Seen an interesting thing:
Tumblr media
It's not really clear what anon means by "pro-israel". "Hating on Arabs/Muslims" or "Hating on genocide of Jews"? Let me remind you,
Tumblr media
Ukraine is historically the land where Jews could live peacefully until the notorious russian empress Catherine the Second put the Sedentary Band on Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania. That meant that Jews were deported from villages to cities, the Jews had to take russian-like surnames and names in order not to be arrested or killed - and then, russia organized pogroms all over those cities, including Vilnius, Kyiv, Miensk and Odesa. Jews could not leave the Sedentary Band without being arrested and/or killed. Russia put all sorts of bans and restrictions on Jewish traders, too. As you can see, the soviet union idea has much deeper roots than it seems.
That's why, after the Sedentary Band was cancelled, a large amount of Jews fled away: some to Poland, some to America, some to russia, some to Palestine. In russia, which is originally the biggest antisemit, life sucked pretty much, enough for many already russian-speaking Jews leaving it later and once again migrating to Poland, America, Palestine, etc. So technically, russia, as the biggest sponsor of Hamas, is at fault for both murders of Jews by Islamists and Jewish "occupation" of Palestine, lol.
After soviet pogroms, Holocaust happened, which was followed by even more soviet pogroms, actively financed by russia (go read about Lithuanian Jewish actor Andrei Mironov or Ukrainian composer Isaac Iosifovich Schwartz) - and unfortunately, some Ukrainians actively participated in killing Jews. After Ukraine has gained its independence from russia in 1991, we made sure that Ukrainians will never forget the misery, grief and pain which was brought upon Jews, both by Nazi, communists and just Ukrainian antisemitic collaborants. When I was a kid, every year, we had excursions to Babyn Yar museum - the place where hundreds of hundreds of Jews, including kids and their moms, were brutally murdered.
Ukrainians are "pro-Israel" because we understand what it's like, to be genocided, to be victim-blaimed, when the whole world turns its back on you just because your enemy is richer and more popular. Ukrainians don't hate Muslims or Palestinians - Ukrainians are disgusted by mass murders and rapes Hamas brought upon the Jews and Druzes and random tourists, some Ukrainians actually were killed on October 7, too. Ukrainians know what "Never Again" means. Ukrainians hate rapists and murderers. That's why we are "pro-Israel", бо інакше це треба бути повним дебілом (although it's much more correct to say we are "pro-Jews" since most of us is totally unaware of whatever happens in Israeli government). Despite understanding the anger of those Palestinians, who have to live through war and lose their loved ones because of their idiotic Hamas, we, as a currently genocided nation, actively support the right of Israel to strike its rapist and mass murderer back. We are also thankful to Israel for seriously damaging Iran's production of "shaheds" which kill Ukrainians almost every day.
The idea itself that Ukrainians support Israel because some Israeli happen to know russian language is insane and sounds like a conspiracy theory. Those Ukrainians who believe that "evil zionists are committing genocide" are just either chronically online or those, who didn't study school history properly, or those with prorussian mentality, or ✨️businessmen✨️. Or all of these together. Which is not a lot of people, thanks God. Hope this helps.
P.S. We don't hate Muslims and Arabs. Ukraine has pretty good relations with Turkey, UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, etc. Many Ukrainians I know are fond of UAE in particular because people there are hardworking and like to study and apply the knowledge to make the world better.

We received a handful of very similar submissions not too far apart from each other, so I've decided to break format a bit and include them all in one post together here to get them out of the way. Each will have their own Fandom Problem number but we will still be getting the same amount of posts today, this will just be one item in the queue.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6735:
I saw someone complain that Hatsune Miku drawn as an Israeli teenager is exactly the same as drawing Nazi Germany Miku!
This is an example of an antisemitic trope called Holocaust inversion - but that's actually beside the point.
I saw the same person post their own lovely fanart of an Egyptian Miku.
Look, I don't think random ass Egyptians nowadays are to blame for their government's or their ancestors misdeeds. Nor do I think Egyptian Miku somehow represents them.
But I find it hypocritical that they're implying Israeli civilians are just like the fucking Nazis when they're from a country where ~20 Jews live.
There are over 50 000 Egyptian Jews in the world! They had to leave Egypt because there they're were being murdered or having their houses firebombed. Most went to Israel because no other country would take them.
I guess by this person's logic they're just as bad as Nazis.
But since this is a fandom blog, let's bring Miku back into this:
Miku is Japanese.
Japan is a nation with an imperialist past. Japanese nationalism is still going strong. The Ainu people and Ryukyuan people had their homelands colonized, and were forcibly assimilated. To this day the Japanese government does not recognize them as minority ethnic groups.
The Wikipedia category page for Japanese war crimes has well over 50 entries, sorted by the nation they were committed in. Between them, hundreds of thousands were killed, and hundreds of thousands were raped or forced into sexual slavery. This is not a distant past, there are "comfort women" survivors still alive today. The Japanese government didn't apologize for any of this until the 1990s. Japan continues to not have any laws in place to prevent racial or ethnic based discrimination.
Does Miku represent imperialism, colonialism, mass murder, genocide, racism, and state sponsored mass sexual slavery, just because she is Japanese?
No, of course not. That would be dumb. We don't hold individual Japanese people, and certainly not random Japanese fictional characters, responsible for this. That would be both racist and pointless.
If you think that it's somehow different for a fanmade Israeli teenager Miku design,
🫵you are an antisemite🫵
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6736:
'white people participating in the international hatsune miku trend is LITERALLY colonialism' isn't a take i expected to see and yet here we are!
I think it's time we all go outside!
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6737:
I really don't want to be judgemental and I know that the whole Mikusona monday/personal Hatsune Miku design trends from a while ago were all about redesigns based on the artist's tastes.
But you know, sometimes the design is so far removed from the original that its just unrecognizable as Miku?
I mean if your character has a different silhouette than Miku, a different outfit than Miku, a different face than Miku, a different hairstyle than Miku, a different hair color than Miku, nothing that would thematically connect it to Miku, then that's not Hatsune Miku, that's your OC!
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6738:
"I drew Palestinian Miku because Israeli Miku made me feel sick!"
Really? Seriously?!
You drew Palestinian Miku, not because you love Palestine, not because you love Palestinian culture, but because you wanted to stick it up to those pesky Israeli artists?
That's... I don't even know what to say. That's awful, and it reveals an awful lot about you.
You're not even Palestinian - you're appropriating Palestinian culture to fuel your hatred of Israeli citizens.
You aren't pro-peace. You aren't even pro-Palestine. You're just antisemitic.
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6739:
Artist draws Chinese Hatsune Miku
People: 😍🥰🤗💗
Artist draws Iranian Hatsune Miku
People: 💖☺️😄🤩
Artist draws Afghan Hatsune Miku
People: 😊😻💞🥰
Artist draws Indonesian Hatsune Miku
People: 👏🤗💗🙂
Artist draws British Hatsune Miku
People: 😄♥️😽💕
Artist draws USAmerican Hatsune Miku
People: 🥰😍✨💝
Artist draws Israeli Hatsune Miku
People: I literally feel sick rn kill yourself you racist nationalist genocidal colonizer! How dare you touch Hatsune Miku! Your culture is fake and your art is ugly as shit!
...somehow, I feel that it isn't about genocide being bad 🤔
(and yes, I have actually seen people say each and every single word I wrote there. It's not an exaggeration.)
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6740:
There's a trend going around of people drawing Hatsune Miku if she was from their own countries, which is really fun to see, but I gotta say,
If seeing someone's drawing of Israeli Miku makes you 'feel sick' (actual quote that I saw), or if you think someone drawing Israeli Miku means they support genocide,
I need you to step back and realize that this line of thought isn't normal, it is in fact really fucking racist.
Random citizens of Israel aren't to blame for their government's actions, if you can't realize that, you have been radicalized and not in a "cute" way!
People are not to blame for their government's actions. Random people sharing their culture and making a drawing fucking Hatsune Miku aren't showing approval for everything their country does.
If you can respect, say, Chinese, Russian, or Iranian artists (or anyone, really) in spite of their countries' rampant human rights violations - because it's not their goddamn fault - but you are unable to do the same for Israeli artists -
That is just racist, it's a double standard, and it reeks of antisemitism.
This sort of performative outrage, this performative disgust - it does JACK SHIT to help people in Gaza.
Please do better.
Tumblr media
Fandom Problem #6741:
I can't help but to side eye people who draw their blorbos with Palestinian flags... OK, you drew Miku with a keffiyeh on her ass. Exactly how is that supposed to help? By creating awareness? You really think anyone on this site isn't aware by now?
It seems like performative activism at best.
If you really want to use your art to help people in Gaza, take charity commissions or something that'll help materially you know!

Let us be clear: The atrocities committed by the Israeli military in al-Shifa hospital are the direct result of the US government’s continued support. Today, the Israeli military ended its two-week siege on Gaza City’s al-Shifa Medical Complex, the largest hospital in all of Palestine, leaving it in ruins. The military left destruction in its wake, murdering over 400 people, executing civilians, kidnapping and torturing hundreds of medical workers and patients, and destroying what remains of the hospital.
Many of the Palestinians killed by the Israeli military were tied up and run over by Israeli bulldozers, unable to defend themselves. Israeli soldiers also executed Palestinian prisoners while they were handcuffed, some while their families were forced to watch. Hundreds of Palestinian bodies were left discarded around the complex, unburied.
The Israeli military carries out these atrocities against Palestinians because it is protected by the US government. With full backing from the US, the Israeli government is brutally and forcibly imposing the goal of Zionism: creating a Jewish ethnostate on the premise of “maximum land with minimum Palestinians,” which requires the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their land.
These atrocities are not limited to al-Shifa. Last night, the Israeli military attacked al-Aqsa hospital, killing at least four people. The Israeli military is able to destroy the majority of all healthcare in Gaza due to the impunity the US grants it. While the Israeli military was attacking al-Shifa, the Biden administration approved more weapons to Israel.
Mass organized violence has been the Israeli state’s tactic since 1948, when over 750,000 Palestinians were ethnically cleansed during the Nakba, using the very same tactics we saw at al-Shifa Hospital.
We unite against state-sponsored killing and ethnic cleansing. We demand an end to the US’ continual funding of atrocities. As the genocide against Palestinians escalates, it’s critical that we stand firmly in our anti-Zionism and oppose the ongoing Nakba perpetuated by the Israeli state.
We choose the struggle for justice over silence and complicity. Take action at the link in our bio. (@jewishvoiceforpeace on Instagram or at https://www.jewishvoiceforpeace.org/resource/tell-congress-end-us-military-funding-to-israel

Nicholas Liu at Salon:
Senate Democrats are facing an early test on how much to cooperate with President-elect Donald Trump and his new GOP majority with the so-called Laken Riley Act, which would mandate that the Department of Homeland Security detain and potentially deport undocumented immigrants accused — but not necessarily convicted — of nonviolent crimes such as trespassing and theft. A version of the legislation has already passed the House after 48 Democrats voted with the entire Republican caucus in support of it. At least nine Democrats in the upper chamber, including co-sponsors Sens. John Fetterman, D-Penn., and Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., have already announced support for the bill. Most hail from swing states that voted for President Joe Biden in 2020 and then flipped to Trump in 2024. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., has privately allowed members to negotiate amendments to the bill with their GOP counterparts, sources from a Tuesday caucus meeting told Axios. According to The New Republic, he will likely announce that the bill has sufficient Democratic support to move to debate.
The Laken Riley Act is named after a college student who was murdered last February by a Venezuelan immigrant who had previously been arrested for shoplifting and then paroled. Trump's comprehensive electoral college victory after a long campaign railing against the alleged chaos unleashed by immigration has apparently convinced many Democrats that supporting parts of his agenda is the only way to regain the trust of the American people.
[...] One Democratic aide told NBC News that some lawmakers are done listening immigrant rights advocacy groups and opposing mass deportations. "This past election showed that’s not where a majority of Americans are at, and that Dems need to be clear they are against criminals — even if that means deporting an undocumented immigrant who committed a crime," the aide said. Less obliging Democrats have warned that the legislation could muddle federal immigration policy while expediting mass deportations, noting that it sets a mere accusation as the standard for Department of Homeland Security detention — eliminating due process — and gives state attorneys general the power to sue the federal government over immigration policy.
Democrats, will you quit being the Republican JV Team?! Quite a few Senate Democrats are coming out in favor of the Laken Riley Act. The act legislation could muddle federal immigration policy while expediting mass deportation.

Oh, joy))
Just had a fight with my father
Who’s completely lost to the propaganda, because he is extremely easily influenced
So i showed him those videos from Kyiv
And he says
“Answer this: Why won’t Zelensky sign a peace treaty?”
And I ask him
“Answer me this: Is this an excuse to kill innocent people???”
On which he says that every day everywhere people die whether you like it or not
So I ask him
“Are you serious??? Are you insane??? Are you fucked up????”
And he spilled alcohol on me))0
And called me a piece of shit
Who doesn’t understand anything
And who’s opinion doesn’t matter
Now))
This is exactly how our government looks on it’s people
He speaks their words
Because he listenes to their propaganda every single day from every device
From multiple devices at once even
Has been for years
Now.
How am i supposed to change minds of thousands of brainwashed people in my country
If I can’t even change my father’s mind
What am I to do
I can’t even hate him
Because I know that he literally has an official mental disorder
Which made him believe all kinds of liars - cultists, medical frauds - for as long as I remember
What am I to do?
What am I to do when people say that it’s not just Putin’s war, that russians must pay, that Russia must be bombed in return
Aside from the fact that the majority here is agains the war
But, just as in Hitler’s Germany, we are forced to keep our tongues shut
Which we don’t
And we get beaten up, arrested for bigger sentences than rapists and murderers
Used to instill more fear in people’s hearts
And to tell stories about “foreign agents” who were sponsored by “The West”
Should we start a civil war?
Should we kill people who are just too naive and bombarded by all sides by levels of propaganda Goebbels would look up to?
And
As a journalist
Believe me when I say that this propaganda is WICKEDLY smart
It uses all the methods known to history of information in a rapid fire speed
It even turned around my own desire to not see things “one sided” into the decision not to see anything at all in fear of being lied to
Which is dumb
But should i be killed for this?
I just kept listening and talking to people
Different people in my job
And a funny thing about a tattoo artists’ job
Is that there are many soldiers getting tattoos
Good thing is, many of them come and tell us that they quit, that this war is pointless, that it’s just our government making money from it
But some don’t
Yet when I talk to them
They
Talk like
People
Not some monsters
Just people
But they truly believe
That they’re doing a good thing
That they’re fighting to free the oppressed
That they’re fighting to protect their people
Or to avenge their fallen comrades
I
I might be just too naive and empathetic myself
But
I don’t want them killed either
I don’t want any deaths
Haha
I want a third path
Hahaha
Yeah, I might be too influenced by the ideas of a fictional character who is also called stupid and naive for his views
But
I don’t know
The only people I want to be punished are those who rule this machine of war and hate
And not only from our side
But
Maybe it was also told to me by propaganda
But i don’t think that American government wants this to stop too
I think I saw it in english media as well that US government is known for profiting on wars all around the world
Forgive and correct me if I’m utterly wrong
But in that same post that said that the entire russian population supports war
Was said that we could’ve stopped it
We
Tried.
Before the arrest of Navalny and soon after our opposition had the biggest rise in this century
We had so many mass protests
They were all brutally suppressed
Young men, women, literal kids and, I shit you not, literally VETERANS, GRANDPAS AND GRANDMAS who ALREADY LIVED THROUGH ONE WAR were BEATEN AND ARRESTED BY POLICE FORCES which are supposed to PROTECT THEM
After the arrest the oppression of opposition has strengthened
We lost our leaders and organisation
Protests began to lessen
Yet with the declaration of “The Special Military Operation” people ROSE AGAIN
And the same thing happened
But worse
So many brutal laws were adopted
All to ensure not a single negative word or movement against the government
So yeah me and my family might be soooo fucked for what I’m writing right now
I’m really not so sure if tumblr is safe
I’m riding on sheer hope for a fluke
But
I just
I am so sorry for keeping my eyes closed for so long
This app and talking to people here is what made me open them
What let me express my rage and made it boil to the point where I couldn’t shut up anymore
I don’t know if I should post this or not
I don’t know.
I might not
Will it make a single change?
I know a way of doing this safer and for a longer time
Actually
It would even be more influential
Yeah
But I wish there will be time
When I can no longer be afraid
And when my words will be heard loud and clear
Along with all the voices of those
Who stand with the free world
For peace and love
And
Hualian)

it’s three in the morning and i can’t sleep because tomorrow we may wake up to find that Rafah is gone.
i lost my job on march 31 and the whole time i’ve been fighting with unemployment all i can think about are the fact that houses in Gaza are rubble.
i forget to eat and the hunger reminds me of Palestines that are starving, and have been starving for months. i go grocery shopping and wonder how many died while i was getting deodorant. i clean my house and think about the sewage piling up. i get my period and cannot fathom how Palestinian women are continuing
i watch as many videos as i can, i share information, i try to uplift their voices, i mourn with them and pray for them and plead with anyone who has the power to liberate them
we watch college students brutalized (again) as they are screaming in the face of militarized police who have been sent by our own government to oppress them. we see celebrities that could evacuate thousands with the wave of a hand dress up in clothes that cost more than most of us make annually.
our government officials are cohorts, sponsors, defenders, friends, and enablers of those who are literally drawing out innocent people with the sound of crying children to murder them. iserali soilders have literally posted war crimes on their social media accounts, iserali citizens have been invited to their bases to watch the torture of Palestinians. they sign american made bombs and take pictures around it before dropping it on homes with sleeping families.
we’ve seen mass graves, people stripped with their hands tied behind their backs before they’re killed. we’ve seen a child surrounded by her dead family, trapped in a car while iserali soilders kill anyone who attempted to help her
and all of this is happening while i’m trying to get a job so me, my roommate, and my cats don’t starve or end up homeless. i don’t have money to pay rent, i only have groceries because i have a sister willing to share resources with me, i have to pay a late fee on three bills because i’ve been fighting with unemployment for a month, i’m now late on renewing my car tag because i can’t afford it without a job, and i’ll be so real
i don’t care. i don’t give a fuck at this point. i don’t want anything to fucking do with a country that has commited this absolute bullshit. i don’t want to work for or with a zionist. i would rather punch their fucking teeth out, and that wouldn’t be a fraction of the violence they’d wish on me for simply saying that Palestinians deserve liberation.
how the fuck am i supposed to look for a job when my country is supporting a genocide? how the fuck am i meant to keep trucking along in day to day life when infection and disease are being purposefully spread through Palestine? why the fuck do you expect me to give a shit about bills when we are murdering an entire people
i want every missile launched to backfire. i want all iserali weapons to malfunction. i want to grab every zionest and scream to get the fuck off Palestain land. i want to break down the doors of every politician who would dare to support a genocide and impact a sliver of the fear Palestinians face every day
i am so sick of living and participating in a system that has consistently fucked so many people, throughout so many generations, all in the name of keeping the rich comfortable. i am so tired of the endless ways america specifically has fucked the entire globe. i am so tired of being forced to grow up watching as people everywhere suffer so the wealthy can be comfortable. - and do not forget that the end goal of this does benefit the rich.
do not forget that they are committing a genocide for a land grab. do not forget that there are plans for beach resorts on Gaza strips. do not forget about the canal project, about the oil, about all the resources the greedy fuckers controlling the world are already planning to rip from Palestine
and i know this post is, a, long, but b, very whiny. this is not to say that there isn’t hope. this is not to say that we shouldn’t keep fighting.
this is to say that it’s now four in the morning, and tomorrow i could wake up and Rafah could be gone, so i am still not asleep, because the only thing i can offer right now is my words, and my time, and my sleep, and that is such a little price to pay if it means someone reads this and thinks of Palestine
this is to say that despite everything, despite all the bullshit and how insane it is to continue, i will; because there’s no other choice at this point.
if we want to see the revolution we have to continue. if we want Palestine to be free then we have to continue. if we want better for our future, if we want better than what history has to offer, we must continue
and i hope, if nothing else, there is solidarity in our shared anger, action in our outrage, and results in our resistance born of love and compassion for a nation that our ancestors have failed
may Allah protect Rafah, may my Goddesses protect Palestinians, may our people liberate the world, and may we see the end of global tyranny that has oppressed the working class for centuries

Excerpt from this story from The Revelator:
The world’s deadliest environmental disaster got its start in 1958. Its effects are still being felt today, more than six decades later.
It wasn’t an oil spill, like the Exxon Valdez or Deepwater Horizon. It wasn’t a chemical disaster, like Union Carbide’s gas leak in Bhopal. And it didn’t have anything to do with nuclear power, like Chernobyl or Three Mile Island.
It happened in the People’s Republic of China in the years after Mao Zedong came to power, causing mass starvation, murder, and even cannibalism.
And it started with a bird.
In 1958, nine years after the Communist Party of China seized power, Chairman Mao launched what he called the Great Leap Forward, a multipronged effort to transform China into an industrialized nation.
The many changes initiated during this period included banning privately owned farms in favor of collective, state-sponsored agriculture.
Around the same time, Zedong launched the Four Pests Campaign, an effort to eliminate flies, mosquitoes, rats, and sparrows to improve human hygiene and increase agricultural output. The campaign, accompanied by rampant propaganda, had a powerful slogan: ren ding sheng tian, or “Man must conquer nature.”
Three of those “pests” made relative sense: Flies, mosquitoes and rats can carry disease, and humans still try to control them today. But why were sparrows lumped in with the other three? Mao, it turns out, wanted to prevent the abundant birds from eating grain seeds — a perceived threat to farm production.
To stop sparrows from doing what comes naturally, China directed its citizens to persecute the birds at a level of carnage that may remain unmatched in human history. During the Great Sparrow Campaign people smashed nests and eggs and chased sparrows while shouting, banging pots and spoons, lighting firecrackers, and making other loud noises. Many of the birds spent so much time and energy fleeing the cruel cacophony that they exhausted their reserves and found themselves too tired to escape a well-aimed whack from a shovel. Others “simply dropped from the sky” and expired, as Frank Dikötter wrote in his 2010 book Mao’s Great Famine.
It’s impossible to say exactly how many sparrows died, but many accounts place the toll in the hundreds of millions.
And it wasn’t just sparrows: Birds of adjacent nearby species also fell victim to the noise pollution and violence.
Two years later the absence of sparrows spawned a crisis of epic proportions. Insects such as locusts, previously kept in balance by the sparrows and other birds, swarmed out of control in 1960, a year that — in a grim coincidence — also saw a massive drought. Crops vanished as the voracious insects spread across the country.
As a result of this imbalance in nature, millions of people starved to death over the next two years.
How many? No one knows for sure. The Chinese government officially counts 15 million dead. Chinese journalist Yang Jisheng, writing in his book Tombstone: The Great Chinese Famine, put the death toll at 36 million. Some academics suggest even doubling that to 75-78 million.
And they didn’t just die of starvation. People killed each other for food — and committed other unspeakable acts. “Documents report several thousand cases where people ate other people,” Yang told NPR in 2012. “Parents ate their own kids. Kids ate their own parents.”
The ultimate irony: China’s oppressive government had enough grain stored before the disaster to feed everyone in the country. However, they refused to release it and covered up the problem (in part by arresting and beating anyone who questioned the official narrative).

I so desperately want a massive political history of The Earth Kingdom. If I could have any other thing from the world of ATLA/LOK — book, show, comic, game — it would be that. Bc I am so interested in it.
🚨 Spoilers for every thing — Yangchen and Kyoshi books, ATLA, LOK, Comics, etc. 🚨
The earliest we hear about an actual Earth Kingdom and Earth Royal family is in F.C. Yee’s Yangchen books. At this point, the Earth Kingdom has just gone through a civil war, wherein the White Lotus manipulated the Water Tribes and Fire Nation to sponsor a challenger to the throne, which is wild. The challenger was defeated and the Earth Kingdom entered a period of intense isolationism. There are a handful of port cities where foreign trade is allowed, with incredibly powerful governors who actively manipulate the system to build their wealth at the expense of the citizens. The Earth King is paranoid af, to the point that he is donning disguises and sneaking around to catch plots against him. And some of these governors are actively plotting against him and inventing new weapons of mass destruction (combustion benders) in order to usurp him.
The next we see of the Earth Kingdom is in the Kyoshi novels were it’s a devolved mess of warlordism. Various daofei groups had taken over parts of the inner provinces and the Earth Monarch was incredibly weak. There’s also the whole Wars of Secrets and Daggers scramble for the throne, which is only mentioned.
According to the Wiki, in the online comic Escape from the Spirit World, Kyoshi pressured the ineffective 46th Earth King to adopt a constitutional monarchy in order to prevent further oppression. This occurred in the aftermath of a peasant revolt that occurred after the death of Chin the Conquerer.
Avatar Legends then gives us a King Jialun, who reversed many of the progressive changes of this constitution and murdered the sages who agreed with Kyoshi in “The Night of the Silenced Sages.” The government was recorrupted, but no other successor had the same power as Jialun. So the Earth Kingdom monarchy was corrupt but weak.
Then we next see the Earth Kingdom with King Kuei (the 52nd Earth King). According to the old website, he ascended to the throne at the age of 4, which is why Long Feng — who served as regent — was able to essentially takeover.
But based on what we see in the show, the Earth Kingdom has completely splintered. The Earth King only has power in Ba Sing Se, and that power is only ceremonial. He is unaware of the 100 year war and completely inept to rule. Then it’s Azula and the fire nation takeover.
In the comics that come between ATLA and LOK, King Kuei, without the influence of Long Feng, takes an active role in the governance of the Kingdom. He is willing to go to war over the colonies in “The Rift,” but is also willing to be shown wrong. He was instrumental in the peace after the war and fully restored the monarchy as the full power of the Earth Kingdom government.
Then we get to LOK. Hou Ting is a fairly powerful, incredibly corrupt monarch. She tried to exert more control over the people, especially the outer provinces. She’s then killed by Zaheer. The power vacuum is ultimately filled by Kuvira, a non-dynastic dictator who rules by force and sponsors brain washing and the forced removal of Fire and Water nation descendants. The next dynastic ruler is Wu (whom Kuvira had usurped). He is Hou Ting’s great-nephew, and at least third in line from her. He is the only surviving member of the dynasty and seems unprepared to rule at his coronation, after three years of living in Republic City.
After the whole Kuvira thing is taken care of (Book 4 of LOK), Wu then decides to abdicate and democratize the Earth Kingdom. The post-canon comics (Ruins of Empire) show the struggles and setbacks of this, but ultimately reaffirm this path.
And I am so obsessed with this whole history. There are, according to the Wiki, at least 2 dynasties, the Hao and the Hou Ting. It resembles Chinese history, but doesn’t just follow it. There’s dynastic decline and really interesting incidents that I wish were more fully fleshed out. Not to mention as the centralized monarchy weakens, you see the rise of local powers, like the King of Omashu. I just find the whole thing so fascinating and I wish I had a comprehensive book.

Something in the Water?
You know, I used to be utterly amazed at the highly-specific viciousness of some very strange and deranged takes in the Anti-Scott parts of the Teen Wolf fandom. "Well, then they had a reason" becoming a full-throated endorsement of mass murder and genocide. Scott not specifically and explicitly asking Stiles if he was okay in Master Plan meant that Scott didn't care about him at all. And so on. We've all seen it. For my part, I believed that it was a pathology specific to the show I watched.
Then I had to witness parts of the fandom of 911 turn a 50-second scene between established boyfriends where Tommy Kinard spends most of it empathizing with Evan Buckley about father figures but ends with a four-word joke about daddy kink into indisputable evidence that Tommy is a callous sexual predator.
Tumblr media
Now I know the defense is that "these characters aren't real" and "it's only fiction" but the people reading and talking about it aren't. This demonstrates an understanding of the world so divorced from context and evidence that it's on par with thinking fluoridation is a government-sponsored mind-control plot. It's very, very concerning.

LIEL LEIBOVITZ
I am writing this on Saturday, as news outlets report hundreds of Israeli dead, and dozens, if not hundreds, of soldiers and civilians kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and taken into Gaza.
It is never a good idea to write anything as events are still rapidly unfolding, especially as neither I nor anyone else can answer the only question that ultimately matters—namely, “what happens now?” But we can answer another, much more rudimentary and no less urgent question: Who’s at fault?
There will be plenty of time to pore over how a cataclysmic disaster of this magnitude could happen, and who—from Bibi down to the IDF chief of staff, head of intelligence, et al.—failed to protect the lives of Israelis. A lot of it will have to do with people who should have known better—including former prime ministers and former and current high-level security officials—abandoning the core commitment of defending Israel and instead entertaining themselves by cosplaying some game of Demokratia, complete with donning handmaid outfits and ululating about fascism. Hysterics about your political opponents being the enemies of democracy may be fun in Kalorama; in Sderot and Ofakim, and even in Tel Aviv, there’s a price to pay for abandoning the real world and indulging in fetish play.
But the bigger mistake on the part of the Israelis is that over the past few years they have gotten the power equation that governs their lives backward: Instead of understanding themselves to be citizens of a strong but beleaguered country whose first responsibility is to protect itself, they luxuriated in the fantasy that the United States was and always would be their protector—when in fact the ruling party in America has decided that Israel is a liability.
Watch this video. That’s a Hamas drone taking down an Israeli Merkava tank. A drone operated by an organization sponsored and trained by Iran applying both Iranian tactics and, most likely, Iranian hardware to attack Israel. This happened weeks after America sent Iran $6 billion, and one week after we learned that the American government had over the past years ceded whole parts of its own intelligence units to Iranian spies.
The stage for this attack was not set in or by Israel. It was set by the United States.
For the better part of the past decade, the United States has pursued a foreign policy designed to strengthen Iran and enable it to form a strong sphere of influence in the region. This is the idea behind what Tony Badran and Michael Doran called “the realignment,” a vision of a new world order in which America partners with Iran in order to “find a more stable balance of power that would make [the Middle East] less dependent on direct U.S. interference or protection.” Those words aren’t Badran and Doran’s; they’re Robert Malley’s, Barack Obama’s lead negotiator on the Iran deal who, as Semafor reported this week, helped to infiltrate an Iranian agent of influence into some of the most sensitive positions in the U.S. government—first at the State Department and now the Pentagon, where she has been serving as chief of staff for the assistant secretary of defense for special operations. Biden himself, in an op-ed in The Washington Post, spoke of “an integrated Middle East,” using the phrase no less than three times to make clear that his administration was intent on pursuing his predecessor’s commitment to seeing Iran not as a U.S. foe but as our collaborator.
And the Biden administration wasn’t just talking the talk. It was also walking the walk, from unfreezing billions in assets to make it easier for Tehran to support its proxy Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon to sending huge cash infusions used primarily to pay the salaries of tens of thousands of unvetted “security personnel.” And while the previous administration halted all aid to the Palestiniansdirectly because of the “pay for slay” policies that support the families of those who slaughter Israelis—the Biden administration was quick to reverse the decision.
Lots of people argued that this was simply clear-minded realpolitik after decades of disastrous wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Bullshit. Here’s how you know this policy was, and is, motivated not by what’s best for America but by what would kneecap the Jewish state: Because it extended to inside Israel’s borders.
The publication on July 16, 2023, of an article by Jacob Siegel and Liel Leibovitz calling for an end to U.S. aid to Israel opened a fresh debate over a topic dominated by outdated assumptions and emotional entreaties. To deepen the conversation, Tablet invited a group that includes a retired IDF general, U.S. senators and members of Congress, former Middle East diplomats, and writers from various political persuasions to offer their thoughts on the issue. Their articles, and more from Tablet's archive, are collected here.
In addition to creating the external circumstances for terror, the Biden administration did everything in its power to derail Israel’s democratically elected government and prevent it from being able to see an attack like today’s coming. That the Israelis let themselves fall for this was stupidity of criminal order. But the invisible hand here was America’s. Biden himself took to CNN to call Netanyahu’s government “the most extreme” he’s ever seen, and lost no opportunity to lecture his Israeli counterpart about democratic values. The former U.S. ambassador to Israel, Tom Nides, took the unprecedented step of intervening in the country’s domestic affairs, announcing ominously that he “think[s] most Israelis want the United States to be in their business.” And if words weren’t enough, the administration also sent American dollars to support the anti-Netanyahu NGOs organizing the protests that brought Israel to a halt for months. Netanyahu was famously denied an invite to the White House; his key opponent, opposition leader Benny Gantz, had no such problem.
One idea floating around my inbox this afternoon is that part of Israel’s complete military collapse today was caused by a massive Iranian cyber attack that hacked its systems and prevented it from seeing what ought to have been obvious. That this could not only be true but related to the U.S. having recently given a team of Iranian agents high-level access to U.S. intelligence, which could very well have included information about Israeli systems, is not nearly as far-fetched a scenario as many would like it to be. And to the extent that we ever find out the truth about any of this, it will be because of Elon Musk, without whom we’d only have access to state-approved propaganda.
It doesn’t matter what words Biden says today. When you champion Iran; when you send it and its proxies money; when you reward Palestinian violence; when you go out of your way to portray Bibi as a dangerous fascist; when you finance and champion his opponents, contributing to further instability and unrest; when you hand over U.S. intelligence keys to Iranian agents; when you have your spokespeople declare it “disinformation” for people to connect obvious dots; when you do all of this, you know what is going to happen. You mean for it to happen.
Here today, then, is the challenge for Israel’s leadership: Can you accept that this is what’s happening? Can you imagine a future for the Jewish state decoupled from America? Because you must.
For at least a decade now, we’ve been told that part of what makes Israel so mighty and so safe is its superior technology, developed in partnership with America. Who, went this line of argument, needs to worry about missiles when we have Iron Dome and F-35 stealth fighter planes as part of a $3 billion military aid package? Who cares about guns and grenades when we’ve developed high-level cybersecurity systems that can strike at will? The war of the future, we’ve been promised, will be waged on computer terminals, in cyberspace—not in dusty border towns.
And then came a gaggle of Gazans with Kevlar vests and pickup trucks and small arms that brought Israel to its knees. “Startup nation” has been ravaged by reality. It is clear that the dream Israel’s elites have entertained for the past decade—to become part of the global set of people who make all the money and all the decisions and have all the right opinions and fashionable friends—has soured into a nightmare.
And now it’s time to wake up. Stop prattling about the “cycle of violence,” about faults on both sides, about “the occupation,” about Bibi’s cabinet appointments, or any other distraction.
Reroot yourself in what you should never have forgotten—which is that we have enemies not because of what we did or didn’t do here or there, or on this day or that one, or because our hasbara isn’t good enough or because it is too good, or any other pointless argument. It is because we have vicious enemies, and they hate us. Instead of trying pathetically to curry favor with American overlords by scrubbing Judaism from your streets, pray to HaShem to fulfill the promise made to Isaiah and deliver vengeance. Reject, with great force and wrath, the death cult that has gripped so much of American political, public, and intellectual life and that sees virtue in propping up benighted regimes in the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We don’t need an integrated Middle East, because we don’t wish to integrate with the murderous mullahs and their packs of wild animals. We have our own interests, and if we’re smart—and if we wish to survive—we’ll never forget it again.

1st:
Harvard joins Columbia, MIT, Emerson, Tufts, University of Michigan, University of Minnesota, University of Pittsburgh, University of Maryland, Berkeley, Cuny, The New School, Washington University in Saint Louis, UNC Chapel Hill and more as it establishes Liberated Zone
The bold text makes it look like ‘HARVARD ESTABLISHES LIBERATED ZONE’
2nd:
Harvard Out of Occupied Palestine Coalition: Who We Are.
3rd:
We, the Harvard Out of Occupied Palestine Coalition, are a group of students and student workers at Harvard University committed to Palestinian liberation. We are part of a rich tradition of students who stood up to U.S. imperialism in Vietnam and Iraq, rallied against apartheid in South Africa, fought for Black liberation in the United Staes, and built national living wage campaigns on university campuses. We understand that all of our historic movements for freedom and justice are intertwined. The Palestinian cause if not for Palestinians alone – it is a cause for people of conscience, concerned with humanity, freedom, and justice.
We have established this Liberated Zone to call for an end to Harvard’s moral and material complicity in the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people.
Over the past seven months, we have witnessed Israel and the United States unleash unimaginable cruelty in Gaza. As we write this, Israel has murdered more than 34,000 Palestinians, including 14,000 children. Every day brings more horrifying images than the last: families facing starvation, people undergoing amputation without anesthesia, newly discovered mass graves, entire neighborhoods reduced to rubble.
4th:
These atrocities are not new. Since the original Nakba – Arabic for catastrophe – of 1948, when 750,000 Palestinians were ethnically cleansed from their land, Palestinians have been dispossessed and fragmented by a pernicious apartheid regime, a brutal military occupation, and a suffocating blockade. Zionism, the political project rationalizing this violence, requires the subjugation of Palestinian life and the continued colonialization of Palestinian land. There can be no equivocation: Palestine is occupied from Gaza to the Galilee, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.
This oppression is co-signed and co-sponsored by the United States government and its institutions. The U.S. continues to sustain the Zionist colonial regime with billions of dollars in military funding. Since its founding, Israel has been the largest cumulative recipient of U.S. foreign aid, receiving approximately $300 billion in economic and military assistance.
5th:
As we walk the halls of Harvard, study in its libraries, and sleep in its dormitories, we are acutely aware that there are no universities remaining in the Gaza Strip. Israel has robbed Palestinians of their rights to education by systematically destroying academic infrastructures and communities. Professors, teachers, students, and academic workers have been targeted and killed along with the rest of Gaza’s population. As students, educators, and graduate workers, we have a duty to fight against this genocide.
Palestine is not only a moral issue. It is an issue that affects our campus, one that fundamentally implicates Harvard University. As of 2019, Harvard had invested at least $200 million in companies with ties to illegal Israeli settlements, a flagrant violation of international human rights law, and at least $86,625 worth of investments in the Israeli military. Today, the Harvard Management Company, which oversees the world’s largest university endowment of $51 billion, discloses no information about the scale of natures of its investments in Israel.
6th
On its campus, we have witnessed the university relentlessly suppress voices in its community speaking out against the actions of the Israeli state and for the rights of the Palestinian people. Time and time again, we have seen Harvard pioneer and affirm the “Palestine exception to free speech,” silencing professors and students when they speak out about Palestine or include Palestinian liberation in their ethic of social justice. The university is also failing to protect its community from violent and racist anti-Palestinian harassment. Just this week, Harvard has unilaterally suspended the Palestine Solidarity Committee after months of administrative persecution and discriminatory measures.
Enough is enough. In the past seven months, our protests against the intensifying genocidal campaign in Gaza have been met with repression, administrative targeting, willfully racist attacks (including from politicians and faculty members), and arbitrary policy changes designed to silence our voices. We will not be deterred. By launching this demonstration, we renew our commitment to protest Harvard’s moral, institutional, and financial complicity in the genocide of Palestinians.
7th:
As student governments in schools across Harvard pass resolutions for divestment, the University must contend with the facts that its students will not tolerate its support for genocide, violence, and apartheid. In doing so, we proudly continue Harvard’s legacy of anti-war, anti-racist student organizing, from the mock “shanty towns” established in Harvard Yard in 1986 to protest apartheid in South Africa, to the 1969 University Hall occupation protesting against the war on Vietnam.
Our movement is one part of the tapestry of liberation movements. Harvard itself is a product of land theft and indigenous erasure: the initial funds to establish this university were used for the ‘education and conversion’ of indigenous people. By creating this Liberated Zone, we hope to begin the work of building the world we want to inhabit: a world free of the shackles of colonialism.
8th:
The Palestinian people, like all oppressed peoples, have a right to resist their annihilation. We hold this to be a precondition for Palestinian liberation, as we do the inalienable right of return, a fundamental value that challenges and denaturalizes the colonial fragmentation of the Palestinian community. Our act of civil disobedience here at Harvard is grounded in Palestinian values of sumoud – Arabic for steadfastness – and love for life.
We are driven by the belief that a better world is possible: a world free of racism, white supremacy, cishetero-patriarchy. Ableism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, and all forms of hatred. It is for this reason that we are compelled to take action.
9th:
Our demands: Following the lead of our brave comrades on campuses across the country, this Liberated Zone is a demonstration of our love of justice, our hope for a free Palestine, and our dream of a liberated future for all. We see our institution’s complicity as one link among many that must be severed on the path to liberation.
As such, we demand that Harvard University:
1. Disclose any and all investments – both institutional and financial – in Israel, the ongoing genocide in Gaza, and the occupation of Palestine.
2. Divest from all such investments, and reinvest resources in Palestinian academic initiatives, communities, and culture.
3. Drop all charges against students for their organizing and activism, and commit to ending the weaponization of disciplinary policy.
The whole world is watching a genocide unfold before its eyes. We raise our voices to join the chorus of millions demanding an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza, an end to the occupation, and a free Palestine from the river to the sea. /id]

His detractors say his repeated remarks on the subject have already spread dangerous ideas.“It’s irresponsible,” said Masaki Kubota, a journalist who has written about Dr. Narita. People panicking about the burdens of an aging society “might think, ‘Oh, my grandparents are the ones who are living longer,’” Mr. Kubota said, “‘and we should just get rid of them.’”Masato Fujisaki, a columnist, argued in Newsweek Japan that the professor’s remarks “should not be easily taken as a ‘metaphor.’” Dr. Narita’s fans, Mr. Fujisaki said, are people “who think that old people should just die already and social welfare should be cut.”Despite a culture of deference to older generations, ideas about culling them have surfaced in Japan before. A decade ago, Taro Aso — the finance minister at the time and now a power broker in the governing Liberal Democratic Party — suggested that old people should “hurry up and die.”Last year, “Plan 75,” a dystopian movie by the Japanese filmmaker Chie Hayakawa, imagined cheerful salespeople wooing retirees into government-sponsored euthanasia. In Japanese folklore, families carry older relatives to the top of mountains or remote corners of forests and leave them to die.Dr. Narita’s language, particularly when he has mentioned “mass suicide,” arouses historical sensitivities in a country where young men were sent to their deaths as kamikaze pilots during World War II and Japanese soldiers ordered thousands of families in Okinawa to commit suicide rather than surrender.Critics worry that his comments could summon the kinds of sentiments that led Japan to pass a eugenics law in 1948, under which doctors forcibly sterilized thousands of people with intellectual disabilities, mental illness or genetic disorders. In 2016, a man who believed those with disabilities should be euthanized murdered 19 people at a care home outside Tokyo. In his day job, Dr. Narita conducts technical research of computerized algorithms used in education and health care policy. But as a regular presence across numerous internet platforms and on television in Japan, he has grown increasingly popular, appearing on magazine covers, comedy shows and in an advertisement for energy drinks. He has even spawned an imitator on TikTok.He often appears with Gen X rabble-rousers like Hiroyuki Nishimura, a celebrity entrepreneur and owner of 4chan, the online message board where some of the internet’s most toxic ideas bloom, and Takafumi Horie, a trash-talking entrepreneur who once went to prison for securities fraud.ImageHiroyuki Nishimura, center, who owns 4chan. Powerful Russian bomb destroys Ukrainian ammunition depot – MOD (VIDEO)
Powerful Russian bomb destroys Ukrainian ammunition depot – MOD (VIDEO) https://www.rt.com/russia/605208-bomb-destroy-ukrainian-ammunition-depot/
When the Mother of all precision self guided bombs, the 3 ton Russian Glider, is heading your way.. then you don't have time to hide, to avoid, to survive the massive impact. Just ask the Zelensky troops, who observed from 10 miles away, their own troops enter Hell. And that was the moment for most of them, to start thinking about the best way to surrender, thus survive.
No western antidote to the Russian power has surfaced.. Nothing in the western arsenal can match the Russian military power. Yet, Putin holds back.. he has always been concerned about the death of civilians and soldiers, from both sides.
Putin still thinks that the west will surrender in the attrition military strategy, he chose to stick with.
The west is still chest beating, talking of some kind of Zelensky win.. but that kind of talk, isn't convincing even the western allies, not anylonger.
Putin talks about the 'domino collapse', western politicians will soon be forced into, as economic, political, and military victories by the Russian Federation, achieve enough toll and pressure, on all western dreaming of Zelensky Nato fighting abilities.
However, Putin is also under domestic political pressure. Many Russians want him to release the full power of the Russian Federation Military, and take out the Zelensky régime with one, perhaps a couple of huge hits.. even if meant levelling Kiev and Harkov.
But on the long run, such huge hits, killing millions of civilians, are not worth the victory of war. And in this particular case, when we all know that Ukrainians Are actually Russians, it makes even less sense, to release the powerful Military hits, that Russia has in it's Arsenal. And that is why Putin holds back the Russian forces.. and furthermore, that is why Washington chose in the first place, to blackmail Ukraine, overthrow it's Democraticly elected Russian friendly government, then install all the Nazis it can find in Eastern Europe, and attack All things Russia, from Ukrainian territory.. claiming falsely that Ukrainians have suffered under Russian occupation. The key was, that Washington knew well enough.. Russians won't be involved in mass killings of Ukrainians, their own brothers and sisters...As one doesn't murder their own people.. not the Russian/Slavic people, at least. Of course, it would have been different, if Americans were asked to kill US civilians and soldiers. No such restraints exist in the Washington book, of war. We have all seen that, since the US was formed as a state.
All these Washington statements about the Russian Federation 'invasion' of Ukraine, and the Russian aims and policies, were simple lies, All looking as if taken from the Hitler book of anti Russian/Soviet Propaganda.
The Russian Federation military was begged by 17 official Ukrainian delegations, to step into Eastern Ukraine and stop the shocking Genocide inflicted on a family member state, by A Washington sponsored regime in Kiev.
That's the historical record. With which, noone can argue, in truth to reality.
So ever since, Crimea in 2014, and later the four new Russian Federation Republics in Eastern Ukraine, the Russian Federation forces have followed strict military orders, to limit casualties of both sides, whilst moving carefully westwards, liberating more territory, decapitating the Nazi, Nato forces in Ukraine, and eventually disposing of the Kiev, Washington controlled regime, so Ukraine can never join Nato.
And if by some fluke, or trick, Kiev does join Nato, then the Russian Federation military has just been issued new laws, and orders, by the Kremlin, to nuke Kiev, and all outside actors, that helped Kiev's regime to wage war on the Russian Federation, through a Nato membership, or not.
Henceforth, the Washington warning to all allies concerned in September 2024, was that the Kremlin's last nuclear war warning was very serious, and meant that the Russian Federation will launch a nuclear war, that will result because of the Ukrainian conflict, and especially because of the escalating western support of Zelensky, aiming to hurt the Russian people.
In other words, Washington was saying: "A Nuclear war against Russia, ain't worth it, over Ukraine."
Sense from Washington doesn't come often... but this time, here was a very important, chilling message from Washington, for all who keep supporting the Kiev regimes, without any concern about the destruction of the world... especially the western world.
The west still has a few more years in old age, in the final retirement years of the 'western way of life'... So, Washington is saying to all western allies: "Let's try and enjoy the end bits.. before history swolls us."

rough timeline in kazimirs lore for my own overview; since i don't want to mess up the timeline too badly.
2013 : kazimir is created after an explosion that left his original body 85% destroyed - in order to save him he is turned into a cyborg while the remaining human parts are altered to make it less obvious who had been so gruesomely turned into a murder weapon against his will.
2014 : prima iliaster is discovered, considered to have been nothing but myth research is conducted in several high profile facilities. kazimir has attuned to his body and begins his killing sprees in attempts to get closer to the researchers behind prima iliaster.
2016 : research of prima iliaster comes to a breakthrough, leading to the belief it can be use to alter the human body to give control over ones own thoughts - some research facilities cease to pursue the subject out of fear of it's theoretically limitless power. kazimir brahms begins trying to halt research on prima iliaster by targetting shadier suppliers of the facilities.
2016 : news of a mass murder spread; an unknown source cause explosives to go off in an abandoned factory used by a drug ring. the brutality and sheer number of victims suggest multiple assailants. the butcher is still at large, rumored to be the head of this operation. meanwhile valeria klein becomes lead researcher on prima iliaster.
2017 : research manages to create a sample of prima tinctura, a substance believed to harness most of prima iliasters ability. government refuses funding for further experimentation publicly, though a generous sponsor secretly funds continuation of it; the sponsor would later in a scandal be revealed to be the former president. to avoid harming subjects without knowing the full scale effect on the human body valeria klein injects herself with it, becoming the first and only iliaster mutant in recorded history.
2018 : valeria klein is given a honorary doctorate in science, however she retires from researching prima iliaster; before she can empty out her laboratory however all scientists involved in it are killed and any existing simples outside her bloodstream are destroyed.
2018 : valeria klein is confronted by kazimir "the butcher" brahms, who claims her research is far too dangerous and declares her a fool for injecting herself with it, saying that the sacrifices of people before them were for naught should her research see the light of day. valeria makes it out of the confrontation unharmed, relying on her wit to escape any trap set by the butcher.
2019 - 2024 : throughout the past five years kazimir brahms and valeria klein have been at odds, clashing heads and having violent confrontations where either of them barely make it out. brahms recognizes her ability to match and outwit him, klein recognizes he's grown smarter and more ruthless since becoming a cyborg. neither seem to address the tension of their past and their history together.
