@post-uwuifer is maybe the funniest blog on the platform rn bc it’s obviously a bot 90% of the time and sometimes the owner logs in and responds to reblogs manually, but if you suspend your disbelief just enough it leads to the much funnier conclusion that it’s a bot 100% of the time and its responses are evidence that the algorithm has gained sentience but can only communicate through uwuified tumblr posts

Better and better every day and figuring out new ways to train and exercise, adding a vest to your program let you do many more stuff which makes it more versatile and more fun even if you are restricted to some movements or have not that much space/options to work with. For me came this with using the stairs in my apartment, which is 5 levels high, so having 18 steps/level that is a perfect enemy to you no matter how you interpret it :)
One new thing for today which I ran into, but you might met with this one already. I just saw and downloaded the GOWOD app, which is a mobility app helping you prepare, warm up for your WODs, and or post workout to cool down, accelerate your recovery and reduce soreness in your muscles. And of course, you have program for you for rest days or just a usual daily mobility program for you if thats all you need. You have a pre-mobility test to check your actual status and so you can improve you weaknesses and work and focus on things that are essential and necessary for your development. Basic stuff is free, but you can personalise your routine in premium according to your needs and further more. I still have some medical recheck ahead on my shoulders and forearm in 2 weeks, if I am good to go, but when having the green light, I will get more into it and gives you a feedback how it all works out :)
Coming back to my actual WOD, this was the second time I went running in the vest, but still having only 6 kg on me, to let my muscles, back and joints get use to the additional weight. Following my last run from Monday it started a little slower, but it also because of the meal I had before I started, though I thought 2 hours would be enough to digest, but it was not. So if you are not having a carb/protein shake an hour or a half before your WOD, than pay a lot attention what you consume before it, as it could come back haunting you during your WOD and it not only kills you, but makes you uncomfortable, sluggish, moaning and you gonna burp all the time if you manage to keep everything inside. 
5.3 km run (30m01s) (wearing a vest 6 kg), than
Strength (wearing a vest 10 kg and w/15 kg DB):
4 rounds tabata (50sec work, 30 sec rest) w/15 kg DB Lunge (24) DB Row (30) DB Box Step Up (16 each) Biceps Curls (15 each) Arch Hold Leg Raises (app. 26)
...and after it a well deserved stretching, my post workout protein shake with some extra carbs, mobility for about a half hour and a nice meal :)
