Feel free to get specific in the tags :) I have a hot water bottle my goodest friend gave me and it's got a really cute pink bunny cover so it's comfortable to use as well as aesthetically pleasing (which I feel is something often overlooked in med supplies/pain relief items!)
I also have the grey cat Warmie his name is Mr. Teatime (like. that freak from the hogfather)

But most recently my heating pad has been the most practical though bc I no longer have a microwave and executive function and pain is a bitch and a half, so I don't always have the means to fill up my bottle because I'm. Suffering too much already. I can't wait to get a whole heated blanket again though! Love those guys

Black Ox: A Hardcore Test Enhancer Change My Life
Tumblr media
I’ve been using Black Ox for the past few months and I’ve been incredibly impressed with the results. As someone who’s always been interested in fitness and bodybuilding, I’ve tried a fair share of supplements over the years. However, Black Ox has truly exceeded my expectations.
Enhanced Strength and Muscle Growth
One of the most noticeable benefits I’ve experienced from using Black Ox is a significant increase in strength and muscle growth. My workouts have become more intense, and I’ve been able to lift heavier weights with greater ease. My recovery time has also improved dramatically, allowing me to train more frequently and effectively.
Boosted Testosterone Levels
Black Ox contains a blend of natural ingredients that have been scientifically shown to boost testosterone levels. Testosterone is a crucial hormone for building muscle, increasing strength, and enhancing overall athletic performance. I’ve noticed a surge in my energy levels and libido since I started taking Black Ox.
Improved Mood and Focus
In addition to its physical benefits, Black Ox has also had a positive impact on my mental well-being. I’ve experienced improved mood, increased focus, and reduced stress levels. This is likely due to the natural mood-boosting properties of some of the ingredients in the formula.

Gestalt Therapy - Holistico
Gestalt Therapy Techniques
Gestalt Therapy is a humanistic method of psychotherapy. It has an elaborate theory and a holistic approach to understanding the individual's personal experience. It focuses on the individual's responsibility for their present life, as well as their past experiences, physical needs, and overall human experience. The therapy is centered around helping clients become aware of themselves in order to gain insight into their present mental state. Therapists use methods such as role-playing and dream analysis to help clients confront unresolved issues from the past that may be influencing them in the present.
Gestalt Therapists focus on the present moment, as opposed to concentrating on the past and future. The gestalt view encourages clients to become aware of their fixed self-image and Therapists help clients to process this information by asking questions that encourage them to look at the present moment from a different angle. Clients can also benefit from learning new coping strategies during therapy sessions that will help them to address difficult situations outside of the therapy room.

Gestalt Therapy is a therapeutic approach that emphasizes the present moment and personal responsibility. It focuses on how individuals perceive, think, and act in their social contexts. Through this counseling method, therapists use various techniques to help clients examine their relationship with themselves and others. In essence, this type of therapy encourages individuals to be more aware of their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors so they can create positive changes in their life. Establishing a trusting relationship between therapist and client allows for greater insight into one's self-awareness which can lead to more effective healing outcomes. Gestalt therapy helps to foster personal growth by empowering clients to take ownership of their own lives through increased self-understanding.
In a Gestalt Therapy session, therapists work with clients to help them identify and complete this unfinished gestalt in order to move forward with life. A great step is taken by therapists when working with clients so that they can understand their feelings about past conflicts and how it affects them now. It’s an important part of the therapeutic process for clients as it helps them move forward from these experiences and become more self-aware.
It is a psychodynamic therapy that focuses on helping people become aware of their immediate thoughts and feelings in the present moment, while also owning the cognitive self. accepting the goal of Gestalt therapy is for clients to gain insight into their current situation and develop healthier ways of living by exploring unresolved issues from their past. By addressing these issues, they can better understand themselves and use this knowledge to make positive changes moving forward.

Steam
A film over my eyes slowly dissipates as the warm water graces my face. The smell of the Mint salts combine with rose shampoo as I try to cover my form in the water even more.
As I fully submerge myself into the water, my joints pop back into their original  positions as relief floods me mind.
The steam clears everything, mind and body, as it hides me from my thoughts.
Every intrusive thought is barred off, waiting at the bathroom door for my exit. Lying in wait but for now I will exist in a moment of peace taking in the scents of peppermint and roses

Note
forgive my absolute ignorance and maybe stupidity, but does swimming and other pool related activities help hypermobility? Whenever I told anyone related to medicine I'm having joint pain, they told me to take many a bath and frequent a pool
yes. water-related actitivites help with joint pain a) by in the case of exercise like aerobics and swimming building muscle and b) doing so whilst relieving pressure on the joints because the water is holding you up
hot baths will relieve pressure on the joints (unlike standing or even sitting to take a shower) and the heat will relax the muscles whilst the water supports you
