To me the thing is that like Bruce had the safety of some form of “professional boundary” with dick n obviously they clicked and then after dick left was like oh he meant so much to me :( and so jumped feet first into literal actual fatherhood with a kid who not only *doesn’t* have a trauma that scarily parallels bruces but is traumatized in ways he doesn’t understand. Don't you think it's scarier, after all is said and done, to sit there and think I didn't notice a thing? I wouldn't have ever realised? I would never have known?
