Logan has always tried to do good, especially by those who he loves. And let's be real, in every universe he loves the x-men more than anything. They're his family for crying out loud. He might be an asshole with anger issues but he's not a bad guy, even the worst of his versions.
And Wade sees that, sees underneath all that anger and grief and tough guy exterior. He gets ran through by Logan's claws, being subjected to some very harsh words and is insulted every step of the way throughout most of the film. But his singular belief in Logan, that only he can save his universe, that never wavers.
"I know how to kill people for money but you...you know how to save them." Wade says. But it is him who saves Logan in the end.

Y’all are so obsessed with the dichotomy between jinx and powder not understanding that the insistence on them being separate entities is what’s causing so many of her problems in the first place
Vi is not capable of reckoning with jinx as she is in the present and looks to the past, at who she was before vander mylo and claggor died, because she can’t live with the idea that she might love someone who did horrible things
Silco doesn’t want to acknowledge jinx’s past and background because he wants a claim on her and fears that if she stays connected to her family he will lose her, as well as him applying his survival-through-spiritual-death complex—that he applies to himself—to her, (wrongly) thinking that it will heal her as it hasn’t healed him
Vi only wants powder. Silco wants jinx to abandon powder’s family. But jinx is powder and powder is jinx and they are trying to tear her apart so they can have her

there's many things I love about the clip they released from family feud but this is my favorite part. oliver literally has both ryan and tracie looking at him with their big brown doe eyes like he's hung the moon and the stars.
AND I GET IT. LOOK AT THIS MAN. LISTEN TO HIM TALK. THE VOICE. THE SMILE. AND NOW THE CURLS!!!
no idea how ryan survived filming the first few episodes with oliver because that haircut literally made him ten times hotter for some reason.

How have we forgotten that Crosshair almost killed Hunter while freed from the chip’s influence?
“Hunter never wanted to go back for Crosshair, the audacityyy!”
Who in their right mind would want to go back for a sibling who tried to stab them to death. Honestly. In what real world scenario would that actually happen.

you know, i always find it really funny when dudebros complain about syndicate and odyssey being too "jokey" or not "taking its characters seriously" or whatever…
like, did y'all collectively sleep through "it's-a me, mario!", "i meant besides vaginas", ezio inventing the latte, bartolomeo's... just... *gestures vaguely* entire character, etc?
like, it's fine to have preferences of course, i myself prefer a more serious and grounded tone, but these are usually the same people who tout the ezio trilogy as "peak assassin's creed", call ac1 a glorified tech demo and hate on connor for being "too serious and boring", like? make it make sense!
#asscreed#ac syndicate#ac odyssey#dont get me wrong#i do have problems with syndicate and even more so with odyssey#but it's not the tone lol#honestly i think kassandra is the protagonist that's the most similar to ezio if you really think about it#but bc she's a woman she's suddenly 'overpowered' and 'unrealistic'#yall don't remember the insane things that ezio survives in revelations do you#speaking of which#been replaying the ezio games lately#and i have something to confess...... i really don't think ac2 is good#ac brotherhood was a BIG improvement#in terms of story pacing for one (none of those insane unmotivated time jumps... well aside from the strange montage at the end)#and the characters are a lot more fleshed out (probably bc there aren't like 20 of them)#and the handling of female characters is MUCH less egregious#maybe bc there's only really claudia and caterina left LOL#lucrezia is a little annoying i guess... but she gets a pass bc she's cesare's sister and really they're the same kind of crazy lol#and hey we actually get to see how dangerous sex work can be and how it's not just a way for sexy nuns to give inner peace to men#even cristina gets fleshed out!#and i like that we get so see ezio being a little bit of a selfish prick in her missions#and making bad decisions in interpersonal relationships#at least i THINK that's what we're supposed to take away from it... but who knows maybe it's just supposed to be a tragic love story...#i hope not.... i hope the player IS supposed to think that ezio's treatment of her is bad. otherwise.... :/#sorry for rambling#guess im just kinda surprised by how much i enjoyed brotherhood#it had been a long time since i last played it#also the modern day is really good!#that you can talk so much to everyone and also being able to read their emails and the mundane banter... idk i just think its neat :)

You're such an inspiration for the ways
That I will never ever choose to be
Oh, so many ways for me to show you
How your saviour has abandoned you
Fuck your god!
Your lord, and your Christ
He did this!
Took all you had and left you this way
Still you pray, you never stray, never
Taste of the fruit!
Never thought to question why

shanks' need/desire to protect his friends and family from anything and everything vs buggy's gigantic inferiority complex that makes him take any act of protection/love as someone looking down on him, FIGHT
#buggy could trip and shanks could catch him bc god forbid buggy hurts his knees#and instead of saying thank you buggy just goes: what? you think i can't handle hitting my knees? you think im too weak?#what this man needs is the world's most patient therapist#and on the other end i think shanks' desire to protect his friends and family does come off as condescending smtimes#and like all of his emotions are dialed up to a 100 when it comes to buggy#and so at a certain point it does come off as possessive and off-putting and i think that's why buggy chafes at it so much#bc buggy barely belongs to himself as is and i don't think he could handle all of shanks' desire#like buggy already thinks he's weak and cowardly. less than in every sense and then on top of that to have shanks protect him??#it would ruin him i think#and like of course shanks doesn't understand!!! what is there to understand when you've always been good at everything?#he loves his people and he loves buggy especially so and he wants to take care of them!! all the power he has is just a tool he uses to kee#them safe. and i do think there is a voice in shanks' head that says 'just take buggy. he can't resist anyway. you could keep him safe by#your side. he'd never be in danger at your side. just take him' but shanks knows that's one step too far and so he never does it.#anyway the occupy way too much of my brain space these days#one piece#buggy the clown#op buggy#buggy one piece#akagami no shanks#op shanks#shanks one piece#shuggy#shanks x buggy

Examples of Infectious Diseases:
Common cold and flu.
Foodborne illnesses (Salmonella, E. coli).
Vector-borne diseases (Malaria, Zika).

Encourage students to ask questions about anything they didn't understand or want to learn more about.
Review and Summary:
Recap key points discussed during the lesson.
Emphasize the importance of being aware of toxic and infectious substances for their own safety and well-being.
