smth really funny to me is how much hosea will unapologetically hit poke and prod all of his family members. he just really needs to touch people really bad and then dutch. dutch does not touch someone for longer than 5 seconds also he has like lines in the files where he screams at people to not touch him or get their hands off him. i think. hosea is the only one who gets touchy priviledges but dutch will start biting if hes grabbed or poked too many times

So I saw some art recently of transmasc!Kabru with Laios and first off all, excellent thought. We deserve more trans men and the big men who love them.

But also. I think that if Kabru got pregnant, he wouldn't tell a soul, because watching everyone's reactions as they watch his body change would be like cocaine to him. People who know he's trans? People who don't? Doesn't matter, he doesn't breathe a word of what's up, deflects every subtle question so deftly people don't even realize they've been put off until later, up until someone asks him point blank to his face "Kabru are you pregnant?" And even then he only tells that person and watches how the information spreads. He has never been so alive. (Also he's reading developmental psych journals and writing up childrearing plans for the next two decades and filled with anxious paternal joy, but that's not the point.)

The point is that he also doesn't tell Laios because, I cannot emphasize this enough, Kabru is exactly as deranged as Laios is in his own way.
