This is hilarious I was anticipating ‘slut’ and was pleasantly surprised by it and it’s currently my fave though soon being overtaken by ‘say don’t go’ (what can I say I thrive in angst-ridden songs and want to melt into them forever) —- but according to the recent poll it’s everyone’s least favorite at the moment by first impressions 😂

While I’ll always support Taylor with her music I do feel some of the songs in Taylor’s Version is just ok 🤷🏻‍♀️ which is fine it’s literally the same song all those years ago. But I still love listening to the OG CDs I have because you can feel her youth and a heavier weight on the emotions when she sang these songs at the time of their actual release

P.S. idk why I was hoping for I Know Places to sound improved here sonically (I’m always crossing my fingers for revamped versions like Girl At Home) and was mildly disappointed but then it’s whatever it’s fine 🫣😆

ngl slut! is really growing on me ngl. say don't go is my favourite atm for sure tho. i think i just expected slut! to be very different from what it is, which is why it took me a little to warm up to it. also, i kinda get listening to the og versions (still do too occasionally, not on streaming tho). there are some og versions i prefer (like better than revenge and ikywt) but i like all the tv as well. idk i think my ear is super unschooled so i am used to the new production and vocals after the second listen sdfdskjfjks. but you are right the emotional delivery is a little different at times. i have to say i think bad blood on 1989 tv is SUCH an improvement!! as for i know places, i would have been soooo disappointed if they had changed the arrangement of that track!! i think they improved the mixing tho. idk i like it but i see why it's a track some people are not vibing with fjskjssf ngl i think my teen brain fused some of my aftg brainrot with this song so. you know. my opinion on it counts for literally NOTHING.

how do you feel about suburban legends? that's the only one i have not fully fathomed yet. i am sure it will grow on me in time but i haven't clicked with it yet.

Lucifer is just so in love and obsessed with you. not in a scary way or anything- but in a very soft way, just melting completely whenever the simplest, everyday things remind him of his little lamb you.

it can be anything, really, maybe he sees your favorite pastry in a bakery or something in a shop window he thinks you’d like or maybe he simply passes somebody in the street that has the same hair color as you.

and before he can stop himself, Lucifer is reaching into his pocket for his phone to call you a soft little smile on his face. even if he can only hear your voice for a few seconds it’ll make his day so much better <3

i have this headcanon that percy and annabeth are raging accidental flirts. but not with each other. like. they'll go to the coffee shop on fifteenth street. and compliment the barista on his hair and clothes and tip really well. but only for him. and they have no idea this boy is absolutely swooning over them. or. each time they to go the bakery downtown. they take the time to converse with the waitress at the counter as they eat her homemade muffins. and are incredibly vocal about how she's their favorite server. and how much they enjoy seeing her. and suddenly they're the only two customers that can get her services for free. except, they just think she's like that with everyone.

loooove to receive random ts fan thoughts!! i am sorry you were a little disappointed by the track. i really had no expectations for it at all (i’m not a big FoB girlie and am only familiar with what drips down into the mainstream) so i was pleasantly surprised by the song! but i definitely see why it didn’t make the cut for the album. lyrically it’s great but sonically it’s not doing all that much. any thoughts on the speak now vault in general???? they’re probably my fav ones we got so far, but that might also be because i am a big fan of speak now 🙈
