Omg hello hi !! I'm still in the planning/concept phase of it (and Idk if I'll ever finish) but I'd be happy to tell you more! To clarify for whoever I'm not actually making books abt it but I'm, like, imagining the end result to be a picture book series if that makes sense.

Anyway !! Human, Hedgehog, Horse centers a trio in a medieval fantasy type setting. It is aimed towards younger kids so it's super simplistic and can be silly at times.

Here's some pictures, still deciding on little details but this is the gist of it!

Hugh Mann is going to be your average sweetheart. Not incredibly smart, dumb, strong, nor weak. Very average all around except that he's incredibly compassionate and will help out whenever he can.

Hejji the Hedgehog (Hejji meaning "hedge" in Japanese) is a little hedgehog that's very smart and can perform magic. She's the brains and logic of the trio. She loves studying and uses her magic to help! She also loves gushing about her favorite subjects to anyone who'll listen (mostly Hugh).

Hevonen the Horse (Hevonen just meaning "horse" in Finnish) is the most courageous. Settled on her title being "The Brave Bronco". She's a crazy thrill-seeker and that lets me sneak in the silly/nonsensical bits into it (she'll be flying with balloons, skateboarding, etc.). But she does try to teach others how to brave and leads/eases them into scary situations.

Stories are gonna be abt problems that I had as a kid, things that I still need to hear now, and just some general fun adventure. If anyone has suggestions for themes/plots/stories and whatnot I'm more than happy to hear 'em! And if anyone wants to illustrate these books I would absolutely welcome and love that since I'd probably struggle with that the most lmaooo

hey! sorry to bother you but how do you deal with harassment from Kiwifarms? i haven't been on there myself, but someone i know has and i really want some advice for them

this is kind of a harsh answer but the thing is there really isnt any way to stop the people on that website

no bullshit, they dont have any ulterior motive other than to have fun at the expense of others. its the same cringe culture bs thats been around forever, and its not going away and they cant be changed because they dont want to be changed so “dealing with them” all falls to you just…not giving a fuck i guess

egging them on is exactly what they want. theyll screenshot anything that deems itself interesting. hell theyll screenshot stuff that has nothing to do with anything cause thats the way the forums get 600+ pages and continue to be hot topics full of the most mindless discussion you could think of

and theres not anything you can do about it except the one thing everyone will tell you: ignore it

it took me like 2 whole years to finally get to the point where im at now. that is, where i realized not giving a fuck was way more rewarding than milking the drama. what you think may be kinda funny at first can spiral into absolute goddamn madness within a few hours cause those subthreads fill almost depressingly fast cause its all they do and all things considered, they do it well. which isnt something to be proud of but everyones gotta have some kind of talent

and you can be absolutely right in everything you do, or you could be someone whos changed into a better person after some time but it doesnt matter cause no matter what, theyre always going to find something to laugh at. theyll exaggerate because exaggerating is fun and theyll lie because lying is easy and theyll laugh because it makes life a little easier and theyll laugh harder when you tell them theyre a bunch of fucked up freaks because they know and they dont give a fuck

i know thats a long answer for some pretty simple advice but its all i got. im probably not the best person to ask about this as even in my threads prime i wasnt nearly as targeted as the bigger more popular users out there and now its mostly dead. sometimes they repost pictures of my pets and i cant blame them for that since my pets are fuckin great. but ive come a loooong way from where i was when it was cool to make fun of me. im 3 years older, ive moved out of my parents home and in with my beloved partner. ive got another job, and ive welcomed two cute and hilarious cats into my life and all things considered…im happier where i am now. which probably makes me pretty boring lmao.i still see a therapist for the changes i underwent and i still have bad days, but thats just life

and im sure sometime after this gets posted itll be reposted onto my thread and theyll all have more laughs and thats cool. or maybe itll just be ignored. oorrrr maybe theyll just get mad and call me an idiot again i dunno. it doesnt rly matter anymore. ive moved on
