Goal 1 Done 🎊🎊
I’ve officially reached my first goal!!! So excited. I’ve lost a total of 15 pounds. I’ve learned a lot and grown and am excited for my next goal, 10 more.
I think I’m going to treat myself and buy the bike that I’ve been eyeing for a while.

Health is a state of complete well-being _ It takes little actions every day. It's consistency with healthy habits. Big, overarching acts are nice, but it's more than that. What good is it if you eat healthy meals one day a week but you don't do it the other six days of the week? So, here are a few small-ish tips to help you start becoming a healthier being. _ Be an early riser. Get an early start on the day. Have a plan and know what you are going to be doing for the day. Plan your meals out. It helps your mindset to know beforehand what you are eating. It does for me. Drink water. It's the easiest thing to do during the day but most of us ignore it! _ Is this a lot? No. But it's a start. When I decided to get healthier, I had to start with one small habit at a time. Any more than that and I got overwhelmed and I stopped. So, if you are struggling, I see you! I’m getting closer and closer to my goal. So excited. I think I’m going to start logging my food through tumblr as well. Trying to be more conscious about what I eat. Dinners are probably going to be mostly soup for the rest of the winter. Lower carb and full of veggies. Last nights was a yummy golden beet soup.

December goals/late Nov update
Ugh so as typical thanksgiving was CRAZY!! Not only was there a ton of family in town I just had to go and get sick on Black Friday. I’m still not quite 100% but getting there. I’m to the point that I’m ready to start working out again but know that I can’t until I stop sniffling and hacking. Patience has never been a strong suit of mine😬

Went for another morning run, actually pulled myself out of bed for it lol, and got a little faster. My goal is to being able to run 1.5 miles in less than 16 minutes and I’m almost there. I get really winded after 1 mile and can’t quite keep up my pace but I’m getting there.

Tuesday check in
So yesterday was pretty good. I switched up my weekly schedule planning for a even that we didn’t end up making it too. There was a corgi parade downtown but we didn’t make it cause 1 corgi doesn’t behave around other dogs and our other corgi had hurt himself and was limping. Anyways I decided to go to yoga yesterday instead of Thursday. OMG I thought I knew how hot hot yoga got but clearly I was wrong. Sweat just dripping off me. It was a great class and I was sore the next day. Tuesday I went for a run and am finally under an 11 minute mile. I think I celebrated a little too hard at dinner but you live and learn and keep moving forward. Today I’m swimming and Thursday is another run.
