JADEN / JUDAI

Eevee -> Umbreon - Brown fluffball = Winged Kuriboh. He's like the Let's Go Eevee who can learn signature moves of all types, evoking the Elemental part of Judai's Heroes. Stays unevolved for a long time (like how Judai stays in Osiris Red) but evolves into Umbreon to represent Judai coming into his powers over the Gentle Darkness

Palafin - Superheroes. That's Aqua Dolphin contact fused with Neos. And his ability is like Mask Change :)

Torracat -> Incineroar - Referenced in this art I made! 1) Cats because of Pharaoh, even has the same stripe pattern 2) Big buff wrestler guy fits with the Heroes 3) Fire and Dark-type representing Osiris Red and the Gentle Darkness 4) Incineroar is stupid and OP like Judai

Hawlucha - Masked Fighting-type also very Hero-like. The green and red evokes Featherman + Flame Wingman.

Zweilous -> Hydreigon - Yubel :) 3-stage Dark Dragon. Zweilous is more similar to Yubel's two-headed forms, but Hydreigon has the terror factor of Yubel's final form.

Buzzwole - Ultra Beasts are extraterrestrial like the Neospacians. Neos (BUFF Fighting-type) contact fused with Flare Scarab (Bug-type) contact fused with Air Hummingbird (red + long beak).

CHAZZ / MANJOUME

Luxray - Electric-type for Manjoume THUNDER. Luxray -> Luxury because he's rich. Also he looks like one lmao. Its ability is RIVALRY.

Haxorus - Armed Dragon. Its ability is ALSO RIVALRY. Deals less damage to Pokemon of the opposite gender and more to the same gender. Manjoume cannot be normal about women and neither can his Pokemon.

Dragapult - XYZ Dragon Cannon. Another pseudo-legendary that probably cost a lot of money.

Scraggy - OJAMA YELLOW.

Impidimp - OJAMA BLACK.

Trubbish - OJAMA GREEN. Stinky :)

ALEXIS / ASUKA

Kirlia -> Gallade - CYBER TUTU. Fairy-type like the Cyber Angels. The fork between evolving into Gardevoir or Gallade represents Asuka being pressured to conform to femininity, ultimately choosing to evolve into Gallade which is a Fighting-type like Asuka's Warrior-type Cyber Girls, and evokes Blade Skater with the arm blades. Has the ability Justified and protects others, like Asuka

Primarina - 1) Counterpart to Judai's Incineroar 2) a singer and performer like Asuka's dancer-themed deck 2.5) Cyber PRIMA, balleRINA 3) Fairy-type 4) blue, pretty 5) I think it originally belonged to Fubuki. They have the same personality.

Oricorio (Sensu) - Dancer. Sensu variant because of the coloration and holding fans like Cyber Angel Benten

Medicham - Fighting-type. Several of the Cyber Angels draw from South Asian mythology. Mega Medicham especially looks like Cyber Angel Vrash

Froslass - Scary female Ice-type evoking her Society of Light/manga decks.

Hisuian Lilligant - Cyber Blader! Female Fighting-type gymnast/ice skater who fights with bladed arms and skates. Also I just learned this, but the Moon entry for Lilligant is "As soon as it finds a male to be its partner, the beautiful flower on its head darkens, droops, and withers away" LMAO. That's Asuka with all the men trying to date her.

SYRUS / SHOU

Revavroom - Vehicroid. He's even got the Vehicroid googly eye. Mono-Steel specialist!

Magnezone - The Vehicroid googly eye :) That's UFOroid. Also evolves by combining like Shou's fusion monsters.

Corviknight - Vehicle (Corviknight taxi service in Galar). Gets bullied.

Excadrill - That's Drillroid (and Grand Mole. Judai traded it to him)

Orthworm - Supposed to look like a subway. Expressroid.

Archaludon - Steel/Dragon representing taking over the Cyber Dragon legacy. Has an urban aesthetic and turns into a bridge; Megaroid City.

ZANE / RYOU

Kommo-o - A dragon covered with metallic plates (learns Steel-type moves too despite not being Steel-type). It seeks out strong opponents, and "after completing its harsh training, returns to its birthplace to protect Jangmo-o. However, it only watches over them from a distance." <- his relationship with his brother.

Steelix - Looks the most like Cyber Dragon

Metagross - The Steel-type pseudo-legendary. I wanted him to have a lot of grossly powerful Pokemon to match his high ATK monsters. It's also a fusion of Beldums/Metangs like his Cyber Dragon fusions, and I think Mega Metagross looks like Cyber Eltanin from the manga.

Hisuian Samurott - I initially had Empoleon for being a Steel-type with an emperor theme (complementing Ryou being Kaiser) but... yeah, Hisuian Samurott is simply the truth. Cold-hearted Dark-type who will do anything to win, unlike OG Samurott who is noble and fair. cyberdragoninfinity got it in one and I have nothing to add.

Kingambit - King. Kaiser. Dark Steel-type. A battle-hungry Pokemon which evolves by standing above all others.

Iron Jugulis - THE CYBEREST DRAGON. From the future, made of LEDs, three heads like Cyber End, Dark like Cyberdark Dragon, described as having the ruthlessness of a machine.

ATTICUS / FUBUKI

Charizard (Shiny) - Black and red for Red-Eyes. Also Charizard and Red-Eyes are both nostalgia-bait. Fubuki is both a Yugiboomer and a genwunner.

Alolan Raichu - Surfer! Raichu is also Gen 1 nostalgia.

Lapras - More classic Gen 1 Pokemon. Pokemon AU Fubuki is probably a Red fanboy. Lapras is a singer (he wants to be an idol), and an Ice-type to match his name (which means blizzard)

Ludicolo - Musical dancing Pokemon. They have the same energy.

Jynx - Dancing, singing Ice-type, who has an association with kissing and love -> the Love Magician.

Darkrai - Darkness. Casting the world into eternal nightmares.

BASTIAN / MISAWA

Alakazam - High intelligence nerd Pokemon. Also he's yellow.

Gyarados - Water Dragon. Hydrogeddon (Water) + Oxygeddon (Flying)

Dartrix -> Decidueye - The final of the starter trio representing the three dorms. In my original Alolan starters GX art I gave Rowlet to Shou (glasses lmao) but since Shou is mono-Steel this time, Misawa can have it as the "yellow" starter. I used Dartrix because it's snooty like Bastian in the dub lol, but I think evolving into Decidueye (Ghost-type) kind of evokes his Yokai deck in the manga. Also is a counterpart to Incineroar (Tania)...

Probopass - Evokes his magnet deck used against Tania and Manjoume.

Reuniclus - Made from three cells/atoms, like a water molecule -> Misawa's chemistry deck.

Porygon-Z - Tri-Attack and wide elemental coverage representing Misawa's 6 attribute decks. Another classic nerd Pokemon. Also the Pokedex entries say that its evolution is spurred by a program that allows it to travel across dimensions, which represents Misawa's research and traveling the spirit worlds.

CHUMLEY / HAYATO

Komala, Kangaskhan, Smeargle - I have nothing to add. Normal Australian Artist. Has a half-size team because he's not much of a trainer and nothing else is as fitting.

ASTER / EDO

Gliscor - Destiny Hero Plasma. Purple, bat wings, a claw pincer, spiky tail, and vampirism (Plasma's other name is Bloo-D, attacks with blood, and drains opponents' ATK points for his own). Also Edo is Batman.

Lokix - It's based on the Kamen Rider superheroes, and is Dark-type reflecting all the anti-heroes in that series, just like how the Destiny Heroes are Dark-attribute anti-heroes. 

Hisuian Sneasel -> Sneasler - ...He looks like one. And acts like one. Its claws look like Plasma's left arm and the spikes behind his head. I used Sneasel in the image because Sneasler is too tall to be Edo lmao but yeah it fits too. A Fighting-type for his Warrior-type Heroes.

Absol - Able to fortell the future referencing his relationship with Saiou and belief in Destiny, but is followed by misfortune as a result because Edo's life is suffering

Ceruledge - Edgy sword guy fueled by resentment and revenge, aka Season 2.

Lunala - 1) Another bat because Edo is Batman, and many of the Destiny Heroes have bat wings and a night motif 2) it looks like Destiny Hero Celestial when it attacks 3) Its form when taken over by Necrozma represents Plasma being infected by the Light of Destruction

SARTORIUS / SAIOU

Malamar - Very Arcana Force-coded, chthonic tentacle being. Legitimately just looks like The Hanged Man and you literally turn your DS upside down to evolve Malamar. Has mind-controlling hypnotic powers -> Society of Light brainwashing (and Saiou himself)

Xatu - Able to see the FUTURE (Saiou) by staring into THE SUN (Light of Destruction).

Gothitelle - Creepy female design looks like the feminine Arcana Forces. It can also see the future from the movement of stars (light). Gothitelle attacks by projecting "dreams of the universe’s end. These dreams are apparently ethereal and beautiful." The Light of Destruction is described as being pure entropy and akin to the heat death of the universe.

Claydol - It looks kind of like The Chariot. It was brought to life from exposure to a "mysterious ray of light." HMM.

Deoxys - Arcana Force Pokemon of all time. The tentacles, the gem cores, the spikes. It's from space like the Light of Destruction. The defense form looks like The Moon. Mutated from exposure to "a laser beam." I'm half convinced the Light of Destruction just exists in Pokemon now, and it might be...

Necrozma (Ultra) - Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler has a dragon head. Necrozma being an extraterrestrial entity which can take over other Pokemon's bodies. Has a move called Light That Burns The Sky.

HASSLEBERRY / KENZAN

Tyrantrum, Rampardos, Bastiodon, Archeops - Dinosaur :) All chosen for looking like one of his monsters.

Arctozolt, Dracovish - Fossils made by mismatching bones, like the dino bone in his leg lol

BLAIR / REI

Mawile - Acts cute to lower the guard of foes, natural Fake Tears learner, wears yellow. Maiden in Love + Defense Maiden.

Luvdisc - Love. Hearts. Romance.

Plusle - A tag team Pokemon like the Tag Duel in Season 4, and another Fake Tears learner. Red for Osiris Red, and a positive Pokemon who cheers for others, like how she encourages Martin.

Volbeat - Sort of another tag team Pokemon! Volbeat and Illumise are also associated with mating/romance. I went with Volbeat because it's red, and Rei presents as a boy twice and uses masculine pronouns.

Blissey - Egg Pokemon like her Mystic Egg deck she used against Manjoume. Also loves taking care of others, like she does with Martin.

Dragonite - Mystic Dragon.

JESSE / JOHAN

Carbink - Carbuncle encrusted with gemstones. Ruby-sized. Rock and Fairy-type for the Crystal Beasts.

Espeon - Also based on a carbuncle with a ruby in its head, but with the coloration of Amethyst Cat! It's the counterpart to Judai's Umbreon (evolving with friendship representing his bond with spirits + sunlight like Rainbow Dragon)

Arcanine (Shiny) - Mr. Mary Sue needs a shiny Pokemon. Shiny Arcanine is yellow and striped for Topaz Tiger. It's also a mythological creature like many of Johan's cards.

Grotle - Emerald Turtle.

Dragonair - I thought Johan should still have a dragon, and this is the closest to Rainbow Dragon available. Long, decorated with crystals, wings on the head, and said to be able to alter the weather, which means rainbows. Adds blue to his team's color palette.

Ho-oh - The Rainbow Pokemon. Leader of the Legendary Beasts. A bird on the team to evoke Cobalt Eagle. And when Gale of Darkness is remade with a Shadow Ho-oh, that will be Rainbow Dark Dragon :)

ADRIAN / AMON

Altaria - Cloudian

Drifblim - Flying-type and has a cloud on its head. Ghost-types also reference how the Cloudians can't be destroyed in battle.

Cursola - Another Ghost-type. It's a Corsola that was killed by climate change (Amon) so that's Echo. Also kind of looks like a cloud.

Weezing - Because of the Cloudians based on pollution, acid rain, and smoke clouds. And his noxious personality :)

Politoed - Evolves with King's Rock and Amon is obsessed with becoming a king. Also has the ability Drizzle, which fits with his weather-based deck.

Landorus - That's Exodia on a cloud. I think all of the genie Legendaries fit super well with Amon, but I went with Landorus because it has Exodia's coloration and his signature move Sandsear Storm references Amon being from the desert.

JIM

Krookodile - Karen. Jim "Krookodile" Cook. It's a ground-type too to fit with his Earth-attribute Fossil Warriors. And it's a cool motherfucker like Jim.

Nidoking - A king for Fossil Warrior Skull King. Also looks like Fossil Dragon Skullgar.

Duskull - One red eye for the Eye of Orichalcum. The skull motif also reflects his Fossil deck (all of the fusions have "Skull" in the name) and Ghost-typing reflects how they are fused with materials from the graveyard.

Kabutops - Fossil. It just looks like a Fossil Warrior.

Marowak - More skull and bones and graveyard motif.

Rhyhorn - Rhyhorn is rideable (in X/Y) which represents the Fossil Machine fusions. He also looks like Fossil Machine Skull Buggy.

AXEL / O'BRIEN

Armarouge - Arm gun. Designed to look like a soldier (which O'Brien refers to himself as). Learns Destiny Bond too, which is like how he forces a tie against Haou Judai.

Skeledirge - A fire gator which matches Jim's Krookodile. The Volcanic monsters look vaguely reptilian too. Also I think spamming Torch Song is like the Blaze Accelerator cards. 

Turtonator - He explodes. Volcanic SHELL.

Centiskorch - I think it kind of looks like a clip of ammo. Bug-type also evokes the "ammo" Volcanics like Shell and Scattershot which have carapaces.

Alolan Marowak - Matches Jim's regular Marowak. Also a reference to his mom trauma in the duel with Trueman lmao

Magmortar - Arm cannon fire pew pew

CROWLER / CHRONOS

Klingklang - Gear.

Golurk - Ancient Golem.

Oranguru - The teacher Pokemon, signature move Instruct :)

Bronzong - Ancient Steel-type.

Copperajah - Big hulking Steel-type. I think its trunk looks like Ancient Gear Golem's fist. And elephants are maternal creatures and Chronos loves his kids <3

Meltan - I really wanted to give him Melmetal because it looks like an Ancient Gear (hulking Steel-type from ancient times made of nuts and bolts) but I avoid giving Legendaries to characters unless it fits narratively... It seems like Meltans just run around though, so Chronos can have a metal baby.

BANNER / DAITOKUJI

Skitty - Pharaoh <3 Has Pharaoh's and Daitokuji's eyes. I considered Galarian Meowth too though, for being made of metal like the Alchemy Beasts.

Cofagrigus - He's a mummy and the Helios cards are mummies and he explored ancient tombs. Cofagrigus is also made of gold (like Golden Homunculus) and evolves from Yamask (used to be human and has a kind of wimpy personality like Daitokuji, references his involvements with Fubuki and Fujiwara and the mask of Darkness)

Solrock - A sun rock for his Helios cards and the Alchemy Beasts being Rock-types.

Sigilyph - Found in the ruins of ancient civilizations.

Gholdengo - The boss of his deck, Golden Homunculus. The ultimate goal of alchemy to transmute metals into gold. Ghost-type because he's dead.

Necrozma (Dusk Mane) - 1) It's a cat 2) Solgaleo = Helios the Primordial Sun 3) Steel-type like the metal Alchemy Beasts 4) Taken over by Necrozma representing his role in the Darkness stuff with Fubuki and Fujiwara, and helping Kagemaru

FUJIWARA

Eternal Floette - HONEST. Fairy-type waiting for his master who has sunk into despair due to the death of his loved ones and brought about an entity that will absorb all life on Earth.

Yamask -> Runerigus - The Darkness mask. Yamask crying over the memories of its former life and searching for someone who remembers it -> Fujiwara's relationship with memories and fear of being forgotten. The Galarian version being a vengeful curse which takes possession of a Yamask. Runerigus matching Daitokuji's Cofagrigus in reference to his role in Fujiwara's disappearance.

Hisuian Zoroark - Normal-type representing the attribute-less Clear World cards. Persisted beyond death through its utter resentment for every living thing on Earth. Uses illusions to torment others to madness (the Darkness nightmares). Can change its form like Honest and Trueman.

Mega Sableye - Visually evokes the Clear World monsters, which are encased in that crystal.

Nihilego - Nihilism. A parasite which latches onto others to manipulate them (Darkness), feeding mostly on "those who feel intense worry or anxiety." Also white/transparent/a rock like the Clear World cards.

Necrozma - The black form of Necrozma to represent Darkness and how it latches onto and possesses others, siphoning their energy. Necrozma's relationship to Solgaleo and Lunala is a reference to eclipses, which is also how Darkness is given form.

I was always a fan of Darkrai/Cresselia in the anime/games, so seeing Explorers of Spirit give them a dynamic beyond "gud chases bad" was all i needed to want to see them form a deeper bond. also you probably have not seen the last of my crackship darkrai/grovyle/dusknoir bs, yall have been warned

Virizion/Emolga or polycule with dunsparce is adorable, love that. Hydreigon/Munna could be sweet i think, basically grovyle/dusknoir but even more depressed. uhh that rampardos shopkeeper with cincinno, idk if that was gates or psmd but theyre nice.

in psmd i really like the small dialogues of krookodile/miltank, hes a big brute whos very smitten and eager to do a good job and i think it works. Ampharos/Mawile, kind of like wiggly/chatot, i like the leader x right hand man dynamics lol. And this is gonna sound weird but soko_koso singlehandedly made me appreciate hero/nuzleaf, they made it work. although i still prefer the fatherly dynamic that is used in the game in general

H, cont’d: If you or Dark Matter or whatever hadn’t protected the Tree of Life with a shield, then Rayquaza’s beam could have destroyed you either way. I’m not sure if you have some type of extra vitality legendary magic. But this time was waaaaaay too close for comfort.

X: I protected myself yes… You wish to plant more of myself to prevent me from being an exploitable target for any thing with nefarious intent, then?

H: Correct. At the bare minimum, I would plant one of your branches so there’s at least one on each continent.

H: My plan would be to have many Tree of Life saplings in places where they’d be protected. One at each of my previous adventures bases, one in each Legendary with a lake’s mystery dungeons, one per each of the smaller towns, and a few scattered on desert islands. What signature Pokémon would my anime husbands have?

Excellent question me! I have somehow despite always being a Pokémon nerd fallen even deeper into the love of it. I blame starting to watch the Sun and Moon anime on a whim but it doesn't matter.

My brain said "hey, what Pokémon would [anime husband character] have in universe?" and I decided to answer it. Note that these are based entirely on visual aesthetic and nothing to do with personality or actual anime canon. Enjoy I guess

Mr Villains Day Off

My number one husband, The General, aka Warumono-san, is a beautiful "evil" alien who is attempting to take over the world for his home planet. But on his days off work, he is just a sweet, panda-obsessed introvert. And I love him. Based entirely off appearance he would have a partner of the Hydreigon line, but his "off-work" mode is a Deino and his "General" mode is a Hydreigon. Dark/Dragon is absolutely the perfect typing for General since he has the whole tail and sharp teeth thing going on, and also his hairstyle literally matches Deino perfectly.

2. Tsurune

My first husband, Takigawa Masaki, has been overshadowed by the simple fact that there is a manga for MVDO and I have to pirate the second season of Tsurune to watch it. Regardless, he's a bit of a dork but is a very caring teacher and also looks very hot when doing Kyudo. He would have a partner from the Decidueye line, inspired by both his actual pet owl Fuu and the whole archery thing. Not to mention Decidueye is also a ghost type and I was fooled into thinking he was an apparition the first time I watched the show lmao.

3. The Apothecary Diaries

I know I can't have him, but I am a little obsessed with Jinshi. The idea behind this Gardevoir-line pairing is that as a Eunuch, he is perceived to be very effeminate and beautiful and so having a Kirlia with him would add to the image. But of course he has quite the secret, and I think a Gallade fits the other side of him perfectly.

4. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime

Ok so maybe I'm no longer talking about anime husbands and now it's just characters I love that visually make me think of certain Pokémon, and that's ok! So yeah, Benimaru would have an Incineroar and Souei would have a Greninja.

5. My Hero Academia

Do you want to know how hard it was to find a screenshot of my boy Shinsou doing that creepy grin without some weird ass filter on it? Very. Almost as difficult as finding a good Banette photo that wasn't the adorable nurse joy one. Also my baby Tamaki who would be a big fan of Shellder/Cloyster from a quirk perspective (if we do full crossover hc).

Ditto Loid from Spy x Family (I know I have no chance against Yor, not even worth considering) and Morepeko Terushima because people love to hate on him for being an annoying 17 year old boy. I understand him though, I am and always will be a Johzenji defender.

Hey Billy! Ik I've been kinda dead but I was checking my dashboard for a hot sec and wanted to indulge your vilain Diantha team. Going by the scenario Diantha grows cynical and depressed, in big part from the industry, celebrity culture and mayhaps if we're feeling spicy, unjustified male dominance in every field.

I'd imagine her heart might ache too much to keep majority of her movie and stage performance inspired team, might even actively look for ugly Pokémon to "repugnate", Pokémon that are known to be agressive/vilified, Pokémon you might cut yourself on or literally tough shells.

Tried to stick to Pokémon you can find in Pokémon X and Y. Also didn't bother optimizing her team too much since in og game it's also mostly flavor/implication based too.

I think she would still have her Hawlucha, although might not let it fight. You'd find out post game about her relationship to it. Maybe as part of a redemption arc, or a deeper look into her perspective? Maybe she'd even fight you again with a beefed up team based on her old one? No clue. Anyways that frees up one spot.

Depending on character reading, she could still have Gardevoir. Would be telling of her love for her team and the still lingering love for pure performance. If you wanna fully lean into how she feels discarded and the burning hatred within, a Banette that can mega evolve might be the next best thing. Most likely not as strong but very cool conceptually. The two faced Mawile/Mega Mawile also has a lot of potential, and keeps the fairy type. Fucking busted ass Pokémon that wipes your whole ass team too lmao.

I like a Gigalith, and an Avalugg, following the idea of having enclosed oneself in a tough shell, and kinda keeping the dynamic between Tyrantrum and Aurorus type/appearance wise.

Could also consider Nidoking and Nidoqueen instead of Tyrantrum and Aurorus. Big scary defensive Pokémon that will poison your ass.

Haxorus, Noivern or Hydreigon instead of Goodra. Don't think I gotta do much elaborating on this besides pointing at Pokédex data. I would've said 100% Hydreigon if not for the fact it's been done to death as big bully on the antagonist's team.

Obligatory Trevenant as Pumpkaboo's foil. Its agressive although protective nature might be interesting to play with. I could also see Malamar fit in there. God it's kinda very weak but something about its oddness is just so delightful and she'd LOVE that too. Has the regal fucked up vibes too.

For a Sinnoh originated Pokémon for a good reference to Cynthia : Gliscor might be a great flying alternative to Hawlucha. Also has an excellent movepool. Actually a big fan of Skuntank for her too. Imagine her carrying that thing around her like a massive fur boa. Magmortar wouldn't be a bad idea either although unobtainable in XY as is. Very strong and versatile movepool, hated by most people because "ugly".

Firstly, I am enchanted by the implications with Hawlucha. It is a heroic Pokemon, one that I see fighting for justice and good.... Which is fascinating in the context of a villain!Diantha. Could she have gotten it when she was younger and more naive about the cruelty of showbiz, thinking she could make a difference in the world? Could her relationship with her Hawlucha become strained over time as she becomes more and more jaded and turns away from the morals she and her beloved Pokemon started out with? Or could it potentially be a lifeline at some point to her, that helps anchor her again and grow into a better person?? Or even, could Hawlucha be a reflection of Diantha and he himself also slowly turns, just as she does, and effectively embraces a "heel" persona rather than the more standard hero that most Hawlucha embody? Sincerely, fascinating to me.

Also a big fan of the choice of Banette and/or Mawile, the idea of Banette being a reflection of a "toy" that has been used up and is no longer "useful" and grows resentful due to that is too perfect. But also, I like Mawile, as like you said, it embodies a two-faced nature.

I was personally also considering a Scovillain for her, for similar reasons, in that it embodies a two-faced quality as well as the dramatic theatre masks.

PMD Red/Blue Rescue Team - this would've been so so dope if it weren't for the fact that after the story, Hero and Partner became nothing but normal recruits. Like all that buildup of Hero wanting to stay for Partner, and suddenly they're just like normal recruits, it sucks

PMD Explorers of Sky - Aegis Cave

White - idk but for me it's hard to level up in this game, also the fact the E4 didn't do much on screen, like I wanna know what they did during Plasma's attack

Black 2 - it's,, well it's how the previous characters interacted really, I wish there was more of it, I wanted to see the Gym Leaders interact w each other during the games, pls I wanted to see Bianca and Iris meeting at Castelia bc I know they met up there again please I just know it

Conquest - I think it's a skill issue on my bit but the gameplay was just so confusing for this one, and no I don't mean the battle gameplay, that I got, more on the,, recruiting bit and using of items and everything else—

Giovanni-Shifter mountain lion, Fighter: Battle Master

A shifter fighter as before still trying to absolve his crimes for ya know running a mafia that controlled many towns. Instead of uniforms to signify being part of the mafia members where shoulder armor all in the same colors to signify their allegiance. The helmet on the ground is reserved for the leader alone. He still has these in case some of his old ways or contacts are needed by the group. Also in his fighting style he still uses some dirty tactics such as rings since brass knuckles are a bit too obvious, and well the good old broken class bottle his tail is holding. A touch of an orange vest since well, the anime version of him is something my mind will never forget.

Archie-Sea elf, Rouge: Swashbuckler

I know sea elves aren’t a traditional race, but the homebrew stuff people have made is so good and I want to keep the elf/dwarf rivalry with Maxie plus someone else is already a triton. So he fights with a giant anchor because of course he does, and no matter what has on his captain hat despite not currently having a crew. The center skull of his necklace is a sapphire, and the skull mask was his claim to fame as a pirate since I can’t make the x pattern he has in the games. 

Maxie-Mountain dwarf, Wizard: Evocation

Ah maxie the dwarf, He came from the mountains fascinated with rocks and that comes into play ash his magic is mostly volcanic. Like most dwarves he wears a helmet this one with a Ruby in it as it is traditional among dwarves to have armor. However he’s very unlike most dwarves in that he keeps a clean face,a nd isn’t terribly rugged which aids to why he left in the first place. His book has spells as well as all of the research he’s done on various land scapes.

Cyrus-Kalashtar, Artificer: Forge Adept

He doesn’t look like he belongs, and he does not care. He’s like the one person in the party who’s hired them for this job, and just wants his answers dang it he doesn’t care what he looks like to them. He sleeps in that outfit and through some artificer tech bs it keeps his body temperature perfect unless the weather is extreme. And he gets 2 angels cause he’s the one guy in the party with a gun, that he made mind you, and will not let anyone touch it. Also has a scanner to find the planar abnormalities and the little orb is like a small spy drone. He’s not as friendly as other Kalashter but has the no emotion thing under control to a terrifying degree, or perceived lack of emotion.

Ghetsis-Human, Warlock: Fiend

Again he has to have a good enough reputation to be allowed to hang around so he looks almost knightly in a way. Heads up the copper sickly green color on the dog’s paws, ANYONE WITH THAT COLOR IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BBEG (big bad evil guy so final boss). Read plot to understand. He claims the spectral wolf he rides on is a warlock spell adjusted, since they can get mounts, but it’s one of the gifts from the god he is taking orders from since he’s older and it’s colors are somewhat based on his hydreigon. As far as the color I also used it in his magic where the sword he summons has the evil god’s influence. The staff on his back is the cane he uses when the wolf is unsummoned. Also yes he is missing an arm cause I like that more than him having one. Finally the scattered objects around him symbolize the fact he, ye know killed his former party.

Lysandre-Leonin, Paladin:Oath of the Crown

He’s a lion because of course he is, but as he is oath of the crown and royalty much of his armor details are polished in the brightest of golds. Overall his attire has little silver usually a black or gold. His blade would be gives waves like fire, and his abilities would be mostly fire based. He would be the best in the party as diplomatic ventures due to being royalty, despite the disgrace he recently brought on his family, and the fact he’s a paladin thus the quil and paper at his side.

Lusamine-Aasmir, Bloodhunter: Profane soul

Blood hunter another kinda sketchy class, but as an aasmir people instinctively trust her more. Her powers would be ice based if her own, and project some heavenly like light as well. However as she is also helping the main boss powers from him would resonate int hat sickly copper green color as well. Her weapon of choice would be scythes though she’d be able to talk away any suspicious. Better yet the amulet on her neck is how she is able to make sure those who can sense good and evil such as paladin Lysandre is enchanted to throw them off. It also is what holds the mind control on Guzma who got too close. 

Guzma-Bug Bear, Barbarian: Wild Soul

The palest and most BUG of bug bears you’ll ever meet. I wanted to keep the pale look cause it fits with ‘team skull’ and kept the dyed hair as well. Also naturally he’s got some skulls. The blindfold is excused by Lusamine saying he has an injury there when in actuality it hides that he’s possessed and the eerie glow from soem of her and Ghetsis’s magic is in his eyes. Also yes most of his armor is bone based. Now for the reasons as to why he has a thorax and bug antenna. So barbarian wild souls get their powers from another plane of esistence after having come into contact with it. Since Lusamine is well experimenting with merging planes, and has used various races as experiments before why not use now mind controlled bug bear? Yeah so he got kinda merged with another plane’s race of bug people. Lusamine has a whole story about how she saved him, and he’s been left kinda mentally unstable and half bug when it’s all her fault. 

Rose-Loxodon, Cleric: Life

A simple elephant that just wants to know if there is a chance magic can be used up fully or is truly as renewable as everyone claims it to be. Certainly can fight though truthfully doesn’t mind helping out by healing. However if soemone gets hurt from fighting in the party, cough maxie and archie, he’s strict about not healing them till they apologize. I kept him in mostly grays since it matches his suit, and some armor since he’s a steel trainer. I also decided his magic would mostly be a gray with pulses of yellow. I gave him brown details on the skin so that it’s true to form, and also he’s got some colorization past usual gray elephant. He’s high key one of the most vital party members as the healer and uses that sometimes, also the one who buys the most health potions. (If I could give the elephant ears piercings I would)

Timeline: Immediately after the last chapter of Black 2 (but before the epilogue)

Setting: Unova

Notes: So I had a few ideas that I wanted to write, but none of them really had a plot, it was more just "hey I want these characters to talk about X thing," so that's what "Whispers in the Dark" oneshots are gonna be. No real plot, just two characters rambling at each other. This particular one is a little gritty and maybe a tad existential, because it's from the perspective of Ghetsis and later, one of the Shadow Triad.

It was bitterly, bitterly cold there on the ground for that miserly man. He couldn't speak, he couldn't move, and it took all of his effort to merely breathe against the frigid air that felt as if it were stabbing his lungs with every inhale. There was a terrible gurgling noise with every struggling breath, for blood sat in his mouth, and he couldn't cough strong enough to spit it out. He was dimly aware that it had likely come from his seizure, as he had bitten through part of his tongue, which that pain radiated up and down his spine more so than the general discomfort from being on the ground, but it certainly would have been easier to deal with if he were not in such a situation.

He was staring at the base of a tree, whose roots were large and thick, and curled around him. The Shadow Triad—two of them, the third was not with them for whatever reason—had dumped him there at the foot of that tree. They were nearby; he could still hear them occasionally shifting and speaking curt words to one another, but they paid him no heed. Indeed, for hours, Ghetsis laid there and stared at the knotted roots, fighting desperately to keep breathing and occasionally jolting with the intent of standing up, but finding no part of his broken body would respond to him. Not only did he have the misfortune of having been laid on his partially paralyzed right side, but it felt as if none of his muscles would move at all. His left arm was as limp as limp could be over him, and his head felt heavy and foggy.

“What is wrong with him?” he heard one of the Shadow Triad question after an untold amount of time. It was the loudest one, the one with the clear, smooth voice.

“I do not know,” the other curtly replied. “The Hero of Truths did not actually hurt him. So, I do not know what is wrong with him.”

I’m dying, you idiots, Ghetsis wanted to spit back at them. In that desperate moment, he would have willingly gone to any doctor in all of Unova, despite the years he had spent suspiciously avoiding them all like the plague. He had never trusted doctors for paranoid fear of what they could potentially do to him while he was under their care. Typically, he had turned to Colress whenever he was in dire need of medical attention. Although he didn’t trust Colress to do particularly invasive procedures, he had done a passable job in the past… Yet, when the Shadow Triad had swooped in and teleported him out of that Arceus-forsaken cavern and away from that damned Hilbert Whitacre and his Reshiram, when they had taken him to Colress, he and his pet, Rosa, had all but screwed their noses up at him, and then Colress had ordered the Shadow Triad to “do something with him.”

Do something with him.

Not only did that thought plague him, but the frightening realization that had come minutes before he had fallen, seizing on the biting, icy floor, did, too. Hilbert and his Reshiram had been toying with Kyurem before he had been whisked away. Hil had fully intended to blow through Kyurem given enough time and kill him. Although he had fallen just short of murdering Ghetsis there, Hil had succeeded in felling Kyurem, and Ghetsis didn’t need it spelled out for him to know that he had failed. Again.

All he had ever been after in life was to be on top, to never be at the mercy of another human ever again, and even when he had clawed his way to the top with a legendary pokémon, sacrificing his humanity, his family, his blood, his sanity, he had been felled by another human. He suddenly concluded that there was simply nowhere on that Earth one could have gone to escape being under the influence of someone else. No matter what, one could not control all of their surroundings or what others did. The illusion he had been chasing his entire life was just that: an illusion. He didn’t even have anything to show for it. Unova had been damaged by Team Plasma’s attacks, but it would heal, and in his rage, he had severely injured N. For all he knew, N had bled out on his way to a hospital, so he didn’t even have a heritage to show for all he had labored over. Despite how long he and Colress had known one another, despite everything they had been through, Colress had taken one look at his dying uncle and told the Shadow Triad to simply “do something with him.”

“He is dying,” the smoothly-spoken Triad member mused. “That much is obvious. His vitals are significantly decreased. But why?”

“I do not know,” the other responded, much the same as before. “He does not appear any more injured than before. His limbs are still partially paralyzed. Though, I thought I saw him bleeding from his mouth… Even so…”

“He is not broken like our brother was,” the first interjected. “I do not…”

“Perhaps we can ask Dr. Colress later,” the second cut his brother off. There was a long pause between the two of them. “What do you think Lord Ghetsis wished to accomplish with Kyurem?”

“I do not know,” the first muttered in a deadpan. They sounded so coldly robotic. It made Ghetsis wish his muscles would cooperate and let him shiver… He was freezing… His fingertips, lips, and toes burned with the sheer bite of the cold. “I do know that in the past he wished to be in control of Unova. Yet, I do not understand how Kyurem would have granted him this, and I believe he said that he wanted to freeze Unova solid. I do not understand how that would have granted him ownership of it. What would there be left to own?”

I… I don’t know. Ghetsis tried to swallow but nothing happened. I don’t know what I wanted to do after Kyurem froze Unova… I just… I just…

“Do you think, then, that he wished to merely inflict pain?”

“That seems to be the case. He was increasingly cruel following his return, after we broke him from prison. Do you remember what he did to Anthea and Concordia just a few months after that?”

“Indeed. He let his new Hydreigon free on them in a closed off room and it mauled them before it was called off. Then, he abandoned them near Nimbasa City, along Route Four.”

Ghetsis struggled to recall the event they were discussing, and that alarmed him. His mind was fading fast… But he did remember. He had been furious with the world following his first defeat, back when he was arrested, and upon his return, he had captured another Deino and raised it. With Colress’ assistance, he developed a machine that would keep the pokémon under control, much in the same way he had programmed the Shadow Triad to be loyal to him. With such technology, Ghetsis had been allowed to freely train the pokémon as cruelly as he wanted, and oh, how he ensured it was cruel. Why had he done that? he wondered. At the time, he had convinced himself that such a draconic, fearsome pokémon would be more effective running off of sheer hatred, but… Well, that didn’t answer the question of why he had gotten another Hydreigon to begin with, did it? He had captured another Deino and raised it due to the pain of having his previous one, the same pokémon he had had day in and out, wrenched from him. He had beaten it again and again, made it hate him, because that made it feel normal. His first Hydreigon hated him. More than that, he didn’t want pokémon to like him. He didn’t want any of them to give him their sympathy. He couldn’t handle it. They were pawns to his plans and nothing more. He couldn’t allow himself to feel their kindness.

It was the same reason he had avoided N so much during his formative years. Not only was abandoning him to the forests an excuse for him to hone his ability to speak to pokémon, but it was so that he couldn’t get attached. Everyone else in the world was just a creature waiting to stab him in the back if given the appropriate tools, after all; he couldn’t allow himself to grow so strongly attached to N and have moments of weakness for the sake of loving his son. Yet, for a brief moment of clarity, he wondered… Was that because that was how humans were, or was that what he had convinced himself so many years ago, after having his family and town turn their aggression on him for his ability to understand the emotions pokémon felt?

Of course, it was gone as a searing bolt of pain ran through his chest and down his left arm, making him gasp and croak for air he couldn’t seem to get…

“If he intended to inflict pain with Kyurem, do you think he succeeded?”

“He did inflict pain. He hurt Lord N,” the huskier-voiced of the two Shadow Triad growled. If Ghetsis wasn’t too focus on his primal fight for survival against his failing body, he might have found that surprising. The Shadow Triad did not generally speak with emotional inflection.

“Yet, the pain is not permanent. I believe Lord N will be alright,” his brother pointed out. “Kyurem was defeated. Unova will not be frozen.”

“Then perhaps he failed,” the quieter one huffed with a note of finality.

“Does that mean we failed? We were supposed to help him, were we not? What does that mean of our brother?”

“It means nothing. Why do you question something such as this?”

“I do not know.”

“We do not control Lord Ghetsis. We served him to the best of our ability. Lord Ghetsis was the one who failed.”

All at once, Ghetsis gave up his fight for survival, and allowed the icy pine forest’s floor to siphon away his body heat, and his eyes rolled into the back of his head.

“He is gone,” Quiet abruptly remarked, jerking his head to stare at Ghetsis’ body. “I do not sense a heartbeat of any sort. A pulse.”

“Then there is nothing else we can do for him, is there?” Loud asked bluntly.

“No,” Quiet answered, feeling a twinge of something he wouldn’t have known what to call, but it was, in fact, annoyance. Loud had a way of asking such irritating questions.

“Our brother did not have a pulse, either. Do you think there is nothing we can do for him, then?”

“Our brother and Lord Ghetsis are not the same,” Quiet replied. He looked up at Loud as the other stood up and stared at Ghetsis. Although they had all privately adopted the names Lord N had given them so many years ago, they never referred to one another by them. N had asked them, back when he had first administered the titles, not to say them in the presence of others. “Dr. Colress had fixed us many times in the past from bad injuries and the like. Maybe there is more to him that can be repaired than to Lord Ghetsis.”

“I just do not understand,” Loud sighed at last.

“Then let us ask Dr. Colress.”

With that, they teleported to the P2 Laboratory, deep within its recesses and to a large room. Upon seeing them, Rosa yelped and backpedaled, cutting her eyes to narrow daggers after them, while Colress jolted and then tilted his head at them. “Is Ghetsis gone?” Colress musingly asked without skipping a beat.

“Lord Ghetsis is dead,” Loud affirmed.

Quiet looked just beyond Colress and saw that, behind a thick, wall of glass, Genesect lay inactive on its knees. The mostly-synthetic pokémon had been a private project of Colress’. He didn’t know what to think as he looked at it. It was not yet alive in any capacity, yet it was there, ready to be… made alive. Was that how Colress treated them and fixed them? Somewhere in the back of his mind, he did know that he and his brothers were human, but they couldn’t have been human in the same capacity that Colress or even Ghetsis were. Machinery and synthetic materials laced his body as well as his brother’s. Humans were made of flesh and bone, and couldn’t be repaired like they could, and they felt something called ‘pain,’ which was a concept mostly foreign to Quiet. He could feel brief flashes of pain to alert him that something was wrong, but after that, it would ebb. Humans seemed to feel pain until whatever issue they were experiencing was resolved…

“What do they want?” Rosa huffed as she glared at them, slinking closer to Colress.

“Can you fix our brother?” Loud blurted before Quiet could say anything. “He has no pulse. But is still mostly in one piece. Can you fix him?”

Colress winced at the question, and sharply turned back to the control panel in front of him, as well as to Genesect behind the glass. “No… He’s dead. There is no fixing that…” His voice was tense and wavered slightly.

“But he is different from Lord Ghetsis,” Loud pressed, a little more urgently. Quiet looked down at the floor and blinked. He didn’t know what he was feeling, but he didn’t like the idea of them suddenly being a duo rather than a triad. So much of their effectiveness revolved around the idea of them being three strong… “Our brother is made from mechanical parts. There is flesh, yes, but he is not the same as a human. He is not the same as Ghetsis.”

“I don’t believe this,” Rosa mumbled under her breath.

Giving them a look that was torn between shocked and apologetic, Colress shook his head at Loud, then at Quiet. “I… know that you three are partially built with mechanics and the like… but it all rides off your biological processes. You sleep to recharge certain devices in you, you eat to replenish calorie stores which teleportations use significant amounts of… And although I have a lot controlling how your brains function, they are still required for you to think, move… all of that.”

“You are going to make Genesect move and think,” Quiet softly interrupted as a thought passed through his mind. “Why can you not make our brother do that?”

Almost choking, Colress uncomfortably spat, “Because it would not be the same! He is dead! Can’t you understand that?” Shuffling his feet and clutching top of the control panel ahead of him, he hung his head, then shook it. “Of course, you don’t… I knew that… I’m sorry. I should not have yelled like that.”

“Are you seriously consoling them?” Rosa incredulously hissed. “It’s not like they sound that torn up about it… They’re just asking questions because they don’t understand… Arceus, they’re creeping me out. Can you send them away?”

“Miss Rosa…” Colress sighed. “They still have emotion even if most of it is beyond their comprehension, and I did create them, and… I did not mean for that to happen to their brother… I will study data from his action and processes scanners to see if I can pinpoint where the error was made that allowed him to get into that position, because there should have been something in place to keep him from being injured so badly, but I am sorry that I was not able to fix it before something like that happened…”

Impatiently, Rosa nodded her head at Genesect. “So, what… what is that thing, again? What are you wanting to do with it?”

“Oh, Genesect…” Colress blinked as he looked up. He paused and then glanced over his shoulder. “You two,” he said to them, “Can you… I don’t mind what you do for a while. But I would like to be alone with Miss Rosa for some time. I’ll call you back whenever I require you.”

Turning to Loud, Quiet tilted his head and stated, “I would like to check on Lord N.”

“The humans will not like us in the hospital.”

“We can turn invisible.”

“We can still be felt.”

“We will ensure we are not felt.”

“Oh, my Arceus, just leave!” Rosa snapped at them at last. A shiver seemed to run up her spine, and she shook her head. “Creepy bastards…”

Paying her no mind, Quiet and Loud both went invisible, and then teleported to Lord N’s signature. He was in a hospital bed, surrounded by various doctors and so forth. They patiently waited, carefully keeping out of anyone’s way, and keeping from bumping into anything, cloaked in invisibility, until N was finally alone. The dimness of the room and the skies outside suggested that it was late into the night by that point.

While Loud watched from a distance, Quiet picked his way near to the hospital bed, where N was draped beneath a blue blanket. A bandage, flecked red with blood, was wrapped around his head and over his left eye, but he was alive. He very much did have a pulse and although he was asleep, he was alive. Seeing him asleep there was such an odd feeling… Quiet didn’t have the words to describe it, but it reminded him of a time long ago…

When Ghetsis had first abandoned Lord N to the Giant Chasm, it had been Quiet he had sent to do it, and Quiet who had been carefully lectured on what to do if Lord N was in any sort of dangerous situation. It had been a long night of synthesizing the various parameters, but at last, he had been given the infant and teleported to the predetermined location near a Zoroark den. He also had a Darumaka in a Poké Ball, whom he was supposed to use to warm Lord N up if it became too dreadfully cold. Until the nearby family of Zoroark had taken N in, it had been Quiet’s job to take care of him, and he had spent months out there, tirelessly paying him attention except for the few minutes each day he had to return to the castle for maintenance at Anthea and Concordia’s hand (which, Anthea spent most of the first month in tears whenever he visited… he hadn’t understood that, but he had known it was N’s abandonment that had caused it, and that it was uncomfortable to look at her during her fits).

There had been many nights like this, where Quiet had holed away in a hollowed-out tree or vacant cavern with a sleepy, tired N, the Darumaka there to keep them both warm, as they slept through the night. Quiet did not understand the feelings that were drummed up by that time, but they were returning as he overlooked N in the hospital bed. Although he hadn’t forgotten the need to be quiet and to stay unnoticed, he just… wanted to hear something he had recorded a long time ago… From speakers built into his throat, he replayed the short clip, much to Loud’s obvious dismay in the way his brother perked up and locked his eyes on the door.

First, in the recording, there was the sound of a crying infant—Lord N. Secondly, one could hear someone—Quiet—shushing it, and then asking, “Why do you cry? Do you want the Darumaka closer? …Young humans are difficult to understand.” Yet, within seconds—during which, Quiet had, indeed, pulled N’s Darumaka closer to him and the pokémon had allowed the infant to cuddle it—N fell silent and as far as Quiet remembered, he had fallen asleep moments after. Lastly, in the recording, one could hear Quiet saying, “Goodnight,” in a deadpan.

Loud glared at him once the recording finished. He didn’t dare speak, still strictly following his own instructions to remain silent and unseen, but Quiet could tell he wanted to ask him why he had done that. Truthfully, Quiet didn’t entirely know why he had done it, either.

In the hospital bed, N stirred, and Quiet, still invisible, took a seat on the foot of the bed, careful to not touch N’s feet. He really did not understand the almost aching, yearning emotion in his chest as he realized this would likely be the last time he could be with N in any capacity. Lord Ghetsis is gone now, he wanted to say but couldn’t. You are free of him. I think you will smile more without him. You always were happier without him around, like when you were in the forest with the pokémon, or when you would invite us in to play with you, even though we… did not understand what you wanted. Quiet looked away from N, abruptly finding it uncomfortable and unpleasant to see him. I do not want this to be the last time I see you. But I do not think I can see you in the future… But I believe you will be happier and safer. In that case, I think I do not mind it so much…

Quiet sat there for quite some time. Perhaps it was even until the next morning. All he knew was that doctors had started to flood the room, and Loud convinced him that they should return to Dr. Colress and see if he needed anything done. The fateful days surrounding Ghetsis’ defeat and death were over.

It was back to work after that. Part of him was afraid that he would forget Lord N and everything they had been through… But that was why he had that recording of when N was a baby. It allowed him to never forget, even when his memory of Ghetsis became dim and unclear, who Lord N was, nor that confusing, yet overall pleasant achiness in his chest that came with his memory. No matter where Dr. Colress or Rosa dragged him and his remaining brother, he remembered Lord N… and he was quite content with it that way.

1. Dogs or Cats?

I like both, I’ve had both and I’m perhaps a bit more cat person nowadays. Still dogs will always have a special place in my heart. Especially German shepherd dogs. They’re actual people in dog form, I swear.

2. YouTube celebrities or normal celebrities?

I’m not into either. Though if I had to pick one, then maybe normal. I may be old-fashioned, but I find it quite odd one can become famous by just filming their everyday life instead of being an actor in a movie, writing a book or composing an album.

3. If you could live anywhere where would that be?

Japan. Sure, every country has their own problems, but in Japan I like how they generally seem to appreciate nature, their community, healthy food and work still has value. Their street fashion also seems to be so multicolored I’d fit in pretty well, unlike in my current country.

4. Disney or DreamWorks?

I’m not a fan of either, but if I had to choose, definitely DreamWorks. One: they make better movies and more original ones, and two: I’ve never understood the Disney hype anyway.

5. Favourite childhood TV show?

Power Rangers. Though watched later also the original, Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, and it was a lot better than the US version. Recommending warmly!

6. The movie you’re looking forward to most in 2020?

Usually the more some franchise has sequels the more skeptical I’m becoming of their quality. However, I’m a fan of the first three Saw movies and Valak is definitely squad goals, so I was thinking of going and watching The Organ Donor and Conjuring 3.

7. Favourite book you read in 2019?

I still haven’t finished it thanks to a certain MMO, but I have The complete fiction of H.P. Lovecraft on the go.

8. Marvel or DC?

I don’t like either, I’m not into superheroes. I also have the same problem with Marvel as I have with Disney: the hype. It’s so unfathomable it has distanced me. Though DC has Watchmen and Rorschach was amazing in the movie, so I guess DC?

9. If you choose Marvel favourite member of the X-Men? If you choose DC favourite Justice League member?

Uh... the what? *googles Justice League* ..... I have no clue who these characters are, haha. They’re all so muscular... and pretty... and hero-looking... urgh. I think I’m feeling a bit sick. Where’s the villain I can be salty about when they die? And why isn’t Rorschach on the list? He’s the hero I deserve!

10. Night or Day?

Definitely night. Feeling like a corpse during days, and once it becomes dark it’s like “LET ME SING YOU THE SONG OF MY PEOPLE.”

11. Favourite Pokemon?

I have to choose just one? Mismagius, Haunter, Kadabra, Mewtwo, Espeon, Umbreon, Houndoom, Suicune, Mightyena, Absol, Darkrai, Cofagrigus, Zoroark, Chandelure, Hydreigon, Reshiram, Mimikyu, Corviknight, Zacian

The Witcher series, Assassin’s apprentice + sequels, all Dragonlance books with Raistlin and Dhamon saga (except the 4th one; it sucked so bad I’m pretending I didn’t see anything and it doesn’t exist), The Shining, Pet Sematary, The complete fiction of H.P. Lovecraft. I’m quite picky with my books, but I guess that still makes even more than 10 books.

Pet Sematary (1989), Zombieland, Shaun of the Dead, Scary Movie 3. No matter how many times I watch these they just keep getting better.

15. America or Europe?

I’m evenhandedly disliking both for having an uncontrollable infestation of nazis, flat earthers, climate change skeptics, LGBT-phobes and religious fanatics either killing people or slowing down or banning basically anything that would be an improvement to someone else’s life except themselves. If we had inhabited other planets I would’ve been out of this disgrace of the universe eons ago. (:

16. Tumblr or Twitter?

Both are good, though personally I like tumblr more, since you can fit more stuff in posts. Though the new censorship and porn bot problem are beyond ridiculous.

17. Pro-choice or Pro-life?

Pro-choice. Duh.

18. Favourite YouTuber?

Cryo Chamber, Rapid Liquid and Li Ziqi. Especially Rapid Liquid’s quality content sums up perfectly what’s going on inside of my head when it’s not full of night terror creatures.

19. Favourite author ?

Either Andrzej Sapkowski (the Witcher), Robin Hobb (Assassin’s apprentice) or Stephen King. Can’t decide.

20. Tea or Coffee?

This... must be the most difficult question I’ve ever heard. What a horrendous sacrilege to even ask such. I couldn’t live without either.

21. OTP ?

I’ve never understood and most probably never will understand the fascination of pairings. Seems to me like everyone else are hyper excited of watching the grass grow and I’m just like ?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ??? ?

22. Do you play an instrument/sing ?

I used to play piano when I was a kid, but then I got Playstation and I quit. Nowadays I have an ocarina, and can play A Place to Call Home and Black Mage Village from FFIX and Lilium from Elfen Lied. Would love to learn to play cello once I find some energy, time and money to get started.
