GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀

READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?
Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio/lifting weights. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.
— gua sha to help improve blood circulation and lessen toxins.
— cold therapy may take three to five minutes of being uncomfortable, but your energy levels will be boosted for the rest of the day.
— remove makeup before you go to bed.
BODY CARE
— shower every day.
— exfoliate 2x a week.
— use body lotion (shea butter/aloe vera gel/coconut oil).
HAIR CARE
— wash hair 2-3x a week
— oil your scalp 2x a week, at least 3 hours before shampoo.
— hair mask 1x per week.
— never brush wet hair.
— use silk pillow case.
HYGIENE
— brush your teeth 2x a day, clean tongue and the roof of the mouth daily.
— floss daily.
— cut your nails 1x a week, never remove the cuticles.
— glycolic acid under arm for odor and discoloration.
— never use soap on your coochie.
Mental Glow Up-
MINDSET
— set clear goals- define and breakdown your aspirations.
— start your mornings with positive affirmations.
— surround yourself with uplifting content and people.
— be shamelessly selfish to your career and mental health, remove anyone or anything that doesn't align with your priorities and wellbeing.
— boost your brain health by these 4 neuroscience tools:
difficult first: start your day with the most difficult task (cortisol and dopamine are high in the body meaning that your body/mind is primed to work).
rest your eyes: introduce a micro-pause after learning by resting/closing your eyes - will help retain information better.
tomorrow's worries: write tomorrow's to-do list before bed as it is proven to be effective in helping you fall asleep.
find time to play: engage in low-stake play. can be anything you find fun but where the outcome doesn't matter (induces neuroplasticity + reduces stress).
MIND
— meditation might take as low as ten minutes, but your focus will be improved for the rest of the day.
— no social media after waking up and at least an hour before bed.
— keep aside 1 hr of time to read daily! reading a new book may take five hours, but you will keep the knowledge forever.
— journaling, gratitude.
— digital detox once a week or for 12 hours.
— limit unnecessary screentime, unfollow or cut off people you don't want to see.
JOURNALING
— choose a regular time each day to journal, making it a part of your routine.
— find a quiet, comfortable place free from distractions. light a candle if you want.
— allow your thoughts to flow without censoring or editing.
— write about your feelings and emotions to understand them better. write about things you are thankful for to boost your mood. write about your short-term and long-term goals. identify what triggers certain emotions or reactions
— set a timer for 5-10 minutes and write continuously during that time.
— reflect on both positive experiences and challenges.
— make lists, journal your thoughts on these questions.
— journal at night to clear your mind before bedtime, because emotions and thoughts lose their power once we acknowledge them.
— a gratitude practice may take five minutes, but your mindset will be shifted for the rest of the day.
AFFIRMATIONS
— customise affirmations to your needs.
Personal Life-
WEEKLY TASKS
— initiate small changes: begin with small, manageable tasks such as making your bed or cleaning your room every sunday.
— celebrate your success: reward yourself when you achieve your goals or have a consistently productive week. consider treats like buying flowers for yourself or watching your favorite show.
DAILY WORK
— set achievable goals: establish realistic goals for the day, week, or month ahead.
— track your progress.
— organise your work space, declutter your shelves etc.
— embrace the power of lists: keep a list of tasks to be done and their deadlines. this way, you start each day with a clear plan. to make it visually appealing and motivating, consider using productivity apps like evernote, habit tracker, or notion.
PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
— wake up early.
— plan ahead everything, do scheduling. you can use:
google calendar / notion / tasks .
— if the task takes less than 2 minutes to finish, do it immediately.
— countdown rule, if you are procrastinating, count 1-2-3-4-5 and jump.
— start slow, don't rush and try to do everything at one time.
— follow a proper routine, use app locks based on screentime.
— pomodoro technique, 25 min work, and 5 min break.
— schedule longer break times as well e.g 30 min nap.

beauty tips to look less like you're actively dying
now of course, if you're following my nutrition tips, you should mitigate the living corpse appearance anyways, but here's makeup, skin, hair, and nail options to keep up the appearance of a normal person
Skin: Using a silicone scrubbie, take off makeup and wash face with an oil cleanser, then wash again with a regular gel cleanser. In the morning, vitamin C serum and then a day cream containing retinol and spf. At night, just petroleum jelly. Cerave sells all of these for cheap and they're recommended by my dermatologist. Use the petroleum jelly on your lips, too. During the day, use carmex chapstick religiously. For your body, use exfoliating body wash and exfoliating gloves. Naturium glycolic acid body wash and bio-lipid lotion are my holy grails. Makeup: You want to look dewy and rested. No matte makeup, it'll settle into your dry skin and you'll look worse. Start with Covergirl trublend in plush plump (or the greenish one if you have redness) to give off the appearance of plumper skin and prime your face. Assuming you have dark circles, you want an undereye brightener. I like Catrice's, you could also layer this over l'oreal's anti-fatigue magic skin beautifier if your dark circles are really bad. No heavy foundation - go for a bb cream. L'oreal magic skin or, my personal fave, wet n wild bare focus skin tint. For blush, avoid pink or peach - you want a shade that'll look natural. Most makeup artists use a red or a berry. If you wear red or berry lipsticks, just use lipstick as your blush, that's what I do with my clinique black honey (which is a great shade for this if you have olive skin). If you're going for red, a great, cheaper option for this would be sheglam colorbloom liquid blush or simply your lipstick like I said. Another berry option that's cheaper than my clinique would be something like wet n wild in my blackberry broke. You'll want a glassy, not powdery highlighter. This can be l'oreal lumiglotion, wet n wild radiance liquid, or an actual highlighter like l'oreal lumi le glass. For powder, just powder your t zone very gently with something like elf halo glow or the catrice blurring loose powder. Do your eye makeup and eyebrows however you want, though I personally recommend learning how to do them properly for your face shape and "animal face type" and learn your color season so everything harmonizes. Set everything down with Milani make it last dewy setting spray. Hair: It needs moisture and volume. A good cheap option is Pacifica salty waves if you don't color your hair and coco peptides if you do. Do a big deep conditioning treatment once a week. marc anthony grow long, l'oreal elvive, or pantene miracle rescue are all good options. Consider oiling your hair, too. research how to do it and what oil to use for your specific hair type. Use a mousse for volume - pacifica makes one that smells like vanilla. You'll scrunch this into your hair when it's soaking wet after your shower. Spritz with a sea salt spray after - ouai is the best, but it's pricy, so feel free to use pacifica's for this as well. Make sure also to trim your dead ends and get a flattering haircut that isn't flat - it'll be easier to hide any thinning with layers, and you won't get the stringy anorexia look. Nails: Get a nail oil, a cuticle remover, and keep your nails trimmed and cleaned, then start wearing press ons (or get gel tips if you can afford it). Bliss kiss nail oil pens are a great option, blue cross cuticle remover, and kiss are cheap, solid press ons. I like the medium length square french, but I was also born in the 90s.

🥁anon here!
Do you think the Joker would ever let his light do his face paint on day? I can’t help but smile at the thought; Joker sitting still with his eyes closed like those kids who’re getting painted as a tiger at the fair, patiently waiting. Everything would be done with precision: sharp smile, blacked out eyes (don’t even think about one of the dark circles being slightly bigger/wonkier than the other- we gotta start from scratch!). I doubt he’d let his light use setting powder, eyeliner and/or lip liner before going out to wreak havoc, but oh boy- all it takes is one evening before Joker is strutting around with a glam look💃🕺
Get in here 🥁 anon!!
Ah yes my summer love let’s talk about this!! 🖤✨
Absolutely!! You already know the man behind the makeup so applying it is a piece of cake.
You break out your makeup brushes, create a playlist, and get to work beating Joker’s face. He needed this.
If J has time to spare, he’ll let you do a full face application but time is short so stick to foundation and eyeshadow to keep him moving. Boooooo
Ohhhhh but full coverage nights are your favorite. Joker lets you cleanse his face with masks and serums before pushing his hair back with a cute headband. You giggle as he sits there so patiently, almost like a kid.
“Uh… Bunny? You gonna doll me up or what?”
That gets you moving to prime his face with only the best products on the market and you talk about which products you’re using as you create your masterpiece.
His foundation ain’t budging you hear me? Those black circles are immaculate! Symmetrical and darker than the moon. You ate that 👏🏾🏾👏🏾👏🏾
And his signature red smile? Never looked better. Yes, yes he makes you smear it along the edges of his scars for that ‘sinister look’ but you get a little too carried away while kissing him I mean smudging the lipstick.
Joker doesn’t mind your odd method of applying lipstick. He loves the shade better on you anyway and he loves your lips on his even more.
You pull away to hide your flustered cheeks and tell J to close his eyes.
You go a little heavy on the setting powder but it gives him that haunting look he’s going for. No more runny makeup after two hours on the town. (See below)
Like what is this???? No baby. Not with Y/n doing J’s makeup we ain’t. Don’t get me wrong, 🤤 it’s hot but heh… give me a minute. This pic always gets me in a chokehold… wow. Those lips tho..
MOVING RIGHT ALONG! 👀 You love doing Joker’s makeup just as much as you love taking it off when he comes home.
#thanks 🥁 anon#thanks for the ask!#ledger joker#joker x y/n#ledger joker x reader#joker x black!reader#joker x you#joker x reader#heath joker#joker is so sweet when he wanna be#sfw headcanons

Today, we have been exploring the limits to which I am willing to indulge my cat's cravings, prominently including (or rather, excluding):
$20/lb leftover prime rib
licking my hair when I've got medicated scalp serum on it (which might be perfectly harmless but I'm not interested in finding out, which is a shame because it's kind of adorable when she tries to lick my hair)

The Little Spoon Part 3
After the events of their previous experiment, Felipe sets to work figuring out what is causing the cumulative effects of his potions.
(P.S. Ya boi's got Linktree and Bluesky now)
[First Chapter] || [Previous Chapter]
Caleb sat on the edge of the table while watching Felipe hard at work. Even though Caleb’s build was as broad and muscular as ever, Felipe’s old clothes now hung loosely on Caleb’s much-dwindled frame. During the past year, Caleb had taken a few doses of the shrinking serum. Each time, the loss of height had been more significant than before. Now, the once towering 6’3 stud now stood a meager 4’6.
Caleb was now shorter than his “little lover” by several inches. Not only had Caleb dropped so small, but Felipe had also shot up a few inches himself. It was this recent growth spurt that Felipe had enjoyed that was why Felipe was now rushing around the kitchen brewing several pots full of various concoctions.
Every burner on the oven was running as well as a few hotplates. Even the coffee pot was doing double duty as a potion brewer. Everywhere he looked there were pots and carafes full of various colored liquids in various states of boiling.
“You’re so hot when you’re in nerd mode,” Caleb said sweetly.
Felipe looked up from the pot that he had been stirring to flash a smile at his shrunken boyfriend. He looked more like a chemist than a witch in his current getup. He had large, plastic, protective goggles over his eyes, and a large, white lab coat over his clothing.
“Thanks. You look cute as hell yourself. I never thought I’d see you in my old hand-me-downs,” Felipe said with a laugh. Felipe flashed a playful wink at his boyfriend. When he did so, his gaze lingered for a moment in Caleb’s thick, sculpted pecs. Thanks to the plunging V of the oversized shirt Caleb was wearing, Felipe was given a clear line of sight to a lot of cleavage.
“So, what exactly are we doing here?” Caleb asked.
“The potions have been having a compounding effect. That’s not supposed to happen,” Felipe explained.
“Yeah, but we’ve known that for a while. Why are you turning our apartment into a chem lab? I feel like we’re going to get a house call from Walter White,” Caleb said.
“Right. So, the other day, when I grew, it wasn’t just my height that changed,” Felipe explained.
“That was so hot. When can we do that again?” Caleb replied.
Felipe smiled. “I love that you loved it, but I only took a height potion. The whole thing with the dick was not supposed to happen,” Felipe explained.
“But I’m glad it did!” Caleb cheered.
Felipe reached over and playfully ruffled Caleb’s hair. “Oh yeah. I had a blast too, but it completely destroyed my theory,” Felipe explained.
Caleb tilted his head to the side like a curious puppy. Felipe’s smile grew wider at the sight. It was still hard to believe how Caleb managed to be so hot and beefy and still look adorable at the same time.
“At first, I thought that with each dosage, the body got better… primed? For change. Like, think of modeling clay. It’s hard as a rock when you first get it,” Felipe said.
“I know the feeling,” Caleb replied.
I know you do,” Felipe said. He flashed Caleb a wink and playfully rubbed a hand across Caleb’s sculpted abs before quickly shifting back into nerd mode.
“As I said, imagine clay. It’s hard when you get it. You have to play with it a bit before it gets soft,” Felipe said.
“I know the feeling,” Caleb replied.
Felipe rolled his eyes and threw a nearby washcloth in Caleb’s face. “Focus, children…” he chided in a playful, sing-song voice, but despite his protests, he was stifling a laugh.
“So, the clay…” Caleb replied.
“Right. The more you warm it up, the easier it is to sculpt. So, each dose, your body got a bit more pliable… at least that’s what I thought at first,” Felipe explained.
“So, that’s not what happens?” Caleb asked.
“If that were true, my dick shouldn’t have grown last time. So, maybe there’s something that stays in the body and just lies dormant until reactivated,” Felipe said.
“You’re trying to figure out what is getting reactivated?” Caleb asked.
“I’m less worried about that and more curious about what is causing the dormant stuff to reawaken. I’ve worked with potions long enough to know what causes which effect, but I have never heard of old effects getting restarted,” Felipe said.
“Did you talk to Mr. Yen about this?” Caleb asked.
“Yeah. I mean… I didn’t tell him about you, but I mentioned how my dick grew when I used the height potion last. He’d never heard of this happening either,” Felipe explained.
“How’s he doing, anyway?” Caleb asked.
“He’s enjoying his retirement. He stops by every few weeks to check on the shop, but he seems pleased with how I’m running things,” Felipe explained.
“It’s weird to think of him retiring. He was old as balls when you met him, right? I just figured a dude like that doesn’t age,” Caleb said.
“Like most things, age for him is malleable. When I say “retiring” I mean he’s changing personas. He’s got enough of a nest egg to take it easy for at least a decade even with the godawful inflation, and a young, hot body so that he can actually enjoy having time and money in his old age,” Felipe said.
“Man, I want to do that. Imagine being twenty-something and rich,” Caleb said.
“Maybe someday. I kind of want to try getting old with you before we hit the reset button, though,” Felipe replied.
“When you put it that way…” Caleb murmured and looked away to hide his blushing cheeks. Felipe clocked it instantly, though.
“I think you’ll look great with some grey,” Felipe said and ran his fingers through Caleb’s hair.
“Wait. Does that mean you have the recipe?” Caleb asked.
“Yes,” Felipe replied, but the way he said it gave Caleb pause.
“How did you manage to say that with an asterisk?” Caleb asked.
“He gave me a copy of his old notes, but they are still mostly in… I don’t even know what language this is. It may just be his personal cypher. It will take me a while to translate it all, but it’s not my main concern right now,” Felipe explained.
“Yeah. For now, we need to cook,” Caleb replied and gestured to all the beakers.
“Speaking of which… try some of this,” Felipe said and handed Caleb a beaker.
Caleb gave the contents a sniff and said, “oooh. Smells alcoholic. I’m in.” and took a sip, but he almost instantly began gagging.
“Now I know why you’re not a bartender. What is this shit!?” Caleb whined.
“It’s called a tincture. It’s mostly water with a little sugar and alcohol boiled in. It’s a common potion base,” Felipe explained.
“So, it’s cough syrup. Why were you asking me to drink this?” Caleb asked.
“As I said, it’s the basis of a potion. The plan is to slowly add less benign and more exotic ingredients as we go and figure out which part is causing the reaction,” Felipe explained.
“Can we use an alcohol that doesn’t taste like paint thinner for it?” Caleb asked.
“That adds way too many variables, and as we add more to the mix, you shouldn’t be able to taste the base as much anyway,” Felipe replied.
“What are all these other ones?” Caleb asked.
Felipe pointed to beaker after beaker after pot of bubbling concoction and listed off each one. “Base. Thickener. Activating agent. Shrinking agent. Stabilizer. Flavoring. Coloring. And those… are just filler if I’m being honest.”
“Filler?” Caleb asked.
“Yeah. A giant cauldron’s worth of mixture only nets you a droplet or two of usable potion. That’s really all you need to get the desired effects, but people don’t want to buy a dropper’s worth. You’d be surprised how much marketing goes into this gig. People expect to buy their potions in three-to-six-ounce vials or stoppers, so the rest is just for presentation. I’ll do a bit of castor oil or some coconut milk depending on the thickness or cloudiness I’m looking for. Then I dye it red for health or blue for mental acuity. All that fun stuff,” Felipe explained.
“And here I thought you said you weren’t a snake-oil salesman,” Caleb sassed.
“I must have misheard you. It almost sounded like you were not asking me to make you smaller,” Felipe sassed back.
“I’ll be good,” Caleb muttered apologetically.
“Of course you will,” Felipe chided playfully. He once again ruffled Caleb’s hair and then handed him another bowl to sip from. “Here. Try this,” he said.
Caleb took a sip and once more grimaced. It didn’t taste as bad, but it was far from what he would call delicious.
“How long do we have to keep doing this?” Caleb asked.
“Until we figure this out. I’m basically distilling a potion one ingredient at a time and then letting you taste the in between steps,” Felipe said.
“Since this tastes bad, you owe me something that tastes good afterwards,” Caleb replied.
“Sure. What’d you have in mind?” Felipe said.
“How’s steak sound? We haven’t gone out in ages,” Caleb replied.
“Sure. Maybe if you shave before we go, you can order from the kids’ menu,” Felipe teased.
Caleb looked ready to tease back, but his expression went from impish to contemplative and then to understanding. “That might actually work,” he said.
“Great. It’s a date! Now, drink this,” Felipe said and handed Caleb another tester.
This process went on for hours. Felipe tried mixture after mixture and every time the result was the same – absolutely nothing. Eventually, they had tried everything except the shrinking agent and the activation agent.
“Ok. Now try this. Don’t drink too much because this is where things could get weird,” Felipe explained.
Caleb nodded and took a small sip from the bowl. They waited for a moment, but it soon became apparent that nothing would happen. Felipe then handed Caleb a different bowl to try. Caleb took a sip, but the result was the same – nothing.
“That was both the shrinking and the activation agent. We’ve tried everything shy of giving you a fully prepared potion, but given how volatile the shrinkage from that would be, I don’t think that’s a good idea… Although… the fact that you didn’t shrink at all is weird. I did the catalyst last because I figured that would make something happen. Apparently, the cumulative effect is completely separate. There must be a second catalyst…” Felipe muttered.
“Does this mean we won’t be going out tonight?” Caleb asked.
“No. We’ll still do that. I just need to go back to the drawing board… And I should probably clean up in here beforehand. Grab a snack while I clean up. This will take a while,” Felipe said.
“Is any of this stuff edible?” Caleb asked, gesturing towards a few jars of unused materials.
“Not really. None of it will hurt you, but that’s the filler I was talking about. Some generic herbs and roots and different kinds of oils and plant milk,” Felipe said.
Caleb reached into one of the jars and pulled out a thin root that looked a lot like ginger but a strange shade of grey. “How about this? This smells good,” Caleb said, but he didn’t wait for an answer. No sooner were the words out of his mouth than the root went in.
“Don’t…” Felipe began, but he could see that Caleb was already chewing. Felipe let out a sigh and shook his head but made no real effort to intervene.
Caleb chewed on the root for a moment. His nose scrunched up a bit like he tasted something bad, but he kept chewing. It wasn’t terrible… but it wasn’t good either. It had a faint earthy taste kind of like a radish but with hints of sawdust and cardboard.
“It’s fine. You can spit it out,” Felipe said.
Caleb was about to, but he changed his mind. It was silly, but he felt the need to save face. He had done something dumb, but it was better to take his licks than admit it. Caleb swallowed audibly and shuddered slightly as he did so. He then flashed his best, cheekiest grin and said, “needs salt.”
“Cute,” Felipe said and rolled his eyes.
“It’s actually not bad once you get past the initial flavor. Nice aftertaste,” Caleb said.
“You think? Maybe I can try it in a stew sometime,” Felipe said.
“What is it anyway?” Caleb asked.
“Some new age bullshit. Nornroot is what they are selling it as. The crystal bloggers are nuts over it. They say it aligns your chakras and all that,” Felipe said.
“Does it?” Caleb asked.
“Fuck no. Someone found it on a walkabout in the tundra and decided just because it’s hard to get to it has to be special. They brought some back, propagated it, and it’s now being added to herbal remedies everywhere,” Felipe explained.
“Neat. So why do you have it if you hate it so much?” Caleb asked.
“I don’t hate it, but I don’t think it deserves its reputation. I just sprinkle a bit in my ‘premium’ potions and then charge a markup. As I said, the new age retro hippies love it,” Felipe said.
“Cool. Well, I’m famished so let’s get cleaned up so we can go get dinner,” Caleb said.
“Sure. Try not to snack too much while I finish up here,” Felipe said.
“As if I’d leave you to handle it all by yourself,” Caleb said.
“As if you could reach the counters to help,” Felipe teased.
“I’m not that short!” Caleb sassed back. However, there was an unspoken “yet” in there that both boyfriends seemed to pick up on.
Felipe rolled his eyes and set to work cleaning out the used beakers and pots. Meanwhile, Caleb slipped the last bit of the root he had been nibbling on into his mouth and hopped down from the countertop.
Felipe looked up from his cleaning when he heard a crash and a “Fuck!” from around the corner. Felipe peered over the counter to check on his boyfriend and saw Caleb picking himself up off the ground.
“Babe…? You good?” Felip asked.
“Yeah. I just misjudged the distance,” Caleb said and then let out a little cough and grumbled, “That last bit almost went down the wrong pipe…”
Seeing that Caleb was fine, Felipe let out a sigh of relief and went back to cleaning up, but there was a silence that steadily grew more awkward by the moment. Finally, Caleb was the one to speak up.
“Hey, babe… have you ever used this root in potions you’ve given me?” Caleb asked.
“Yeah. Don’t laugh, but put it in my ‘premium’ potions, and I wanted the stuff I give you to be special. Wait, why do you ask?” Felipe said.
“… I can’t see over the counter,” Caleb replied.
“What!?” Felipe yelped. He quickly rushed around the corner and stared down at his shrunken boyfriend. Felipe’s formerly loose hand-me-downs now were now hanging off of Caleb’s dwindling frame. Mere moments ago, Caleb was only a foot shorter than his boyfriend. Caleb’s was about chest level with Felipe. Now, however, he barely came up to Felipe’s midriff and was still visibly shrinking.
“How small do you think I’m going to get?” Caleb asked, trying and failing to hide the excitement in his voice.
“I don’t know. I don’t know if the extra shrinking agent you drank earlier will have an impact nor do I know how much of the root you ate,” Felipe said.
Caleb nodded and stared down at his body in awe. He was wearing Felipe’s old tunic like a toga. The shirt was hanging off of his dwindling frame and only barely managing to hang off of his shoulder.
Caleb glanced back up at his boyfriend. His jaw dropped at what he saw. He now stood eye level with Felipe’s crotch. Caleb’s already chubbing cock gave a lurch of delight as a thought flashed through his brain. Felipe’s cock had to be massive at this size!
Felipe stared down at his dwindling partner and ran the numbers in his head. “This is slower than before. I don’t think this is the normal potion effect, so I don’t think we’ll see a rebound effect,” Felipe said.
“What’s that mean?” Caleb asked. He stared up and up at his towering boyfriend. The top of his head now only came up to Felipe’s mid-thigh.
“I think you’ll reach a size and stop,” Felipe said.
So whatever size he reached, that would be his new permanent size!? Caleb was simultaneously freaked out and bricked up. This was what he wanted, but he didn’t like not knowing how small he’d get. Would he stop at Barbie sized? Action figure sized? Maybe he’d dwindle down to the size of a green army man! Maybe he’d keep shrinking until he was a spec of dust to a spec of dust!
The shirt reached a point where it was just too heavy and awkward to keep up. Caleb let the enormous garment slide off his shoulder and pool in a pile around his ankles. His rock hard, pre-drooling cock was openly on display. Caleb was now as naked as the day he was born and not much taller. He was now so short that he only came up to Felipe’s knees.
Caleb stared down at the gigantic clothes that now clumped around his ankles. He had just shrunk out of these clothes, but if he didn’t stop, he’d soon shrink back into them.
Caleb glanced back up at his boyfriend. Felipe now towered over him like a titan. Caleb had definitely shrunken even more, but not by as much as before. Caleb was now only a hair shorter than Felipe’s knees.
“Oh good. It looks like you’re stable,” Felipe said with a sigh of relief.
“Woah… how am I going to explain this to my boss…” Caleb murmured in awe.
“I don’t think I can reverse this any time soon, so for the time being, try to use your sick leave. Maybe they’ll let you work from home,” Felipe said.
“You want to reverse this!?” Caleb yelped.
“You were the one worrying about work!” Felipe protested.
“That doesn’t mean I want to grow back!” Caleb said.
Felipe gripped the bridge of his nose and shook his head. “Right… ok… we’ll figure that out later. I don’t think we’ll be getting steak for dinner tonight, though,” Felipe said.
Caleb shrugged and looked up at his towering boyfriend and said, “Take-out is fine with me.”

Water. All forms. To drink, the pool, the sea, lakes, rivers, baths, showers, ice. Everything water related.
Christian podcasts, music, youtube videos, books, etc. Anything involving Christian religion that can strengthen my faith and relationship with God, I love❤️
Positivity. I am not on no toxic positivity stuff though. Cry when you need to cry, its okay if something is upsetting but do not let it define you, change your character or ruin your day. I believe that the prime train of thought should be optimistic and positive. Having faith in God and that all things will work out according to his will.
Lace undergarments. I love to feel pretty for myself and to be able to romanticize every part of my life. Not everything that is sexual to society as a whole is sexual to everyone as an individual. I love body glitters, lingerie, red lipstick and high heels but it is all FOR ME. I embrace my femininity but I still respect myself and my celibacy. Balance, people.
Strawberries. All things strawberry. Pastries, juices, the actual fruit, milkshakes, you name it.
My switch. Animal Crossing specifically. I also dabble in Skyrim here to there.
Disney movies. Especially the old ones.
Animals. Even the unfavorable ones.
People. To be entirely realistic and honest, i do not like everyone but when you sit back and you just observe, people watch, you see how everyone can just live their own lives interacting with each other, being kind, the feelings in different people’s faces and seeing that we all are going through different stuff but we are all one. We all experience the same emotions in different ways. We all want to be loved and some form of attention. We are all children of God. And we all deserve love, peace and happiness. Sometimes the way people treat us and the rushes of life can make us forget this but we are all just trying our best.
I might add to this later but I just wanted to be grateful for all the things that I love of this world. I love how my blog is coming along and so far it is mainly things that I really love so why not just add a list? Lol I love to look back on my blog throughout the day, even though I have seen all the stuff I post it actually does bring me peace and joy to go through my blog. I hope I can do the same for you❤️

What is the no makeup skincare routine of Alicia Keys?
So, after much erosion of time and memory, these are the parts I kept (with equivalent products):
Avene Eau Thermale Thermal Spring Water spray (keep in fridge, spray) (highly highly recommend. transforming. if nothing else this product changed me. I genuinely Do Not Understand Why but I try not to question it.)
Jade roller (keep in fridge) and add Vitamin C serum with caffeine (couple drops over roller, roll over face) -> the oil I get? but personally I think the jade roller thing is bullshit. Nevertheless, what it *makes* me do is a ritualistic ~paying attention~ to all parts of my face when otherwise I would just blob, swipe, go. And so it works because the roller means I moisturise every part equally instead of just putting a blob of oil on a cheekbone and walking away with a shiny nose and dry spots on the cheeks
Moisturiser base - Alicia's makeup artist's recommended one (a suncream) stopped being made a few years ago, the equivalent I found which gives same results (but not suncream) is Moo Goo's Natural Fast Hydrating Lotion, which has the benefit of also being a full body moisturiser so, less product on shelf = always a win
Add a tiny bit of primer or foundation to the moisturiser base, mix on hand before spreading on face. Again, Alicia's primer not available any more, the equivalents I found is 1) La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo, or 2) my current preferred-> Primp and Prime from The Organic Skin Company
Exfoliate lips once a week, brown sugar
Some mask thing once a week (I used to bother, no more, vague memories of it, no material difference)
A La Roche-Posay lip balm which I tried to google and found it was just discontinued? SOB (literally the only lip balm I have found in my entire life that delivers lastingly non-dry lips. I have this in bulk in my wardrobe. My lips crack to the bleeding. I've had friends say, "oh, but dry bleeding lips are just your aesthetic?" This stopped once I found this product. I can actually wear lipstick if I want without the colour leaching into the cracks like those cracked desert terrain images)
Do peripheral details because they will stand out:
-Do eyebrows once a week, tidy stray hairs
-Do hairline once a week (depends on ethnicity/hairline, mine does filter down into the face-space)
-Use eyelash curler
and lastly, the "no makeup" bit I did have to laugh at and I don't do:
Actually *wear* makeup for the red carpet, comprising tinted primer, mascara, tiny bit of eyeliner, light eyebrow pencil shaping, transculent shiny stuff rubbed on cheekbones, and a very carefully selected concealer for the under eye bags and general real world pigmentation which exists on all skin
The only thing I've added based on other reading, which I also attribute to the aggregate contributing of fixing my previous 25 years plus of weekly skin problems and pimples:
Shave my face once a week using the Avene spray as my shaving 'liquid'. Chin, cheeks, moustache, around eyebrows, monobrow, hairline, all of it. Unspeakably good results. Tiny small facial razor. Razor goes over each piece of skin exactly once, slowly, and use a very very sharp razor so there is no repeated strokes.
(The Avene spray, jade roller + serum, and the strategy of adding teh primer/foundation to the moisturiser to thin it out/improve spread were the true original items IIRC; the rest have adapted over time.)
#proviso: my skin is deeply olive.sallow.sensitive.dry#i have hypermobility which also does strange things to skin elasticity and reactiveness#and in descending order of origin: mediterranean + middle eastern/eastern european (borders keep moving) + splash of german scottish englis#in australia the land of sunburns

Dawn is Coming
Chapter 1: before the Storm
A month before the “incident” OSHA labs basement _______________________________________________________ The professor fidgeted, his lab coat rumpled, his overgrown curly hair disheveled from stress.
He had been working on the cure for months now. He had what he thought to be a breakthrough, but his prime student, Parker had failed his trials. Parker had become ill with the virus and he was worried that he would die like all the others. He ran a hand through his thick mop of gray hair. It has to work…It just has to, he thought. He looked up when he heard a shuffle at the laboratory door.
“Professor?” The weak, deep voice chortled. Parker grabbed the door frame as he stumbled into the lab.
“My boy!” The professor reached for the young man as he stumbled forward.
Parker laid on the floor, looking up at his mentor. He smiled slightly. “My case…” Parker whispered. “The antidote…” The blue eyes glistened with tears. The professor’s hands shook as he reacted. “What?”
“I made enough… The syringe…” Parker said weakly. “There isn’t much time.”
The professor understood. He nodded his thick curly gray head. He jumped up, then went over to Parker’s workstation and fumbled through the box with the injectors, The serum inside. He rushed over to Parker and slammed the needle into the young man’s bicep.
“Ughhh…Parker grunted as the needle plunged into his arm. “Please work.” The professor said. “We can’t lose you now.”

GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀⠀

READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?
Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast - yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— oil and cut your nails 1x a week, never remove the cuticles.
— schedule longer break times as well e.g 30 min nap.

dolly now I need to know full skincare routine omg <3 hair routine too ik this is your nsfw account but !!! wanna know what products you use after reading ur pussy skincare routine omg
omg yes ofc!! ok lemme break it down
skincare: i wash my face with a lush cleanser called angels on bare skin, n once a week or so i use the dr brandt poredermabrasion exfoliator! for moisturizer, in the morning i use the glossier priming moisturizer n then before bed i use a much thicker one from la roche posay n let it sink into my skin overnight. i use a dior eye cream at night & a vitamin c serum from glossier in the morning n that’s about it!! i also exfoliate my lips (gently) pretty often w a lush lip scrub n then use any of the glossier lip balms + a lip oil. oh also i take makeup off with micellar water on a face cloth!!! i use rose water as a toner sometimes too <3
hair: i wash my hair twice a week usually (i’ve trained it to not need more frequent washing) n i always double shampoo with a mint & rosemary shampoo! i use a rubber tipped scalp massager on the second round of shampoo n then rinse with as cold of water as i can handle (not very cold hehe). i use the olaplex conditioner on the middle and ends of my hair only and let it sit while i shave or anything else i wanna do in the shower. again cold(ish) water rinse, then when i’m out i use the olaplex system of the leave in conditioner & the protective oil, leave in conditioner goes in all of my hair n the oil is just for the ends. i never brush my hair wet, i use a wide toothed comb n when it’s dry i use a wooden hairbrush. i also don’t use hair ties very often, i use ribbons bc it’s less abrasive on ur hair n also sososo cute hehe <33

Hello again, soldier 🫡
Uhhh random question time, who are your top 5 fictional men?AND what’s your hair routine, like what product do you use? Cuz I’m trying to change mine up a bit.
Hey hi Captain 🖤✨
Top five?! Put me on the spot will you. Like of all time? Oof that’s tough. Okay, y’all better not judge a hoe.
1) Ulquiorra “Bamboo” Cifer from Bleach. He’s my first for a reason and I’ll love him unconditionally no questions asked. He can rip out my heart and I’d thank him for it wow I love that man 🖤
2) Zuko from Avatar The Last Airbender. Purely platonic because I’m a Zutara shipper but when I first saw Zuko I knew. “He a good one.” and he hasn’t failed me yet. His redemption arc go crazy and Dante’s rent was due when he voiced Zuko. Just an amazing character all around like all hail Fire Lord Zuko in this house.
3) Joker from the DC Universe. You know him, you love him. What else is there to say? It doesn’t matter what version (yes it does🤭) The Joker is an ionic character that I’m always attracted to. I’ve always loved the villain in a story so Joker, someone who is evil incarnate, just does it for me. 🖤
4) Sesshomaru from Inuyasha. I’m taking it back old school! He’s my brother in law (inside joke and I ship SesshKag) I absolutely love his character in the show and movies. He was the ‘villain’ in the story but overtime we got background stories to prove otherwise plus his redemption arc went bonkers and his fanart is always🔥
5) Undertaker from Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) I just wanna marry him and suck his dick. I am not ashamed. I haven’t seen not one fanart I didn’t love and his character within the show is 🤤🖤
Now! Onto hair routine 🥴🥴😆
Girl I’m a low maintenance girl with 4c hair. Nine times out of ten, I do a silk press because my hair texture is so annoying. Think of tiny coils compacted into a cotton ball. Ugh I hate it.
If I don’t detangle five minutes after I wash, it mats up automatica. So I use Design Essentials since it does the hard work for me. Black owned and they have all natural products for all natural hair.
I use their Agave and Lavender Blow Dry collection in tandem with their Detangling shampoo and Anti-Itch shampoo. Yes three shampoos, ya girl has needs.
I rinse with the blow dry collection’s conditioner and it’s game time. The clock is ticking and my hair is a beast to detangle. I prime and protect with a thermal serum to each section of my hair and use the products to help detangle with a wide tooth comb before blow drying.
By that time it’s an electrocuted Afro but it’ll revert back to curls if left untouched. So either I’m too tired to continue and I leave it as is or I move onto pressing it.
I use either my TYMO straightener or their flat iron to press my hair or use both if it’s a humid day.
Other than that I wrap it up and my hair stays under a bonnet majority of the time. I’m not one for elaborate styles and stuff and I only unwrap the silk if I have a work meeting or if I’m leaving the house for longer than an hour.
My silk press on average lasts me a month or longer.
#thanks for the ask!#personal asks#i am not ashamed#I really should care more about my hair but I don’t

Have these past couple of months of this new year been as weird for you as they have been for me?? I attribute it to a couple of things. First, our weather can’t make up its mind here in the south! We have had snow TWICE in Georgia since January, which is unheard of, but now it’s currently 70 degrees. Or, maybe it’s the wave of sickness that has stricken our entire household! This has caused all sorts of commotion and tears from my family because we have missed out on athletic games, events, and social outings, and we all have felt just plain rotten! So today, I am sharing 5 makeup products that will elevate your spring mood board! And as I type this, knowing it’ll post on March 1st, I’m feeling (or trying to manifest) a positive shift in mindset that warmer temps are coming, and the coughs/aches are exiting the building! So as I’ve been trying to keep my head above water, and on the days I haven’t felt good at all, one thing has been on my side (in addition to my incredibly sweet dog Taco)…and that is my MAKEUP ROUTINE. For me, doing makeup always brightens my spirits. It’s the routine aspect that calms me. It is also that personal attention I am giving myself that brings joy when I see the transformation from my bare colorless face into something more fabulous and interesting! Brighten Your Mood with Spring Makeup This month, I want to get you excited to welcome in the new spring season (officially on March 20th) with a few new makeup drops – some brand new to the market, and some just new to me! These brands and items have been knocking my socks off, day after day, and they’re products that every face, and concern, can benefit from in the warmer months to come. So no matter where your needs fall, be assured that your next must-have is already out there. I have narrowed down your search to just 5 of my current favorite March beauty musts… Turn on your JavaScript to view content Smooth & Glow Serum Youth To the People Superfood SkinDrip Smooth & Glow Serum, $39. Makes sense for me to mention this skin prep product first. I just received this in a PR box and am already halfway done with the bottle! I do love a great serum anyway. Serums are usually lightweight formulations that deliver more potent concentrations of active ingredients than moisturizers. My skin immediately looks super glossy and plump once I’ve slathered this on. Even my 14-year-old daughter says my skin “looks bouncy!” every time I have this on bare skin before any makeup is applied. This is a multi-benefit serum with peptides and niacinamide, that can be used alone to prime for a natural glow before makeup, or add in your moisturizer and foundation for an amped up dewy finish! Hydrating Gel Skin Tint Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Hydrating Gel Skin Tint, $36. This is a brand spanking new product – just launched this past week! And I am OBsessed!! In keeping with the dewy skin theme, this light to medium coverage, non-comedogenic hydrating gel skin tint, holds for 12-hours – no additional primer needed. I don’t want to put on anything else but this product lately. I’m wearing shade 6 here. And their special blending brush, $20, is a MUST that buffs in the product just beautifully. I look forward to applying this combo everyday and seeing my skin magically transform! Lash Extensions Mascara Milani Highly Rated Lash Extensions Mascara, $13. It’s been called a solid dupe to the Instagram famous Thrive Cosmetics Tubing mascara,$26, everyone talks so much about, but is half the price (and not as clumpy IMO). I have been impressed with the whole tubing genre of mascaras. Mainly because they do not smudge at all on me, and then you can literally remove them with just your fingers and warm water! It’s kind of wild. These formulas literally wrap a tube around each hair to give the look of lash extensions – and this stuff makes them look so very long! Turn on your JavaScript to view content Buttermelt Blush NYX Buttermelt Blushes, $10. I spoke about these in my recent Drugstore Must Haves post and have bought 3 more shades since then, because they’re just that GOOD. The name is a perfect description because they do apply “like butta,” smooth with a soft matte yet illuminating finish! This shade I’m wearing in today’s post is called “U Know Butta,” it’s a great spring makeup color. It reminds me of a tad brighter version of the iconic Nars “Orgasm,” that reads like a warm pinky-peach. This formula is offered in so many fun and gorgeous shades for spring, so take your pick! They also make a Buttermelt bronzer, which is next on my list to try! Tatcha Lip Tint Tatcha Kissu Lip Tint with SPF 25, $34. I’m about to spend a lot of time outside watching my son play varsity baseball, and I never go anywhere without lipstick. And since our lips are often neglected when it comes to sun protection, but yet they’re super vulnerable to drying out and sunburn, why wouldn’t more companies make lip products with color and SPF?? Finally, Tatcha does something about this void in the market where there aren’t many options. And this one is such a grown up, beautiful product, with luxury packaging. I’m wearing shade “Camellia” which is a soft wearable red – a perfect option for your spring makeup routine. It feels very hydrating but with plenty of color. I just wish they offered more than 3 shades, but all 3 seem very wearable. The Rest of My Look Details No spring outfit is complete without a denim jacket that has puffed shoulders! You can throw it over tank tops and dresses and it levels up the outfit for chilly nights. It’s the perfect girly addition to a staple piece. My Gap iconic denim jacket, $45, is currently on MAJOR sale so snatch it before it’s gone. I’m wearing a medium. // These $8 Target ribbed tanks are super comfy and I own 3 of them already, wearing a small, they’re stretchy. Good color choices and love the striped ones. // Headbands are a fun accessory to project a bit of youthfulness! Again, Target is crushing it all of the patterned options here, $10, for spring looks like my cherry print one I’m wearing here. My eyeshadow is a recommendation from a reader here on SAACA! Thanks Nancy for reminding me I already owned the Laura Mercier Caviar shadow stick in “Cobblestone,” $33. It’s such an easy taupe shade to pull off and these LM sticks do not fade! // Similar cream track pants from Aritzia that ooze comfort, $75, you’ll wear them with all of your tops! Are you ready for spring makeup and wardrobes yet? Or are you still enjoying the colder weather? I’d love to know where you live – south, north, east or west?!
