are doing in the slightest to pick that you have played before. The middle three options are for your understanding of the game having never played it at all. The reason there's a percentage on the last option is because my partner made a tumblr so they could pick it because they think they are hilarious.

#sims 4 #the sims community #simblr #ts4 #sims 4 edit #mysims #drawing/editing these tears took actual years off my life #editing this in general did but the tears were my hell #her name is norma jean named after her grandmother but she goes by either jeanie or jj #she works at the local convenience store and bartends at night when shes able to pick up shifts #shes the worst bartender in existence and refuses to lift anything over 2 pounds #she once convinced a customer to buy her a sweater because she looked a little cold while working #she lied and said her manager never lets them turn on the heat and casually mentioned pennys was selling her favorite sweater #and then described in detail exactly where the sweater was in the store #all she had to do was blink her big brown eyes and call them baby a few times and they immediately folded #she goes to church 7 days a week even though she hates it because that's what she did when her mom was still alive #and its one of the few things that helps her feel close to her mom #her mom died after she had to drop out of highschool to take care of her #she holds a lot of resentment for having to give up such a big part of her life #but at the same time blames herself for not being able to make her mom better #she doesnt believe in banks and hides money around her house to store it but she's also super forgetful #she'll randomly find money around the house and then treat herself like it was present she meant to leave for her future self #she loves crosswords but treats it like a fun game and refuses to check if her answers are ever right #there's ur fun little facts about jeanie 🫵🏼

yup. I actually have a chunk of fanfic written up for the AU that really goes into it, that I never finished nor posted, and now I'm considering posting it as a standalone just for fun

#fun fact i used to be a PROLIFIC fanfic writer during highschool #I mean legitimately hundreds of fics #I was writing like my hands were on FIRE #in some spaces I personally curated and built up ships like some sort of monument. I feel like soo many people don't understand the aesthetic potential Severus Snape has. Like this man it's described looking like a giant bat, wearing all black and long flowy capes, and moving like a spider. Speaks in a low, soft voice but it's very sarcastic and quite cruel. He spends most of his time in a dungeon in front of a cauldron, has mind-reading like powers and a fascination for the Dark Arts.

He's literally an old fashioned Disney villain, the Addams Family distant wizard cousin, a goth mad scientist straight up from a Burton movie.

doing this thing i call "reading every class high school lit book i missed out on" partially because as an english minor i feel like a lot of ppl in my english lectures have already read these books in higschool partially because high school english classes suck balls and i think the way they taught kids to read books was lame and dumb as hell and killed love for reading and i think some of these books they make kids read should never be experienced in a classroom setting

#the horror on my face when i talk to someone and they read catcher in the rye at an age below 16.... that should be a punishable offence #actually teaching catcher in the rye should be illegal. u are meant to experience that on ur own. that shit is between u and god.#the reason why i'm a separate peaceposting rn is because i see the homosexuality and analyze it for fun instead of being bored #if i had to read it in school i'd probably enjoy it less. imagine being quizzed on it. imagine having the themes spilled out for you. gross #if i got reading comprehension quizzed on any book i like i think i would kill myself in front of everyone forever #THAT'S JUST NOT HOW IT WORKS.
