Sweet Nothings T | 545 words Prompt for @steddielovemonth: Love is wanting to do everything with someone, even if it's nothing special
Eddie has his keys in hand, holding his jacket with his teeth as he gets ready to leave, when someone knocks on the door.
"Hiya, Ed," Steve greets with a grin, that quickly falters. "Oh, sorry, is it a bad time?"
"Sorta? You're not interrupting anything important."
"But you have other plans. No worries, I'll- uh... what are you going out for?"
"Need a part for the van. Was gonna head up to the scrap yard, see if I could find anything there."
"Oh, cool. I could help, if you want?"
"You sure? It's pretty boring."
"Nah, it'll be fun! C'mon, tell me what you need."
Steve steps back, waving Eddie over to his car.
"You sure you want us to go in your car? Some of the shit we're grabbing is gonna be dirty."
"So I'll clean it? Come on, I'm excited now."
"Excited to go digging through a scrap yard?"
"With you? Yeah." He walks back over, gently pushing Eddie towards his car. "We can make it fun! And I know Henderson has been on your ass as much as he has been on mine about us finally hanging out."
"You're just bored with nothing else to do, aren't you?"
"Yeah, I am. But, hey, two birds with one stone!"
Eddie sighs, finally stepping to the passenger door, rolling his eyes. "Fine, whatever, let's go."
Steve whoops, doing a little fistpump, before rushing to the car when Eddie raises an eyebrow at him.
He keeps up conversation the entire drive and Eddie quickly realises that Steve... he genuinely loves cars. He doesn't know a lot about how they work and, knowing now that Eddie does, he has a lot of questions.
Eddie is happy to answer them.
At the scrapyard, they end up distracted almost immediately. Eddie ends up spending most of the time showing Steve how engines work.
Thanks to the visual and practical aid, Steve learns fast. It only takes him two attempts and a lot of running around, tearing other shit apart, to get one of the abandoned, broken engines to roar to life.
It sputters out as soon as it starts, but it does start.
"This stuff is so cool!" Steve says, bouncing on the balls of his feet, as they finally head back to the car.
Thanks to how much destruction they'd thoroughly caused, finding the little replacement part that Eddie needed hadn't taken long.
"Yeah, surprisingly so."
"Aww," Steve coos, teasingly. "But are you saying that because you mean it or because you love me?"
"It can't be both?"
"That- oh, haha."
"Didn't even mean to make that pun. I'm just that funny, huh."
"No, your jokes are terrible."
"Steve, hey," Eddie stops, faking a serious tone. "You can't say things like that about your boyfriend, it's not nice."
"What are you, the love police?"
"Yes. Put your hands up, you're under arrest."
Steve sticks his tongue out at him, before sprinting off to the car.
Eddie is hot on his heels, struggling to keep himself from laughing as he yells after him, unable to bite back the grin.
He can't help but wonder how he'll ever manage to come back to the scrapyard without Steve.
Nothing is ever as fun as it is when they're together.

Third request since you opened them, I just have a lot of ideas. I was rereading the Bee's team meets megatons daughter with the opposite personality Buddy and it got me thinking. You know how Knockout, Breakdown, Steve, and maybe Soundwave? Couldn't tell. But you know how all of them switched side because of Buddy in that one fic you wrote? (Or maybe not, there's a nagging thought in the back of my mind that I dreamed that.) Imagine they all notice that Buddy's missing and there's a slight panic because yeah, Buddy can take care of herself but why wouldn't she tell them? They find out that Buddy's back on earth and now there are a few ex-cons standing at the scrapyard's gate. (Or maybe Knockout never left earth and already knew she was there? Because there's that one episode where Bumblebee and Strongarm are thrown into the car lot with the uhm, wheel cuff things, and it pans out to a very suspicious cherry red Aston Martin. I refuse to believe that's not Knockout. And since Fixit (I think, can't remember.) and the humans had to go and rescue them maybe Buddy tagged along and Knockout saw them? Buddy might've also seen Knockout and decided to get the wheel cuff off of him as well. (Or maybe he didn't have a wheel cuff, can't remember. Jeez, how much have I said that?)) Anyways this was just a really long ramble of an idea that can be taken multiple ways. So do what you wanna do with this.
There's a bit of an explanation on the timeline in here. If it sounds a bit confusing, feel free to let me know so I can explain it better.
Also, added a little extra in here...
Hope you enjoy!
Megatron's daughter with the opposite personality reactions from Knockout, Breakdown, Steve, and Soundwave finding out she went missing
SFW, Platonic, Romance, Familial, Cybertronain reader
RiD 2015
Going through the canon timeline of megs daughter.
Soundwave does get sent to the shadow zone through an altercation.
Buddy never finds out what happened to him.
She believes that he left Megatron during the chaos.
She was a bit sad that he never came back to talk to her or anything, but she also believed that he was taking some time to find himself after being a Decepticon for so long.
Knockout and Breakdown end up having joint stay between earth and Cybertron.
The pair loved driving through Earth scenery and was a place to escape Cybertron for a while.
Most of the Decepticons had started their new lives on Cybertron now that the war was over.
Buddy was no different.
Not only had she started a brand-new life, Buddy and Steve had recently become Conjunx Endura after a while of dating.
Steve had been on an away assignment for his work when Buddy left through the portal of their shared habsuite.
Steve walking into their home.
“Buddy! I’m back!”--Steve
Silence…
“Buddy! I’m back?”--Steve
Silence…
Steve starts looking around the home.
“Buddy? Buddy if this is another joke, I don’t like it!”--Steve
A few minutes later…
Knockout looks at his monitor seeing Steve calling.
“Breakdown its Steve!”--Knockout
“Put him on.”--Breakdown
Steve shows up on the screen.
“Hey Ste—”--Breakdown
“SHE’S GONE!”--Steve
Breakdown and Knockout out jump a bit.
“Gone? Who’s gone?”--Knockout
Steve has his servo on his helm.
“BUDDY! BUDDY’S NOT HERE!”--Steve
“Calm down Steve. Maybe she went out for a walk or something. Or maybe she went to go visit a friend. Remember last time?”--Breakdown
“…Maybe your right…”--Steve
“But if she doesn’t come back in a week then let us know.”--Breakdown
“Steve nods and hangs up.
One week later…
Steve starts calling Knockout and Breakdown.
Breakdown answers.
“Hey—Primus Steve!”--Breakdown
Steve looks tired and on the verge of a literal break down.
“SHE’S STILL NOT HERE!”--Steve
Soundwave, meanwhile, had spent his time looking for Megatron’s signal. He escaped the shadow zone a couple weeks before Buddy showed up, so he didn’t know that she was here.
Soundwave picks up on a frantic link between Knockout, Breakdown and Steve about Buddy disappearing.
He follows the frequency to Breakdown and Knockout which scares them half to death.
“Soundwave!”—Breakdown and Knockout
Soundwave stands there with his arms crossed.
“Breakdown—Knockout—Buddy?”--Soundwave
“We don’t know. Steve just told us she went missing from their home.”--Breakdown
Soundwave clenches his servos a bit.
The sound of a portal gets their attention.
Out pops out Steve.
“I’m here! I’m—SOUNDWAVE?!”--Steve
“Explain.”--Soundwave
“Steve is here to assist us on the search for Buddy.”--Knockout
Soundwave steps to Steve.
Knockout and Breakdown step to Steve’s side.
“He is Buddy’s Conjunx Soundwave. He has the right to be here.”--Breakdown
Soundwave freezes a bit hearing it.
“Buddy—Conjunx?”—Soundwave
Steve gulps a bit but puts on a brave face.
“Yes, I’m her Conjunx. A Conjunx that’s worried for her safety. We’d really appreciate it if you helped us find her.”--Steve
Soundwave pauses a bit and turns to Knockout.
“Continue.”--Soundwave
“As I was saying, a day’s weeks ago I was booted and taken to the yard where I saw this other Autobot get stuck there too, awfully annoying mind you. And then look who shows up but Bumblebee and his new crew.”--Knockout
“He has a new team?”--Steve
“Yes, and I swear I heard him say ‘Buddy’. I thought at the time he was remembering her from Cybertron, but now that she went missing, there is a chance that Bumblebee might know where she is.”--Knockout
“What are we waiting for? Let’s go!”--Steve
“Slow down Steve we don’t even have a trail on where—”--Breakdown
“Signal—found. 30—minutes—east—city. Coordinates on—commlink.”--Soundwave
“Now we go!”--Steve
Steve transforms and speeds down the road.
“…He’s good to Buddy. Their a good match for each other.”--Breakdown
Soundwave looks at Steve’s retreating form.
“Soundwave—will see—about that.”--Soundwave
It’s nighttime when they arrive to the scrapyard.
Knockout thinks about literally knocking on the door.
They hear Buddy yelling.
“Okay we need a good plan—”--Knockout
Steve uses Breakdown like a steppingstone and launches himself over the high wall.
“Or we can go in guns blazing I guess…”--Knockout
“Soundwave—approve.”--Soundwave
Breakdown offers Knockout and Soundwave a way over.
He could wait until they opened the door.
Soundwave and Knockout are now over the wall.
All the scrapyards’ alarms are sounding.
The team is on high alert when Fix-it mentions the Decepticon signals inside the scrapyard.
Bee tells Buddy to get Denny and Russel out of the area.
Buddy grabs her friends and sets on leading them to the other side of the scrapyard with Fix it.
Steve is dodging blasters and staffs like it was his job back in the Decepticons.
He is slightly hurt that Bee didn’t recognize him but then again, he does have a pretty basic frame.
Steve raises his servos in surrender.
“HOLD IT! HOLD IT!”--Steve
“Freeze Decepticon!”--Strongarm
“Hey! I said hold it! Now, I’m not here to hurt anyone—”--Steve
“I am.”--Soundwave
“Soundwave?!”--Bumblebee
The weapons get charged up and ready to attack.
“WE are not here to attack. Listen, Bumblebee, we’re just here to—”--Steve
“Where did everyone go?”--Breakdown
Breakdown and Knockout walk in on the standoff.
“Knockout? Breakdown? What is going on?!”--Bumblebee
Steve face palms.
“That’s what I’ve been trying to explain but everyone here seems to keep on interrupting me!”--Steve
Silence.
“Now. We came here to ask you if you’ve seen Buddy around?”—Steve
“Buddy?”--Bumblebee
The team immediately gets ready to attack.
“If you think we’re about to give her to you, then your sorely mistaken.”--Drift
“So, you do know where she is!”--Steve
Grimlock steps up front.
“And you’re going to have to go through me if you want her.”--Grimlock
“Fine by me.”--Steve
Meanwhile, with Buddy...
“I think we’re safe here.”--Buddy
“Thank the Prime’s.”—Fix-it
“AAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!”
Buddy freezes.
She quickly looks at Denny Russel and Fix it.
“Stay here.”--Buddy
With that Buddy sprints back.
Grimlock had grabbed Steve and slammed him to the ground when he tried to get past him.
Steve luckily manages to get out of his grip and falls back.
Buddy is sprinting back to the main part of the scrap yard ready for whatever she was going to face.
She hides behind some used oil barrel and takes a peek at who the trouble was.
Buddy spots Steve on his knees, holding his side a bit.
She runs out of her hiding place.
“HOLD YOUR FIRE! HOLD YOURE FIRE!”--Buddy
Most of Team Bee looks in shock that Buddy starts running past them.
“Buddy! Don’t—”--Grimlock
“HOLD YOURE FIRE!”--Buddy
The team hesitantly puts some of their weapons down.
Buddy rushes over to Steve, who was frozen seeing Buddy there.
“Primus Steve are you okay? That denting doesn’t look too—Oof!”--Buddy
Steve fights the shooting pain on his side and flings his arms around Buddy pulling her incredibly close.
“Oh, Thank the Allspark you’re okay!”--Steve
He lets go to look her over.
“Are you hurt? Where did you go? Were you kidnapped? What’s—“--Buddy hugs him tight making him go quiet.
He just wraps his arms around her and stifles a sob in his throat.
“I’m sorry… I didn’t know this was going to be such a long mission, but when Prime calls you, you gotta go.”--Buddy
“Excuse me when Prime what?”--Steve
“CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON?!”—Sideswipe
Team Bee is extremely confused.
Soundwave takes a few steps forward and Buddy launches at her uncle he hugs back surprising everyone.
Then she goes to Knockout and Breakdown.
There is a lot to explain.
Steve stays by Buddy’s side the entire time.
“Hey Buddy, who is… Steve exactly?”--Denny
“He’s my Conjunx.”--Buddy
Steve feels a swell of pride and love hearing those words.
Steve grabs Buddy’s servo.
“That’s still sounds nice, you know.”--Steve
Buddy smiles shyly at him.
“Your Conjunx!”—Team Bee
“How come you never told us?!”--Sideswipe
“It never came up?”--Buddy
“What’s a Conjunx?”--Russel
“The Earth equivalent of a significant other.”--Breakdown
“You’re married?!”--Russel
“How?!”--Sideswipe
Buddy looks at Steve.
“That’s a story for another time.”--Buddy
“No, that’s a story for now.”--Sideswipe
“Another time.”--Buddy
“Now!”--Sideswipe
In the end Knockout and Breakdown end up going back to their home on earth. They do offer their services in case something bad does happen in their area.
Soundwave decides to take some time for himself not knowing what to do with everything now that the war is over.
Steve decides to stay in the scrapyard with Buddy and Team Bee.

Rid Drift x Fembot reader, both are Conjux, the Reader already knew Drift when they were ShadowRaker's students, but Drift escaped taking the Minicons and the reader, and when ShadowRaker arrives on earth, he takes the reader, since before Shadow Raker was in love with her, but the reader was not, but now he wants to force her to be his Conjux and treat Slipstream and Jetstorm as his Sparklings
Drift Saving His S/O From Shadow Raker
Character: Drift (Robots in Disguise 2015) Requester: @zinnia1506 A/N: I literally had the episode up and kept pausing it to make sure the plot was going correctly, lmao. My fingers are practically dead after writing this long ass piece of art so I hope it's good! By the way, Y/N's speech is pink in here. I have no reasoning for it, I just wanted to do it here! Anyways, enjoy <3 ⚠️ Spoilers/Trigger Warnings for: Mentions of parents being missing (maybe abandonment), trauma, unwanted physical touch, fighting, self-doubt, kidnapping, assault, and objectifying the Reader (maybe some yandere-behavior from Shadow Raker??) ⚠️
Maybe my longest piece so far🤣
╔══════════════════════════════════════════╗
╚═════ Drift ═════════════════════════════════╝
🏯 When you were a young-adult Cybertronian, your Sire and Carrier had disappeared early on in the war, leaving you an orphan with quite a bit of heavy lifting, as you were caring for your younger brother
🏯 As a couple weeks on Cybertron passed, you were taken in by a slightly older mech, one by the name of Shadow Raker. And you liked him, he was an excellent teacher, though you did disagree with a few things he did
🏯 While time passed, he picked up another student by the name of Dreadlock. At the time, you and him were at odds, as you were competing for Shadow Raker's praise, but you did eventually connect and begin hanging around with one another when training and when not
🏯 One cycle, Dreadlock had burst into the room you were in and taken your servo, saying how he saw Shadow Raker doing something beyond evil. You were shocked to hear everything, so, you grabbed your brother and two minicons that Shadow Raker had taken in and fled with the guys
🏯 It was many years later that you ended up teaming with the Bee Team on Earth in an effort to capture any rogue Decepticons that broke out of the Alchemor from some unknown force. And alongside your now sparkmate, Deadlock -now called Drift-, your two boys, Slipstream and Jetstorm, and your younger brother, Requiem, you were quite the power-team
🏯 As the team walked out of the Groundbridge, you saw a ship -one that was quite familiar to you and Drift- and your optics widened as Drift laid his servo on your shoulder to help ground you and your anxieties
"Drift. Any information you or Y/N have on the pilot, now's the time." Bee said.
🏯 Looking at you and back at Bee, Drift began to speak;
"His name is Shadow Raker. He trains wayward bots to steal for him in exchange for shelter and protection. He calls them his 'Shadows'. His pleasure in corrupting the innocent is matched only by his greed."
"No matter who or what stands in his way, he will go through any hoops, using any tactic he must, to obtain what he wants." You added.
"Charming." Bee said. "Ready for ambush team."
🏯 You all noticed that the door for Shadow Raker's ship opened, making you pull your guard up higher than it has been since you took in your brother
"Shadow Raker's strongest defenses will be at the entrance hatch. Come, I know another way in."
"Drift, any idea why he's on Earth?" Strongarm asked.
"I suspect for personal business."
»–•–«
"My long lost students." Shadow Raker said from behind.
🏯 Turning around while clutching your weapon, a longer-bladed version of Drift's own sword, you felt your spark pounding with fear, and you knew your brother, who was back at the Scrapyard with Fixit and the humans, could feel it as well
"I have come for the things you took from me. You shouldn't take things that don't belong to you, Deadlock."
"I no longer answer to Deadlock, and I have nothing that is yours!"
🏯 Watching as Drift attacked Shadow Raker, you were shocked to see his optics get covered with the same web-like material he would use when training you
🏯 You stepped in front of your sparkmate, who had fallen against a nearby wall from Shadow Raker's kick, and you held your blade up, just barely making it to his neck-cables
"Next time we meet, your new associates won't bail you out." The 'Con said as your team's pede-steps approached.
🏯 You watched as your former Sensei ran off and went through an elevator and you looked back to help Drift remove the substance from his face as he grunted in frustration
"Easy Drift, easy. Where's Shadow Raker?" Bee asked, standing next to you both.
"He escaped." You said.
"He knew we'd be waiting at this exit and was prepared for both of us to attack."
"How do you guys both know so much about Shadow Raker?" He asked.
🏯 Drift's arms hung down as you continued to attempt to gently get the covering off of him and you held his servo in your own while your other, more dominant, one tried to peel the edge off, like how you have seen Russell take of a band-aid
"We were both once two of his Shadows..." Drift admitted, "Before we found the proper path."
"It's okay. We all have times in our past we'd rather forget."
"No kidding." Grimlock butted in. "Once I was smashed in a spaceport and got my tail stuck in a plasma-converted. Woo! Did that smell."
🏯 You managed to get the stuff off of Drift when Strongarm held the opposite side, you then thanked her and began to notice that Sideswipe had joined up with you guys and Bee had communicated with Fixit
"Bingo! Let's go on a bug-hunt!"
»–•–«
🏯 You walked alongside Grimlock down the mountain while Drift stayed with Bee. It hurt that you were practically useless when fighting against your former master, but seeing how affected Drift was made it so much wore for you
"Hey, Y/N. You okay?" Grimlock asked, looking down at you from his dino-form.
"Yeah, I'm fine Grim. Don't worry." You said.
"Are you sure? You seemed pretty nervous back at the ship."
"Grimlock. I said I'm fine, alright?" You snapped, making the Dinobot flinch slightly at your tone.
"I'm sorry. It's just..."
"You'd rather not be focused on a topic like Shadow Raker?"
"Yeah, I guess. Seeing how much this has affected Drift in such a short period of time hurts... and I know that I can't do anything to really help him outside of something physical like fighting makes it even worse."
"Well... if you need to talk, you can come to me, yeah?"
"Yeah." You chuckled, "Thank you Grimlock, you're an amazing friend."
🏯 Grimlock smiled at you as you looked ahead, seeing how Drift summoned Slipstream and Jetstorm and told them to stay close to him. You saw just how the two happily accepted the order and ran to stay beside him and smiled, they were so innocent... thank Primus Drift got you out of there before they got tampered beyond repair with
🏯 Bee stopped and told us all to go separate ways. You ran off with Drift and the minicons while the others ran in different directions. Hopefully Shadow Raker wouldn't prove to be too much of an issue
»–•–«
🏯 Drift's swords were drawn as you walked next to the boys, your own sword in your better servo while your other stayed free in case of needing to shield yourself from one of Shadow Raker's web-attacks
"Pupils, stay close."
"You heard him, keep nearby us." You reinforced.
🏯 The boys nodded and stayed near your legs, and you could tell they were getting to the same level of nervousness you were at
"Enough games, Shadow Raker. Face me honorably, if you dare."
🏯 Hearing the sound of his alt-mode behind you, you spun around quickly and shielded the boys with your sword while Drift stood stiffer, his own weapons now held with the purpose of defense and not just to scare off the 'Con
"I seem to remember you were the one who abandoned me, Deadlock. Now how is that honorable?"
"My name is not Deadlock."
"And you stole these three from my tender care when you left. Honor dictates you return them to me and you all receive punishment for your betrayal."
"What do you know about honor? And tender care? You have your students, Cybertronians you should be caring for without anything to gain from except love, yet you treat them like pieces of a machine!" You said, making Slipstream and Jetstorm back up to stand closer to you and out of your former boss' reach.
"And Y/N, how could I forget about you? You were my best alumni; smart, strong, and above all else, wonderfully appealing to the optic~"
"Excuse me?"
"Of course Deadlock couldn't tell you why he wanted you to be taken away from my care." Shadow Raker continued.
🏯 You narrowed your optics as Drift's mood worsened, you felt it through your sparkbond. And, instead of trying to calm him down, you allowed his anger to grow
"Then do tell me, Shadow Raker. Why did Drift 'take' me from your influence. It must have been for a decent reason, no?"
"Well, to put it in simpler terms." The mech chuckled, "He knew just how much I admired you. The way you held yourself against many, large or small, you kept your stance despite any signs of the odds not being in your favor. It was admirable. And the way that my other Shadows treated you like a second master, it made me imagine... what if you were their second master? And you stood by my side, as my equal, my other half... what if you were mine?"
🏯 His? This had to be a joke.
"They are not property!" Drift yelled, attacking Shadow Raker with his swords head-first, little care for his safety.
🏯 Readying your own weapons to keep Slipstream and Jetstorm safe, you heard them yell for permission to assist Drift in the assault against your opponent. And you knew when he yelled for them to do as they were told that Shadow Raker was going to use this to his advantage as well
"I always taught you. Concern for others is folly. And often fatal. Y/N learned that when her Sire and Carrier went missing all those years ago."
🏯 Your optics widened as you remembered them. How your Sire would hold you on his shoulder while taking a walk around his work with the rest of the Cybertronian Council. How your Carrier would read you stories of times long past whenever your energy grew after fueling up
🏯 How dare he mentioned them in such a way!
"Don't look for your friends to help, Deadlock." He said, sending his word at Drift's helm, only for him to dodge and deal more deadly attacks.
"My name is Drift!"
"How can we aid our teacher when he won't permit us to fight?" Jetstorm asked as you looked down at him with concern.
"We will find another way." Slipstream answered as you nodded.
🏯 Seeing how Shadow Raker pinned Drift to a tree with his webs, you held your own weapon closer as he looked back and began to speak to you three as the orange-mech struggled to free himself
"He has held you close in fear of losing you the same way I did with him. Had I not, he'd still be at my side."
"Shadow Raker, we doubt it." Slipstream said, allowing Jetstorm to jump on his own weapon and launch himself at him, attempting an attack.
🏯 You were about to grab the minicons when Shadow Raker spewed his webbing once more, knocking the boys and you down and making Drift watch in shock and concern
"Do not touch them!"
"But I promised punishment for your betrayal. It's only honorable to deliver on one's promises."
🏯 Yelling as he tried picking you up, Shadow Raker growled and webbed your mouth, making your screams harder to hear. You then felt the boys hit your front as he swung them behind with you
"Well Deadlock, I've enjoyed our little reunion."
"There is nowhere you can go to escape me. You cannot run far enough where I cannot find you! My sparkmate and pupils will never be hidden in your grasp long enough for you to taint them once again!"
"Well I suppose we'll see, won't we?"
»–•–«
🏯 You sat restrained alongside your boys, trying to keep them calm while Shadow Raker stood at his control station, speaking about his shields and whatnot
🏯 He didn't seem shocked when Drift admitted to being in a sparkbond with you. Could he possibly have suspected it before? Was it obvious from the way he defended you before that when he yelled it, he wasn't surprised?
🏯 Was Drift and the rest of the team alright down on Earth?
"Thank the Primes you came for me, Shadow Raker. Drift forced me to serve him." Slipstream said, knocking you our of your daze.
"Slipstream!" Jetstorm yelled.
"Yes, you seemed quite conflicted when your friend, eh, tried to kick my head off."
"That was for Drift's benefit. I learned to obey him so he wouldn't punish me. I can prove I am loyal to you."
🏯 Now you understood...
"No! Do not tell him about the Shanix, Slipstream!"
🏯 So Jetstorm was in on it as well... you might as well have some fun as well
"Shanix?"
"Here, on Earth." You said, "And Sliptream has the knowledge on their whereabouts."
🏯 Shadow Raker looked at you and smirked before walking over and kneeling before you, holding your helm up in his servo while you outwardly stayed firm but internally hurled up the energon you had just a couple days prior
"So you were tricking Deadlock as well then, Y/N?" He asked.
"That you'd be correct. I knew that with a close relationship he wouldn't expect me to 'betray him'. Deceit is what you taught me to do well, Shadow."
"If deceit is what I taught you to do well, then how can I know you're not lying to me at this moment?"
"They speak the truth! We've spoken many times about leaving Drift, much to no avail. They know the real us, and they are a real one."
"Well then, prove this to be truthful, Y/N. Why don't you break off your sparkbond with Drift and bond with me?"
"I cannot do that without Drift's compliance. Such an unfortunate predicament I latched myself onto. But I swear that when we see him again, I shall leave this harmful bond and create a beautiful and dangerously honest one with you. I swear." You finished, optics boring into his own.
"Good. Now, how much Shanix are we speaking of being on this planet?"
»–•–«
"See Shadow Raker, just as we promised." Slipstream said as your small group walked through the halls and towards the Shanix. "And no Autobots."
"Yes. Slipstream I think this is the begin to a perfect partnership." He then grazed his servo against your side, "Perhaps even the beginning of a familial unit-bond. It's not to late for you to be a willing participant, Jetstorm."
🏯 Moving slightly away from him in the effort to make it seem as a natural reflex to light touches, you heard Jetstorm refuse while the 'Con picked up the Shanix, handed it to the boys, and walked out with you and the minicons in tow
"Keep it moving. The faster we get that Shanix to my ship, the faster we can get off this backward planet."
🏯 Watching as the Bee Team pulled up behind him, you smiled and pulled out your own weapon, hiding his behind your back as Shadow Raker questioned the arrival of them all
"We did not set this up. They did."
"You lie and betray as well as your teacher!"
"Who learned from you." Jetstorm said.
"Yes, you should be proud." Slipstream added.
🏯 The minicons picked up the box and slammed it onto Shadow Raker's pede, making him yip in pain before running off towards your sparkmate with you following when they reached him
"Oh no you don't!" Shadow Raker yelled, grabbing your neck and pulling you back to him, his sword pressed against said bodily part.
🏯 Everyone, especially your trio of mechs and brother, who had come as reinforcement when they left the Scrapyard earlier that night, readied their weapons as you glared at the mech behind you with resentment and not the forced lovesick-expression you had on earlier
"Shadow Raker, let Y/N go and be a good beetle by coming with us quietly. What'd you say?"
"I only have one thing to say."
🏯 Spitting out the webbing once again, Strongarm, Requiem, Grimlock and Bee were all taken down, leaving Drift, the minicons, and Sideswipe to attack while Shadow Raker transformed, still holding onto you with his alt-mode's legs, before wrapping the red-mech up in the same way. Narrowing the opponents down to three
🏯 Transforming once again, Shadow Raker kept a hold of you, directing his offense to keep himself rather than you safe and sound
🏯 Grunting as Shadow Raker nearly cut your midsection with his digits, you pushed your helm down before smashing it into his, making him let you go. You then got down and kicked him straight in the same area he held you, sending him flying into the ground and allowing Drift to attack him again
"You have lost, Shadow Raker. Both the Shanix and any remaining hold you have had on me and my sparkmate."
"You think me defeated? Hardly. Had you let me continue teaching you, you could've been my second-in-command. The legacy you might have had. You do not know what you have thrown away." Throwing his smaller sword at Drift, the latter sending it away with his own swords, whilst you stood beside him with a glare.
"Let me educate you, Shadow Raker." He began. "The only thing I ever threw away was your influence. For that is what you do with trash."
🏯 Transforming once more in an attempt to escape, you smirked and nodded for the boys to come in. Drift then sent Slipstream and Jetstorm after the mech, successfully knocking him down, but not completely unconscious. No, that was where you came in
"My students are my legacy. A worthy legacy. That ends my side of the lesson."
🏯 Stepping up to the 'Con, you motioned for the boys to join the others to get them out of their entrapment. You then looked down at the Decepticon, kneeling down in front of him before he became his bot-mode once again in an effort to preserve energy
"Remember what you said, Shadow. You always taught us. Concern for others is folly. And often fatal. After all, I did learn that when my Sire and Carrier went missing all of those years ago." You said, punching his helm, making him officially go into stasis.
»–•–«
🏯 As Shadow Raker's stasis pod was locked up, you heard your pupils kneel before you and Drift
"You allowed yourselves and Y/N to be captured in the first place?" Drift asked.
"We acted on our own, Master Drift. And though we stayed true to your teachings and loyal to you during our deception." Slipstream began.
"We did not seek your permission. We humbly beg forgiveness." Jetstorm finished.
"You acted wisely and bravely, students. Your independent actions led to victory. Though, I have told you in the past I trust you to act on your own, I have not put that into practice."
🏯 Smiling as you wrapped your arms around Drift's, you leaned your helm against his appendage, allowing him to relax slightly and continue
"It seems that I am still learning. Now, it is time for nightly patrol."
"We are ready to undeploy, teacher." Slipstream said as he and his fellow friend stood.
"Unnecessary. You may patrol alone, if you feel ready."
"We are most ready! Our patrolling will be thorough and diligent!"
"We will bring you both honor, Masters Drift and Y/N."
"We know."

Hey pookie, hopefully this can distract you from everything because I can only imagine the feelings you have now 💕
Regarding the ships in your au, how did they realise they had feelings for their partners? And also- what is their favourite thing about their partners?
(Sending lots of (platonic) love and support, even if I’m MILES away from you rn, I’m still always just a message away) 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
I knew you’d come in clutch, tysm for this bestie. I’ll do this for me and Douglas, Oliver and Toad, Rosie and Mavis, and Thomas and Percy. But I will try and go into deeper details on every couple's origin story. Let me know if you want any othe short couple stories. But these'll be short stories lol
Happy Reading!
For me and Douglas, it started when he first saw me. He instantly fell but I didn’t, I just wanted to get on the train to Sodor. But we kept bumping into each other like at the store or just on the street and we became friends, he showed me more of the Little Western and I showed him my drawings. Word quickly got around that Douglas has a crush on the new human girl. It was Donald who ended up snitching and telling me he liked me. I was honoured to be someone's special person. I immediately told Donald to take me to him. Luckily Douglas was taking a break and laying down next to Dilly's pond. I confronted him and asked if he liked me. Of course, he was a blushing and stuttering mess but he eventually spat it out that he liked me. By this time I was really starting to like him too and we agreed to go on a few dates to see if we’d be a good match. After one summer date in July, Douglas accidentally called me his girlfriend, but I didn’t mind, I liked the new title and by the end of the night, we become official! Of course, we had to keep our relationship on the down-low cuz at the time, human and engine couples were unheard of and kinda taboo. But after being yelled at by an old angry couple, it was STH who made the announcement for me and Douglas' relationship to be accepted.
For Oliver and Toad, they met after Toad was transferred to a new engine after being in an abusive relationship with Samantha (One of my Oc’s). Like Douglas, Toad instantly fell for Oliver, but Oliver was SO oblivious. Toad would leave subtle hints that he likes him but Oliver never caught on. Once Oliver was sent for scrap, Toad, Isabel and Dulcie were sent to be transferred to another engine, but Toad wasn’t having it, he had spent years with his love and refused to accept this fate. On the night Oliver was supposed to be scrapped, Toad came up with the idea to run away to Sodor. Oliver loved it and the four of them ran that night. Unfortunately the four were captured one night and were sent to the nearest scrapyard and left on a siding to rot. It was them that Toad finally told Oliver his feelings, seeing that they were not going to make it. Oliver was taken aback but accepted his feelings, although not truly feeling the same, he felt honoured to be the someone Toad was utterly devoted to. Oliver promised to go on a real date once they got to Sodor. Toad was confused but with this newfound energy, Oliver felt determined to live, not just for himself, but for Toad, for Isabel and Dulcie, and his siblings that he lost long ago. After being rescued by Douglas and were properly fixed up. the two finally had their real date and it went wonderfully! They were able to truly express how they felt for each other and explore their new home together. It was actually Oliver who asked Toad to be his “Precious Shell” (That’s Oliver's pet name for Toad) and he happily agreed. From then on, the two became inseparable, always pulling trains together and hanging out with their friends.
For Rosie and Mavis, I like to think they met after Rosie was rejected by Thomas and was feeling really down in the dumps. She and Mavis were scheduled to work together at Brendam Docks, but Rosie just couldn’t seem to focus on her work, only Thomas and his rejection. Mavis finally asked what was wrong and Rosie explained everything. Mavis listened and gave her input when needed. She told Rosie to try and move on and focus on herself cuz it was obvious Thomas isn’t interested and Rosie deserves some self care. Rosie understood that was the best move. Of course she tried, with Mavis' help and all but she just couldn’t get over him. He was perfect in her eyes and seeing him and Percy made her all the more heartbroken. As the days turned into weeks, Rosie tried hard to take Mavis’s advice. She immersed herself in her work, hauling goods, helping friends around the island, ect. But every time she saw Thomas, her heart would race. She admired the way the sunlight glimmered off his shiny blue paint and the way he laughed. Mavis noticed Rosie’s struggle. Encouraging her to join in fun outings, she suggested they go on a scenic trip to the seaside. Rosie hesitated but finally agreed, hoping the change of scenery might distract her. They talked, laughed, and shared stories the whole day and really got a better connection with each other. Mavis had a warm energy that made Rosie feel valued. Eventually, as the sun began to dip below the horizon, turning the sky a canvas of oranges and purples, Mavis told Rosie that she was loved, not just by those around her but by everyone on the island, and she didn't need the approval Thomas to feel good about herself. Rosie felt a warmth spread through her as she gazed into Mavis’s eyes. In that moment, something shifted within her. Maybe the engine she had always been destined to be with wasn't Thomas after all. It was Mavis, right there beside her, always supportive and always caring. Weeks turned into months, and their friendship blossomed into something deeper. Rosie began to notice how Mavis made her laugh like no one else could, how they shared a powerful connection that felt electric. One evening, as they stood side by side overlooking the same beach, Rosie took a deep breath, feeling a sense of freedom wash over her. Rosie finally spoke her mind and told Mavis how she felt. Mavis was surprised and asked if she was ready for a relationship. Rosie was sure, her feelings were true and was able to move on from Thomas fully. Mavis was happy to see her love become the best version of herself and from that day forward, Rosie and Mavis became a couple. Thomas and Rosie are still good friends, and are happy to have a stable friendship.
For Thomas and Percy, whoooo boy it's a crazy one. It started off as Thomas not really liking Percy (Then, pre-trans), thinking he's a bit dull and Percy just being oblivious to his subtle dislike. But of course, they grow to become good friends after working many jobs together and just hanging out as friends. Percy starts transitioning after a few years of being on Sodor, using he/him pronouns and having Thomas' support through it all. The day Percy became fully Percy, he showed off his new male human form to Thomas before anyone else. It was a bit of a shock to him but he still thought of him as a friend and would continue to call him his best friend. But little by little, after many years, they start to fall for each other and began pining for each other. Everyone could easily tell they liked each other, especially James, the engine they'd tell their feelings for the other with until finally James had enough of their pining and wishing for them to just get together already, so he planned a surprise date for them. With a plan forming in his mind, James decided to set up a special date for Thomas and Percy. He carefully devised a strategy to get them both to Tidmouth Sheds where hopefully, the two could open up to each other. Once there, James had planned a nice picnic for the three of them, as they all had the day off and had the whole sheds to themselves. It was very awkward cuz Thomas and Percy just couldn't seem to get the ball rolling, so James finally just spilled the tea. The two were embarrassed and tried to get James to shut up, but finally see that they had nothing to fear, cuz the feeling of love was mutual. Finally Thomas and Percy opened up and told the other how they really feel. James sighed in relief that he was able to bring a satisfying end to his favorite rom-com, which was Thomas and Percy lol.

Kieran not having good horse access in the modern era makes me so sad so this is my petition to get him some
(Although him getting fired from his one stable job is so real, barn owners often suck. Even ones that cater to people with high support needs get pissy with people that just need extra patience)
But I have a horse IRL and she’s the best. Like, friend to all children and capable of visiting retirement homes The Best. She also lives at at barn that’s tucked away at the end of a string of suburban dead end roads. You’d never know there was a barn there. On several occasions I’ve considered putting up an ad to see if there’s anyone with a horse crazy kid that wants to come hang out with her, or maybe some old lady that is in a wheelchair but misses horses. Anyone really. She just wants friends
Like there’s gotta be someone with horses hidden in the backyard near Bessie’s house who would love to let Kieran hang out with them. It’s not like he would need lessons- guaranteed he knows more about horses than most modern owners. I’d give him my horse no questions asked. He deserves horse time
Getting fired from his one stable job was definitely not based on a dear friend's anecdotal experience. As always the horsegirl and never the horse owner, give your precious mare some extra kisses for me. And since you asked so nicely.
Honestly the whole gang were furious about Kieran losing his regular contact with horses because it was so obvious the impact it had on him. They care about their little stable boy and sure they all miss horses but it's so obvious how much Kieran needs them. It's tough, but it's also somewhat okay because Kieran has a 6th sense for horses and will get his fix regardless. For a few months he gets his fix in suddenly sprinting off on outings because horse senses were tingling, and horses are a shockingly common sight in Blackwater. The mounted horse division of Blackwater Police, who are familiar with the gang (ISAAC), will stop and let Kieran pat the horses for a minute or two. Or slow down because they can see him staring from a distance and hell watching horses for him is enough to satiate his brain. Carriage horses are a common tourist and Kieran trap with most more than happy to let Kieran brush their horses between trips because free labor and the horses do look amazing afterwards.
But he finally gets his frequent contact with horses restored when less than 12 months later a massive, tragic, horse hoarding situation was found terrifying close to the city with over 20 emaciated horses kept in a barren dirt scrapyard of ankle-deep mud. After bawling his eyes out at the report and pacing around plotting the murder of the people involved, Bessie contacted the group who took them in on his behalf and offered Kieran as an extra pair of hands. He isn't just a horse girl: he actually has those decades of practical experience taking care of and reading horse behaviour. He could handle The Count. He handled Arthur's 'I jumped on this wild horse 5 minutes ago'. He knows so much about actual horse care and homeopathic medicine. It was the longest Kieran has ever spent outside of the house - he slept in the barn for 6 nights before Arthur had to go help forcibly remove him. But the managers adore him and he volunteers there at least twice a week.
When Arthur gets his own place which is on just enough land to meet the minimum county requirements for having a horse, Kieran immediately talks/puppy-eyes Arthur into adopting a former bronco called Compost from the rescue that no one else would even dare to touch. Compost is a dick who will bite or kick out just because she felt like it and is impossible even for them to ride. Arthur and Kieran both love her.

[Warning for canon-typical violence and kidnapping]
Sam Manson had only two real, genuine, secrets. The kind of secrets a person held close to their chest and kept as if their life depended on it. The kind of secrets a person lied and tricked people in order to keep, no matter how guilty it made them feel. First, that she was a ghost; and second, that she was in love with her two best friends.
The first of those secrets, only her two best friends knew. They were the two people she trusted most in the world, and the only two people she knew beyond a shadow of a doubt wouldn't ever share that secret, even under threat of death.
The other secret, she hadn't told even them. And she probably never would.
It wasn't that she didn't trust them with it, of course she did. It was just that she didn't want to make things awkward between them. Her being a ghost only changed their entire world-view and understanding of human mortality. But her other secret, her secret crush—that getting out could ruin everything.
Her feelings weren't knew to her. Back in eighth grade, she'd started to develop a crush on both of them at the same time, and she'd thought she was a bad person for not being able to pick just one person to like. She'd since gotten over that, because she'd decided it was stupid, and then a little bit after that, she'd also learned what polyamory was, which cemented her decision that her guilt had been stupid.
As time passed, her feelings grew beyond just a couple of simple crushes, and into genuine, actual love, so strong that it hurt a little. She always scoffed and rolled her eyes when the subject of romance came up, pretending she wasn't interested, and that she thought anyone who would waste their time with something so ridiculous, especially in high school, was an idiot.
It helped to keep her true feelings hidden, even though every time she listened to Tucker all but waxing poetic about the most recent tech he'd found at the scrapyard and was gutting, either to repurpose into recycled tech or new techno-goth accessories—or heard Danny bragging about getting the high score on the NASA shuttle flight simulator, or ranting about stars, she was sure they were written all over her face.
She was down bad, and she knew it—but she would rather die than admit it and risk changing their group's whole dynamic, or even worse, losing her friends completely because she'd made it weird between them.
Danny and Tucker had been friends practically since they were born, but Sam had only become their friend in the sixth grade, and even though that was still a solid three years at this point, she still felt that three years wasn't enough to cement her position if she did something too crazy, like confessing her undying love out of nowhere—not that she would do it like that, because even if she was brave enough to confess at all, that would be coming on way too strong.
The other secret was... more recent. Freshman year had barely started, and the three of them were all hanging out at Danny's house. His parents had made a portal, claiming that it would lead to a place called the Ghost Zone. Unfortunately, it didn't work. It was still cool enough—in theory, at least—that Danny took Sam and Tucker down into his parents' lab to show it to them.
Sam took a couple of pictures. It did look really cool, for a hole in the wall. very futuristic and techie.
"You should go inside and let me take a picture of you," Sam suggested to Danny.
"Are you kidding?" Danny scoffed. "This is untested technology, what if I get electrocuted or something?"
"Fine, I'll do it, and you can take the picture," Sam replied with a roll of her eyes. "It doesn't work, anyway." She handed her camera off to Danny.
"At least put a protective jumpsuit on?" Danny requested. "I don't wanna see you get hurt."
"That's sweet," Sam said. Her tone was sarcastic, but her feelings were genuine. Danny always was sweet—and was only sometimes a bit of a jackass. "Make sure to get the whole portal in the picture. Don't just focus on me and ignore the background."
She borrowed one of Danny's jumpsuits and put it on over her clothes. It was a bit loose on her, and Sam always somehow managed to destroy or stain white clothes, but her main complaint was the big Jack Fenton decal on the chest, which she promptly tore off and threw away.
"I'm not walking around with your dad's face on my chest," she said, then went to stand just inside the portal. "Alright, take the picture."
Danny did, and once the flash faded, Sam turned around to get a look at the big, steel tunnel she was standing in. It was cold and dark, and gave her a strange almost menacing sort of energy that made her body feel like it was buzzing, and she kind of dug it, to be honest. It was weird, but cool.
"This this is actually really cool," she remarked, taking a few steps further in.
"Be careful, Sam!" Danny shouted after her.
The deeper she got in, the stranger it became. In the darkness, the seams in the metal interior seemed to faintly glow and pulse with green, like something was trying to squeeze its way through the cracks, even though the portal didn't work.
Before Sam knew it, she was all the way at the back of the tunnel, and there was some kind of iris shaped mechanism. It, too, appeared to glow, ever so faintly in the dark. Too curious for her own good, Sam put her gloved hand on the mechanism. That turned out to be a mistake.
It happened in an instant, too fast for her to even scream. And when she gasped it felt as if her throat was being filled with silly putty and she choked. Her body was flooded with energy. Simultaneously, red hot pain tore through her every molecule, and an icy chill engulfed her like she'd just fallen through the ice into a frozen lake. The force of the energy from that mysterious mechanism sent her flying backwards as a bright, toxic green filled her vision, pressing in on her from all sides.
The next thing she knew, she was flat on her back in the Fentons' lab, with Danny and Tucker both leaning over her, repeating her name in panicked tones.
"Hm?" she groaned out. "What... what happened?"
Danny and Tucker looked at each other, both of them seemingly at a loss. Danny still had her Polaroid camera, and he held it up and snapped a picture of her, for some reason. She flinched at the flash.
The photo printed, and Danny pulled it off the camera and started to shake it. "Now... don't freak out when you see it but..." he looked at the picture with a pained expression. "Here."
When he turned it around to show her, she couldn't believe what she was seeing. If she hadn't watched him take the picture, she wouldn't have believed it was even her in it. Her hair had turned shock white, and her violet eyes a glowing green. In the back of her mind, almost hysterically, she noted that the jumpsuit was black now, meaning she had once again managed to ruin another piece of white clothing—although it definitely wasn't just a nasty-sauce stain this time.
"What... happened to me?" she asked, her voice a raspy croak.
"I think... you're a ghost," Danny said.
"But hey," Tucker added, obviously trying to bring up the mood. "At least you look cool!"
She did, admittedly, look very cool. Although the dark and spooky aesthetic was more in line with Tucker's than her own.
As it turned out, Sam was only half ghost, or at the very least, if she was a ghost, she could transform to look basically human. If she looked very closely in the mirror, she could see the differences from the way she looked before. The way her hair was lighter, and seemed to almost float whenever she turned her head. The ways her eyes reflected when she moved, or when light shined directly on them.
It was fine.
She was fine.
That had been a few months ago, now, and with the help of all the ghost hunting technology Danny managed to 'borrow' from his parent's lab (though he usually had to modify it with his own engineering skills to make it actually work), Sam had become something of a hero around Amity Park—the Specter. Once Sam had gotten the portal working, other ghosts started to cause come through it into Amity Park, and unlike Sam they all seemed to want to stir up trouble. Although Danny liked to argue that Sam stirred up plenty of trouble herself too.
He used to argue anyway.
But the problem Sam was facing right now wasn't secrets, or crushes, or ghosts. The problem she was most worried about at the moment, was the fact that Danny had been missing for two weeks. According to his parents, he'd been carried off by a ghost, one who hadn't stopped long enough for a chat.
She and Tucker were pretty sure he was somewhere in the Ghost Zone, but that hardly narrowed it down. The Ghost Zone was endless, infinite, impossibly vast. They could search for decades and never find Danny. That didn't deter them in the slightest though. They couldn't get away with just abandoning their lives to search for their friend, but every day after school, and all through the weekends, Sam and Tucker had borrowed the Fenton's Specter Speeder and gone into the Ghost Zone to search for him.
In two weeks, they hadn't seen hide nor hair of Danny. They had, however, seen the Ghost Zone looking more dismal and chaotic than they'd ever seen it before. Fights breaking out left and right, skeletal ghosts swarming places. As much as Sam wanted to help, they couldn't afford to stop. They had a lot of ground to cover, and they had no idea if Danny was even still alive.
By three am, they had found nothing, and decided to call it before they made themselves late for school in a few hours. They'd be back again the next day at 3:30 to search some more.
And they did.
But when they came back at 3:30, everything was different. Peaceful.
Somehow, all the aggressive skeletal soldiers had magically vanished, and the chaos that had defined the Ghost Zone since they started the search for their friend had died down in just a few hours. There were no fights, no new destruction.
The ghosts they saw paid them no attention, focused on rebuilding and cleaning up the various carnage and detritus of the previous battles. None of them seemed the slightest bit concerned about being attacked again.
Just in case, Sam and Tucker kept the ghost shield around the specter speeder active, but it was the strangest thing. For the last two weeks, it had been like the Ghost Zone was a war zone, and now the war had somehow ended. Curious as it was, it didn't matter to their search for their missing friend. They could try to figure out what had happened later, once Danny was safely back with them.
After a few hours, as they started to steer into another area they hadn't searched yet, they saw rows of ghosts, floating silently in the green.
"What are they doing?" Tucker whispered, as if he was worried they might hear him and get angry if he spoke too loud.
"I don't know," Sam whispered back. "I'm gonna take us up a little higher so we can see what's going on."
She pulled back on the steering and took them up over the rows of ghosts. From above, they could see the ghosts lined up almost as if on the banks of an invisible river. In the distance, the ghosts standing what would be upriver, started to float away in a wave.
"What are they doing?" Sam echoed Tucker's question. "I'm gonna fly us closer."
Tucker nodded and she brought them in. As they got closer to where the ghosts were leaving their positions, they could see something floating down the invisible river. When the object—the figure, they realized as they approached—drifted past them, they would fall out of line and float away, as if they'd been standing vigil until it passed for some reason.
"Wait a minute, is that...?" Tucker stated to say, squinting at the drifting figure.
"Danny!"
Sam immediately put on the speed, bringing them right over the drifting figure.
"Deactivate the ghost shield," she said. "I'm going ghost."
Tucker hit the button and Sam, in the ghost form, dropped out through the lower hatch to grab Danny. After two weeks of searching, he was just floating there, unconscious. And all these ghosts seemed happy to stand around and watch without bothering to help him.
When Sam wrapped her arms around her unconscious friends, the ghosts around them hissed and jeered.
"You dare lay a hand on him?" one demanded.
"Back off! He's my friend," she all but snarled at them.
"The Specter..." a different ghost observed. "She must be."
"He is safe, then," said another.
Word started to spread down the line, and steadily, all the ghosts dispersed. For a moment, Sam just watched, then she shook her head and flew herself and Danny back into the Specter Speeder.
"We're in! Reactivate the ghost shield," she called out.
Tucker did so, and as soon as he hit the button, he hurried over to them.
Gently, Sam laid Danny out on the floor and started checking him over for injuries. He still had a pulse, so that, at least, was a good sign. Less good was the fact that he was covered in scrapes and burns, although none of them seemed too severe.
"We should take him to a hospital when we get back, but he should be okay," Sam said.
"You should take him to a hospital," Tucker corrected, holding his hands up. "I don't do hospitals... should we try to wake him up?"
Sam gently tapped Danny's cheeks. Her heart was pounding and she didn't think she'd ever been so worried for anyone in her life. Or so relieved.
Danny groaned slightly.
"Danny," she said softly. "Danny, wake up."
He groaned some more and blinked his eyes open, squinting up at them. His irises had a strange, iridescent quality that Sam recognized vaguely from her own. But they also weren't like her own in a way she couldn't quite describe. Whatever it was, by reaching out with her ghost sense, she could at least tell for absolutely sure, that Danny was still human, and a not a ghost, or half-ghost like her.
"Sam?" he asked. "Tucker? What are you doing here?"
"Us?" Tucker scoffed, "What are you doing here? You've been gone for, like, two weeks. What happened to you?"
Danny chuckled weakly. "That's... kind of a long story," he replied.
The two of them helped him up off the hard floor of a speeder and into a chair, then Sam went to program the autopilot to take them back to the Fenton Portal.
"We've got time," Tucker told him, crossing his arms.
Sam had always thought it would be kind of uncomfortable to cross one's arms with fishnet sleeves, but Tucker never seemed to mind it.
Now that he was sitting up and moving and stuff, Sam noticed that Danny looked a little thin. He probably hadn't been getting enough to eat or drink in the Ghost Zone the past two weeks. Luckily, they kept a very well-stocked snack drawer in the specter speeder, and a case of bottled water, too.
Once he had some food in him, Danny was much more willing to talk, and he started to tell them the story of his time in the Zone, starting with his kidnapping.
"While I was helping my parents in their lab," he began, "you know, tweaking their designs, thinking about what might be useful to the three of us ghost hunting as usual. And the portal was open, because we figured if anything came through, there were three of us in the lab, surrounded by ghost hunting equipment, so it would be fine.
"But the ghost that came through didn't want to fight, or escape. He just flew in, grabbed me, and flew back through the portal. It was a matter of seconds. I'm sure my parents tried to chase after us, but in the time it would have taken them to get to the specter speeder, the ghost had taken me far away."
"Why you?" Sam asked. "What did you do to tick off this ghost?"
"Nothing," Danny told her. "He actually thought I was you."
She stiffened. Honestly, she shouldn't have been all that surprised. Ever since she started kicking their asses and sending them home with their tails between their legs, ghosts had been coming after Sam left and right, but they always wanted to pick fights, not kidnap her. Well... arguably Skulker wanted to kidnap her, but he knew the difference between her and Danny.
"Why?" she asked again.
"Apparently there's this Ghost King, seriously bad dude, and a long time ago, he was imprisoned in this thing called the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep. But a little while, somehow, he was released or broke out or something. Not really sure which. So basically, they wanted you because you're a halfa, and the way they told it, halfas are way more powerful than regular ghosts for some reason.
"Except they messed up," Danny said. "They knew the halfa was a teenager, and that you'd been turned by the Fenton Portal, but they didn't know who you were, so when Rustle came through the portal and immediately saw a teenager working near it, he assumed that I was the halfa."
"But then you explained the situation to them right?" Tucker guessed. They both knew damn well how much Danny loved to explain things—it was one of his most adorable and sometimes annoying—so it was a reasonable conclusion to draw. "Why didn't they bring you back?"
"I didn't get the chance to explain it to them until Rustle had taken me all the way back to the lair the resistance was using as a base of operations and they told me why they kidnapped me in the first place," Danny said. "By that point, the king's spies had told them about the resistance's plan and he sent a crap ton of his soldiers to block off access to the Fenton Portal. Once it was guarded, it was way too dangerous to send me back or try again to get the right person, so they had to make do with me.
"They told me I wasn't going home until the Ghost King was defeated."
Danny paused in his story to drink some more water and open another back of corn chips.
"Seriously Danny?" Tucker asked. "You're leaving us hanging for corn chips?"
Danny didn't bother to swallow before saying, "Dude, I haven't had human food in two weeks, okay? These corn chips taste like fuckin' heaven right now. You guys can wait."
"Come on, what happened next?" Sam asked.
Danny chewed faster and swallowed before finally continuing his story.
"Well, luckily, I'd been working on some prototype Fenton Tech when Rustle grabbed me, and I managed to hang onto it all the way to the base of operations. Plus, I always have some scraps on me, and Technus and Skulker were part of the resistance, and they have some pretty good tech, too.
"So I spent two weeks, with Technus as my incredibly annoying lab assistant that I had regularly threaten with violence to keep from stabbing me in the back, heavily supervised by the ghosts of the resistance, jury-rigging a super anti-ghost ray gun like some kind of megalomaniacal comic book supervillain. I barely had the time to eat or drink anything, and when I did, it was all ghost food, which was not doing great things for my productivity or energy levels, let me tell you.
"Eventually, though, I finished the weapon. I designed it to absorb energy from the plentiful ectoplasm in the Ghost Zone and harness it into a single, supercharged beam that would be powerful enough to bring any ghost to their knees, and it worked amazingly, if I do say so myself," Danny said. Then he went back to his chips like that was the end of the story.
"What happened after that?"
"Oh, I sniped the ghost king through a window of his keep, knocked him right back into the sarcophagus and blew the crown right off his head."
Tucker laughed.
"What's so funny?" Sam asked.
"Nothing," Tucker replied, shaking his head over his chuckles. "I just still can't get over the fact that engineering geek over here has the best aim of the three of us. Like, it I get why, because his freak parents have been teaching him marksmanship since he could pull a trigger, but it's still funny."
"Yeah, laugh it up," Danny said, smirking. "Which one of us defeated the ghost king, again?"
"I yield," Tucker told him. "What happened after that? You were unconscious when we found you?"
"Oh, well, the ray gun worked, but it kind of overloaded and blew up immediately after that," Danny said. "That's the last thing I remember, but judging by the lack of skeleton soldiers, one of the other resistance guys must've locked the sarcophagus when I was done with him. Not sure who it could have been, though, 'cause I didn't think they even had the key."
Upon hearing what Danny had been put through in his absence, Sam was overcome with emotion.
He'd been kidnapped, blackmailed, starved, forced to work with a ghost that had a very personal vendetta against him, to build a super-weapon that would have gone way against Danny's usual morals, and then defeat an incredibly powerful ghost, the literal king of all ghosts, with an unstable ray-gun that blew up immediately after use, knocked him out, and sent him careening, unconscious, through the Ghost Zone.
And Danny was trying to play it off. He was crunching on corn chips and casually waving off all the traumatic shit he'd just been through like it was no big deal, the same way he always waved off traumatic shit, and Sam... Sam couldn't take it anymore.
"Oh, Danny..." she said, her voice trembling with emotion and eyes wet with oncoming tears.
Her horror at what he'd been through combined with her relief that he didn't have to go through it anymore, and mixed with the feelings she'd been hiding for so long, and she didn't know if it was a case of her wires getting crossed or just momentary insanity, but she reached out and pulled him into a hug and kissed him right on the lips.
His lips tasted like salt and canola oil, and the second she realized what she was doing, Sam pulled back, her face turning an alarming shade of red.
For an unbearable moment, the awkwardness strangled out all sound. Then Tucker let out a forced chuckle.
"What, no kiss for me?" he joked. "You're makin' me feel left out."
Sam, halfway to panicked and not sure what else to do thought 'fuck it', and grabbed his cheeks to plant a kiss right on the lips and instantly smudge his black lipstick all the way up to his nose, unable to stay steady with how incredibly anxious she now was.
Whatever shade of red she'd turned before was so much darker now she felt lightheaded, and Tucker looked dazed as he brought two black-nailed fingers up to his lips in shock.
And just when Sam thought she might die of embarrassment, Danny reached over, grabbed Tucker by his black leather vest, and—whether to ease Sam's embarrassment, or for some other reason Sam couldn't possible comprehend, especially in her current state—he pulled the other boy close and kissed him, too.
They spent the rest of the, thankfully short, ride back to the Fenton Portal steeped in awkward silence. Once they were back in the human world, Tucker sealed the portal while Sam helped Danny upstairs to his parents so they could take him to the hospital.
They didn't say a word about the... kissing incident, even when they started talking again. At least, until about 1 am that night when Tucker sent them an IM on their private group chat.
TooFine: So... we ever gonna talk about that kissing junk? Cus its literally keeping me up at night
Sam was already awake when the message came in. To be honest, it was keeping her up too. She didn't want to say anything, didn't want to explain, but... actually, it felt like it might be easier to tell him, both of them, when there was a screen between them, as if it was a layer of protection. Even if Danny might not see it until later, since the hospital had decided to keep him overnight for observation—although his parents might have brought him his laptop to pass the time.
So Sam took a deep breath and started typing.
Samanson: actually... there's something i need to tell you guys.
Samanson: i've kind of had a crush on you - both of you - since middle school.
Samanson: a huge crush. probably more than a crush, honestly.
Samanson: i didn't want to say anything because i was worried about ruining our friendship, but i guess the cats out of the bag now.
Once she started, she had to forcibly stop herself from sending more messages and pouring out all her feelings in the group chat. She forced herself to sit still, wring her hands, and wait with bated breath for a response, even if she had to wait all night, because god knew she wasn't going to get any sleep after this.
After a long moment, a message came through.
SpaceDanny: Yeah....... me too, actually.
Sam very nearly cried with relief. Danny might tease her sometimes, like they all teased each other, but he knew when to take her seriously, too. She wasn't sure exactly how much he meant by that little 'me too', but at the very least it meant he didn't hate her.
TooFine: Wait ACTUALLY actually???
SpaceDanny: Yeah
Samanson: also yeah.
SpaceDanny: I had a whole sexuality crisis over it, but it was about the same you came out and I didn't wanna steal your thunder, so I decided to keep it to myself for a while.
SpaceDanny: And then I worked it up into such a big deal in my head somehow that I just never did '-_-
Samanson: sooo.......
Tucker hadn't actually said anything about it yet.
Which, on the one hand meant he hadn't shot them down, but the other hand followed that fact with a pretty damn big 'yet'.
Tucker continued to not say anything for several minutes, and Sam started to worry that he was just going to ghost them from now on, which, while ironic, would majorly suck. Even if he didn't want to date them, he was still their best friend and they didn't want to lose him. But they couldn't force him to stay, either.
Finally, another IM came through.
TooFine: You know what? Awesome
Sam let out a sigh of relief and fought back the waterworks again.
TooFine: Ill be real, Ive never really though about it before, but Im definitely not NOT into it. Im getting a girlfriend AND a boyfriend out of this and thats sick as hell.
TooFine: You guys wanna have a movie date saturday?
SpaceDanny: YES
TooFine: Yk, once weve all caught up on some sleep lol
Samanson: definitely. that sounds nice
SpaceDanny: So much yes do I want that
Sam did cry then, but she would never ever tell the two of them that. After the emotional roller coaster that day had been, she was just too happy to hold it in.
Things started to get... weird after that. Not because they all started dating, though. That part was really nice, and went amazingly well right off the bat with the three of them holding hands and cuddling up during school whenever they got the chance—to the point where Ms. Tetslaff called them out at lunch for excessive PDA. No, it was weird for other reasons.
None of them had sufficiently caught up on sleep by the time Saturday rolled around, and Danny still sported bandages from his hospital stay, but it didn't matter. They met up at the movie theater for a matinee and planned to go to dinner at Nasty Burger afterwards. They'd done the same exact thing on plenty of other Saturdays, but it was different this time.
They hit a tiny bump when they got to their seats and decided to to rock-paper-scissors for who got to sit in the middle, Sam won. It hardly mattered though. They pushed up the dividers between the seats, and all fell asleep halfway on top of each other before the halfway point of the movie. The usher had to wake them up and send them out so he could clean the theater before the next showing.
They had a good laugh about that as they all walked to the Nasty Burger.
Up until that point, it was going really well, and the three of them were all happy and having fun. Then a ghost showed up.
And that was when things started to get weird.
The ghost showing up wasn't weird in-and-of itself. Tucker and Danny knew the drill. They blocked Sam from view so she could go ghost and prepare for a fight. Ghosts came to fight Sam all the time, so this was nothing new. Except that this ghost wasn't there for Sam.
This ghost ignored her completely to fire off a ghost ray at Danny and demand that he fight them.
And that was weird.
Still, it wasn't exactly a problem. Danny activated his wrist ray, and although Sam co-opted the bulk of the battle, he provided some solid support. Within a few minutes, the two of them got the ghost into a position where Tucker could capture it in the Fenton thermos. Sam ducked behind them to change back, and they could be back on their way.
"Did you recognize that ghost, Danny?" Sam asked curiously. "One of your resistance friends?"
Danny shrugged and shook his head.
"Weird," Tucker noted.
"Yeah, that's so random," Sam agreed. "Why would a ghost go after Danny? Especially after he literally saved their whole dimension from an evil warmongering king. Way to show him your gratitude."
"I don't know, and I don't care," Danny said coolly. "I just want to go to Nasty Burger, and have dinner with my awesome boyfriend and girlfriend and not have to think about ghosts for a while."
He held out his hands for each of his partners to take, and they walked the rest of the way to Nasty Burger side by side by side, awkwardly and laughingly navigating past street lamps and telephone poles that made the sidewalks too narrow for the three of them shoulder to shoulder, never releasing each other's hands.
Danny got his wish to forget about ghosts for the rest of their date. But that night, he was woken up by a ghost coming into his room to try and attack him in his sleep. It didn't work, because Danny was a light sleeper, and went to bed wearing a wrist ray with an ecto-gun and a Fenton Thermos on his nightstand.
Sam and Tucker were both equally concerned and baffled when Danny told them about it when they came over to hang out the next day. Once could be written off as a fluke, and maybe twice could be a coincidence.
But it kept happening. Every day or two, a ghost would show up to challenge Danny for some reason.
It got to the point where Sam forced Danny to wear a specter deflector at all times for his safety, even though he constantly pouted about not being able to hold her hand or kiss her.
Tucker had rolled his eyes, promised to give him twice as many kisses to make up for it, and then called him a big baby.
Danny immediately started working on a way to make the specter deflector ignore Sam's unique ecto-signature, of course, because he was a sweetheart like that, but he kept getting interrupted by random ghosts showing up and demanding to fight him. Even when they couldn't touch him—either directly, or with ghost powers—they still tried.
It was after school when the three of them were all heading to Sam's house for bowling, that they got any semblance of an explanation.
Another ghost none of them recognized stopped them on the street, but this one was chattier than the others. She had long, flowing blue hair, and shimmering blue skin, and pointed an unnaturally long finger right at Danny.
"I, Mistress Mona, spectral siren, have come to challenge you for the throne of the Infinite Realms," she declared. "Prepare to meet your match, ghost king."
"What?" Danny breathed out, looking more confused than Sam had ever seen him.
The ghost didn't wait for them to ask questions though, she attacked them with a ghostly green wave that appeared out of nowhere, and started to sing.
The trio didn't give her song time to take effect. Danny shot her directly in the throat, silencing her with his perfect marksmanship, and then Sam kicked Mona's butt all the way back to the Ghost Zone. Or into the Fenton Thermos Tucker was holding, anyway.
"Why the hell did she call me the ghost king?" Danny asked. "I'm not the ghost king. The ghost king is Pariah Dark, and he's locked up in the Sarcophagus of Forever sleep."
"I think we're gonna have to take a rain check on bowling, boys," Sam said, turning around to walk back the way they came down the sidewalk. "We're going to the Ghost Zone, and we're gonna get to the bottom of this."
"What?" Tucker complained. "But I wanted to go bowling!"
"Me too, but there's no arguing with her when she gets like this," Danny said with a sigh, and the two of them followed Sam back toward Fenton Works.
Danny's parents were working up in the ops center today, so the lab was empty when the three of them arrived and Tucker went to warm up the specter speeder.
"You alright, Danny?" Sam asked, noticing that he looked a bit jittery.
"Hm? Yeah, I'm fine," he assured her.
He wasn't, but he always pretended none of this affected him. She wasn't sure if it was toxic masculinity making him think he had to be strong all the time and never tell her when he was stressed, or if he just didn't want to process everything he'd been through for some reason, or if his brain genuinely didn't register how much it was affecting him, but whatever the case, she knew she wasn't going to get anything out of him until or unless he wanted to tell her, so she didn't bother to push it.
"You don't have to go, if you don't want to," she told him instead. "I know the last time you were in the Ghost Zone wasn't exactly the best. If you don't want to go, Tucker and I can handle it."
"What? No," Danny said, frowning. "I'm the core of this problem, somehow, I'm not just gonna leave it to you guys to deal with on your own. I want to help."
"Alright," Sam conceded. He did make a good point. "If that's what you want, I won't stop you."
At that moment, Tucker hovered in with the specter speeder and Danny climbed in next to him.
Sam opted to go ghost and follow alongside this time, to more easily talk to people, since it seemed like they were probably going to have to ask around to get the information they were looking for from ghosts that passed.
Danny, however, had to stay in the speeder with the ghost shield active, because there was a good chance that as soon as they got into the Ghost Zone, he'd be swarmed by more foolhardy ghosts trying to fight him for some reason, and unlike Sam, he didn't have ghost powers to protect himself, just his wits and a specter deflector. And to be fair, he'd been doing pretty well on just those so far, but up until now he'd only ever had to fight one ghost at a time.
They stayed in communication via their Fenton-phones.
As expected, once they got into the Ghost Zone, they were approached by ghosts goading Danny to turn of the ghost shield and fight them head on, but they either gave up when they realized he wasn't dumb enough to do that, or Sam chased them off.
It wasn't long however, before Sam found a ghost that wasn't openly belligerent, and approached him. Although his clothes were very old fashioned, he was still recognizable as some kind of farmer.
"Excuse me," she said. "I'm Specter, and I was wondering if I could ask you some questions."
"Oh, of course," said the ghost. "Anything for the new king's general. Unlike those ruffians, I am forever grateful for his majesty saving us from his predecessor's rule."
"Uh... okaayyy, lot to unpack there," Sam said, turning up the receiver on her Fenton-phones so Danny and Tucker would be able to hear what the ghost Farmer said from inside the speeder, "but let's start with: how can Danny be the Ghost King? He's not even a ghost?"
"Doesn't matter mum," the farmer ghost said. "The title of ghost king is won in single combat."
"How does me sniping him from fifty yards away count as single combat?" Danny demanded in her Fenton-phones. "He never even saw my face! He never had the chance to fight back."
Sam relayed the question, as well as Danny's arguments to the farmer, who simply laughed.
"I don't make the rules, mum," he said. "Your friend made the machine that defeated the king, and he alone fired it. That makes him the new king, no ifs, ands, or buts about it."
"But... but..." Danny tried to complain, but he was drowned out by Tucker laughing at him.
Sam bit back a smile.
"What about what you said before about me being the new king's general?" Sam asked. "How does that work?"
"You're the ghost the king trusts to protect him personally, and whose advice on all tactical matters he heeds," the farmer replied. "That makes you his general."
Sam wanted to argue, but she supposed that all of that was technically true. She fought a lot of Danny's ghosts for him—with his help, of course. And when she'd told him to wear a specter deflector, he did, even though he didn't want to.
Ghost king's general, huh? That sounded kind of badass, actually.
"Thank you for your help, sir," she told the ghost.
"Think nothin' of it," he replied.
"This is ridiculous!" Danny grouched. "I can't be the ghost king! I'm not even a ghost!"
"Shoulda thought of that before you sniped Pariah Dark, I guess," Sam teased.
Tucker hadn't stopped laughing at him, and now that she wasn't mid-conversation and trying to keep her cool, Sam laughed too.

The GrimBee Story
Chapter 6
~~~~~~~~~~
A few days passed and Gimlock's leg was fully healed. To say he was excited was a bit of an understatement.
"Hey, Grimlock. I see your leg is finally healed. I know you're glad," Bumblebee said to him when he saw him.
"You bet. Has Ripjaw been doing anything while my leg was healing?" The Dinobot asked ready to face the Spinosaurus.
"Not since the Monster Truck Rally."
"We still don't know what he's up to?" Grimlock asked as they headed out for a patrol.
Bumblebee vented out a sigh, "No, afraid we don't."
"I'm sure we'll figure it out, we always do," Grimlock replied trying to lift Bumblebee's spirits.
"Yeah, you're right."
"It's a pretty day."
"Yes, it is," Bumblebee said as he listened to the birds chirping.
"It's hard to believe that we've been here for about seven years now."
"I know."
"Did I ever thank you for giving me a chance?"
"You did once."
"Then I'll say it again. Thanks for giving me a chance."
"No problem, Grimlock," Bumblebee said with a smile. Gimlock's stomach felt like it was doing flips when Bumblebee smiled at him, he hoped he was okay. "Grimlock, have you thought about the kiss we shared?"
"I have."
"I have too."
Gimlock's face felt hot as he thought about the kiss. He looked away hoping Bumblebee wouldn't notice. Bumblebee chuckled, "I saw that blush." With a small whimper, Grimlock covered his face. "Do you want to do it again?" Bumblebee asked starting to blush as well.
"If you want to," Grimlock replied softly as he looked at Bumblebee.
"Do you want to?"
"Yeah."
Bumblebee smiled before he leaned in to give him another kiss and Grimlock leaned into the kiss. Their lips met and they kissed again, this time Bumblebee made it a bit more passionate. Grimlock wrapped his arms around Bumblebee, deepening the kiss.
Why am I so into this kiss? I've never been into a kiss like this. Bumblebee wondered to himself.
I really like this. It's even better than the first time. Grimlock thinks to himself.
"Well, isn't this sweet," a voice suddenly came out interrupting their moment. Grimlock broke from the kiss and looked to who had spoken. It was the Raptor.
"Shadowrunner!" Bumblebee exclaims as he gets into a fighting pose.
Grimlock transformed into his beast form and stood in a defensive stance, "What are you doing here?"
"Was just passing by."
"Where's your boss?" Bumblebee asked.
"Off doing something, he doesn't always inform us of what he's doing."
"He's gotta be up to something," Grimlock whispered to Bumblebee.
Bumblebee pulled out his gun, "We're taking you in, 'Con."
"Hmm, I don't think so," Shadowrunner took off running in the other direction. Grimlock chased after him with a roar, not wanting him to get away. Bumblebee ran the other way to try and cut him off. Shadowrunner glanced behind him and chuckled as he made a quick U-turn, running under Grimlock. Grimlock manages to swipe him with his tail as he runs under him. Shadowrunner let out a yelp as he fell to the ground. Bumblebee came running over to them and kicked the 'Con in the side as he pointed his gun at him.
Shadowrunner raised his servos in surrender, "Oh man, Ripjaw is going to be pissed."
Bumblebee brings out his cuffs and cuffs him, then Grimlock picks up Shadowrunner and they head back to the scrapyard, "One down four to go," Bumblebee says feeling proud of their achievement.
"Yeah, good luck with that, the others won't go down so easily," Shadowrunner grumbled.
"We'll see about that."
They make it back to the scrapyard and put Shadowrunner in a stasis pod, "Hey, Lieutenant. I see you caught one of them," Strongarm greeted as she and Steeljaw walked up to Bumblebee and Grimlock.
"Yep, just four more to go," Grimlock replied, "What have you guys been up to?"
"Just hanging around spending time with each other. Steeljaw and I are going to investigate some activity," Strongarm replied.
"Alright, you both be careful," Bumblebee tells them.
"Want to get some Energon?" Grimlock asked.
"Sure," Bumblebee replied.
The two headed off to the Energon shack and both picked up a cube, "Here's to the capture of Shadowrunner," Bumblebee said holding up his cube before drinking the Energon. Grimlock raised his cube and practically inhaled his Energon.
"You're thirsty, aren't you?"
"Chasing after Shadowrunner was a workout."
"Indeed it was," Bumblebee chuckled.
"But it's too bad that Shadowrunner interrupted our kiss," Grimlock stated.
"It is. But at least we got him finally," Bumblebee says raising his Energon cube before taking another gulp from it.
Bumblebee and Grimlock watched Razorclaw as he helped the others with small tasks around the scrapyard. The poor Wolf-Con had been through so much, their sparks went out to him, "Do you think he'll be okay?" Grimlock asked worried for the mech.
"I sure hope so, poor guy. But I'm sure Soundwave will help him through it all."
"Yeah, it's really nice to depend on someone that you really care about."
"Yes, it is."
"Is there anyone that you care about? Like how Steeljaw is with Strongarm?" Grimlock asked.
"Y-yes..."
"If you don't mind me asking, who is it?" Grimlock asked with a blush.
"You," Bumblebee said sheepishly as he started blushing like mad.
Gimlock's blush grew bigger as he scratched the back of his helm, "R-really?"
"Yes, I've been finding myself getting feelings for you lately."
"Why's that? I mean I've been feeling the same way about you too."
"Not sure, guess I like how strong you are and how you can handle anything that is thrown at you."
"I like how you look after everyone like they're your family and for giving former Decepticons a second chance."
"Really?" Bumblebee asked as he started blushing harder.
"Well, yeah, and I think you're an amazing team leader."
"Well, thanks."
"You're welcome," Grimlock grinned.
Bumblebee grabbed his face and kissed him again. Grimlock made a surprised squeak before kissing him back. Bumblebee wrapped his arms around his neck as he deepened the kiss. Grimlock moaned into the kiss when he felt Bumblebee's arms around his neck. Bumblebee licked at his lips looking for entrance and Grimlock broke from the kiss.
"Um, Bumblebee, why did you lick my lips?" Grimlock asked in confusion.
"I was trying to get you to open up so I can put my tongue in."
Grimlock blinked in shock, "You can do that?"
"Yes, you can."
"Would it be okay if I try it?"
"Sure," Bumblebee replied with a smile.
Grimlock smiled before pressing his lips against Bumblebee's again. This time he slowly mimicked the mech's movements from a moment ago. With a chuckle, Bumblebee opened his mouth to let his tongue slip in while he slips his tongue into his mouth. Unsure of what to do, Grimlock just copied whatever Bumblebee would do. Bumblebee moaned as he flicked his tongue around Grim's mouth, tasting him out. Grimlock rubbed his tongue against Bumblebee's, liking how he tasted.
Primus, he tastes so good. Bumblebee says to himself. Grimlock wrapped his arms around Bumblebee pulling him closer. Bumblebee pulls back from the kiss, "Want to go to your room or mine?"
"What for?" Grimlock asked.
"I want to interface with you."
"Can we even do that?"
"Yes, if you want to."
"Could we go to your room?"
"Sure."
thinking about the first anniversary of the accident and how corey wasn't prepared for how fucking awful it would be.
in the year since jeremy died, corey had dropped out of college, been to a shrink, been on meds and then off them again, and tentatively tried to reintegrate into society but failed miserably.
the local media circus had long since died down, they didn't hang around the house anymore and there were no crowds baying for his blood, but the monikers they gave him had already stuck.
that first halloween was, in some ways, much like any other. kids laughing, jeering, shouting. joan was irritated by trick-or-treaters anyway, but now they had new chants, new pranks, and no one to stop them messing with the local pariah.
corey could hear it all from where he holed up in his bedroom; curtains closed, light switched off, buried beneath his blankets in hopes of perhaps never waking up again.
joan calls the cops but it takes them so long to arrive that the kids have long since scattered. the officers don't seem to care much anyway, like this was to be expected, after what corey had done.
(but he didn't do it, not like they said he did. a judge had as good as agreed, but still no one seems to believe him.)
corey barely sleeps, not that he ever does, and wakes early the next morning. he can hear ronald clattering around downstairs -- he must be getting ready to go to the scrapyard. momma should still be asleep, so corey chances getting up. his footsteps are silent, dodging each and every squeaky floorboard and creaking door hinge.
when he gets downstairs, all he can see is red. the front door is open, revealing the crime scene outside. someone had thrown red paint, a whole bucket of it, over their front porch. It covers the wooden deck, dripping down the step onto the grass, splattered up the sides of the house. and scrawled on the front door, in the same red paint, is two words; "KID KILLER".
corey blinks slowly, trying to process what he's seeing but he can't.
the clattering he heard was ronald getting the mop and bucket, hoping to sort this problem out before corey saw it. he startles when he finds corey at the foot of the stairs, stock still and staring.
"corey," ronald says quietly, like he's worried he might frighten him, "go back to bed, I'll clean this up."
corey shakes his head, lip wobbling. ronald's seen him cry before.
ronald does mop up the worst of it, and then heads to work, leaving corey to his own miserable devices in the kitchen, even though he's twitching to go and throw open the door and scream that it was an accident! he didn't fucking do anything!
joan is in hysterics when she wakes up and sees what has happened, only coddling corey between fits of rage. two of the guys from the scrapyard show up about an hour after ronald had left. they scrub the whole porch down before repainting it. they paint over the vicious epithet on the door too.
corey watches them from the window, shrouded by the sheer curtains. all he can see is the deep red stain in the allens' hallway.
Ok concept:
Blurr and Sideswipe watching a movie together and during the entire movie Side’s is fiddling with Blurr’s spoiler. Blurr falls asleep halfway through the movie and Sideswipe takes this opportunity to grab some fairy string lights and some other hanging trinkets from around the scrapyard and starts hangin them from Blurr’s spoiler (all the while Blurr’s passed tf out).
And then later the next day when Blurr goes back to his team he has NO IDEA about the lights and neat little pendants that are hanging from his spoiler until Salvage or Chase brings it up and asks why he has lights n stuff on his spoiler and Blurr’s just like ???? The fuck are you talking about?? What lights?? And he finally looks in a mirror and sees what Swipe did to his spoiler and he just immediately texts him like ??? I love you but wtf??? And Sideswipe’s dying laughing cus it took him that long to realize and then insists that he keeps it on cus he thinks it looks pretty on him <3
Idk just a random Blurr x Sideswipe thought I had while studying
!! bulleted info about those two suburban horror ocs i mentioned because idk when i’ll have the time or energy to make proper info pages about them………
CASSIDY “CASSIE” EVANS
human ghost, 19 at death, 5'4'', she/her.
from lebanon, missouri. still has the accent.
salt white hair (naturally light blonde; dyed while she was alive), chopped unevenly above her shoulders; light blue-grey eyes; ashen pale.
forever stuck in the same clothing she died in: dark grey cut-off jeans (end at the middle of her lower legs), a light rose grey top with a dark green military jacket over it, striped grey and white socks, dirty red converse shoes.
she can make herself invisible, transparent, or intangible at will. her emotions can also affect her visibility and tangibility against her will.
high school runaway, troublemaker, hitchhiker, and thrill-seeker. underperformed in school as a result of untreated adhd, eventually decided it was easier to simply embrace being labeled lazy and distracted and gave up on getting good grades altogether. she lived in a trailer home with her parents. despite being very different from their daughter and not understanding her in many ways, they did love her a great deal.
murdered at 19 on the lonely side of a road while hitchhiking in search of her girlfriend, lost track of how long she’s been around since then. her mindset is stuck as it was when she died.
dyed her hair salt white on a dare and got attached to it. sad she can’t dye her hair as a ghost. also sad she can’t get any more tattoos as a ghost :( she had so many ideas…
chaotic bi, chaotic teenager, chaotic ghost, chaotic stupid. she is… so much.
stuck around as a ghost partly because she has a grudge against her killer and partly because she made a deal with an entity called ‘jane’ shortly after dying. cassie gave up specific pieces of her memories in exchange for being a stronger spirit.
loves doing spooky ghost tricks to scare people, but very bad at controlling her abilities, largely because her emotional regulation is Bad. lights flicker and radios glitch with flares in emotion.
associations: moths, white deer, moonlight, long stretches of road, broken-down cars, old gas stations and parking lots at night, quiet roadside diners, back alleys, flickering lights, vending machines, the smell of smoke, skid marks, untied shoelaces, metal fences, clear and cold days, the cold feeling of an unseen observer, missing person posters, shivers down spines, liminal spaces, whispering in the dark, spilled milk
commonly found: in quiet, mostly empty parking lots at dusk and dawn; lingering near or within gas stations in the evening and early morning; sitting unnoticed in a quiet corner in a roadside diner; hanging around broken-down cars in the scrapyard; walking along the side of empty stretches of road; balancing on railway tracks; creating some disturbance/chaos somewhere (setting off car alarms, messing with vending machines, scattering shopping carts across parking lots, tipping over trash cans); most places that would be considered “liminal spaces”
‘TWITCH’ (nicknamed by those he pesters; also called twig, nuisance, and other insults)
timberhound, ???? years old, 2'0'', he/it
a summary of timberhounds: mischievous, erratic woodland creatures known for their quick-wittedness and love of conversation, especially riddles. they crave amusement at all times and are more than willing to cause trouble for the sheer chaos and thrill of it. they resemble skinny dogs, like greyhounds or whippets, but their forms are made of thin branches tightly twisted together rather than sinews. instead of blood, they bleed sap when injured. they are remarkably quick and rely on their speed to evade danger. due to their confidence in their ability to escape, they can be impulsive and reckless. they are also very susceptible to flattery, as well as bribes in the form of food (they will eat anything from crackers to car tires). although they act friendly, they are self-centered and often have a complete disregard for the wellbeing of others. it is unwise to trust them. they will turn on someone in a heartbeat if they sense an opportunity for fun. in terms of other weaknesses, all timberhounds are terrified of fire. they also cannot lie, though they will twist the truth whenever possible.
in basic shape and coloration, vaguely resembles a rake-thin brindle greyhound or whippet. spindly creature who appears to be made of thin tree branches tightly twisted together, with pitch black eyes and many sharp, dog-like teeth.
hates regular dogs, but can make himself look like a regular dog if people ask nicely (and if he likes them). when he makes himself appear more like a normal dog, he is bony and sleek. reference pictures of his “regular dog” guise: x, x, x
acts overly friendly around everyone, even complete strangers. outward friendliness does not always reflect his intentions. sometimes he just wants to chat. sometimes he wants to cause as much damage as possible for the sheer fun of it. he can be rather impulsive and reckless. he relies on his quick speed to escape danger. this isn’t entirely unreasonable - he is very quick. his senses are also better than those of a human, especially his sense of hearing and smell.
twitch has a faltering, crackly voice, lilting and cheerful. it almost sounds like he was never meant to speak, but figured it out anyway.
eats small animals like squirrels and mice. considers voles a delicacy and is always on the lookout for them. fond of bacon, crackers, and rubber car tires as well. he will also bite people he doesn’t like. most victims don’t appreciate this, since they incur injuries from both his teeth and from splintered wood around his jaw.
his stomach is essentially a black hole. he can eat anything and everything and will never get full. whatever he eats gets utterly vaporized within him. he is always varying degrees of hungry.
hunters have found it impossible to catch him; he blends into the woods, and even if they spot him, he bolts when they try to shoot or trap him. he has teased hunters because of his confidence in his ability to evade them. still, his luck will inevitably run out someday, especially with the traps some hunters put in the woods.
like all timberhounds, he is terrified of fire.
commonly found: wandering in the forest; rummaging through the trash for scraps to eat; sniffing at the tires of broken-down cars in hopes of a snack; trying to gnaw off a snare if he stumbles upon a trap in the forest (his teeth are sharp, so he can usually escape fairly easily, but hunters have been using stronger traps recently, leading to several close calls); hunting small creatures; observing someone from the brambles; creeping up on someone out of curiosity (or to steal something from them; he is especially attracted to food and shiny things)
In a Transformerd RID2015 X FNAF Movie Crossover, what if Denny was somehow able to buy the animatronics from Freddy Fazbars Pizzaria?
Ether because Afton wasn't able to pay to continue paying to keep the property in his name i.e health problems,bad investments, jail, you know stuff he probably had coming.
Leaving Denny to buy Freddy and the others from an estate sale or from Larry LaRue who got them from less then savory means and who used them to leverage Denny into trading for stuff inside the scrapyard.
Denny was a big fan of Freddy Fazabares Pizzaria growing up and having the actual animatronics felt like a dream come true. Despite the dark past behind the restaurant and the mystery of the missing children he still held fond memories of the restaurant.
But when Denny brings the animatronics into the Scrapyard, he, Russel, and the other bits began noticing strange things happening.
The security tapes seemingly catching shadows of animatronics moving or disappearing in different areas, or the animatronics bring spotted in different places like someone moved them, and what's worse are the peculiar dreams that some of the team are having....about children and an omnious pizzaria.
Fixit, Slipstream, Jetstorm, and Russrl are the most concerned given that it feels like the animatronics are paying special attention to them.
With things getting even more creepy when a "Steve Raglan", who claims to be the former owner of the animatronics, keeps trying to buy them back. His instance growing more aggressive with each visit.
And a female officer who hangs around the outside of the scrapyard and who gives Denny some cryptic messages.
Denny would absolutely do this either way. It probably isn't the first item in the scrapyard with sketchy history although this one is haunted to high hell. The only reason the bots haven't pointed out the strange smell is most aren't familiar with the scent of rotting flesh. Bumblebee has as he been on Earth for years but the suits are deep cleaned enough for him not to pinpoint it.
The animatronics are more curious about this predicament. All of them know the bots aren't like them nor their human companions have a hand in their creation. The tether to William Afton also isn't that strong since the pizzeria is their deathned. A place of death holds more power than the killer.
Thus the kids feel like playing pranks and being ominous little shits. Any dreams are unintentional as the person in question just resonates too much with a certain animatronic. Chica for Grimlock, Sideswipe with Foxy, Bonnie involving Strongarm, Freddy alongside Jetstorm, Golden Freddy and Slipstream. Also those four are perfect 'playmate size' than similar temperament.
Denny's refusal would genuinely evolve from 'No' to 'Something shady is going on' considering how desperate the man is. Vanessa's appearance is also enough to have Russel suggest doing some research about the animatronics and Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The rabbit hole they jumped into is drenched in blood.
Tie your heart to mine
Chapter 11
Gif by @sibirr
“What brings you here, kid?” Shelby asks sitting on an old metal chair like it was a throne.
He is in a scrapyard.
His good trousers stained from the dirt and grime after being made to kneel before the man he was named after.
For a man who barely reaches Tom’s chin when he is standing, Thomas Shelby somehow manages to be imposing.
Having Tom kneel at his feet like this makes him want to kick his teeth in.
Always had a problem with authority, be it his dad or the law or men like Shelby.
“Said he was looking for our Diane,” the barman had answered for him, and Tom wondered if this was one of the infamous Shelby Brothers.
Looked like him except for the moustache and the signs that life had been shittier to him than his brothers.
“I told you, she’s my girl.” Or was, he wasn’t sure what they were. “Came to see her, ‘cause every time I call, they hang up on me.”
He is told she is not home, or busy and the most recent one had Thomas Shelby warning him to never call again.
This has going for nearly ten days, and Tom can’t stand by it anymore.
He needs to see her.
“This is the boy, this skinny Manc is the boy she’s been moping around for?” the man, Arthur, he assumes, laughs, and offers him a hand to help him to his feet.
He’s almost hesitant about taking it, wanting to prove he is not afraid of them.
The guys keeping him down move without even being told out of respect or fear.
They fear him in a different way than the boss.
His dad said the eldest Shelby was a killing machine, the Shelby brothers were the stuff of legends, men bred and raised tough by their gypsy thug father and gypsy witch mother.
A backstreet razor gang a hundred miles away that came knocking at their door because cupid decided the girl Tom would fall for would be the devil’s precious little girl.
They’re dangerous, boy, you hear me. Don’t you dare go knocking at their fucking house! His father had warned when he caught him getting a rucksack ready should he have to stay overnight.
It was going to be her birthday tomorrow; he wouldn’t miss it for the world.
Had a gift for her with the money she helped him win at the track.
Said it had been how her mum and dad started, her telling him the winning horses and he using that knowledge to wipe out their competitors.
Eventually the Shelby Betting Shop became The Shelby Company Limited.
They gave it a try one weekend, after he got fired from the shop on the day his mother died. They came back with enough to get his dad and Lois a bit of relief and even splurged on something nice for himself.
He could get a betting license, then Di won’t be stuck being the one keeping food on the table for them and the little ones that come along.
To think Diane’s got him thinking about settling down and he’s only been with her for some three months.
“I’m twenty-two, I’m not a boy.” Tom said accepting the offered hand.
“So we said till the war made real men out of us.” Arthur replied, reminding him about what Diane saw.
Was she afraid he’d turn into someone like her dad?
At least her dad got his shit together, not like his who couldn’t handle losing mum eleven years ago and left Lois the burden of taking care of everything.
11-year-old Lois had to put away her dollies and take care of him and dad because granny and their aunties said she had to ‘cause she was girl and that is how things are.
Tom refuses to become a burden.
He’s been one for far too long.
If he’s going to be in the Navy, he’s going as far as his talents and luck take him before Hitler sinks him.
Lois wouldn’t have to work and just focus on her music, be able to have the life she lost when mum died; his dad could finally see him as grown man and not the wayward twelve-year-old boy who lost the only parent that understood him.
“I suppose we’ll see what this one does to me.” Somehow the men here understand what he has said.
“Sounds just like you did, Tommy. Fucking Douglas wanted his kid to be just like you, didn’t he, Sergeant Major?” Arthur laughs at his words and both Thomas’ recoil at being accused of being the same.
He’s seen houses like these, on the outside and once on the inside when Lois was fifteen and he managed to get them inside Mrs. Gaskill’s House for a tour.
But Arrow House is a whole different beast.
It could eat ten of those houses for breakfast.
Fuck you could fit Bellevue in the property as well.
“Frances, where’s Diane, she has a guest.” Shelby makes the word feel like an insult.
They have a housekeeper, a butler and
Shelby and his brothers give their coats to the older woman and Tom nutters an apology when she has to get his attention.
A castle fit for a princess.
And he the piss poor bastard taking her from all of this.
“Miss Shelby is reading in the library.” The housekeeper answered and then asked if he needed anything.
“Take her guest to her, Frances.” Shelby orders and the woman nods respectfully before sending them on their way. “If it isn’t much of an inconvenience, have someone there to keep things proper.”
A chaperone he means, to keep things proper between Diane and her boyfriend.
If Shelby knew they were far beyond that, Tom would be returning home in a coffin.
Diane’s been out riding when she sees the cars come into the property.
Arrow Hall was considered small by larger estates, but it was easy to lose yourself here.
Her parents had chosen it for that reason. They wanted a house that had all they needed, and both needed somewhere to go where only a handful could find them.
And just like them, Diane loves the feeling of getting lost on purpose.
She could always find her way back, a gift she also inherited from them like her younger siblings.
Only Gabriel can match her in ability, born with the innate ability to sneak up even on witches like Diane and her mother.
But today, her father has guests and while she is here, she is to be the MP’s daughter who never has a hair out of place and never says the wrong things or wear anything like jodhpurs when he has guests.
The young witch is dressed in a fashionable and modest yellow knit skirt suit by the time the cars arrive at the front entrance.
She is reading the paper sitting in an elegant armchair that once belonged to some noble or high-profile prisoner or something like that.
Diane had seen a shock of blonde hair in the passengers of the car and rode like the wind hoping it was Tom.
Double reason to put the effort in her looks.
“Thank you, Frances, you may leave.” She said pretending she does not want to run to him because she is just so happy to see him.
“What brings you here, Tom?” she asks playing it cool.
Things had ended badly between them; she isn’t even sure why he is here.
Made it perfectly clear he was done with her lying and thinking so ill of him.
And he is not wrong, had she been the one lied to and then called immature for not reacting one way, she would have done the same.
Diane knows she owes him an explanation and an apology; she just isn’t even sure when she’s to do it given, she’s been here ten days.
The witch supposed now was the time.
The universe did love giving her the worst timing for everything.
Frances leaves the door open to keep things proper and neither waste time closing the space between them.
“Your old man asked me the same thing, love.” He said with that grin of his that makes her heart flutter.
God, she’s been going mad without him. No wonder her parents hated being apart from each other.
“And what did you tell him?” she asked eschewing her caution and throwing her arms around his shoulders as he wrapped his around her waist.
“Told him I came here for you.” Tom bent his head just as she reached up in her tiptoes to kiss lips she’s kissed a thousand times before and in her dreams these lonely nights.
No more lying.
This time she means it.
@wild-at-spark from X
Pings from the nurses in the emergency room never fail to pique her interest, especially when there's a patient chart attached to the message. Wild wastes no time in reviewing the patients chart.
"Well you're definitely a trauma case, high speed crashes always do more damage than what people realise." the medic talks to herself. "Running hot.. maybe an underlying infection, that'll need monitoring." Her optics glance down at the warning at the bottom of the chart, sparking excitement for the femme. "Oh hello~" She whistles. "This case just got more fun."
It doesn't take her long to make her way to the ER of the hospital, the nurse who pinged her already there waiting outside the side room. "Stay furthest away from the patient and do what I say." Wild instructs before heading inside.
"So I hear you're not co operating for my staff. Want to tell me why?" Wild asks sternly, while disinfecting her servos.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/9f165f116123d740db0f0916ffc3d68a/13d85fdc0ae5e7bc-af/s540x810/d71a558e229307beb3a0e9b45f223027c49b0f89.jpg)
Fireblade was having a great morning, she hang out with some bots who loved speed just as much as her. They found some low activity streets and raced for the majority of the morning. Then some hot-head decided he didn't like losing to a no-body, 2-wheeling feme and. Boom, One crash later she has a busted shoulder, some fragged up wires and the dude got half his face melted off.
And then she had gotten to the first hospital, but she might as well have taken a trip to the scrapyard.
Doctors really think they know everything, even after repeated strong words that the flames was not the problem, and they where not hurting her. They insisted she was wrong. That she was damaged. So what if she had thrown a bitchfit and burned a couple of hands to protect herself? Now she's dangerous and a problem. Story of her life. So here she is. Thrown away to be someone else's problem.
"Because they are all scrap heads who can't do there job." She explains as she looks at Wild. Distain and annoyance as clear as the burning glow of her optics.
"Grams, if you could do your damn job and just fix my fragging shoulder. That be great."
#wild-at-spark#so her arms just hanging :D like a humans would if they dislocated there shoulder#Try not to get burned🔥IC
@dollhidden asked: What are Kaitlyn's thoughts on the other counsellors before/after that night at the camp? Who does she like the most? Is there anyone she likes the least?
OH THIS IS SUCH A GOOD ONE thank u so much u bless me with the best asks.......
ok ok ok so i'll start with jacob bc he's the one she has the most history with!! they both give absolute only child energy LMFAO so i feel like they connected pretty quickly and realized they made a pretty good team!! lil baby kaitlyn was definitely a tomboy, usually preferred to hang out and roughhouse with the boys, but she is such a little cutie i just know jacob took one look at her tried to be like "lol ur a girl u cant do this" and she jumped his ass 😭 and idk something about a good fist fight can be so bonding!! like honestly they are this text post in a nutshell
she doesn't really blame him for what happened that night. if she'd thought that they'd be putting themselves in danger, she wouldn't have told him how to sabotage the van to begin with. she obviously wouldn't have ever expected actual literal werewolves LMAO she knows he wasn't trying to get anyone hurt. she does think he needs to chill and let emma be once she's expressed disinterest and she tells him so, but her view of him doesn't really change. he's still one of her best friends, he's just a little stupid and has some growing up to do which! mood tbh!
she's very much not quiet about her crush on ryan but also it's not something she takes super seriously. a summer fling would have been nice but she doesn't actually really know him ? she wouldn't mind getting to know him better, but over the summer pretty much all she's picked up about him is that he's quiet, hot, and a little weird but like in a cute way LMAO. i think she'd like him a lot and they could potentially work well together if they actually got to know each other, but that have to involve things feeling way less one sided on her end. also we all know she's too busy kissing emily to even think twice about it!
she actually really starts to like dylan over that last night, even if ryan did choose to kiss him and not her LMAO. she never outright disliked him or anything, but after the scrapyard and trying to take their last stand at the lodge she has a LOT more respect for him and considers him way more of a friend. before it was kind of like "oh he's a work friend" and maybe a little bit of a competitive feeling on her end knowing they were both crushing on the same guy, but it was all very unserious to her hgkskfk just a bit of friendly competition!! LMAO. so they come out of it closer than she expected, i think they would keep in touch after! he's the only one that i think she would go out of her way to keep in touch with, besides ofc jacob who she already knows.
nick was absolutely not on her radar for most of the summer lmaooo. he is just very not her type, romantically or friendship wise ! he absolutely weirded her the fuck out right before he turned though LMAO so even though she knows he was really messed up at the time she is perfectly happy not getting to know him better!
part of that is probably that she just feels weirdly protective of abi, even though they're not like besties or anything. she thinks abi is a sweetheart and she just seems so tightly wound and anxious all the time fjdjkd she reminds kaitlyn of a kicked puppy!! she thinks abi is pretty cool, she's talented with art and good with the kids, so she wants to see her give herself a little more credit!! she knows abi is way closer to emma, and that kind of is also something where she's a little worried for her after seeing jacob all worked up over emma? bc jacob is a crybaby (affectionate) but he's hard headed he'll get over it LMAO she's a little more concerned about how abi would handle emma switching up on her. also she ships it!
so with emma, kaitlyn definitely doesn't want to be all buddy buddy with her after watching jacob piss his pants over her all summer LMAO but again it's the type of thing where she doesn't necessarily dislike her? she doesn't trust her but she doesn't think she's an inherently bad person or anything, she doesn't really think there's a Right side in emma being straight up about not wanting anything more than a fling vs jacob catching feelings anyway bc he's a sap, but she's like yikes ! i will not be touching that one !
bonus: laura hot. no thoughts head empty !
#if caleb and kaylee were counselors she would like them i think!#well. she would like kaylee! LMAO. but shes like no offense but is ur brother. okay.#(hes not! :) )#TY AGAIN FOR SENDING THIS IN ILUSM#dollhidden#kaitlyn tbt
Give me heron lore the people (me) wanna know
He’s the middle member in the Saurian brother trio, with Toby being his younger brother, and Makarov being his older brother. As a kid, he was bullied a lot for being too soft. Makarov noticed this and started to protect him as a result. This would form a strong brotherly bond between them. Years went by, and it seemed like their bond would never break. That would change when an escaped machine from one of David Smith’s facilities killed their parents, and they decided it was best to move elsewhere, settling in Grand Isle of May May. The death of their parents wouldn’t leave Makarov’s head, and Heron got increasingly agitated by his obsession with the past. Eventually the tension grew too great, and Heron and Makarov ended up fighting in The Scrapyard, resulting in Heron losing a hand and his vision in one eye. During the events of Memecenary Madness: Main, Heron has mostly let that event go, and focuses more on being a singer, sometimes going overseas to hang out with coworkers. His missing hand is now replaced with a robotic one, and he wears and eyepatch. Interestingly enough, he still has his damaged eye, but he almost never shows it.
