Day 3 [13/12/2016]
It’s Tuesday night, end of third full day. I feel so positive and fantastic. I have all day.
I woke up in a bit of a mood, due to an unfortunate bad dream. But I woke up and had the energy and motivation to get shit done. I went through my little regime and had my breakfast shake. I was frisky this morning; I put two strawberries in with my vanilla F1. Yumm!
I went for a 10km walk today. It was such beautiful weather. Deciding to get back into playing Pokemon GO and hatching some eggs (which require you to walk X km) made it a bonus haha. I had some cravings again. But realised I’d be so disappointed in myself if I had dim sims so walked home to have lunch. 
Had a killer salad for lunch- chicken, kale, spinach, cherry tomatos, red onion, bit of avocado and some fresh lemon juice drizzled over the top. SO GOOD.
I’m having less headaches now, which is good. And I’m overall feeling a lot better. Not needing naps to get through the day already is amazing. I felt so unproductive but like I couldn’t function without them before. Now the idea of napping just feels like a waste of time where I could be keeping active or focusing on productivity.
I also bought an exercise bike today. I love the idea of catching up on a few of my shows and new movies, watching motivational videos, or listening to my favourite music in the comfort of my own home on a stationary bike. It gets delivered tomorrow. Woo!
A personal win today was having a friend on Facebook message saying the photo of my lunch, the amazing salad, was inspiring. It filled me with such a wonderful feeling, which has lead me to decide to say fuck it and post this on my Facebook! Bit of a short and bland post, because I REALLY want to get back to writing out tomorrow’s goals and planning my weekend. That and there’s not too much to post. I’m feeling amazing and I’m so curious to know if stats say my body is healthier than when I started. Though, so soon.. I have to wait!

I can’t stand these all sentences I am buying #organicfood and #glutenfree but they do not eat fruits and veggies at all. Seriously? They would if you put that #practise as a #dailyroutine Do not pretend it never happened. These is all about #healthychoices #healthyfood #healthywellbeing #enjoyment #smoothie #toddlerlovessmoothies It’s same think like you do not introduce #books to little one because they can tear up - oh dear, how can they get use to and start learning when u don’t let them. It may be controversial- not at all, like #breastfeeding - I must do that! No, u don’t! Milk is a milk.
