I was watching Gumball a few moments ago, and out of nowhere, for no reason, it hit me: this year passed by fast, huh?

Maybe it was just me not doing anything. I’m just happy I made a new friend, she’s really nice. More energetic than I can keep up with socially, but still, it’s good.

I got a plushie for Christmas. It’s a dog, his name is Cheetos, I call him Chee. It was some step-mother’s family member’s idea. Might take a picture of him later, he’s a very good plushie.

I passed a test (surprisingly, I wasn’t that bad on math?!) I don’t even understand gender roles, let alone social cues or normal behavior. I am kinda scared for my high school life.

It’s hard to think it will be 2025. No one asked me if I was ready for December, and it passed TOO SLOWLY.

Flickering lights; light drizzle through the day; streetlights so shiny they hurt my eyes; dirty river; only one or two blankets through night and day; dark room, no lights I allow in. It almost feels like an off-key melody from a music box, the early fireworks overwhelming in their fastness. Everything else feels underwhelming

I can only drown my thoughts in the light drizzle or heavy rain by the day, muted colors as I only think. Sometimes, I will be pondering how it got this far and how fast it was all, and sometimes, I will just watch a cartoon episode with my head empty, no thoughts to bother.

I can be as vague as a streetlight. Blurry like an old photo that’s grown stained. It’s just me, away from this world, enjoying The Amazing World of Gumball.
