Now to make things interesting, since you asked posted that sleepover thing, I'm gonna ask you to play kiss, marry, kill(I'm aware that's not the original game, it's just the version I've played my whole life, so I like it better) Your options are Dwight, Hexela, and Gretta.

So I'm not good at coming up with prompts, but I did come up with two different plots. One is more filled out then the other, but I will share both and you could use them as you will though I think if you just took parts of the plot they could be used as a prompt, but again use it how you see best and I would love to read whatever you come up with.

Plot One

Okay, so picking up at the end of Dwight and Gretta's senior year they are having a class senior trip to England or Wales, (wherever is closes to where the lake of Avalon would be) Baldric and Hexela come along as supervision. They are by a lake and out pops this guy with a sword who is clearly from the past who needs help and is looking for Merlin. Well this is just a regular Tuesday for them and they end up on this quest with Arthur to find Merlin while also helping him understand the modern world. They run into a reincarnated Gwaine who is only just starting to remember his past. He met Merlin, but he is only just beginning to realize who he is. With Gwaine's help they are able to discover that this evil sorcerer has through tricky and manipulation captured Merlin.(He he holding Gwen and Morgana who don't remember yet or at least not much and used them to trap Merlin) They have to rescue them all and find the other knights and once they do they have to fight this guy together. The bad guy is mad that magic still isn't free, cause it still has to be hidden and he wants to rule the world and magic be recognized by all. Not sure if Morgana should stay good or go bad again I'll leave that up to you. At some point they run into Chlodwig who had gone off exploring the world and didn't realize they were on their senior trip here. (This has really got to happen at the most random moment and maybe at a time when he can help them) Plot Two

Takes place at any point during the show when Dwight, Gretta, Baldric, and who ever else you feel inclined to include, are facing a witch or wizard who uses magic on them and they end up in Camelot where they meet Merlin. They don't know who he is yet as when Baldric is introduced as a court magician and Merlin warns them against talk of magic as it is outlawed. That's when Arthur shows up and they realize who Merlin is.(I don't know if they had heard of him before, but they have at least seen the Disney movie. Dwight probably knows a lot more.) Someone comments on him being King Arthur and Merlin having magic and Arthur is like it's Prince actually and Merlin doesn't have magic. Merlin has to help them get home and at some point Arthur does find out about Merlin's magic and Dwight and his group help Arthur be okay with it. In the end Merlin and Arthur are able to help them get home.

Arthur: So you're a knight then?

Dwight: *shrugs* Technically?

I am not sure how many of you will have watched this show (the pun made it irresistible to me) but a Dwight in Shining Armour AU where Lucy is a modern girl who accidentally wakes up the magically enchanted Prince Lockwood and ends up becoming his champion, forced to help him and his advisor/royal magician/best friend settle into the modern world and not get killed by the many enemies Lockwood entered his enchanted sleep to avoid.

For @shiningsmoochweek! I could hardly do anything but the pair that includes the witch, could I? And the prompt as well as their dynamic made me think of Gomez and Morticia's relationship, which I blatantly drew inspiration from for this piece.

Since no one else will do it. Dwight in Shining Armor headcannons.

• Nana offered to teach Gretta how to ride a bike but Gretta refused. Partly because she's had bad experience with horses.

• Nana and Hexcela are best friends. They'll go shopping together and they even have a favorite soap opera that they watch every weekend.

• Chlodwig is actually surprisingly good at wooing women, but once he finds a flaw he's not comfortable with (has a black dog, wears jewelry on the wrong day, doesn't eat goat fat, etc.) He checks out immediately.

• Dwight knows how to drive but he won't try to get his license until he's 16.

• when one of the Koi fish died in their "moat" Baldric cried in his room for about 3 hours.

• ...Dwight got him a new one.

• Hexcela is an old woman when it comes to her laptop, Dwight has tried explaining how to start up a website for her beauty shop but they keep getting side tracked when She asks where the mouse is and how she needs it for her potions.....worst 4 hours of Dwight's life.

• Dwight and Gretta are constantly trying to set up Baldric and Hexcela with a date, or at least some alone time. They'll invite her over for dinner but then Dwight will say that he needs Gretta's help with some excuse and they'll try to leave.

• However Baldric catches on and storms off in a huff. Hexcela looks at them and says "Meh, let's try again next week".

• everyone gets Dwight a birthday gift that they put a lot of heart into.

• Baldric gets him a hand carved bust of him that looks very little like him.

• Hexcela gives him a potion that can make him read minds. He excepts but never drinks it because A.) He respects people's privacy. B.) He has no idea what's in it. And C.) He's certain that the side effects are worse than the taste.

• Chlodwig gives him a pie that he found.

• but Dwight's favorite gift is an embroidered handkerchief that reads "Sir Dwight, Champion of Woodside" in big friendly letters from Gretta.

10 facts hexela?

She is actually considered one of the nicest of the subjuggulator ringleaders out there. After all, her methods are primarily emotional, and her chucklevoodoos only function to spread joy, so how cruel could she possibly be? Subjugators drafted under Hexela are lucky to have her. Who says the empire isn’t kind?

Her chucklevoodoos are her main psionic, but her singing voice also counts as an ability due to it’s borderline mind-control properties. It can put people into a trance, so that they’re only focusing on her and her commands. This effect works best on those in her carnival, who have had the most exposure to her, and who’s minds have been heightened to her influence. Still, even in a non-magical sense, most of Hexela’s power comes from her voice.

When she was (much) younger, before she traveled with the carnival, she grew up in Speakeasy. She’s always been enthused by showbusiness, and the carnival provided her with a stage.

Hexela enjoys the reputation as a nurturing, and charismatic leader in Alternia, but in personality she is incredibly cold and methodical. Every word out of her mouth is carefully chosen for her sympathetic, theatrical image. All of the actions she takes are by design, to get what she wants. It’s very rare to see her with the act peeled back.

Because she has no trouble keeping up with her “act”, that is, the act of being a friendly and dazzling Ringmaster, she has a hard time seeing why others may have difficulties living only on the stage. She hand-picks every act special, how hard can it be to simply follow your lines? You should be honored to have someone like her to guide you.

She’s not fond of the people in her carnival forming close bonds with anyone, including to some extent the other carnival members. For example, Carnie, Lucylu, and Mourna have a trio going for them, and she appreciates their activity but she would much rather they rely on nothing but her. Other bonds means other people to reach out to, and less control for her.

Being one of the fewer adults on Alternia, she enjoys having a certain amount of dominance over the trolls around her. No matter what, she’ll always be bigger, always be stronger, and always be more experienced. It’s this last one that she draws the most from - people should look up to her, because she’s seen and understood more than anyone else on this planet. Except the other adults that we have here anyway but shhh

She’s had hundred of sweeps to perfect her skills. And by skills, I don’t only mean the chucklevoodoos and stage performances, I also mean her ability to act viscerally real when it comes to pulling peoples emotions and faking her own. It’s very hard to tell when she’s being earnest, or when she’s being purposefully false in order to manipulate you. 

Through all of this, with all of her lies and cruelty, the worst of it comes from the moments where she’s making people happy by using her joy psionics. She destroys the life around someone and holds their happiness hostage, so that the only way to have it is by impressing her. When she hands that happiness back, though, she’s inserting joy directly into their brain and it feels invigorating. When those fleeting moments are gone, there’s only dread and longing, but the weight of that happiness is so raw they will work to get it back, through all of her cruelty. It’s a cycle, and she is a walking trap.

Things I loved about the most recent episode of Dwight

SPOILERS FOR S5 EP9!!!!

First off, I think some of the best acting of the series comes out in this episode. Go you Sloane and go you Caitlin, everyone is at their best

In that same vein, DWIGHT. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be sucker punched, it’s Sad Dwight

Seriously, he looks absolutely DESTROYED for at least half of the episode and it hurts

Also the little memory montages of all their ridiculous adventures and then the MOMENTS between Dwight and Gretta it was brutal and *chefs kiss*

Some of my favorite moments in this episode (BUT THERE WERE A LOT) were when Dwight and Gretta first return to their bodies and you can just see everything come crashing down on them as they realize their new reality. Gretta’s reaction really broke me

I have this little hc from the Queen Tree episode in s2 that when the big guy was about to chop down the tree and Dwight pulled Gretta down - for no obvious reason because he didn’t know there was gonna be this little explosion and the guy was gonna get disintegrated - it was because Gretta’s mom shouted at him in his mind

And just that Gretta’s mom loves Dwight in general and thinks he’s great

Dwight going to the Queen Tree because it was the only place he knows that will still be the same despite everything and it’s a deep connection to Gretta aahhh

And Gretta smiling when she hears that Dwight went

Love that there was an actual reason for them to cast the Champion Spell and not just “we miss Dwight so we’re going to transplant a whole kingdom” there were actual legitimate reasons

I never thought I’d say this but I love Hexela she’s had some brilliantly subtle character development
