Mexico is not a canon character in the manga nor anime of Hetalia. But this is my interpretation.

My interpretation of Mexico is female, tanned skin, blackish brown doe eyes, and a medium to longish length hair that is usually put into a set of double braids. In my depiction Mexico was already an adult when she was “discovered” by the Europeans. Her personality is sweet yet can have a temper.
