Can we all kind of agree that dc needs to heavily improve their power scaling? Whenever I look at the geoforce tag I get that godawful Batman Damian and talia comic where Brion rips off the costume or whatev and hello?!? The guy controls gravity so well he can stop bullets??? As athletic as the non metas in that area were they’re nowhere near as fast as a bullet he should’ve been able to pin them to the spot with his powers alone.

Yes I’m still salty ab Brion getting partially butchered writing wise. They could never make me actually hate him especially when it comes to being against talia as cool as she is I don’t like her. In fact I actually don’t like Damian or Bruce either, I seriously only read some issues of that comic for Brion alone.

my dad and i used to sing billy joel’s piano man with each other at every family party. like not actually sing it like perform it with each other but it was on every playlist at every party and when it came on we’d stand in the middle of the room and sing all of five minutes and 38 seconds of it together. because my dad’s been the biggest billy joel fan since the dawn of time and i learned the words because it was his favorite song. anyways over the last couple of years i obviously rarely attend any family parties but when i do ive noticed that they still play piano man but he never looks for me to sing it with anymore. he’ll sing it with his cousin or his friend or my 3 year old cousin that obviously doesn’t know the words because she is literally 3 years old. and i know that this is some bizarre kind of punishment because that is who he is as a person so i try not to think about it. of course this is relevant now because on our rsvp for the wedding i (stupid) left a space for song requests and my dad did of course request piano man. and now i have to decide whether or not i want to put it on the playlist.

I could ramble a whole post about Husk and what I hc are very complex feelings to Al

I could ramble about how he’s the only one that’s been brave enough to lash out at him, to swat at him, and that he was concerned enough to warn Al about Mimzy, without any indication that it was just for the hotel

Or about how he may be one of the only ones that Alastor has trusted to tell him about his leash, or perhaps has WITNESSED IT himself, has seen who commands Alastor and who he fears

Or talk about how after initially being disappointed to see he’s still not free in the finale, he still, regardless, draws back into a loose embrace after Al reappears. He easily could have just yanked away entirely like Lucifer had.

Or how they’ve probably in all these years had some civil, maybe even good moments, and how Alastor’s been vulnerable enough with him that Husk has obviously seen who he’s in a deal with or he’s talked to him about it

Or how canonly he’s meant to be in the category of Al’s close friends (even though friendship is clearly problematic and not always deep with Al but still)

and how I do think as well as relief for Husk there’d be more than that for him if Al died, and be at least some grief

And that I think Al might change and let him go before the end of the series

• Damian, his one and only older brother. An angel birth to bless this hellish place, he's very kind, polite, and he sees him with such a kind gaze that he doesn't know what to say

Damian usually would visits him in the time the sun rise, or that's what he say. And he would bring desserts and trinkets to him, he would speak to him about anything and is very patient when he doesn't understand what he is saying.

#011 like Damian a lot, the only good thing in this hell on earth.

• American Guy, #011 first impression of him is as bad as his impression on American guy. He didn't like sharing Damian with him and he's with Damian first, like how unfair is that!

Although with time it prove that American guy is nice, he's nice to be around and good at making up stories for his doll lore. And Damian look at them fondly whenever they are playing! And he sometimes even play with them! How great is that!
