Some of my favorite foods are mole, tacos al pastor, elote, and enchiladas.

To answer your second question, no. Although most foods do have at least a tiny bit of chile in the food, it’s not very noticeable. Most restaurants ask if you want peppers or salsa picante so you won’t have to worry if you might get secretly poisoned with Serrano jaja!

In fact I think there may be more sweet than spicy. Like horchata, conchas, and other delicious pastries and food.
