redesigned my MW sona/self insert guy…. did some expression doodles as well. felt he looked too child-like in previous designs so i attempted to mitigate that.. also wanted to give him a more interesting silhouette and change up his color pallette a bit!! overall very proud of how he turned out :^)

here you go. first one is obv at the scene . second is at some point @ 13. i imagine they strongly encourage men keep their hair short being a militaristic society and whatnot. couldnt get him to part with the facial hair though . anyway his hair would be relatively grown out here. iirc katniss says his eye doesnt sustain any permanent damage or whatever but i do think the nerves in his eyelids are kind of affected so that eye has a little bit of a squint even after the scars fade

tbh after finishing reload and 5’s first arc, it rlly do feel like 4 doesn’t really. do a lot with souji’s characterisation in relation to that game’s central themes. “you can see through the fog a little” okay cool but like, why. can u give us a little more on what it means for Souji specifically that he doesn’t lie to himself unlike everyone else who has to face a shadow??
