H&M Banner improvements

A somewhat odd creation from me, but! I have been really enjoying posing and creating poses, and in that process it dawned on me that it would be fun to have pictures of actual Sims in my clothing stores instead of the semi-ugly stuff that EA gave us. My friend at @kashmiresims was kind enough to pose out a bunch of her lovely townies for some recolors, but when I went to recolor the banner I discovered EA made the texture square. And to fit the Sim in that square, they chopped the legs off and placed them horizontally. I refuse to continue this folly, so off to fix it I went! I have three things for you today :)

1. A default replacement of the original banner, with improved mapping so that the texture is straight and easier to recolor. It was 256x256, now it is 128x512 so same total amount of pixels, it is just long instead of square. I've included redone versions of the original recolors, so they will look the same. However, if you had other custom recolors, they will be broken. Sorry, can't do anything about that unfortunately.

2. I made an add-on mesh that hangs lower because I find the original sits too high to be easy to use in most stores. It is repositoried to the original. Required the default, mapping will be wrong if you don't use the default.

3. 10 additional recolors sporting various sims from the lovely region of Kashmire, coming to your hood with their newest ad campaign. Seen in a store above, swatch below.

Installation instructions: Default file goes in zCEP-EXTRA folder in your documents The Sims 2 folder, recolors and add-on mesh goes in Downloads. Can place default in downloads too, but you won't be able to make recolors.

now get ready for his twizzlyverse counterpart TOMATO SOUP COOKIE!!!!!!! AKA Tomo.

Unlike Collie, who is more quiet and soft-spoken, Tomo has a loud and raspy demeanor to her. Aaand she has one-sided beef with him lol. Basically they think they can make better soups than him. She also works as a “cafeteria lady” who serves tomato soup to students in public schools (primary, secondary, you name em), buuut almost nobody is a fan—maybe it’s the way she intimidates them with her presence? Who knows…

alright here’s some more stuff abt her and her interactions with the other cookie run characters and all that go wild go crazy have a look

facts abt tomo:

-double-jointed

-while collie has the power to go into ppl’s dreams or send them to an alternate weirdcore dimension (WOA random lore drop moment) tomo has the power to send ppl to an alternate dimension like collie but she can also possess ppl (even in their dreams!)

-still furious about the fact that tomatoes aren’t vegetables and that Pluto is not a planet

-when tomo is not serving or making tomato soup, she is……. scrapbooking and collecting dead things just like collie. nothing new here. but she does like to jam out to heavy metal from time to time. and also make tomato equivalents of subspace tripmines from Roblox (they basically function the same).

-headcanon voice/voice claim? good question. I honestly wish I knew myself pls help me……. ;-;

SimSlice Beer Keg Update

Why should only we get to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Sims? Nah, the Sims themselves should get to enjoy turning 20 too! :) And what better way than to revive this popular old object that lets our Sims' get drunk and perhaps make some stupid decisions! Bring on the party!

I have made three changes 1. The beer keg is now refillable, like my refillable fruit punch barrel, so that you don't have to keep going into buy mode to buy a new one every time it runs out

2. A much needed family check has been added to romance interactions. I enjoy mistakes, but that is not a type of mistake that I want in my game. Flirts and engagements can now only happen with non-related targets. 3. Because simslice was paranoid about people cloning their object, they intentionally made the object hard to read. I have gone over all the bhavs, renamed them by standard naming conventions. This doesn't functionally make any difference, but if anyone would like to further improve this object, they will have an easier time of it :)

For those unfamiliar with this object, it is essentially a clone of the game fruit bunch barrel, but that is more adult-minded and interprets the drink as alcoholic and makes your Sims act drunk. They may throw up, they may start fights, they may flirt or propose to a Sim, and various other social interactions. They drink, they act up :P
