My boyfriend made me a glass of peppermint tea after work tonight, which is extra sweet because we don't get off work until 12am so late night things like this are extra special. Not to mention the migraine I've had for the last 4 hours of our shift. My appreciation for him lead me to researching some benefits of peppermint tea. Some of my favourites include soothing upset stomach & preventing nausea. Peppermint oil has been linked to relieving migraines and headaches, therefore it is believed you may benefit from drinking peppermint tea in a similar way.
