My first pass at the Archives boys, roughly around season 1 & 2! I've got a bunch more in the process of getting sketched, I just couldn't wait to post least a couple of them. At some point I hope to add some colors too! Who shall I draw next? (Babbling about each of them under the cut!)

Jonathan is more late season 1, season 2 for me. I'll post some sketches later of my season evolution (only on season 3 so far!), but particularly in the beginning I imagine him immaculately groomed with his hair combed back and trying to look like a proper dapper boss man like Elias. But by the time season 2 rolls around he starts to get more rumpled, lets his hair start growing out a bit because he doesn't have time to go to a barber. Still put together and at least still takes the time to shave, but there's cracks starting to show.

Martin is the tallest in the Archives. He's a big fluffy newfoundland dog who thinks it's a tiny lap dog. He acts so much smaller than he is, trying to stay out of the way, be unobtrusive, not be noticed. Smiles a lot, always doing his best to keep others happy to his own detriment sometimes.

Tim once adhered to dress code, but moving into season 2 he just started not giving a shit and began to wear increasingly more casual clothes. Now he's seen almost constantly in some kind of printed shirt (but it's a button-up ELIAS) and looks and acts constantly like he's halfway out the door on vacation. His charm lets him get away with more than he probably should. And then Elias. I looked up stock photos for smug businessmen and went from there. My goal was to make him slappable. Punchable. Just a right dandy that is in every way put together and immaculate, but makes it seem effortless compared to Jonathan who seems to overcompensate by comparison in his frail attempt to be The Big Boss Archivist.

Okay I remember when I woke up at 2am and went ahead to look on Tumblr and seen the drawing and my first thought was "woah, I'm dreaming" so i have fallen back asleep kinda excepting for it to be a dream, to now wake up, and realize it wasnt. out of popular tr!pangi ships (pangili, paimros, pangkey) i honestly love paimros the most :,) the thought of all of them sleeping in a pile in the null and sleeping in aimsey's bed when they return keeps me up at night. i still think about paimros the llama. the base they were going to build together. no matter how many times they fall out or have different views on situations they always seem to fall back into each others orbits.

am i the only one who thinks about paimros sleepovers where aimsey and ros are sleeping and pangi is up looking at the window. looking out for a threat that is just not there. do u guys ever think about aimsey waking up and removing pangi's sunglasses and telling him there's nothing there idiot. do u think about ros pulling him down for a hug and all of them going back to sleep-

do u guys think about how tough it must be in the null but they get used to each other gradually in time and learn to trust too. tr!ros saying pangi would cry at nights for pili? tr!aimsey saying pangi keeps sleeping in their bed? pangi dropping everything he's doing just to make sure aimsey's safe? yelling at ros he needs her just to have her stay a bit longer?

But also, that right there is the canon proof that no matter the 230000 miles of distance between them and two celestial bodies in orbit, postcards are how they've stayed in touch. It seems like a small and thoughtful gesture, but it's everything to someone who can't see the rest of the world Hua's been seeing, the world she's protecting all the way from the moon, the world that she might never get to see for herself or is at least missing out on opportunities now that Earth is pretty much Honkai free.

Like, for all of these years, Fu Hua has traveled all over the world while Kiana was stuck on the moon with a perm exile, sending one postcard after another so that Kiana doesn't feel left out or forgotten.

And here's where the brainrot is thriving.

Fu Hua isn't the only one traveling the globe. Kiana is too. She just can't see the sights like Hua does.
