Major, menace, motherfucker. Orderly on occasion, alliterative always.

specifically regarding the upcoming MCR shows, in your estimation, when considering uploading a video of the stage performance, what would you like to see accompanying a post?
If there’s flashing lights, clearly label that there are flashing lights in the video, and make a video description of those parts. Here’s a good example of that. If there’s significant portions of the video that don’t have strobes, it’d be fucking shiny to separate those out and label that there aren’t any flashing lights anywhere in that video.

I’m in desperate need for a custom wheelchair, leaving the house is completely impossible without my rollator and then I’m unable to do much for days afterwards. My hospital style wheelchair is extremely heavy and far too big for me. I can’t use it regularly because of the size and pain it causes. Tariffs are going to make the price go up on the brand I’m getting so I need funds urgently. My body is struggling to keep up and doctors refuse to listen. I need $1,170 to cover the chair and shipping from not a wheelchair, I’m currently at $29 as of 5/11/25. I’m selling Kandi on depop to fund it.

As exciting as it is that MCR is not only touring but doing weird lore stuff, I am definitely having trouble getting hyped up personally because I won’t be able to watch hardly anything because of the strobe lights and the fact that nobody in the fandom bothers with subtitles/transcripts much less video descriptions. Even if there are segments without flashing lights, I know people won’t think to separate those out or to put flash warnings on videos that will have flashing lights. The fact that it’s such a simple thing for the band to take away the flashing lights and they won’t pisses me the fuck off. The fact it’s so fucking easy to put a flash warning on a video or gif and that nobody does it pisses me off. It’s not just inaccessible it’s fucking dangerous and it’s so fucking shitty that I won’t be able to participate at all in the tour because of both the bandom and the band refusing to make it safe for everyone.
[if you are not in any way photosensitive and you find yourself thinking about how much you think flashing lights are cool, shut the fuck up]

okay good because I’m still upset about it
Is the way photosensitivity is handled by danger days fans on the list of “discourse” you’ve decided to move on from? Cause I feel like it’s still really worth talking about.
No, these are legitimate health concerns for many users. “Discourse” here refers to ship wars, trying to call out or cancel certain users, or being needlessly hateful toward headcanons. Any unanswered asks about your concerns may have been eaten by the askbox.
